To all of you who dutifully supplied all that information to the Department of Motor Vehicles so that you might obtain that special gold star on your driver license…. I don’t even know what to say to you. I want to ask you why you did not stand up and refuse this infringement of your right to travel freely, without being tagged and marked in a tracking system meant to be used against you if it should become convenient to do so.
I know….you haven’t done anything wrong and you have nothing to hide so you don’t mind if they spy on you, track you, impede your right to travel freely, and whatever else they can come up with to let you know, YOU ARE THE ENEMY THE GOVERNMENT FEARS MOST.
Dear Government: Please let me save you some time and put your paranoid collective minds to rest. Tap into that massive data collection center you built down there in Utah. There is a plethora of information on file there about me (along with everyone else), which details every possible bit and piece of information about me, whether relevant or not, useful or not, true or not, in volumes so massive that it boggles the mind. You have collected:
every email I have written or received,
every phone call I made or received,
every comment or interaction I have had anywhere at any time for any reason,
and stored all of it in a massive and useless mountain of information that has no other purpose than to assuage your fear and,
to be used possibly in the future against me.
For instance: In case you decide you need to construct a fictitious case against me for having the audacity to question your motives and intentions when you violate our Constitution meant to protect us from you should you lose your collective minds at some point which, obviously, you are in the process of doing.
But therein lies the biggest problem. You have amassed such a massive amount of pointless data bits about each of us, that the idea of this being used to identify possible terrorists or terrorist activity is exposed as the fraud that it is. You aren’t tracking terrorists or their activity….you are tracking us.
I can actually understand your desire to control absolutely the very people you were charged with representing. After all, you have done much to betray us, to abuse your offices, and profited quite handsomely while doing so. More

Soon, nowhere will be safe from Big Brother’s prying eyes, as police prepare to use HEXWAVE to spy on people in public spaces.
Last week the Salt Lake Tribunerevealed that the Utah Attorney General and law enforcement are partnering with Liberty Defense, a 3D image scanning company that makes its money from scanning the public in real-time. (3D means capturing rich information (size, shape, depth) about the detection space. It can detect any material that has a physical form.)
Let’s start with their name- calling yourself Liberty Defense is an affront to liberty-minded Americans who do not want to be secretly spied on by Big Brother. Their tag line “Protecting Communities And Preserving Peace of Mind” is the exact opposite of what this device does.
Any device that is used to spy on the public is just that: a surveillance device. It is not a Defense of our Liberty.
As Fox Now 13 reported, police will use Liberty Defense’s, HEXWAVE to spy on people at mass gatherings like concerts, malls, stadiums, public transit stops and government buildings.
“HEXWAVE could be deployed at mass gatherings like concerts, malls, stadiums, public transit stops and government buildings” Bill Riker, Liberty Defense’s CEO, said.
Does anyone remember that shortly after 9/11 President George W. Bush sent special adviser Karl Rove to Hollywood to meet with 40 movie industry executives in order to promote and legitimize war? Yes, it was a horrible propaganda agenda but it wasn’t called that.
To this day, the elite’s of America and the world are still on that same mission. If it isn’t the Arab/Islam world of Egypt, or Libya, Afghanistan and Syria that the elite powers may stir up, there is now saber rattling going on with Russia. And our own mainstream media will be there to add fuel to the fire. What is it about violence that is so attractive? For one thing, it sells newspapers, TV spots and acts as a conditioning factor to where certain people will feed upon it and want to see action. More
The FBI currently has more than 40,000 US citizens on its list of who they are afraid of. Think about that number for a minute. How realistic do you believe that number is? How likely do you believe it is that 40,000 US citizens are possibly preparing to become active terrorists at any given moment? And, with this list growing each day how possible do you believe it is that an actual terrorist could be identified in the mountain of useless information that is gathered each day? Now add in the 760,000 thousand international individuals also listed. Did your head just implode with the realization that this is not a realistic or manageable system? The FBI couldn’t identify a terrorist in this mess even if one were to stand on the street holding a sign in front of their offices.
The FBI conducted 23 million background checks for guns last year, the most ever, so expanded back ground checks is not really the issue. They obviously are already doing that. What the FBI and many politicians want is the right for the FBI to void due process (which they are also doing). In other words, you are guilty if they say so….no real evidence needed.

