One of the more flagrant uses of words meant to disparage others, is the use of the word anarchist or, anarchy.  In a recent statement by “Dirty” Harry Reid, Senate leader,

“Senate Democrats have shown that we are willing to debate and vote on a wide range of issues, including efforts to improve the Affordable Care Act. We continue to be willing to debate these issues in a calm and rational atmosphere. But the American people will not be extorted by Tea Party anarchists.”

So let’s take a look at the definition of “anarchists and/or anarchy” in The Free Dictionary

an·ar·chy (nr-k)                                                               DIRTY HARRY

n. pl. an·ar·chies

1. Absence of any form of political authority.

2. Political disorder and confusion.

3. Absence of any cohesive principle, such as a common standard or purpose.

Excuse me “Dirty” Harry……..I believe you just described both houses of congress and the current state of our so-called “elected” government. More

Tea party women attend “Angry white Women of the Tea Party” lecture

Tea Partiers attended the “Angry white Women of the Tea Party” lecture in the People’s Republic of Berkeley, Ca. Yesterday

Here we were, Tea Party members, third row front and center at the Freight and Salvage Theatre in Berkeley, waiting for the lecture to begin. Our speaker was Ruth Rosen: feminist, liberal progressive, author, columnist and all around women’s liberation chronicler.  This diminutive figure in a dress and matching pink scarf was introduced with all her college letters, literary successes and public writings.

We had come to hear her lecture on “The Tea Party and Angry White Women”.  I braced myself for what was to come, as did the other members who had found out about the lecture. Ruth Rosen did not disappoint.   She began her diatribe by saying that the women of the Tea Party were racist and xenophobic.  The crowd nodded and ate it up. I could feel my blood pressure rising. How dare she label us like this? She has no idea who we are or how we feel.

I kept my mouth shut.

It was all I could do to stay seated and the lecture had only just started. She continued, “Women of the Tea Party are angry. Angry because we are being held back by our husbands and marginalized, ignored and side lined by the GOP.” She also stated a woman joins the Tea Party because either her husband belongs or someone in her family belongs, and/or it serves as a way for these women to obtain a career they never could have otherwise. Long-Term Lessons for the Tea Party

Look no further than Ross Perot’s Independent Run for the Presidency

Ross Perot’s 1992 independent run for the presidency holds major lessons for the Tea Party in the 2012 elections.

Perot, a billionaire, had the means to fund his first race for president and did, spending some $66 million. He chose Dallas as his independent party’s headquarters, and called for volunteers. Democrats, republicans, libertarians, independent-voters of all stripes-answered the call to help him organize and provide the labor needed to set his campaign in motion against Bill Clinton and George H.W.Bush, Sr.

Perot, it would appear,  was initially asked by the elite to get in the race to bleed conservative votes away from Bush. They had vetted Bill Clinton to be the next president, but felt he might not have enough voter strength to beat Bush outright and knew he needed help; voters, generally, then still being the one uncontrollable on Election Day.

On February 20, 1992, Perot appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live show and announced his intention to run as an independent if his supporters could get his name on the ballot in all fifty states. Which they did; helping him establish his campaign organization and slogan, “United We Stand America.”

As the campaign got underway, Perot got out of the gate fast with good, on-air infomercials (some as long as 30 minutes) about what was wrong with Washington, what needed to be fixed, why it needed to be fixed, and how he would fix it.

Suddenly, he led the voter polls with 39% versus 31% for Bush and 25% for Clinton.  More

The 50 MPH Taser Equipped Elephant of Montgomery County, Texas

Available in Taser, Video, 37mm or 40mm grenade launchers, or a meaty single shot or multiple shot 12 gauge shotgun. The final variety is for military use only and they don’t tell us what sorts of ballistics toys they get to pick from.

When I was a potty mouthed little rug-rat in Primary School, we had this raunchy poem we would recite:

“Birdy, Birdy in the sky,

Let a poopy in my eye.

Birdy, Birdy I won’t cry,

I’m just glad that Elephants don’t fly!”

All a twitter (which meant something completely different back in my youth), we’d run off laughing at ourselves.

Years pass. We might marry, see our wee ones grow into something amazing and wonder what the next generation will achieve. Lately I’ve been more concerned with what burdens and lack of Freedom they will inherit. It is obvious that something is standing in our collective “room with a view” which is being completely ignored. Something dark, large and ominous. Whether it be the rioting Citizens of many Nations fed up with the obvious overreaching governmental control or the slow slide into complete societal control by “unknown” forces, there is an unseen “Elephant of Doom” hovering about.

As discussed before, drones are the ultimate “no-knock warrant”. This was my opinion six months ago. Eight months ago, I discussed the possibility that drones would begin their active usage in CONUS  – again – I was quite soundly chastised for my concern.

