TSA In Our Airports: The Shaming of America

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As if the intentional stalling out of flights was not enough to ruin your trip, the raging and screaming TSA agents add another layer to the attack on flyers that begins when they enter the airport. Never will you encounter a more aggressive and perverse group of individuals, than those who work for “national security”, TSA. What happens in these individual’s minds when they don that uniform and tin badge, is beyond comprehension for the average person. What passengers are routinely exposed to is a planned assault that has little to nothing to do with keeping anyone safe, and more to do with acclimating  the public to not only produce their papers but to submit and comply to the orders from government thugs.
Our airports, outfitted with billions and billions of dollars in high tech scanners, should be sufficient for determining the safety of passengers. But, no. For some reason the slightest movement will produce a screen covered in little yellow squares indicating to the TSA agent that you are a prime target for molestation and hyper aggressive behavior. Now, at this point, as the agents are all screaming “you moved!”, wouldn’t the rational thing be for you to enter the scanner a second time and try to hold still? If they know that’s what caused the yellow blocking on the screen, wouldn’t a reasonable person think it more logical to have you enter the scanner a second time? Not so fast! You are dealing with TSA personnel here and if there is anything they aren’t, it is rational and logical. More
I doubt you could find even one person who believes the official government conspiracy theory of how and why 9/11 occurred. What we can be certain of, is this event opened the door to massive, unwarranted, unconstitutional surveillance of absolutely every one of us. Why? In my opinion, because there is nothing those in the federal complex fear more than the people of this country. And my thinking on this is, that if we knew the totality of the betrayals committed against us as a nation, by those sworn to protect us, we most likely would be rioting in the streets. As horrendous as 9/11 was, what was to follow was an all out attack on the American public orchestrated by the very people charged with upholding and defending the Constitution and the country from all enemy’s both foreign and domestic. Our government and all its puppets looked the enemy in the eye….and decided it was us they were most fearful of.
Having terrified the nation with what is believed widely to have been a false flag attack that cost an estimated 3,000 American citizens their lives, the already created and ready to go TSA appeared in our airports. But in order for the American public to accept this Nazi-esque creation, they had to be scared senseless and abra-ka-dabra! We got 9/11~! How handy was that? All these years later, about the only thing that can be said about TSA that is printable is that it is one of the most despised agencies ever created.
When the government declared war on Iraq, a country that had not threatened us or been part of the 9/11 tragedy, they simultaneously turned on us. We, the American people, were the targets and Iraq and its oil fields only the spoils of war.
I find it more than strange that the government knows exactly who I am if I owe taxes, if I get a ticket, when I apply for a drivers license, or in a myriad of other settings….but suddenly has amnesia when I attempt to board a plane. Now, by October 1, 2018, thanks to the failure of the Minnesota legislature, who, in pursuit of Federal largesse, failed to act to protect Minnesota residents from federal encroachment and over-reach, I must have a biometric marked ID or passport to board a plane. And TSA is now installed in many train stations and bus stations.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You need to biometrically brand me? I need a passport to travel in my own country? You’ve been tracking me since the day I was born and suddenly you can’t be sure who I am? This after admitting that allegedly 20 million or more people have entered the US illegally, many working under assumed names, fake ID’s and millions who have simply disappeared into the country?

A recent trip that included destinations in five states, resulted in me and thousands of other individuals, being subjected to invasive assaults from TSA officers under the guise of “keeping us all safe”. The question that comes to mind immediately after these assaults is: Who is going to keep us safe from the TSA?

By far, the worst experience was at the Lindbergh terminal in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This airport is a study in chaos, mismanagement and particularly venomous TSA agents. Of course, if you are one of those individuals convinced that even after passing through the scanners that for some reason you must now be groped, patted, grabbed, mashed, and verbally assaulted by these otherwise unemployable individuals who are now sporting a uniform and a badge, I assume this physical assault is just fine.

After all, almost 20 years ago they blew up buildings with planes in New York. I was reminded of this at the Lindbergh terminal after having my hands swabbed with a strip used to detect dangerous chemicals. Having had this done numerous times on numerous trips, when the agent swabbed my hands and told me to move on….I did. I did not realize that a new step in this process had been added and that included yet another agent located to my right about 12 feet away, in a small cubicle with a scanner for analysis of the strip. (In other airports this scanner is right there by the agent who swabs you) As I moved to the left to retrieve my purse from the bin, I heard a woman screaming: “Don’t you dare! You get yourself over here! Don’t even think about it! You get yourself over here right now!”

