Crimes of a Monster: Your Tax Dollars at Work

By John W. Whitehead

“This is true whether you’re talking about taxpayers being forced to fund high-priced weaponry that will be used against us, endless wars that do little for our safety or our freedoms, or bloated government agencies such as the National Security Agency with its secret budgets, covert agendas and clandestine activities. Rubbing salt in the wound, even monetary awards in lawsuits against government officials who are found guilty of wrongdoing are paid by the taxpayer.”

Sanctuary cities is a non legal term which is often used to refer to communities that provide a safe haven for undocumented or illegal immigrants of any nationality where police do not necessarily enforce federal immigration laws, whereby, these types of persons, are shielded, so to speak. The practice goes back to the 1980’s which in all probability was created mostly for Mexican nationals who traditionally worked the fields in California. Since then, much has changed dramatically.

Most recently, illegal immigrants are being offered the opportunity to go to college using government sponsored financial aid as part of California’s Dream Act signed by Jerry Brown. However, considering the massive unemployment numbers in California, how many of these college grads will eventually find work in their chosen fields? Besides the illegal drug trade which has plagued the state for years, medical marijuana, seems to be the grower’s choice that many illegals fall back on when there are scarce opportunities to be found, and especially so, when farmers are not hiring because Sancturary Cities map1their needed water allotments required for growing crops in the valley is not available.

Taking this a bit further, the connection between illegal drugs and illegal immigrants of any nationality has created a Pandora’s Box when considering that illegals, and even hardened violent criminals are shielded and catered to while being in the parameters of a Sanctuary City. Even when these persons are deported back to their own country, they often return. Thus, there is a massive circle of crime and corruption at the taxpayer’s expense which also includes an immense burden upon law enforcement. A report from the Center for Immigration Studies reveals more than 8,000 criminal illegal aliens have been released by hundreds of law-defying cities and counties over an eight-month period in 2014.

When considering the strict immigration policies of most of the other nations in the world, the implications of allowing massive numbers of
illegals to cross U.S. borders are very suspect. Besides giving them a social security number and a driver’s license, one must ask themselves, is there anything else that an illegal should be given?

The California Senate’s Appropriations Committee passed SB 4, giving health care to all illegal/undocumented aliens and costing an estimated $1 billion dollars. As yet, the bill has not been signed by the governor.

So, what’s behind all of the favoritism towards illegals while California’s working class and other taxpayers are paying billions to shore up a state and a national government that is laying a foundation for shielding corruption? Just follow the money.

Cities and counties are entitled to federal grants who choose to be a sanctuary haven. Also, the Democratic Party is very dependent upon using California’s 55 electoral votes (the most of any state) in every Presidential election.  The more illegals who receive free stuff from the party that is in office, the more they will vote for the same party at the voting booth. So open the gates to as many illegals as possible and win a Presidential election as well as the Gubernatorial election. Also, by connecting the dots it is only logical to assume that there is a purposeful policy of “shielding” hardened immigrant criminals in sanctuary cities that will most certainly not only breed unrest, it will also provide a climate that will eventually provoke riots that will spread from one burning city to another to where martial law will finally be implemented. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights will then be thrown out, guns will be collected, and the great American meltdown will begin.

This Pandora’s Box is now being fashioned from the top down and is on the order of a totalitarian regime coming from Washington D.C. Yet, will the
American people finally wake up and save the country? This is the realty and although we still have a country which has been crafted
as a government for and by the people, and one nation under God, we are now on the verge of losing it.

Foundations of Evil: Foundations, Depopulation & the Taxpayer

Foundations, Depopulation & the Taxpayer

Many “philanthropic” foundations have been used in America as a tax dodge to protect family fortunes, to polish tarnished images of robber barons and worst of all, to make the public fund depopulation and other detrimental policies that benefit the controlling elite.  Some tax-funded depopulation programs include vaccines, genetically modified (GM) crops and “reproductive rights” which is a euphemism for abortion, birth control and sterilization under the elites’ eugenics programs.  Incredibly, the public is paying for its own demise!  This brings a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘death and taxes’.

What is a Foundation?