We are now in these few short months facing (or ignoring depending upon mindset) the fact that in Texas – home of the supposed Republican Party front-runner Perry (Tea Party front-runner?!)- drones are being deployed that will be equipped with a Taser XREP, Video and possibly more extreme weaponry for use against – American Citizens who reside in Montgomery County, Texas.  According to this article:

The ShadowHawk comes in four different flavors with different options for outfitting. Both turbine or piston engines are available and guidance systems include laser pointers, range finders, illuminators, CCD TV optics and a FLIR infrared camera. Take off, flying and landing can be fully automated or pilot assist, semi-autonomous. The military and law enforcement can opt to add an XREP taser, 37mm or 40mm grenade launchers or a meaty single shot or multiple shot 12 gauge shotgun. The final variety is for military use only and they don’t tell us what sorts of ballistics toys they get to pick from.

Wow! This situation kind of reminds of a passage I was required to read in order to have the appropriate “education”:

Outside, even through the shut window-pane, the world looked cold. Down in the street little eddies of wind were whirling dust and torn paper into spirals, and though the sun was shining and the sky a harsh blue, there seemed to be no colour in anything, except the posters that were plastered everywhere. The blackmoustachio’d face gazed down from every commanding corner. There was one on the house-front immediately opposite. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU, the caption said, while the dark eyes looked deep into Winston’s own. Down at streetlevel another poster, torn at one corner, flapped fitfully in the wind, alternately covering and uncovering the single word INGSOC. In the far distance a helicopter skimmed down between the roofs, hovered for an instant like a bluebottle, and darted away again with a curving flight. It was the police patrol, snooping into people’s windows. The patrols did not matter, however. Only the Thought Police mattered.

Of course I am most probably mistaken. In our current society there is no Propaganda plastered on the Main Stream Media, revisionist economic news is never “revised” and transparency is always in force!

However if the Vanguard visits your County – well – one might want to duck.

I got all weepy eyed when I read this article from ABC “Bush to Be in NYC to Mark 10th Anniversary of 9/11”:

The ceremony at the World Trade Center site marking the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks will be a solemn but stately event that will include former President George W. Bush and a chance for victims’ families to view the names of loved ones etched into the memorial, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said.

President Barack Obama and Bloomberg will be joined by the leaders in charge during the 2001 attacks, including Bush, former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and former New York Gov. George Pataki. Current New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will also be there, he said.

As the Ol’ Boys Club (OBC) gathers to remember the events of 10 years ago, obviously Government is showing their thanks in spectacular ways. Like the Compensation funds distributed later to those affected or the Companies that cleaned up on the backs of workers:  Cancer-stricken WTC worker gets $0 settlement check:

Cancer-stricken Ground Zero worker Edgar Galvis has finally received a compensation check — for zero dollars. More

What underlying fear one must live in to castigate those who have decided to live an alternate educational lifestyle. What terror is exposed as apparently the “little subset” of society determine that teaching a 5 or 6-year-old child of the joys of masturbation might be more appropriate at a different age.

There are times however when I wonder why one must be so hateful in their assessment of others actions. The following blog is a case in point. More

Vote all you want…the agenda doesn’t change

We vote because we believe it will make a difference.  We vote because we have been carefully steered through fictional ideologies, presented to us as “us against them”, the right v left, Democrat v Republican, liberal v conservative.  It is all a ruse.  Not one of the people who wave the party flags, who promote the party platforms on either side of the fictional isle belong to anything other than the ruling party of the District of Criminals.  This one party system which has a death grip on the country isn’t about to let go; but I’m not voting for any of them.  I’ve decided that I will not vote for the candidate most likely to cause the least destruction just because he or she isn’t quite as corrupted as the pretended opposition.

We have choices between two things….rotten, and not so rotten at the moment.  If those are the only choices I have, I refuse to choose. I refuse to be forced to choose between the lesser of two evils.  Evil is evil; changing the face of evil by rotating which faction is center stage, makes it no less malignant.  I will not be forced to vote for candidates I firmly believe are set against us.

We need the choice of voting “no confidence” on our ballots.  We need to be able to prevent anyone who cannot garner at least 50% of the vote, from taking an official office.  We need to end corrupt politicians sitting in office who got only 20 or 30% of the vote.  We need a means to convey our disgust at the lack of honesty, integrity and moral character that a vote of “no confidence” could provide.  And we need to prevent career politicians from nesting up in government on a minimal number of votes.

Regardless of which camp you like to think you are in, voting will simply deliver you more of the same no matter who wins.  Just as the Democrats picked up where the Republicans left off in 2008, the changing of the guard on congress will simply see a continuance of the agenda already in motion.  The Republicans will simply pick up where the Democrats left off.  But you are supposed to believe there is some great and vast difference between the right and left.  We’ll get rid of those nasty Democrats and put the Republicans back in there running things…..yeah….that’ll fix it.  Wait…Weren’t the Republicans the ones who set this mess up during Bush the Lessor’s tenure as Prez?  And, weren’t the Democrats going to ride in to save us from the nasty Republicans?