In Oklahoma, the bombing of the Murrah building did not elicit calls for banning or limiting the use of fertilizer, supposedly the main component for the explosion, or for expanded back ground checks on those purchasing fertilizer. 168 people were killed.
When 9/11 happened…..why were there no calls to limit or ban box cutters for that matter. More than 3,000 people died.
These people, and many others in supposed “terrorist” attacks, were all murdered by terrorists and the governments response in each situation is to attack the natural rights and liberties of law abiding citizens, trashing our constitutional rights. With the recent shooting in Orlando, FL by one individual, perspective came to mind of the organized, also intentional killing taking place in the: “US vs. Them” scenario.
We are extremely fortunate not to have our grandparents, ourselves, sons, and daughters not consistently mass killed over an extensive period of time by another country’s military intervention being conducted here in the USA.
As far as “Who kills whom” per the number count, the data below per people killed in the Mid-East regions of Afghanistan, Yemen, and Pakistan by Drone Attack does not include the “millions killed” in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and Egypt over the last 15 years, via CIA “Non-Drone” operations and direct US Military intervention. Over the same time period, those killed in the USA by terrorist acts (excluding 911 due to the “who” was actually responsible) is a very, very small percentage to those killed just by drone attacks. It is a comparison per who was killed on the “US vs. Them” of an Elephant standing next to a flea. More

I think an important aspect to keep in mind about the act of terrorism that was 9/11 is that it was the first modern instance of what I would call terrorism to “turn the page”. Of course, the planet is fairly vast, and not all so-characterized terrorist attacks are interrelated or related in any direct way to 9/11. But even so, a rash of earlier attacks such as the Khobar Towers and embassy bombings, the USS Cole attack, probably Centennial Park bombing, and certainly the 1993 WTC bombing, among slews of others, were preparatory, creating an at least subliminal public “awareness” setting the stage for 9/11/2001.
9/11 itself was used to successfully turn the page for the world away from primarily civilian aspirations to concentrate on military mobilization and the girding of loins necessary to strike at designated adversaries. The template re-implanted then was a very old one, dating at least from the dread of the Saxons and the colonial Indians, good guys vs. fiendish and subhuman bad guys. DEVELOPING A WINNING STRATEGY (Speech to SF Bay Area leaders)
As I travel around the country I’m asked the same question: What can we do—is there a chance of winning?
I’m asked this question by women and men, by Republicans and Democrats, by Libertarians and Tea Party members, by young and old, by rural and urban residents. My answer is always the same. We can do a lot and yes, we will win.
Now, that’s a powerful statement and has to be backed up with tactics or it’s just empty rhetoric.
In this gathering today, in addressing you who are in leadership and organizing positions, it’s necessary to discuss strategy. A good idea acted on at the wrong time is wasted. An action with no follow-up is lost. An assertion without a solid grounding in facts destroys credibility.
The shocking truth that we all deal with on a daily basis is that UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan to inventory and control all resources, both human and natural, all means of production, and all information in the world. Twenty years ago the Agenda for the 21st Century was agreed to by our government and then implemented through executive order in 1993. It hides in plain sight—masquerading as regional plans, climate action plans, as scenic byways, as smart meters, as domestic surveillance, as land trusts, as Outcome Based Education, as sustainable communities strategies, as public/private partnerships, as comprehensive or master or general plans. Because it is a stealth plan we are at a tremendous disadvantage in bringing it to the public’s awareness. We are smeared in the media and in our neighborhoods, called conspiracy theorists, and disregarded. We’re subjected to a disinformation campaign that is Delphi’ing the entire world.

Well! Just in time for the rigged “vote” on the fake food safety bills in the House and Senate, CBS news claimed that terrorists…..in a place far, far away….were planning to poison food in hotels and restaurants in the United States.
(CBS) In this exclusive story,CBS News chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian reports the latest terror attack to America involves the possible use of poisons – simultaneous attacks targeting hotels and restaurants at many locations over a single weekend.
A key Intelligence source has confirmed the threat as “credible.” Department of Homeland Security officials, along with members of the Department of Agriculture and the FDA, have briefed a small group of corporate security officers from the hotel and restaurant industries about it.
Most likely if any terrorists had been planning on poisoning the food in hotels and restaurants, their rooms would be paid for by Homeland Security or FDA/USDA. Its highly unlikely and very improbable that any such threat ever existed.
A key intelligence source was most likely the agent who called CBS news to get their co-operation in planting this story just prior to the last ditch effort to pass the unconstitutional assault on food production and supply, S.510. Leave it to Lame Stream Media to do their part in “crisis creation”. Works every time. Just prior to every rights robbing assault on America, the media joins with “intelligence sources” to float some bogus report meant to scare us into compliance. The FDA and USDA jumped into the fray to flex their newly empowered over-reaching, unlawful authority.
The report of the Department of Justice mentioned by Sally O’Boyle in her letter (see previous post on SPLC) has certainly earned the Department a place among America’s Enemies. There is so much drivel in this publication that to try to analyze and comment on the whole thing would take a small book. Periodically I am forwarded an article with the question “What do you think?” Sometimes, a very few sometimes, I read through and think “Another stupid knee jerk reaction.” on the part of the author and go my merry way. After all, most of us get numerous emails concerning public policy and in reality besides pointing out the irony (or stupidity) our “trash overflowith” so to speak.
The more I considered this article, the more I began to consider that perhaps this topic deserved more than the traditional “delete key” motion – I hope to explain why. As usual one would hope that the reader would listen to my self-aware narcissistic ramblings (at least I am aware of my condition) until the end in which I will attempt to tie together the facts for digestion. I beseech thee to be Open Minded for these few words of discussion.
First and foremost I would pose these questions. What would you think if there was a Nationwide effort to teach safety, increase youngsters self-confidence, increase concentration through focus and empower our youth to become self-sufficient individuals? What if this program was Congressionally chartered in 1903, but was independent of governmental monies and therefore a non-political entity? What if this program sounded like a wonderful opportunity for individuals, young or old, to have the opportunity to participate in a group setting and become better members of society?
No matter if one is Liberal, Conservative, Democratic or Republican – I believe I am hearing those proverbial heads nodding. The above concept is in many ways the recent pronunciation of what we hope our future will hold. Family, security, hope……
Now before we all join hands and begin a rousing chorus of Kumbaya – let me place one more word out there. Gun.