I, of course, looked around to see not only who was screaming, but whom was she screaming at? You guessed it! It was me! As I walked towards her I asked her why she was screaming. She went on a diatribe about how I had to stand there until the analysis was finished, and I better not move until it was complete. Being me, I of course expressed my disgust with this type of behavior, knowing it to be an intimidation tactic and also totally unnecessary. Then comes MR.TSA!! He ran over to where I was and immediately went into a soliloquy about how buildings were blown up in this country and it could happen again and their job was to make sure it didn’t. He ended with saying he thought about this every day. Doubtful Mr. TSA, very doubtful. (PS: I didn’t blow up any buildings in New York or anywhere else for that matter, but you already knew that) More

Why Can’t We Sue the TSA For Assault?

When I was in Congress and had to regularly fly between DC and Texas, I was routinely subjected to invasive “pat-downs” (physical assaults) by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). One time, exasperated with the constant insults to my privacy and dignity, I asked a TSA agent if he was proud to assault innocent Americans for a living.I thought of this incident after learning that the TSA has been compiling a “troublesome passengers” list. The list includes those who have engaged in conduct judged to be “offensive and without legal justification” or disruptive of the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Libertarian journalist James Bovard recently pointed out that any woman who pushed a screener’s hands away from her breasts could be accused of disrupting the “safe and effective completion of screening.” Passengers like me who have expressed offense at TSA screeners are likely on the troublesome passengers list.Perhaps airline passengers should start keeping a list of troublesome TSA agents. The list could include those who forced nursing mothers to drink their own breast milk, those who forced sick passengers to dispose of cough medicine, and those who forced women they found attractive to go through a body scanner multiple times. The list would certainly include the agents who confiscated a wheelchair-bound three-year-old’s beloved stuffed lamb at an airport and threatened to subject her to a pat-down. The girl, who was at the airport with her family to take a trip to Disney World, was filmed crying that she no longer wanted to go to Disney World.

The TSA is effective at violating our liberty, but it is ineffective at protecting our security. Last year, the TSA’s parent agency, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), conducted undercover tests of the TSA’s ability or detect security threats at airports across the country. The results showed the TSA staff and equipment failed to uncover threats 80 percent of the time. This is not the first time the TSA has been revealed to be incompetent. An earlier DHS study fund TSA screenings and even the invasive pat-downs were utterly ineffective at finding hidden weapons.

The anarchists on CRAPitol Hill

We all have the carefully constructed vision of what anarchy looks like.  We have allowed ourselves to become convinced that anarchists are wild looking radicals, brandishing guns, riding motorcycles; with their shaven heads and/or long flowing unwashed beards and tattooed women. We have allowed ourselves to be convinced that they are just looking for a reason to overthrow the government of the United States. stupid (Gasp!!) If they don’t fit into this scenario, we are still equally convinced that they (the unknown anarchists) are plotting some kind of violent overthrow and that they hate government in all its forms.  Should all 20 or so actual anarchists ever get together in one spot…….why, there is no telling what will happen!  It will be chaos!  Blood will run in the streets and no one will be safe from these wild-eyed haters of government who want nothing more than to terrorize the rest of us with their lawlessness!

Actually, we do know who the anarchists are.  And they are gathered in one spot and there are far more of them than we ever imagined. More

Just give up your guns, stupid!

________________________________________________________________________

The push to “back door” the UN Small Arms Treaty

The push to establish an (inter-)national gun registry that would mirror the UN Small Arms Treaty requirements meant to prohibit, limit and eventually make gun ownership untenable, has failed to pass the senate. The anger from the Obama Administration is palpable. This was supposed to be a done deal and would have relieved the president from issuing a clearly unconstitutional executive order, which now he is most likely to do. This will be a direct assault on the 2nd Amendment in order to acquiesce to the United Nations demands that the citizens of the United States forfeit their 2nd Amendment protections and givecontrol up their guns. It is a demand that the federal corporation that operates as [government] sees as quite advantageous in their efforts to dispense with any notion of a constitutional republic.

Lame Street Media was simply abuzz with feigned angry indignation at the Senate for voting down what was clearly meant to be the door opener for future assaults on the 2nd Amendment.