There are 1.6 million so-called ‘nonprofit’ 501(c)3 organizations in the US. Nonprofits are misnamed and are anything but not-for-profit; a more accurate description is that they are TAX EXEMPT organizations. The two two major types of tax exempt organizations are:

  • Foundations- these are the grantors and they are required to donate 5% of their assets each year to charitable organizations. They enjoy enormous tax breaks from the federal government and pay no income tax, no corporate tax and no capital gains tax. States and local governments may also exempt them from property and sales taxation. Some powerful foundations are extremely influential in setting political policies and making laws that benefit their enterprises and pass the cost onto taxpayers.
  • Nonprofit Organizations or NPOs also enjoy the same tax exemptions as foundations (no income, corporate or capital gains taxes). NPOs are structured like a business and seek grants from foundations, government subsidies and corporate and private donations. They do pursue profits.

Foundations make grants to NPO “charities”.  Assets within foundations are not owned by individuals, but individuals control the assets.  Because they are allowed to continually re-invest assets without taxation, foundations are used to protect family wealth through estate planning; this scheme is now expanding into business development which means that some businesses are seeking to cut their taxes by pretending to be charitable organizations.

Foundations date back to Greek and Roman times.  They became popular with the elites in the U.S. when they created the fraudulent Federal Reserve System and the income tax.

Before you write a check, sign a petition or declare your unwavering support for foundations or “nonprofit” organizations (NPOs), you may wish to investigate their agendas by using this step-by-step guide. Many large foundations and nonprofit organizations have destructive agendas in opposition to public interest or they receive funding from dubious sources and may be unduly influenced.

Lawyer and former tax expert, Michael Shaw now President of FreedomAdvocates.org says, “Foundations, Non Governmental Organizations and non-profits are generally exempt from income taxes. They have been arranged from the beginning to promote globalism and today this is accomplished through the implementation of Agenda 21. The creation of the Federal Reserve coupled with the adoption of the income tax in 1913 provided the one world elite opportunity to avoid taxes through the formation of Foundations and other tax exempts. This was key to creating the financing system that has promoted globalism and which now threatens us all with world tyranny.”

“The Federal Reserve’s recent actions in flooding the world with new dollars and most recently using accounting trickery to make the American taxpayers responsible for any bad investments they make, is surely cause for immediate action by our new congress.”

On January 6th, the international Banksters at the private Federal Reserve screwed the American people again and not too many people noticed. It seems that the Banksters became concerned that the Fed might suffer some monetary losses if the value of their massive amount of bond holdings were to decrease. So what did they decide to do? The Fed Owns the U.S. Gov’t – The U.S. Gov’t Controls its Employees – Social Security Made Americans into Federal Employees

LIVE LINK: Llstulers blog

Reprinted with permission

“Besides the sovereignty issue that the Federal Reserve had to deal with, the federal government has no jurisdiction over intrastate commerce.  Actually, this is a consequence of American sovereignty – there would be no sovereignty if the federal government could rule Americans in their commercial endeavors.  The Constitution in Article I, section 8, only grants the federal government jurisdiction “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes”.  This is known as foreign commerce, interstate commerce, and trade with the Indians.”

If the actions of the federal government in Washington, D.C., seem at odds with the Constitution and, as well, at odds with the general public’s views and desires, you must know that the Federal Reserve now owns the U.S. government.  Owning the U.S. government was not enough to enslave Americans due to their inherent natural-born sovereignty.  So the Federal Reserve has also created Social Security in order to destroy that sovereignty.  This is the basis of EVERYTHING that the government is doing.  By applying for a S.S.# an American entered into an employment contract.  There are no Constitutional restraints concerning the government’s own employees.

The Federal Reserve bankrupted the U.S. federal government in the 1930′s.  This is clearly evidenced by the law itself:  title 11, U.S.C., “Bankruptcy”, is implemented by title 11 C.F.R., “Federal Elections”.  The Federal Election Commission is charged with implementing the laws of bankruptcy.  Our elections are simply to elect a bankruptcy “administration” – the Fed is in charge, so it really doesn’t matter who gets elected.  President Obama ran his election on the “change” platform, but once elected, he increased the bailout money to the same people and increased the number of troops overseas.  Nothing has changed at all because the Fed has ordained what will be done.  Republican or Democrat, it would not have mattered who won the election.

The following is from the Congressional Record of March 17, 1993:

“It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent.  H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress session of June 5, 1933 – Joint Resolution to Suspend the Gold Standard and Abrogate the Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States governmental offices, officers, and departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.”

As the Congressional Record states above, the gold standard could no longer be upheld.  This means that the federal government no longer could pay gold to back up the dollar – there were too many dollars in circulation.  This is bankruptcy.

