~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is a continuation of the show we started to air on Monday evening.  That show was stopped in its tracks after about 17 mins.  We’ll see what happens tonight,
John Leckrone co hosts with Marti Oakley tonight as we discuss REAL ID.  What is it?  What is the purpose?
REAL ID compliant ID has been pushed back to October 1, 2021.  Of the millions who were offered REAL ID, less than 38% opted for this invasive, unwarranted surveillance ID.  The ID is claimed to be necessary for national security.  Yet no one can explain how this would be possible unless you realize that national security has nothing to do with you. It has everything to do with protecting the government from you!  Government has determined that you are the terrorist they fear.
Tune in as John and I discuss what this thing is and how it willl be used in coordination with the global economic reset.
Beyond 1984
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

George Orwell was compelled to write the book 1984 because he had a heart for Mankind and did not want to see the “free world” end up as a tyrannical country such as the former Soviet Union or Red China.  The wish to rule with unlimited power has been the desire of the ages.  Yet, here
we are again with the people of the world and leaders, on the razors edge of tyranny because of a plague that has infected not only the body but also those keen “minds” that know the difference between reason and treason, freedom and tyranny.

“Political solutions” follow when disasters and hardships come to the surface, while at the same time, “behavioral mod” used by governments may command “conformity” on a large scale, while, at the same time, love and compassion and normal human interactions are at the crossroads.  How might America navigate through an event such as this present calamity, if the people themselves have also been infected from within by a mega-virus of being divided and disunited from each other with regard to politics and religion?  This division must stop!

If we the people are to stand and heal from such a disaster and a mighty crushing whirlwind that has swept through the country, then it is necessary that we all come together in one accord and harmony like never before, lest the entire country be lost to a loveless, surveillance, high-tech superstate, with such a magnitude that even George Orwell would roll over in his grave at the very site of it!  With that said, thankfully, the Real ID mandate has been pushed to October 1, 2121 but hopefully will be banned forever.  We are not sheep to be led to the slaughter.

Let us all now be sensitive and have true compassion for one another. Yes, and let us come and reason together and save ourselves, our loved ones and the unlovable.  Let that be our endless mission, and when historians finally lay out what America  accomplished out of love for one another, this will be a reminder to all nations of how people should act and respond when calamity strikes.  May these words inspire us to renew our faith in all that we do.  Be blessed and go forward now and forever.

REAL ID: How the government became a home grown terrorism organization

To all of you who dutifully supplied all that information to the Department of Motor Vehicles so that you might obtain that special gold star on your driver license…. I don’t even know what to say to you. I want to ask you why you did not stand up and refuse this infringement of your right to travel freely, without being tagged and marked in a tracking system meant to be used against you if it should become convenient to do so.

I know….you haven’t done anything wrong and you have nothing to hide so you don’t mind if they spy on you, track you, impede your right to travel freely, and whatever else they can come up with to let you know, YOU ARE THE ENEMY THE GOVERNMENT FEARS MOST.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Government: Please let me save you some time and put your paranoid collective minds to rest. Tap into that massive data collection center you built down there in Utah. There is a plethora of information on file there about me (along with everyone else), which details every possible bit and piece of information about me, whether relevant or not, useful or not, true or not, in volumes so massive that it boggles the mind. You have collected:
  • every email I have written or received,
  • every phone call I made or received,
  • every comment or interaction I have had anywhere at any time for any reason,
  • and stored all of it in a massive and useless mountain of information that has no other purpose than to assuage your fear and,
  • to be used possibly in the future against me.
For instance: In case you decide you need to construct a fictitious case against me for having the audacity to question your motives and intentions when you violate our Constitution meant to protect us from you should you lose your collective minds at some point which, obviously, you are in the process of doing.
But therein lies the biggest problem. You have amassed such a massive amount of pointless data bits about each of us, that the idea of this being used to identify possible terrorists or terrorist activity is exposed as the fraud that it is. You aren’t tracking terrorists or their activity….you are tracking us.
I can actually understand your desire to control absolutely the very people you were charged with representing. After all, you have done much to betray us, to abuse your offices, and profited quite handsomely while doing so. More
MISS LIBERTY AND THE SURVEILLANCE FACTOR
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

