Bio-Shoun A. Hill

Shoun Hill is a photographer based in New York City. Originally from Frederick, MD., Hill began photographing professionally in 1993 for The Gleaner in Henderson, KY., after getting his Master of Arts degree from Ohio University.

He has worked as a staff photographer for newspapers in Memphis, Tenn., and Orlando, Fla. At the present time he is a photo editor on the National Desk of the Associated Press in NYC. While a staff photographer, Shoun photographed Super Bowls, NBA basketball games, and presidential elections. He has also been a part of gallery shows in Ohio, Florida, Illinois and New York.

At the present time, Shoun is filming a documentary on African-American farmers, which debuts in Nov. After the completion on the documentary, Shoun will start a still photo project on the past, present and future of the African-American farmer. Shown is married to Debra Walton-Hill, a Broadway and TV actress and performer.

“I’m a documentary photographer and my goal with every image is to make a connection between the subject in the photograph and the person looking at the photograph. I shoot what is, and let the image speak for itself. People are my ideas and inspiration. That’s what these photographs show.

When people look at my work, I want them to feel a connection. Maybe the subject reminds them of someone or a situation they were in. When they see my work I’d like them to get a feeling of remembrance.”

Chauncey Robinson:  Gulf War Veteran having to fight all these years to gain his benefits.

Retaliation, intimidation and unwarranted surveillance best describe what Chauncey Robinson has endured for 28 years.  Claiming they lost his records and medical files, when in fact they shredded them, the Veterans Administration has continued to stall out and deny his claims.  “Veterans are disenfranchised, disowned, neglected and abused; they’re treated like peasants by their own government,” the Desert Storm veteran said. “We love our country but does our country love us?”

Chauncey Robinson returns to talk more about the use of USC  38 .511…this is the code that prohibits actual courts of law to review the VA’s notorious mishandling of veterans cases.  Fraudulent medical reports, concealing of medical records, falsifying federal data bases, destruction of federal claims files, and obstruction of justice are added to the denial of due process and the right to equal access to the courts of law.

The US Department of Veterans Affairs is one of the most notoriously mismanaged, dysfunctional federal agencies in existence, second only possibly, to the USDA.  That any veteran who put on that uniform in our defense, should have to fight 25 years or more for the benefits they were promised is a national disgrace.

Join us as we expand the conversation.

USC 38.511

(a) The Secretary shall decide all questions of law and fact necessary to a decision by the Secretary under a law that affects the provision of benefits by the Secretary to veterans or the dependents or survivors of veterans. Subject to subsection (b), the decision of the Secretary as to any such question shall be final and conclusive and may not be reviewed by any other official or by any court, whether by an action in the nature of mandamus or otherwise.

Its a global plan to disinherit future generations:  Guardianship and the theft of estates.

Join us this evening as more victims of the Australian State of South Australia’s Attorney General’s Department Public Trustee and ‘sister’ Tribunal Offices speak out.  And it is this system of “public guardian/trustee” that is being quietly implemented here in the states.  And of course, everyone involved in this theft and abuse of the elderly, will have total immunity from liability or prosecution.

From Australia:

‘Why is it acceptable for SA Public Trustee to lie to a Parliamentary Committee and for Parliament to knowingly promote those lies on its website?’

‘Why is transparency and accountability not being practiced by the (SA Statutory Authorities Review Committee) SARC?’

Ten years after the last SA Statutory Authorities Review Committee review of the Public Trustee Office when an earlier Member of Parliament and Committee Member raised: ‘In addition clients and the families tell stories of delays, belligerence, financial mismanagement and being excluded from the lives of their loved ones who have come under the “protection” of the Public Trustee.’ Parliament raised complaints of SA Public Trustee ‘poor administration of people’s finances and possible abuse of public office and authority’. Experiences confirm little to nothing of significance has changed in 10 years other than the latest so claimed inquiry was a sham that chose to protect its Public Trustee cash cow and facilitate public deception.

Any of this sound familiar America??

Join us this evening as we host Mr. Ron Hasson of the NAACP

During his years of employment he held a General Management Executive position with extensive experience in strategic planning, operations and human resource management. Ron is resourceful in solving problems and maximizing resources.

Mr. Hasson currently chairs the California-Hawaii State Conference Southwest Area. Director and in 2012 he became a member of the NAACP National board of Directors. He is serving his fifth term as President of the Branch, The focus of Mr. Hasson commitment continues to address issues concerning people of color in Region 1 and the Hollywood Industry.

Ron is a native of Tallahassee, Florida and a long-tune resident of California and has been instrumental in getting our NAACP Resolutions moving to make changes in the Dialysis Industry. Thank you for all dialysis patients.

Following Mr. Hasson we will hear from patients from a Davita clinic that have been told they are moving to another location.

This location is in a different county, which means that patients who cannot drive, will not be able to cross county lines for transportation.

We will extend an invitation to Davita and see why this is becoming another form of perhaps excluding patients.

This is legal, as some of these companies are closing and opening new centers in other areas.

” though many of those problems were due to “widespread mismanagement,” negligent VA employees and executives were rarely fired and some received bonuses.”

Chauncey Robinson, who served in the Army in 1992, is one of many veterans who have been scrambling to have their claims files reviewed after the problems surfaced in the New York office. He has been trying to track down his file for years after his claims were lost. Robinson – receiving disability compensation since 1995 for post-traumatic stress disorder – said he is not receiving money he is owed for service-related hypertension because the VA cannot find his personnel and medical files. He said transferring the VA administrators was insufficient punishment.