An early morning show on MSNBC that we like to call “Morning Blow” was a prime example of LSM’s efforts to sway public opinion, to anger the public and to denigrate the Senate. Senators were called “stupid” for refusing to condone what everyone surely knew to be the opening volley against gun rights. At one point, the claim was made that 90% of the public supported these bills.

This is an outright lie.

These bills had nowhere near that amount of support, and in fact, the public was heavily against any such bills knowing full well that these bills had nothing to do with making us safer, keeping guns out of criminals hands or any other such drivel promoted by those who fear an armed public.

To hear these talking potato heads talk…you would think that there is not one state with waiting periods to clear back ground checks in existence and you would think that absolutely everyone out here is clamoring to have their 2nd Amendment rights struck down.

Another lie.

Most states have a minimum of three days before a gun sale can be completed and possession of the gun can occur, and gun shows do not necessarily equate to immediate possession. In fact, I know of no states that do not have a back ground check accompanied by a waiting period. But it is important to make the public think and believe that tens of thousands of guns are sold willy nilly with no record of sales, no back ground checks, no waiting periods.

Considering the massive amount of surveillance that has been conducted on the American public as a result of the Patriot Acts and subsequent bills which further encroached on our right to be left alone, and when you consider the fact that the CIA has been assembling dossiers on absolutely every one, the likely-hood that a criminal would obtain a gun through these resources is nill to none. Criminals will go to other criminals to buy guns, they will not go to legal gun owners who abide by the law.

Note: **Might I suggest that those who are illegally seeking to obtain a firearm contact the ATF or Eric Holder? After Fast & Furious, obviously the biggest gun runners in the country are working for the federal government. Oh! excuse me……gun “walkers”. If you supplied guns to the drug cartels in Mexico you would be a “gun-runner” and federally prosecuted. If THEY provide guns to the drug cartels it is gun”walking”….sounds much nicer and softer. YOU would be prosecuted but THEY just don’t remember anything so nothing happens. More

“We are being high-jacked by a pack of criminals, thugs and thieves who will make sure that we, the public, take the brunt of any “cuts”.  Those at the top of the income ladder, those who have the word “corporation” attached to their names and those who hold political office will not experience any “cuts”.  In fact, I doubt any of them could even bleed if they did.”

______________________________________________________________

This is a hi-jacking

 One of the great political battles composed only of partisan politics is unfolding right before our very eyes.  The battle over ending the massive over spending by both houses of congress and successive presidents has morphed into how badly either side can scare the public into submitting to the threats. And it will be21150explosion the public who will suffer.  Not the corporations.  Not the wealthy.  Not the politicians or the president.  It will be me and you and everyone you know.

Both sides are banking on how badly they can scare the general public into going along with, a) Increasing taxes on the wealthy and ending preferential treatment for corporations and continue spending like there is no tomorrow or, b) No tax increases and approximately 750,000 people losing their jobs and continue spending like there is no tomorrow.

While the average American can observe from the outside the massive expansion and waste in the federal government and can clearly see where cuts to any budget could reasonably be made, apparently those inside the Beltway suffer from severe tunnel vision.  That vision is focused squarely on their bank accounts and campaign war chests.  This is important! It is these funds that allow them to retain these lucrative, albeit criminal, offices they occupy.

There is absolutely no chance that wasteful government spending will end under either option.  The public is being treated like pawns in a grossly politically charged war between two factions of the one party system in the District of Criminals. More

The public could have fixed this problem in short order

If you ask most people what the so-called fiscal cliff was comprised of, most cannot tell you.  They have no idea.  If you ask most congressional members what it was comprised of, most will simply tell  you what their pet peeves were/are, and yet most haven’t the vaguest notion of what was supposedly about to befall us as a nation if we went over that non-existent cliff.

The end-of-year fiscal cliff was a carefully staged production where we were led to believe that the two factions of the one party system in the District of Criminals were going “balls-to the walls” in a fight over whether or not the wealthy should be taxed to help reduce the massive and unsustainable debt the Criminals had wracked up, or, should they just increase the taxes on the middle and working classes so that the wealthy could retain more of their wealth?

About those scripted presidential debates

Is there anyone out there who is actually anticipating the presidential debates? I am at a loss to find more than a handful of people who even express any interest in the upcoming election. In fact, I ran an in house poll asking people to answer this question, which at this point, 315 people have responded to.

Will you vote in the presidential election?