While millions are glued to their cellphones and national and international news clips rule, the mainstream people are distracted by a psycho-political assault upon their minds.  The club of mind benders from Silicon Valley, the New York Times and other other lackluster cellphone news outlets are meant to program and indoctrinate hundreds of millions with political correctness and thought control but will also fleece the flock with advertisements galore.  So, while the a polluted river of information floods the nations to keep the people glued to either their cellphone, TV, movies or a PC Game, our dear Miss Liberty and freedom continues to slip away at light speed.  And how is it that so many people are either oblivious to this fact or perhaps not even aware of it?  Well, it is high time that we the people come together and deal with the greatest worldly heist of freedom that has ever  happened in the history of the world.  One may say that this is not possible when looking at past regimes where Kings and tyrants had ruled their kingdoms with tyranny and terror, however, I disagree with this assessment.

Since 9/11, when the towers fell, a massive warrant-less surveillance system imposed by George W. Bush became the beginning of the framework for a society which has now been retooled, so to speak, as a post 1984 Big Brother state. The U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights remain under attack by certain factions within the government, whether it be the courts, the deep state,, the federal and state agencies, universities, former Presidents, or certain members of Congress within the two party system.  And as the American people try to navigate through a world which has greatly changed since the last century they find it harder and harder to remain free in a nation that fought for freedom abroad but now no longer offers the very lesson and life that originally came with more compassion, fewer laws and greater opportunity for all.

With the rising surveillance factor, in regard to cellphones, the governments of the world, such as America, are already invading our privacy with unconstitutional warrant-less surveillance, whether our cellphone is either on or off.  So if a person’s texts or their private conversations are being recorded and placed in a database cloud to where one day that information may be used against them in a court hearing, and possibly  with “no jury”, then my friend, this nation and other countries would have fallen into the greatest tyrannical New World Order plot of all time.  And while China is already creating a surveillance super state, has not America been working at building a high tech, post 1984 Super State before Red China even had super computers?  And guess how China got their first super computers?  You got it.  American corporations sold them to China years ago.  It’s all in the game.  And lest all of the world becomes part of the China syndrome, to where nations tap into their own super sinful surveillance systems, ALL FREEDOM WILL BE LOST.

Police can get access to your cellphone data even after a Supreme Court ruled in favor of digital privacy advocates.

Smart Meter News

Current And Up to Date Global Smart Meter News

April 11 of this year was the turning point. That’s when I got clear: there needed to be a worldwide convergence event that exposes 5G and really opens up the discussion… as soon as possible.

I realized that the way the telecoms are going crazy — deploying their agenda even though it’s unsafe, converting utility poles to cell towers in our front yards,using their media influence to spread disinformation, etc — too much is at stake to play small.

So I first pitched my good friend Sayer Ji, who saw the huge need and became my partner. Then, five days later, we brought in the HealthTalks Online team, the world leader in summits with a large distribution network.

From early May to early June, in just about a month, I went on a tear and recorded more than 40 interviews with the world’s leading experts on 5G, wireless radiation risks, surveillance and tech addiction.

Amazingly, I was able to interview virtually everyone at the very top of my list.

The result is the upcoming “The 5G Crisis: Awareness & Accountability Summit,” which is free & online August 26 – September 1.

I knew it was going to be big, but the response during the first few days of promotion has been epic. This is information that everyone needs to know.