The original purpose was to provide civilians an opportunity to learn and practice marksmanship skills so they would be skilled marksmen if later called on to serve in the U.S. military. Over the years the emphasis of the program shifted to focus on youth development through marksmanship. From 1916 until 1996 the CMP was administered by the U.S. Army. Title XVI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104-106, 10 February 1996) created the Corporation for the Promotion of Rifle Practice & Firearms Safety (CPRPFS) to take over administration and promotion of the CMP. The CPRPFS is a tax-exempt non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been Federally chartered by the U.S. Congress, but is not an agency of the U.S. Government (Title 36, United States Code, Section 40701 et seq). Apart from a donation of surplus .22 and .30 caliber rifles in the Army’s inventory to the CMP, the CMP receives no Federal funding.
This is an organization that encourages not only good citizenship, but brings families together through the hands on training, safety and competition. These are good things. They help provide the training and tools to make us a safer community. Tools naturally have to include the gun. More

Whether there are troops in the streets with guard dogs or not makes no difference; the effect is the same: a loss of fundamental liberty. In fact, I would say that we are living in a far more effective police state by virtue of the fact that the troops and guard dogs are not needed in order to keep us in line. We have become so spineless that just the implied threat of a government crackdown is enough to silence most people, these days.

There really was a new Presidential Executive Order issued December 30, 2009 in relation to Terrorism in the United States. No – the “Alphabet Connection” was not “officially” released (Wink. Wink), but it seems that the “We” in my reporting from yesterday has decreed through an Official real and truly true Executive Order as reported in the NY Times (http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2009/12/30/us/politics/AP-US-Anthrax-Attack.html):
“If the nation ever faces a large-scale attack by a biological weapon like anthrax, the U.S. Postal Service will be in charge of delivering whatever drugs and other medical aid Americans would need to survive.”
Stop that! Now wipe off the keyboard and monitor. Good. Listen to We (oops) me.
Who better to be “in charge of dispensing ”medical countermeasures” to biological weapons because of its ”capacity for rapid residential delivery.””
Hey – lets deputize them as “Visiting Nurses” under the new “Obama Health Care Plan” and provide syringes too! That’ll get the economy rolling!
Or how about Wal-Mart? That corporation is the largest non-union civilian employer in the United States with 1.3 million employees (USPS has a paltry 656,000 unionized workers). Wait a minute – I see what that sneaky “We” guy is doing. You silly bugger – it’s a “bait and switch” tactic to pay back the Union Bosses that “We” ripped off behind closed doors during the Health Care debacle after they elected “We”.
Another little goodie is this one:
“Under the new order, federal agencies must develop a response plan that includes possible law enforcement escorts for Postal Service workers and gives anthrax ”primary threat consideration.””
One might question whether the “unionized” law enforcement escorts are there to “escort” or enforce, but that is going way too far. And why “anthrax”? Could it have anything to do with this story out of New Hampshire in which a third case of “natural” anthrax was identified from African drums – wait – isn’t Nigeria in Africa?
Maybe I was wrong. Maybe yesterdays Executive Order could merge with todays Executive Order and save the “free-ish” World.
After much discussion and an in-depth tri-partisan Blue Ribbon Panel Investigation lasting 72 hours, the White House today released it’s findings on the 8 Terrorist attacks in the last 6 months of the year:
1.The last Administration is responsible for not doing enough or doing too much depending on what was done.
2.Calling the Terrorists, well Terrorists, has hurt their itty bitty little feelings and made them “madder than a wet hen”.
3.All of the individuals involved have used, gasp, letters in their names. Some have even had the audacity to use multiple vowels!
4.Many have used garments to conceal and/or disguise the tools being used to perpetuate said “Domestic Badness”.
In order to discourage the “Really Bad Badness”, the following Executive Order has been put forth:
“By virtue of the authority vested in me as President by myself, the Chicago Political Machine and the Hope and Change Committee, including whichever statute and non-verified International Treaty that We call upon as an Independent Ruling Body, it is hereby ordered that:
1.All Administration Officials whom have served from August 4th, 1961 forward and had the audacity to pass laws allowing for anything other than what I have deemed acceptable (except for the Officials currently serving in the House or Senate which support my Agenda), be removed from office.
2.No longer will we refer to the “T” word. Now we shall use “Bad Guys” (BG) in referring to the individuals who do “Bad Stuff” (BS).
3.All Global Citizens who use letters in their name, especially if multiple vowels are used, shall be placed upon the “Super-Dee-Duper Watch List” (SDDWL). (With the following exceptions of whom will be placed on the “Not Super-Dee-Super Watch List” (NSDDWL): CIA, FBI, POTUS, ACLU, ACORN, SIEU, etc.)
4.No individual, no matter what their status, who has been placed upon the SDDWL will be allowed to wear garments that are concealing in any manner.
The above decrees are not intended to abridge in any respect the privileges, exemptions or immunities which such Global Citizens may have acquired or may acquire by international agreement or by Congressional action. Those shall be “null and void” due to the power invested in me and because We said so.