After bankrupting the government, the Federal Reserve then moved to enslave all Americans and make them pay the interest on their (counterfeit money) loans to the government.

However, bankrupting the U.S. federal government wasn’t enough to make Americans pay the Fed’s interest because the American is sovereign, not the federal government.  This has been held by the Supreme Court in several decisions, such as, United States v. Lee, 106 U.S. 196, Hale v. Henkle, 201 U.S. 43, Julliard v. Greenman, 110 U.S. 421, and Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 Dall. 419.  It is expressed quite clearly within Julliard v. Greenman as follows:

“There is no such thing as a power of inherent Sovereignty in the government of the United States.  In this country sovereignty resides in the People, and Congress can exercise no power which they have not, by their Constitution entrusted to it:  All else is withheld.”    More

Sandbox Economics: We don’t know if this will really happen

Sometime this year, we taxpayers will again receive another ‘Economic Stimulus’ payment.

This is indeed a very exciting program, and I’ll explain it by using a Q & A format:

Q. What is an ‘Economic Stimulus’ payment?

A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

Q. Where will the government get this money?

A. From taxpayers. More

Many of us witnessed the arrogance of Barbara Boxer on June 18, 2009 as she admonished Brigadier General Michael Walsh because he addressed her as “ma’am” and not “Senator” before a Senate hearing.
This letter is from a National Guard aviator and Captain for Alaska Airlines named Jim Hill.  I wonder what he would have said if he were really angry. Long fly Alaska !!!!!

You were so right on when you scolded the general on TV for using the term, “ma’am,” instead of “Senator”.  After all, in the military, “ma’am” is a term of respect when addressing a female of superior rank or position.  The general was totally wrong. Round and Round the Construction Firm

It is with great sadness that we must now report that there are apparently no qualified America Owned large Construction Engineering Companies in the United States capable of installing a ventilation system in the New York Subway Manhattan area. Due to the unreported demise of these firms, China State Construction Engineering Corp, the largest contractor in China, has been awarded the $100 million dollar contract through it’s subsidiary China Construction America Co .

The company is reported to have signed over 1 Billion dollars in construction projects in the United States this year alone – including the $410 million dollar Hamilton Bridge renovation project which began in July 2009

So let me attempt to understand this.

  • American taxpayers have had the “privilege” through TARP and Stimulus Packages to bailout the Federal Government
  • Who then borrowed on our backs trillions of dollars from China to  then
  • Award contracts to Chinese contracting firms
  • Denying American Engineering firms the opportunity to profit from the American taxpayer sacrifice.

This reminds me of a Chinese Proverb “The crafty rabbit has three different entrances to its lair.”

Unfortunately with the majority of our Industries outsourced, the inability of Republocrats to stand up for American Citizens, and the lack of any true leader in our Nation; it maybe time to learn Mandarin.

I hear Rosetta Stone has a sale going. Up to $125 off and free shipping

At least they are still American owned.

The economy is so bad the Mafia has started laying off judges

Quote of the Day: “The economy is so bad the Mafia has started laying off judges.” — anonymous Internet joke

Subject: The myth of good intentions

A bill with a nice-sounding title, such as the “Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA),” passes Congress. Later, when its defects come to light, even the law’s victims assume that the bill had “good intentions,” but was “poorly written.” I saw this sentiment expressed often while reading blogs about the CPSIA.

But I think these assumptions about “good intentions” are a little naive. After all, if Congress really had “good intentions” they would have taken the time and care to write a better bill that wouldn’t have deprived poor children of second-hand winter coats. The fact that they didn’t tells me that . . .

Their motive was good publicity, not good intentions.

That’s why they rushed to pass a poorly-written law without reading it. As we’ve pointed out, had the “Read the Bills Act” (RTBA) been in force, Congress would have crafted a much better bill.

Yet members of Congress claim that RTBA is impractical, even though it could have prevented the destructive aspects of the CPSIA and the AIG bonus provision in the scam-stimulus bill, while still allowing them to pass as much as 8,000 pages of legislation each year.

The more Congress refuses to introduce, consider, or pass the RTBA, the less we can credit them for “good intentions.” We must tell our personal elected representatives that . . .

  • If they pass bills with secret provisions inserted at the last minute, they’re just as guilty as the person who snuck it in.
  • If they did not read a bill before voting for it, they are not motivated by good intentions.
  • They are morally responsible for the unintended consequences of the poorly-worded laws they pass.