Go here to sign up free for The 5G Crisis Summit

I find it more than strange that the government knows exactly who I am if I owe taxes, if I get a ticket, when I apply for a drivers license, or in a myriad of other settings….but suddenly has amnesia when I attempt to board a plane. Now, by October 1, 2018, thanks to the failure of the Minnesota legislature, who, in pursuit of Federal largesse, failed to act to protect Minnesota residents from federal encroachment and over-reach, I must have a biometric marked ID or passport to board a plane. And TSA is now installed in many train stations and bus stations.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You need to biometrically brand me? I need a passport to travel in my own country? You’ve been tracking me since the day I was born and suddenly you can’t be sure who I am? This after admitting that allegedly 20 million or more people have entered the US illegally, many working under assumed names, fake ID’s and millions who have simply disappeared into the country?
A recent trip that included destinations in five states, resulted in me and thousands of other individuals, being subjected to invasive assaults from TSA officers under the guise of “keeping us all safe”. The question that comes to mind immediately after these assaults is: Who is going to keep us safe from the TSA?
By far, the worst experience was at the Lindbergh terminal in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This airport is a study in chaos, mismanagement and particularly venomous TSA agents. Of course, if you are one of those individuals convinced that even after passing through the scanners that for some reason you must now be groped, patted, grabbed, mashed, and verbally assaulted by these otherwise unemployable individuals who are now sporting a uniform and a badge, I assume this physical assault is just fine.
After all, almost 20 years ago they blew up buildings with planes in New York. I was reminded of this at the Lindbergh terminal after having my hands swabbed with a strip used to detect dangerous chemicals. Having had this done numerous times on numerous trips, when the agent swabbed my hands and told me to move on….I did. I did not realize that a new step in this process had been added and that included yet another agent located to my right about 12 feet away, in a small cubicle with a scanner for analysis of the strip. (In other airports this scanner is right there by the agent who swabs you) As I moved to the left to retrieve my purse from the bin, I heard a woman screaming: “Don’t you dare! You get yourself over here! Don’t even think about it! You get yourself over here right now!”
I, of course, looked around to see not only who was screaming, but whom was she screaming at? You guessed it! It was me! As I walked towards her I asked her why she was screaming. She went on a diatribe about how I had to stand there until the analysis was finished, and I better not move until it was complete. Being me, I of course expressed my disgust with this type of behavior, knowing it to be an intimidation tactic and also totally unnecessary. Then comes MR.TSA!! He ran over to where I was and immediately went into a soliloquy about how buildings were blown up in this country and it could happen again and their job was to make sure it didn’t. He ended with saying he thought about this every day. Doubtful Mr. TSA, very doubtful. (PS: I didn’t blow up any buildings in New York or anywhere else for that matter, but you already knew that) More
THE CHINA SIN/DROM: Collecting And Storing Personal Information
Do Americans know that they are being profiled by their telephone company?  Service providers such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile collect data and retain it but are not forthcoming in detailing the kind of data they collect and the reasons why they collect it.  Taking this a bit further, a quick glimpse here shows what smartphone service providers collect and what governments are up to.
In the near future people, depending upon the country they live in and government mandates, persons will not be able to buy or sell without a card or a smartphone that can be scanned at either a store or by using other electronic means that will connect to ones cell phone, their account or their computer.  Paying for anything in cash or by check will become history and not an option.  This is a necessary evil that governments and corporations will enforce for the “benefit” of the country and the world.  My advice…don’t sell out to this monster which is meant to place every human being on the planet under an all seeing eye that will finally take away every last freedom for the sake of the “good of the whole.”
untitledvvvFor those of us who have managed to survive 2014 with our lives intact and our freedoms hanging by a thread, it has been a year of crackdowns, clampdowns, shutdowns, showdowns, shootdowns, standdowns, knockdowns, putdowns, breakdowns, lockdowns, takedowns, slowdowns, meltdowns, and never-ending letdowns.
We’ve been held up, stripped down, faked out, photographed, frisked, fracked, hacked, tracked, cracked, intercepted, accessed, spied on, zapped, mapped, searched, shot at, tasered, tortured, tackled, trussed up, tricked, lied to, labeled, libeled, leered at, shoved aside, saddled with debt not of our own making, sold a bill of goods about national security, tuned out by those representing us, tossed aside, and taken to the cleaners.