* Yes, I always vote! 10.48 % (33 votes)

* No, I can’t support any of these candidates. 33.33% (105 votes)

* Yes, I always vote to support my party. 2.54% (8 votes)

* No, I won’t support either of these partys. 37.48 % (118 votes)

* What’s the point? An illegal will probably vote using my identity. 10.16% (32 votes)

* Other 6.03% (19 votes)

I believe my poll is most likely more reflective of the common mind-set. I didn’t ask skewed questions. I didn’t ask only those who are registered in my party (because I don’t have a party affiliation). I just asked anyone who took the time to answer the poll the simple question posed above.

No real debates from “Obomney”

How many times are we going to have to hear the pointless arguments about which faction of the one party presidential race is going to create jobs (we know they can’t) or which has a better economic plan (they don’t’) or who has a better foreign policy (who are we going to attack next)?  Not one of these issues is important as not one  addresses the actual concerns of the American public which is being asked to cast their vote for one of two political con artists whose personal agenda, private allegiances and alliances, and political monetary obligations likely has nothing to do with what the country needs.  Either way, the subjugation to the UN, the reducing of the US to third world status and the headlong stampede into fascism as corporations wrench final control of the US government away from the country, will continue as planned.

We are a country in the midst of a nearly complete transformation that will render us anything but a free people.  The US corporation that operates as the federal government in the District of Criminals determined that we, the people, were the greatest enemy they faced.  The false flag attacks on 9/11 were what Dick Cheney and his PNAC conspirators hoped it would be, the New Pearl Harbor…..the needed excuse that would be used to bring to an end, finally, to our Constitution including its bill of rights and to our freedom.

Any hopes that any one might have had that the Obama administration was going to repeal, correct and mend the damage done by the Bush/Cheney crime administration were quickly dashed as Obama showed himself to despise and hate us just as much as the neo-cons did and still do. More

Many of the minority of U.S. citizens who are watching in shock and horror over what The Powers That Be (TPTB) are doing to our country,  have come to the conclusion that it may very well be too late for America.  We know that we’ve been fighting this coup de tat by evil predators nearly singlehandedly.  We know too, that our friends and neighbors are tired of our warning cries, e-mails, and activism.  So we’ve learned to stop ‘bothering’ them.  Even more depressing is that in many cases, to keep the peace, we’ve had to go silent with our own families as well.  We have been a thorn in their side, and can feel them shutting down mentally and throwing up their guard whenever we are around.  So, instead of showing our alarm and panic, we absurdly chatter about the weather or their new carpeting or their upcoming vacation.  Some activists have stated that none of them will deserve our help or sympathy when the SHTF, or that due to their denial, apathy, and lack of discernment, they won’t deserve to survive.

And how unfair will it be if the whole thing does go down the tubes because these people were willfully ignorant, or too self-absorbed to care about what was freaking us out?  Our anger has grown toward our ‘neighbors’ and fellow Americans because we know if they’d been fighting right along with us from the get-go, this might have been avoided.  Power in numbers.  As it is, TPTB have happily fed them whatever they will lap up, and have been arrogantly secure in their power to do so.   They delight in the blue-blooded Americans, who have no care for their ancestors’ sacrifice and bravery to keep our lives and country strong and free, and our future bright.  There’s actually grave danger when we take good things for granted and sit back on our laurels!  More

In what is clearly another of those actions meant to deceive the public into thinking someone in the District of Criminals is actually trying to accomplish something meaningful, comes this bill regarding raising the debt ceiling.  A cursory read may make you think the intent is to prevent raising the ceiling, thereby preventing an increase in the overall national debt.  We could only hope!  Unfortunately, this bill H.R. 3778, is simply a tactic used to make it appear that (in this particular case) the Republicans are really, really serious about stopping the mindless spending that they themselves have contributed to right along with the Democrats.

Take a closer look.  You’ll see this bill has nothing to do with limiting federal spending.

Washington, D.C. newspaper The Hill is reporting:

“Rep. Doug Lamborn (R-Colo.) on Wednesday introduced a bill that would prevent Congress from considering an increase in the debt ceiling unless both the House and Senate have approved a concurrent budget resolution, something the Senate has not done in nearly three years.”

Lamborn said his bill would at least require a budget to be in place before these debt ceiling increases can occur.