From early February through March 26, both the House and the Senate passed over 3,500 pages of legislation they didn’t read. As taxpayers and law-abiding citizens, you and I are “on the hook” for Congress’s phony good intentions. Please use our Educate the Powerful system to ask your representatives to pass DownsizeDC.org’s “Read the Bills Act.”

Use your personal comments to object to the fact that they passed 3,500 pages of legislation over two months, without reading it. Tell them they’re the ones now on the hook:

  • If they vote for massive bills without reading them, we’ll remember.
  • If they continue to ignore our demands to introduce the “Read the Bills Act,” we’ll remember.

Social Security……A Ponzi Scheme? Maybe you should look at your insurance company.

If I hear one more crack pot whining about Social Security being a [Ponzi scheme] I think my head will implode.  SS is a retirement fund and one totally funded by taxpaying workers.  Even to some extent by those [have mores] who only pay on a portion of their earnings as opposed to us [have nots or have less] that pay on all of our earnings.  Come retirement day even the rich guys will be lining up for the monthly Social Security check. They’ll think it’s a really good deal then and won’t say the word [Ponzi].

All the chronic whiners who throw old Ponzi out there as though he was some creature from hell seem not to be aware that those insurance companies that charge exorbitant rates for policies they have no intention of honoring, are modeled on the same premise as Social Security is.  Only SS actually pays as promised whereas your insurer most likely won’t unless you sue them..and then you’re not likely to win.  Now there is a refined Ponzi scheme for you: even Ponzi attempted to pay at least some of his investors back……your insurance company has no such intentions unless forced to.

As employees, we INVEST in SS with each and every paycheck we earn.  The federal government DOES NOT fund SS in any way.  Currently, and for the past thirty years, SS has produced a massive surplus and is currently producing about 150 billion a year beyond what it needs to pay all claims.

When the government announces the yearly budget, it is immediately offset by the amount that will be stolen from SS and used for other purposes.  So, add 150 billion to the announced budget total: this will give you a more realistic total for what the government is going to spend using your money.

Lets look at those insurance companies.

You are forced to buy insurance whether you want it or not, if you own a vehicle.  You are forced to pay extortion rates for health insurance…..or go without.  This leaves you either very sick or on welfare or just treading water until the health issues pass.

But what happens to those millions of premiums paid by people who have never accessed their policies or tried to, or who were informed by their insurer that for some reason their ridiculously priced policy doesn’t cover that problem they have?  What happens to those billions and billions of dollars paid in premiums year after year to companies that have no intention of paying anything but the smallest portion of claims?

We don’t know what happens to these accumulated premiums because they are used for anything and everything other than honoring the policies the insurance company sold.  For every $1 that is paid out on claims, $2 is spent trying to avoid legitimate claims and even with this, they still honor less than 20% of the claims made on policies.

In fact, we just bailed out a few biggy insurance companies that have continued to sell policies and to conduct the business of selling [insurance] after destroying the financial sector of the country with risky business ventures that we can only speculate about.  We have to speculate because they were not required to divulge just exactly where the money had gone and what exactly they had done with it.  All we know is that it wasn’t used for honoring the contracted insurance policies they sold and continue to sell.  I call this breach of contract and you should be able to sue on that premise, but try finding a judge for that one…..in fact, lots of luck even finding an attorney.

In fact, a fair portion of the investments we all made in Social Security just this year will go directly to bail out the biggest PONZI schemes ever devised by people who had no intention of ever making good on their promises.

And this is how we come to the [unfunded liabilities] section of the federal budget.

  • First we tax workers on their wages for their retirement.

  • Then, we make the SS trust fund available to the general fund because it has and continues to produce a massive surplus each year.

  • We use the money stolen from workers accounts to finance wars, to cover up the massive loss of revenues from preferential treatment of the upper 3%, and to fund the day to day operations of the government that is the thief of these funds.

  • Later, we use these stolen retirement funds to bail out Wall Street, corrupt insurance companies and all of our crooked cronies who enriched themselves at the expense of the entire country

  • Then we start crying about SS being an [unfunded liability] because we stole so damn much money from this program, which we never had any intention of paying back, we have potentially run it into a hole.  Fearing that the worst could happen, we present this as a false scenario hoping to convince the very people we victimized when we stole their retirement investments that somewhere in the future, at a time far, far away, this retirement investment account might only be able to pay a portion of its claims.