As I point out in my book A Government of Wolves: The Emerging American Police State, we’ve had our freedoms turned inside out, our democratic structure flipped upside down, and our house of cards left in a shambles. More
THE SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER is OUT of CONTROL
VaRightLogoSmall11http://www.varight.com/news/the-southern-poverty-law-center-is-out-of-control/
But something went wrong. Today the SPLC is no longer a poverty law center. They are trying to smear and silence dissidents who dare to stand for the Constitution, question the hero worship of Lincoln, and who support national sovereignty against the UN. They have turned into something not unlike the Klan they sought so brilliantly to stop except without overt violence. Tom DeWeese is doing a great job fighitng Agenda 21 and ICLEI. He does not deserve this kind of treatment:
Click here to demand a congressional investigation of the SPLC
_____________________________________________________________________
I need your help by signing the “Citizen’s Demand for Congressional Investigation of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).”
Let me explain.
The American Policy Center (APC) and I have been openly attacked by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
To date, there have been FOUR separate “special reports” released by SPLC against me personally – painting me as a hate-driven domestic terrorist!
Of course, SPLC has a long history of attacking organizations and individuals who defend the Constitution and oppose big government programs.
They regularly accuse us of racism and hate because we want to stop the massive growth of government and the wasteful spending programs that are bankrupting our country.
I get used to such attacks. It’s what they do to try to discredit us.
But this time the attack is different. It truly frightens me because the outcome of this new SPLC attack against APC and me could result in government investigations, the banning of my ability to travel, or even the destruction of APC.
Here’s why I’m concerned.
The Southern Poverty Law Center issued a new report titled “Agenda 21, The UN, Sustainability and Right-Wing Conspiracy Theory.” That report targeted me personally as a leader in the “anti-government Patriot movement.” And the SPLC report said I am part of a network of radicals peddling hysterical conspiracy theories against our Government.
Worse than just the SPLC report – is the fact that it was used as the bases of even more attacks from two national magazines – Fortune Magazine and Newsweek Magazine.
Newsweek’s attack was a cover story called “The Plots To Destroy America.” The article quoted SPLC’s Mark Potok, saying, “These kinds of theories…(are) completely distorting any rational discussion we can have in this country.” More
Congress: We are insane to let these people even assemble
The attempts to take over the net, regardless of what reasons they give are indicative of a government that has removed itself so far from the people it claims to represent that I believe we are insane to even let these people assemble. Its too much like watching an invading army that is fully determined to destroy us at any cost.
Just today, another of those staged “committee hearings” was taking place in the efforts to revive the federal governments intention to launch a full frontal attack on the first amendment and free speech.  Of course no one of any consequence appeared as a witness opposing this intent to take over the net, but we did have the usual line-up of the Permanent Political Class sitting front and center ready to deliver what could be nothing less than their own personal version of the dooms-day scenario they envision for us if we do not comply with their desire to throttle the net for political purposes.
Among these political hacks who are cheering on the assault on freedom of speech was Diane Feinstein, Jay Rockefeller, Susan Collins and of course our all-time despised political puppet, good ol’ Joe Lieberman.  These characters were accompanied by Tom Ridge, Janet Napolitano and whomever else Lieberman could drag in to this stage show, willing to do their part in attempting to terrify the nation into viewing an open and free internet as not only a threat to national security, but to economic security as well.  More
The Wild, Wild Web: Wrestling Online Privacy
The Frugaldad comes though again with an eye popping chart on just how vulnerable we have become on the web.
Last week we debuted an infographic on the SOPA blackout, showing how the internet has become a powerful tool for activism. But the spread of social media also has its risks. Those same sites that we use to connect to family, friends and our community can also compromise sensitive information. According to Carnegie Mellon researchers, information listed on social media may be enough to guess a social security number, the key to identity theft. And with mobile banking apps, more and more people are logging sensitive information from their smart phones. Add confusing Terms of Service agreements into the mix (they take an average of 10 minutes each to read!), and it’s easy to see why online privacy can feel mystifying.
The following infographic helps explain some of the biggest issues in web safety and gives tips on how to keep yourself protected, from passwords to privacy policies. With a few steps, you can be confident that you control what you share online. Click here to view graphic! More