“Today I have introduced a bill to stop this madness,” he said on the floor. “The Budget Before Borrowing Act,” H.R. 3778, is a straightforward, no-gimmicks approach to spending money. It very simply says that the nation cannot raise the debt ceiling limit unless the House and the Senate have agreed on a budget resolution.”

I am sometimes baffled by how quickly many people quickly assume that because they were not personally named in some piece of legislation, that somehow the provisions of that legislation do not and could not apply to them. Having spent a great deal of time over the years dissecting legislative language, backtracking changes to code & title and the ever popular “redefinition of terms” used to change the entire common understanding of what a word or phrase means within these tortured constructs called legislation, I know better.

My recent article on S.1867  elicited comments to the effect that a few commenters had read the bill and that I was simply being inflammatory and emotional.  Yes…..of course….that must be it.

Lest anyone forget:

Each of these unconstitutional bills was a piece of the puzzle being constructed incrementally as the Constitution and our rights were being trashed.

These anti-American laws were not the only affront to the Constitution, our rights and the advancement of the police state.  Now why, you might be asking, would anyone want to give the president of the United States the arbitrary authority to strip any US citizen of their citizenship with no evidence other than his/her belief that one of us is a terrorist, or supports terrorism, without the evidence supporting that contention, or being officially charged with a crime?  Hmmm.  Where to start on this one. We reported last week on the sudden installation of TSA checkpoints on the highways in Tennessee.  Apparently, the terrorist situation has increased exponentially in that fair state and Homeland Security is now sending more TSA agents in to aid state troopers in an effort to protect trick-or- treaters from impaired drivers.  This has got to be one of the lamest excuses yet to come from HSD to try and justify their unlawful entry into a sovereign state, for the violation of rights and in violation of Constitutional rights.

“State Troopers will be conducting safety checkpoints, sobriety roadblocks, saturation patrols and other enforcement techniques to look for aggressive or impaired drivers,” over the next few days, in order to “keep roadways safe for trick-or-treaters,” according to Department of Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons, whose office’s role includes “terrorism prevention”.’

There is a new component to the Connecticut and Florida Drivers Licenses – the much touted “Gold Star” two-tiered program which is partially Federally Funded, but all Federally Mandated. Starting October 3rd, residents of Connecticut will be required to provide as many as 6 forms of Identification to get this specially marked State ID (PDF). (No that xerox you took of your face does not count!)

There is an opt out, but it comes with an increasingly steep price:

DMV Commissioner Melody A. Currey said that without the gold star travelers will likely face greater scrutiny at airports and when entering federal buildings. Currey said the DMV is rolling out the new program now because Connecticut is on a six-year license renewal cycle and everyone needs to have a new license before 2017, when the federal regulations go into effect.

“This is a federally mandated program to improve security,” Currey said. “We live next door to New York City and after what happened there I think we need to assure our residents that we are doing everything we can to properly identify people.”

I find this humorous. What type of additional scrutiny are we talking about here? Already passengers  enjoy the “after dinner foreplay” without the obligatory 3 course cheap buffet to get into an airport, what’s next – a cavity search because we won’t wear carry the Federally Funded and Mandated yellow star? A federal court has dismissed a Fourth Amendment lawsuit filed by The Rutherford Institute challenging the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) airport security screening policy of requiring air passengers to either submit to virtual strip searches involving advanced imaging technology (AIT), which exposes intimate details of a person’s body to government agents, or submit to highly invasive pat down searches during which TSA agents may go so far as to reach inside a traveler’s pants. U.S. District Court Judge Henry H. Kennedy, Jr., justified his dismissal by declaring that the court has no jurisdiction over the case, citing a secret order issued by the TSA which requires that the D.C. Court of Appeals hear any reviews of TSA orders. Insisting that it contains “sensitive security information,” the government has yet to make public the order embodying the TSA enhanced screening procedures.

Enjoy your holiday everyone!  Take time to remember those who gave their lives and/or service in defense of your liberty.

Those who fill the rows in Arlington National Cemetery and those who have been buried near their homes gave all they had to make sure you remained free.  Many suffer from lifelong disabilities as a result of their service in honor of your freedom.  To honor them and their sacrifices we, in the federal government, lovingly referred to as “Uncle Sam” have done everything we could to sustain the Constitution and your civil liberties and freedom.  More

79 Senators vote to trash the Constitution: The “War of Terror” on the US grows

Had the intent of the Patriot Act actually been to fight terrorism, the federal government would have had to turn its efforts inward and waged “war” on itself.