Only even that last statement isn’t true. The part about them never intending to pay it back is, but the part about it being in the red in the future isn’t.  The fact is, left alone and untampered with, SS will still produce far more than it pays out.

The next time someone tells you that SS is a Ponzi scheme……direct them to their insurance company and ask them to explain that one.  Then ask them what happens when and if they try to make a claim.  Ask them when the last time was that insurance premiums were seized to finance the repayment to Social Security.

Taxpayer money isn’t ours?

Congressman Joe Knollenberg states emphatically that taxpayer money is not OUR money while trying to rationalize the next round of bailouts, this time for auto-makers.  Well if it isn’t OUR money…then whose is it?   Knollenberg seems not be aware the federal government has no money of its own….it only has tax revenues from taxpayers, or money it borrows that must be repaid by taxpayers.  Liken this to your neighbor taking your paycheck and giving it to his friends who make their living as con men….then taking out a loan and putting your name down as the borrower and holding you responsible for the debt.

A bullet or a Swiss bank account?

That’s the choice Third World leaders of resource rich countries have been offered since at least post-World War II.

Our gangster government, owned in reality by corporations, uses tax payer resources to subvert countries all over the world.

The first line of offense?  Loans. Easy term loans.

Sound familiar?

Everything the US does overseas – EVERYTHING – it also does to its own people.

Assassination of political figures…already a part of American life.

Murder of civilians in cold blood…Waco and 9/11.

Deliberately bankrupting the nation as a means of social engineering…that’s what’s happening right now.

As former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura pointed out in yesterday’s video, Americans mistakenly believe that the CIA (and other intelligence agencies for whom it provides cover) only operates against other countries.

In fact, it operates against all who it perceives as potential threats to the government’s comfort i.e. any movement that demonstrates independence of thought and action.

Here’s how it operates in other countries, which is really not that much different from how it operates at home:

Congress Must Demand Bush and Cheney Resign

George Bush wants taxpayers to pay $700 billion to bail out Wall Street for its reckless investments in mortgage-backed securities. That’s on top of $800 billion for other recent bailouts, including A.I.G., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bear Stearns.

The current financial disaster is the direct result of the Bush-Cheney Administration’s 8-year policy of deregulation, corruption, and greed.

The Bush-Cheney Administration cannot be trusted to solve the massive problems they created. Before Congress gives the Bush Administration one dime of taxpayer money for financial bailouts, Congress must demand the immediate resignation of George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Henry Paulson and the appointment of Speaker Nancy Pelosi as President until our next President is sworn in on January 20, 2009.

Here we sit like the proverbial ducks waiting to be picked off by a government so totally involved in the current fraud and financial meltdown that its first order of business is to try and figure out a way to shift the blame.  How is it that Bernanke didn’t know, Paulson didn’t know, the SEC didn’t know, the House and Senate finance committees didn’t know…in fact no one that should have known seemed to be sounding the alarm that things were going very wrong in this so-called free market?  How could none of these people have known this would happen?  Everyone out here in taxpayer land who was paying any attention at all knew that this day would come.

After more than twenty years of hearing how supply side economics, trickle down economics, free markets and unregulated free trade were going to produce a booming economy, we see that the only thing that exploded was the financial markets.  Wall Street, gigantic mortgage and insurance companies all imploding under the weight of corruption, executive abuse, and less than ethical business practices has finally succumbed to its own misbegotten theories on economics.

While free trade and no oversight and even less regulation may have looked good on paper, not one of those economic theorists gave a moments thought to the greed, the elitism and the inevitable downward spiral brought on by individuals easily consumed by corruption which is exactly what no oversight and deregulation brings on.  The fact of the matter is, that without effective oversight and regulations these individuals who operated these companies did the inevitable.   In this case there will be no punishment of any consequence.

And here is how supply side, free market economics trickle down for us on the receiving end of these policies.

  • Not one CEO who cooked the books, or who failed to file necessary corporate statements in the last five years will be forced to forfeit the millions in unearned executive bonuses, perks and pay. (Some surpassing the 90million mark)

  • Not one company or corporation will be held liable or accountable for its corruption and mismanagement.

  • US taxpayers will be assuming the burden of bad debt…. NO ONE buys bad debt except a fool.

  • Our taxes will explode regardless of who takes the presidency as a result of what has happened in the last few weeks.