Google: Enough with the surveillance
Google has announced that as of March 1, 2012, they will have full integration of more than 60 Apps that cover all aspects of Google on the net. Marketing their email service as being more “intuitive” might give some of us the warm fuzzies but too many of us know that intuitive is simply another of those handy-dandy word swaps used to manipulate your thinking about an issue or item. “Intuitive” simply means that Google is surreptitiously scanning and recording your mail which turns out to be “surveillance” and not intuition.
To participate in a poll asking if you will cancel your google accounts conducted by the Washington Post go HERE!
Google is not the only internet service that is using or moving to these applications, but they are by far the most malignant. To deactivate any gmail accounts go HERE!
As it is, we do not use Google search or homepage. We will be shutting down all gmail accounts by the middle of February, 2012.
The intuitiveness that gmail refers to is the scanning of your incoming and outgoing communications to determine what your interests are, where you might be going, where you might be located, what your schedule might be and who all you are communicating with. This information is not only used to direct advertising to you whether you want it or not, (and who does?) but also is recorded and handed over to government spy agencies. Political interests and beliefs, religious interests, social groups you belong to, all of your contacts and of course all those “friends” on Facebook are handed over right along with your personal communications. USDA, FDA colluding with CODEX organizations
__________________________________________________
The news that USDA was closing down 250 domestic offices in order to supposedly save 150 million a year in funds has been generally received as an advanced warning across America of an oncoming new program administered by some agency, council or group other than the USDA.  Bear in mind, this is the same USDA that is squandering 250 million in bogus grants to get smart meters installed in rural America.
The USDA which has become nothing more than a domestic threat to rural America never does anything remotely considered to be family, independent, rural, USA friendly unless of course you happen to be one of those Big Ag and the Bio-Pirates, corporate partners.
The idea that USDA is closing domestic offices while leaving massive numbers of foreign offices open for business is alarming on the one hand and yet, somehow comforting to think the staffs of what has become known as a domestic terrorist organization might be out of work.  Not so fast Gretel!  What you need to be asking yourself is……what is going to replace it?  You know they aren’t just going to leave our family farmers and ranchers alone.  There is something else most definitely in the works and the notice below might just be the tip off to what that something is and what might be on the horizon.
The fact that the infamous FDA was part of this meeting should have us all running screaming for cover.  More
Why criminal governments spy on citizens
Alt-Market.
by: Brandon Smith
At the very foundation of perhaps every modern day conflict between the expansive powers of unchecked bureaucracy and the dwindling freedoms of the ordinary citizen dwells the vital issue of privacy. Privacy and the right to hold personal and political views without being singled out and scrutinized by government is absolutely essential to any society which dares to deem itself “fair and just”. Ultimately, without the presence of these two liberties, and without people to defend them, a nation is ill equipped to circumvent the growth of tyranny, and anyone claiming to be “free” in the midst of such a culture is living a delusion of the highest order. SMART METERS: No Federal Mandate
This Standard would also allow utilities to recover from ratepayers any capital, operating expenditures, or other costs of the smart grid investment, including a reasonable rate-of-return. “
__________________________________________
THERE IS NO FEDERAL SECURITY MANDATE FOR SMART METERS, according to George W. Arnold the national coordinator for smart-grid interoperability at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. This agency of the U.S.  Department of Commerce is said not to be involved in regulations but is only tasked with promoting standards among industries.
While both the 2005 and 2007 faux energy bills were codified into public laws, NO part of them creates a federal law pertaining to individual consumers or dictating that the public must be forced to comply with provisions of SMART Grid.
Contrary to the bleating of manufacturers and utility talking heads,  who claim there is no “opt out”, the fact is you, the consumer must be offered the meter, or request a meter and “OPT IN”.  No one can be forced to comply with an unrevealed contract between private corporations, and to which you were never a party and had no knowledge of.
Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 :
An Energy Tax Package was under development in Congress for several years prior to 2008. In September 2008, the package was finally enacted into law via its inclusion in the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. This tax package shifted tax liabilities from corporations who were already posting massive record profits, onto the public.
Section 1307 State Consideration of Smart Grid