If you haven’t received the memo yet, let me update you on your status as it pertains to the Constitution and your civil liberties; you have neither.  Today, 79 Senators who snickered as they swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, voted to render you guilty in advance, with no chance of proving your innocence.  The unlawful data mining and collection, the compilation of dossiers on virtually every person in the US, the unwarranted wire-tapping, the rifling through personal records of all kinds for no other reason than to collect information to be used at a later date if the government decides to prosecute you for whatever reasons, was extended.   More

When Did This Happen? What Can We Do? (Update: Video)

I’ve referred to the “slippery slope”, “Perilous Path To Proper Patriotism” , and various cutsie terms to describe the downfall of the relationship between Americans and The United States Government.

In short – unless Americans wake up – we are screwed. Yes. This is a strong statement. Maybe even one that will get me landed on some Department of Homeland Security list (which will later be publicly retracted but never erased) always pulled out of line to get the old “blue gloved” treatment if I should ever choose to fly, ride the rails, or perhaps walk down the street with my cell phone turned off from the Big O’s announcements. After all – I’m fairly dangerous as a Veteran and thinking person.

When did I become dangerous? When did we allow our children to be trained up to accept this loss of liberty lasse faire attitude?

When I grew up the biggest concern in High School concerning the Prom was ensuring that what I wore was “close enough to cool” to keep me out of the misfit category. Now, thanks to a Federal Judge and the inability of reason to prevail, Santa Fe Prom goers have the additional pleasure of allowing Professional Gropers to ensure they are “clean before entry”. (Video Link)  Yeah – read some double entendre in that if you feel like it.

Saturday night, a certified TSA official will be at the Santa Fe High School prom to oversee student searches.

This all comes after two Capital High School students, sisters, filed a lawsuit saying they were groped by a security agent at Capital High School’s prom last month. On Friday, the court ordered Santa Fe Public Schools and the security company ASI to provide at least one TSA certified person at the Santa Fe High School prom and the Capital High School graduation. It used to be called a “slow slide”, but now I am convinced we are currently on the “Perilous Path To Proper Patriotism” slide into the engineered hell of total slavery. Think this is a bit over the top? Well – let us take a look at what our Nations Leaders have in store for the pathetic peasants we have allowed ourselves to become.

That cell phone or electronic device that you cannot just do without? Well the privilege of blocking out annoying “Emergency Alerts”, excepting America’s “Dear Leader” of course, will be available with the new mandatory Federal Cell Chip. I am sure there is some official name for this piece of hardware although it doesn’t have catchy capital letters yet.

Some phones already have the chip installed – sort of like “What’s in your wallet?” only much more deceptive:

While carriers may allow cellphone users to opt out of receiving notifications from local officials and about Amber Alerts, no one will be allowed to opt out of receiving presidential alerts. More

We should have stormed the streets when TSA was set loose in our airports to assault travelers, but we didn’t. Instead, hundreds of thousands, if not millions of us mewled that TSA was “only trying to keep us safe”.  These assaults have nothing to do with our safety; we are being systematically trained to comply, to submit.  Now, because so many of us did comply, TSA is setting up shop in our train stations and courthouses among other public places and is expanding their assaults on US citizens.  The government has now openly declared war on its own citizens.  Think I’m wrong?  More

Female Opt-Out Alert! TSA Miami

I normally don’t read Time Magazine, but today this blog section caught my eye: Stay Classy, TSA.

When it was my turn, I politely said that I would like to opt out. “Seriously?” the first TSA worker asked me with a raised eyebrow. Yes, seriously.

He directed me through the nearby metal detector (the one that would have been good enough if I’d just chosen another line) and motioned for me to wait for a pat-down agent: “Female opt-out!” A female agent led me to a table where she set my bags and then skeptically asked if I knew what the pat down involved. Yes, indeedy (thanks, Jeff Goldberg!) “Do you want to do this somewhere private?” No, thank you. The agent calmly explained what she was going to do before she performed each part of the procedure, and very briskly but thoroughly went through the pat-down. The whole thing was over in a matter of minutes and was a completely professional experience.

Or it was, until a male TSA agent walked behind us and More

Are you Domesticated? “Travel-trained: Americans take security with sigh”

The latest all-propaganda piece to come out this week from the AP highlights the “sighing American.” You know the one — barely awake enough to see tyranny right under their nose (or feel it in their pants).