THE QUESTION
There has been a whirlwind of legislation in America over the past ten years; statutes which both add to and convolute our already oppressive society. So, I figured a little insight into living under these laws might be timely. There are so many, so I’ll just address what I think are the most pointed.
After September 11th, pretty much that hallmark date that the government chose to institute such sweeping change, the right to speak out against government pretty much equated to speaking for terrorism. I mean come on now. Don’t you see the nexus? Homeland Security does!

Having attended the trial of Pat and Melissa Monchilovich at Balsam Lake, I found it more like viewing a site being cleared by a bulldozer. Judge Molly GaleWyrick cleared the path for Wisconsin’s Department of Agriculture to further its agenda of an alleged disease control program. The Media in their true slanted fashion picked away at the obstructions around the edges, avoiding the hard facts like stones.
I had arrived at Pat’s house before the trial to find a young family supported by the community via phone calls and a helpful sister in law waiting to baby sit. Pat was understandably nervous, as a way of life he had come to know for generations was being threatened.
During the proceedings the Judge indicated that Pat and Melissa should have made their arguments in an administrative hearing not in her courtroom. Interesting thought, as the original motion to dismiss voided by the Judge was based on the failure of DATCP to provide just such a hearing.
When Pat raised the point of not having a premises on title, the Judge turned to the assistant district attorney Moria Ludvigson for an explanation of what Pat was saying, “he must mean that there isn’t a 911 address where the cattle are kept” Moria replied. More

Following 9/11, Congress passed the gargantuan USA PATRIOT Act, without reading it. The PATRIOT Act and the FISA Amendments Act were written to protect Americans from terrorism, but they’ve left people unprotected from their own government.
It also authorized National Security Letters (NSLs). NSLs allow federal agents to seize your personal records without a warrant, even when there’s no suspicion of wrongdoing. The FBI can also prohibit you from telling anyone that you’ve been searched because of an NSL. The FBI was found to have abused this power thousands of times.
Time to end the fraud that the ball lies in Israel’s court.

Please refer to the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 which allows the president to declare you a “domestic terrorist” if you disagree with government policy or participate in dissenting views……which you have done if you accessed this article.
When our government speaks of terrorists, I bet you think they are talking about someone “over there”. NOT! They aren’t concerned with foreign terrorists, after all they perform a very necessary function. More
“The Attorney General may deny the transfer of a firearm pursuant to section 922(t)(1)(B)(ii) if the Attorney General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof, and the Attorney General has a reasonable belief that the prospective transferee may use a firearm in connection with terrorism.”
In other words if the Attorney General suspects that you are a terrorist then he can deny you the right to buy a gun. There is no trial and no due process of law. So not only does this bill violate the second amendment, it also violates the fifth and sixth amendments.
The author of this bill and the cosponsors all took an oath to support the constitution. And yet here they are happily proposing to violate it left and right. In my opinion that should be ample reason for removing them from office.
But there are other troubling aspects to this bill. If second amendment rights can be removed in this manner what about other rights. Could your first amendment right of free speech be revoked because you might be using it to conspire with others to commit acts of terrorism? Could your fourth amendment right to privacy be taken because you might have something dangerous on your person or your property?
This bill stinks to high heaven. All Americans should contact their representatives and tell them this bill must not pass.