Energy 2007, Page 6 :  This Section amends PURPA to create two additional PURPA Standards. (Note: Two new PURPA Standards are also created in Section 532.)
These standards are in the form of requirements on parties such as utilities to undertake certain actions. The standards are not directly prescriptive on these parties, however; it is up to state utility regulatory commissions, or the bodies that govern other types of utilities, to decide that the standards should be actually adopted by utilities subject to their jurisdiction.
The only direct mandate with PURPA standards is for the state or other jurisdictional body TO CONSIDER whether the new Standard should be implemented and to demonstrate that it has undertaken such consideration.  More
“So, while never mentioning that the safety compliance tests were done in isolation, and, that these tests sited were not ever at any time actually conducted on smart meters the FCC, EPA, FDA, USDA and a host of other dysfunctional federal corporations are giving their blessings.”
____________________________________________
The total surveillance system known as SMART GRID” is meeting steady resistance as the public, wary of yet another assault on their privacy and freedom under the guise of some euphemistically named police state program, fight back against the installations of SMART METERS.  The public isn’t buying the “energy efficiency, green solution, this will save you money” propaganda put out by the manufacturers of the meters and the government. Especially when the reports of electric bills tripling and quadrupling after installation of the meters, has become so prevalent.
On the face of many of these meters is the word “Echelon”.  The same name used to identify one of the most unconstitutional spying and wiretapping programs ever devised and used in the war on the American public.
From OPM Security:
ECHELON is a name used in global media and in popular culture to describe a signals intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis network operated on behalf of the five signatory states to the UK-USA Security Agreement (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, known as AUSCANZUKUS). It has also been described as the only software system which controls the download and dissemination of the intercept of commercial satellite trunk communications.”
Note: Whether this similarity in names is coincidental or intentional, the name Echelon evokes a queazy, sick feeling in the gut as this notriously unconstitutional program is an outward manifestation of the war against the people of the US by their own government.
ITRON, one of the major players in the SMART METER/SMART GRID scam, claims along with the infamous PG&E that is currently assaulting the citizens in various states, that there are no hazardous health affects from the meters.  They claim there exists, no evidence of such a hazard.  What they are actually telling you is:
  • Either they didn’t study the health affects,
  • They did, but aren’t releasing that information as it would damage their market.
  • They refused to look at any studies done regarding the health hazards. Or,
  • They are fully aware of the hazards and could care less.  The most likely option in my estimation. More
BANNING SMART METERS…
23 Comments
This information has been gathered from around the web on SMART METERS.
SMART METER WARNING!
Ten counties in California have banned Smart Meters.
These wireless meters on every home and building will emit huge pulses of microwave radio frequency radiation as often as every few seconds throughout the day and night, seven days a week.  Our FCC exposure standards only cover short-term thermal (heating) effects; they do not cover long-term accumulative exposure, nor do they cover biological impacts.
And that’s just the indoor part. All transmitters inside your home or office will communicate with a Smart Meter attached to the outside of each building. [1] That meter, in turn, will transmit at an even higher frequency to a central hub installed in local neighborhoods. In what are called “mesh networks,” signals can also be bounced from house-meter to house-meter before reaching the final hub. So exposures will not just be from your own meter, but accumulating from possibly 100-to-500 of your neighbors’ as well.
The scientific evidence for biological impacts from microwave radiation, known for decades (remember the Moscow embassy) continues to grow with impacts such as DNA damage, increased risk of cancers and tumors, cellular stress, decreased melatonin, decreased sperm, cognitive difficulties and brain-wave alteration, heart rhythm disturbances, red blood cell clumping, and impacts on wildlife including to bees. Every one needs to check your electric meter, especially if it has been changed recently.  If an FCC number appears on the face, you are under surveillance.  The smart meter transmits a constant stream of information to the power provider.  This information includes when you are awake, when you sleep and everything you do in between.  It informs the provider constantly about all activity in your house.   More
Insanity Rampant in the District of Criminals: now they want to tax us per mile
Jackass Alert!
While the regular folks in the US labor under a failing economy, massive job losses and uncontrolled illegal immigration, it seems those fine jackasses in the District of Criminals never run out of ideas on how to make life more miserable for those of us not considered “worthy”.