  • The wealthiest 3% will still enjoy their special no-tax to speak of plan, while the rest of us labor under a tax burden so huge we can never pay it off.

I find it odd that the greatest promoters of this great American giveaway known as free market capitalism have been quite silent this last week.  Those champions of anything to make a buck no matter who gets hurt in the process seem to have gone mute.

I found myself wondering where were, they?  Why weren’t they out there shooting off their mouths about letting the market work? Why weren’t they advocating loud and clear these financial institutions should be allowed to fail?  Isn’t that what happens in free market capitalism without oversight and regulation?  Apparently not.  Obviously the only time these free market capitalists want no interference is when they are making a huge profit.  When they are losing their collective asses they run to their buddies in our government and shift their losses to us.

Why are we being forced to nationalize the losses incurred by privately owned

corporations that privatized their created profits?

I don’t buy the argument that it would destabilize markets around the world.  All that means to me is that the selling off of America is far greater than we are lead to believe and our debt being carried by countries such as China is so huge that not bailing out these companies would expose the extent of that debt.

Its time for all those who still cling to this unregulated free market theory admit that it has done nothing but destroy our economy, devastated the middle class, and brought us to the brink of financial ruin.

Personally, I believe the assets of all the party’s involved should be seized and the proceeds used to shore up these companies if that actually needs to be done.  Then all the house and senate members who are putting this bailout plan together should forfeit their salaries and any other assets of value for the same purpose.  I also believe that the massive fortunes of the Bush family, and the Cheney’s should be seized and used to offset this monstrous debt; after all they were two of the greatest promoters of free market capitalism and both profited immeasurably from it while American families lost their jobs and their homes.

There are lots of places these people could go to get the financing needed to bail out these companies.  The only reason we are being saddled with it, is because we are the easiest marks.

It is very simple people – Tell Congress to SECURE THE BORDER then we will be helping stop the War on Drugs in Mexico – by stopping the demand here in the US – without giving away our hard earned money to a country that is doing absolutely nothing for the US. Not to mention greatly decreasing the influx of illegal aliens and

GLOBAL ELITE GATHER IN D.C./Trilateral Commission members want suffering U.S. taxpayers to shell out even more money

From: American Free Press

The Trilateral Commission—one of the three most powerful globalist groups in the world—held closed-door meetings right here in Washington, D.C. from April 25 to 28. True to form, those members of the media who knew about the meeting—or were themselves participants in the proceedings—refused to discuss what went on inside or report on the attendees. Luckily, AFP’s own editor, Jim Tucker, was on the scene to bust this clandestine confabulation wide open.

By James P. Tucker Jr.

Luminaries at the Trilateral Commission meeting in Washington expressed confidence that they own all three major presidential candidates, who, despite political posturing, will support sovereignty-surrendering measures such as NAFTA and the “North American Union.”

“John has always supported free trade, even while campaigning before union leaders,” said one. “Hil and Barack are pretending to be unhappy about some things, but that’s merely political posturing. They’re solidly in support.”

He was referring to Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.), Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) and Barack Obama (D-Ill.).

Mrs. Clinton, they noted, held strategy sessions as first lady on how to get Congress to approve NAFTA “without changes.” As president, they agreed, she would do no more than “dot an i or cross a t.”

Candidate Obama has not denied news reports in Canada that his top economic adviser, Austan Goolsbee, assured Canadian diplomats that the senator would keep NAFTA intact and his anti-trade talk is just “campaign rhetoric.”

While they are confident they can deal with any “potential president,” the Trilateralists paid huge tribute to Ron Paul in an equally large twist of irony, by expressing alarm that he is causing “significant future damage.”

They expressed concern that Paul’s rallies have attracted multitudes of young people who are getting “their political education.” They want Republicans to pressure Paul to drop out now and stop his education rallies. This assignment was given to Thomas Foley, former U.S. House speaker.

The reasons Paul’s “education campaign” strikes fear into Trilateral hearts are obvious. Paul would refuse to surrender an ounce of U.S. sovereignty to an international organization and TC wants world government.

Paul would immediately bring U.S. troops home from Iraq, Afghanistan and from 130 UN “peacekeeping” missions around the globe. TC wants to enjoy war profiteering and global power. Paul would abolish the federal income tax while the TC wants to pile on a global tax payable to the UN.

The formal agenda was loaded with everything Paul and American patriots detest: higher taxes, more foreign giveaways, more immigration, both legal and illegal, into the United States and “engaging Iran,” among others.