And it is all quite funny, you see, as the unusually long AP article compiled by a whole team of reporters opens with the threat of “explosive snow globes,” to illustrate the aw-shucks component to how wild and crazy air travel has become.  Luckily for the authorities, the 16-year-old potential terrorist holding the snow globe in question “bit her tongue and obeyed.”

Copyright Extortionist Righthaven Sues Drudge: Backed by CFR, Rockefeller, and Monsanto Money

AP:
Shady Las Vegas copyright infringement company, Righthaven LLC, seems to be a small-time legal firm using a canned lawsuit to slap down bloggers for copyright infringement for meager settlements. But now they are going after alternative news kingpin and globalist critic Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report.

Righthaven claims that Drudge knowingly misused a Denver Post copyrighted photo of a TSA agent groping the crotch of a male traveler, along with a link to a story about airport security on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website.  Righthaven is seeking copyright infringement damages of $150,000 and forfeiture of his domain name.

Drudge Report was instrumental in inciting the recent TSA revolt by repeatedly posting stories that exposed rights abuses by Big Brother, or “Big Sis” when referring to DHS Sec. Janet Napolitano.  It seems, this time, Drudge went too far by posting the obvious headline to the groping photo; TSA XXX: Airport Wants ‘Opt Out.’ More

America: In the midst of a hostile takeover

10 Comments

Currently, it is my belief that as a nation we are in the process of a hostile takeover facilitated by government on behalf of multi-national corporations and world organizations.  At stake is our land, water, food, communications and even the air we breathe.  We have no representation in the District of Criminals; these individuals have sold themselves off to these same hostile entities and are unwilling to act on our behalf.

______________________________________________

It appears the American public is finally beginning to wake up.  Many are beginning to look beyond the hyped hysteria of the District of Criminals, the phony political posturing and the all too convenient crisis’s that magically appear just prior to some rights robbing, government expansion piece of legislation being introduced or passed, and see that what is happening is not accidental or incidental, but was all pre-planned.

We saw this process at work just prior to the first attempt to shove S.510 (the hostile takeover of agriculture) through the Senate.  Magically, mysteriously, out of nowhere……terrorist eggs threatened the entire nation.  Supposedly, had we had S.510 in place this wouldn’t have happened.  Well, of course not. Never mind FDA knew way back last March that a problem had surfaced in Oregon related to the terrorist eggs and, never mind that they had been given new authority over eggs as this manufactured crisis was allowed to reach epic proportions so that it could be used to terrorize the public into submitting to the fake food safety bill just a week before the Hannibal Lechter of the Senate, Harry Reid, brought s.510 that fake food safety bill up for a vote.

We saw it years earlier with the Patriot Act; a pre-written, ready to go assault on the Constitution just waiting for an event; and shazam! We were hit with the 9/11 event and the Patriot Act was passed a few days later without debate or even having been read by congress. Strange thing about the Patriot Acts: the only people penalized under these acts were…..the American people.    More

What If Disney Didn’t Want TSA To Touch Your Child?

What drives public policy in this Nation is profit. Business cannot tolerate, nay will not tolerate, consumers who say “Thanks, but no thanks.” to a product which they do not support.

Recently Claire Wolfe, a Freedom writer of note, had a blip over at Backwoods Homes concerning a discussion with a pal who thought that TSA screeners were just “Doing their job” for the Homeland. Apparently the conversation actually came up with a valid way to put pressure in a non-aggressive way on TSA to back off from their escalating intrusive policies. By applying pressure to those who rely on air flight to have their product consumed (in this case Disney), each individual can actually have the opportunity to influence a policy in a constructive, versus a combative, manner. Once again as before trying to legislate by press release and blog posting, the TSA has asserted that it has the general law-enforcement authority to detain would-be airline passengers, seize their possessions, and compel them to answer questions — for reasons entirely unrelated to aviation or security, and even when it cannot articulate any probable cause for a belief that any law has been violated.

These new assertions come in response to an incident in which a passenger attempted to bring a locked metal cash box as part of their carry-on baggage on a domestic flight.  Since the box was opaque to x-rays, the TSA staff at the checkpoint at Lambert Airport in St. Louis asked the traveler to open the box so that they could check whether it contained any prohibited or dangerous items, and took him into a private room to do so.