The Trilaterals got down to real work on Saturday, April 26, with a high-powered panel called “U.S. Foreign and Domestic Policy: Broad Outlines for a New Administration.”

It was presided over by journalistic pimp David Gergen, who will write nothing about TC in his magazine, U.S News and World Report. Also participating were Kenneth Duberstein, former White House chief of staff for President Ronald Reagan; Strobe Talbot, president of the Brookings Institution and former deputy secretary of state; and Joseph Nye, former assistant secretary of defense. Henry Kissinger, former secretary of state and long-time Bilderberg leader, was present and listed as a participant. But a TC staff member crossed his name out. Some speculated he had throat problems.

This panel had these orders for the next president: increase foreign aid across the board because “America does not pay its fair share,” pay up the arrears in UN dues, allow as many immigrants into the United States as want to come and provide “amnesty” for illegal aliens already here.

Little, if anything, was said about the fact that American taxpayers pay one-fourth of the UN’s operating costs and one-third of the cost of 130 “peacekeeping missions” or the fact that immigrants from South America depress wages here and the average immigrant family costs the government thousands of dollars a year in welfare, health and other “benefits.”

Robert Zoellick, president of the World Bank and another long-time Bilderberg boy, largely echoed these views in a sweetheart “interview” by another journalistic strumpet, Lionel Barber, editor of The Financial Times, who will obediently report nothing.

There were “subgroup” meetings on “climate change,” “water and sanitation” and “migration and development.” Every nation, especially the U.S., should spend big bucks to fight “global warming,” they agreed. The United States should spend more “because Americans cause the most pollution,” one argued. Americans should send more money to Africa so natives can drink clean water and scrub themselves, they said.

Antonio Garrigues Walker, chairman of Garrigues Abogadas y Asesores Tributarios, joined Peter Sutherland, the UN secretary-general’s “special representative on migration and development,” to call on the United States to not only allow unlimited immigration, but to throw more money at Mexico and other impoverished Latin countries. It was, somehow, their “right” to have more U.S. dollars. Sutherland is chairman of British Petroleum and Goldman Sachs International. He is also a long-time Bilderberg leader.

Bill Emmott, another kept journalist, spoke on “the rise of Asia” at a reception-dinner held at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Emmott, former editor of The Economist, will report nothing.

Sunday morning, Robert Blackwill, former U.S. deputy national security adviser for Iraq, led a panel discussion on “engaging Iran and building peace in the Persian Gulf Region.” For the first time, there was dissent. Blackwill tried to rationalize the invasion of Iraq. Others doubted that Saddam Hussein was connected to the 9-11 terrorist attacks or was a nuclear threat. Blackwill said the military option remains but he hopes diplomatic efforts succeed.

Other participants were Ray Takeyh of the Council on Foreign Relations, which functions as the propaganda ministry for TC and Bilderberg; Volker Perthes, head of the German Institute for International and Security Affairs and Hitoshi Tanaka, former Japanese deputy minister of Foreign Affairs.

More foreigners demanded more U.S. money at a lunch panel called “European and Asian views on U.S. Foreign and Security Policy.” Participants were Elisabeth Guigou, a member of the French National Assembly and former minister for European affairs and Han Sung-joo, former minister of foreign affairs for South Korea.

An afternoon session addressed “global health” with more calls for American tax dollars. A major voice in this cause came from Sylvia Mathews Burwell, president of Global Development Programs, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Bill Gates has attended at least one Bilderberg meeting.

John Negroponte, U.S. deputy secretary of state, addressed the evening dinner on “U.S. foreign policy perspectives.” Again, the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan were rationalized and an invasion of Iran held out as a possibility.

The Monday morning finale addressed the Global Financial Crisis involving these luminaries: Robert Kimmitt, U.S. deputy secretary of the treasury; Martin Feldstein, former chairman of the President’s Council of Economic Advisers; David Rubenstein, managing director of The Carlyle Group; Naoki Tanaka, president of the Center for International Public Policy Studies and Sir Andrew Crockett, president of JP Morgan Chase International.

Among them, there was much talk of the U.S. government’s “duty” to “intervene” on behalf of “financial institutions under stress.” Little or nothing was said of the hundreds of thousands of Americans who are losing their homes because financial institutions lured them into buying houses they could not afford.

Throughout the weekend, no American voices were heard objecting to the demands on their country. Instead, there were smiles, nods and applause.