Food prices have risen almost 90% in the last year, 60% of that rise occurring immediately after the passage of the fake food safety bill which was actually a forced export bill with 80% of our agricultural production now pushed into the global market for commodity speculation and pricing.
Home foreclosures are still at historic highs.  Of course the Jackasses would never think of clamping down on corrupt mortgage lenders and seizing their ill gotten gains or putting any one of them in jail for their corruption.  That would be just too much to ask.
As gas prices at the pumps continue to rise without explanation it appears that the Jackass in Chief has decided it might be a good idea to attach surveillance equipment to each and every vehicle in the US and to tax us per mile that we drive.  This traveling surveillance tax would be applied every time you bought a gallon of gas.
How I would cut federal spending, or: We should have insisted they shut the federal government down
“Now see how easy that was?  I just saved us almost 213 billion for just this year alone which is just about 2.3 times the amount in historically fictional savings Obama and the Republi-crats claimed that are really of no benefit at all. “
__________________________________________
The waste, fraud and corruption in our federal government established over decades via career politicians and faux political party’s has brought our country to the brink of disaster.  The recent threat of a government shutdown over contrived budget differences was a golden opportunity to stop the corporately controlled machine that is killing us.  This should not have been a matter of preventing a shutdown…..we should have insisted they shut down.  And then we should have stepped up, cleaned house (and senate) and used this opportunity to rid ourselves of these prevaricator’s, thieves, charlatans…. corporate lackey’s all of them, and started over.
After viewing the political trickery sold to the public as “spending cuts of historic proportions”, I decided to write my own list of REAL spending cuts that would benefit us all.  I believe I can save the country more than a measly 78 or 84 billion in pretended cuts put out by the Repli-crats.
This is my seven step plan that would save us billions just this year and help stem the flow of the surveillance state being planned for us by the Repuli-crats.  It would also be the beginning of defunding of federal corporate agencies which are a threat to our nation. More
New Proposal to Wiretap Suspected Infringers Raises Privacy Concerns
This is Part II of a series of articles analyzing specific aspects of the Obama Administration’s White Paper (available for download here), recommending legislative changes to combat online piracy and counterfeiting.  Click here for if you missed our overview of the White Paper in Part I.
David Makarewicz, Contributing Writer
Activist PostOne of the most troubling recommendations in the White Paper is the Obama Administration’s request for Congress to grant its enforcement agencies the power “seek a wiretap for criminal copyright and trademark offenses.”  This would require Congress to amend the Wiretap Act, which does not currently include copyright and trademark infringement among the offenses that justify a privacy invasion as extreme as a wiretap.
In order to preserve the private nature of communications, the Wiretap Act (as amended by the The Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986), 18 U.S.C. § 2511, makes it generally illegal for anyone, including the Government, to “intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication.” However, the law has carved out certain exceptions to this rule under which the Government can request permission to intercept certain communications for a limited time.
Wiretapping is only permitted for certain types of offenses.  The United States Supreme Court has explained that wiretapping is only permitted “when law enforcement officials are investigating specified serious crimes.”
Southern Poverty Law (Lie) Center: The shame of America
“I know of no one who thinks or believes that we can exist as a nation without a government.  What I do know is that we can no longer abide bad government, and one that has moved so far beyond its boundaries that it is now openly engaged in acts of aggression against its own people. “
_______________________________________________
Whatever the Southern Poverty Law (Lie) Center may have done in the past that would have merited respect has long since gone the way of most organizations that lose their way when they are suddenly treated as if they actually still retain any value.  This organization that makes its living reviving McCarthyism with all the paranoia and viciousness it can muster is a blight on America.  It is my belief that we need to compile our own list of threats to America, and SPLC would top that list.
Until a few years back, I was a registered Democrat and had been all my adult life.  I left that party along with any other political affiliation due to the corruption in government at the hands of politicians who did and still do violate our Constitution and our rights while they wage phony wars for profit and who will sell us out to the highest corporate bidder.  It was individuals from both major party’s who initiated the wholesale destruction of our rights; it was and is presidents representing both major party’s who encouraged and condoned these things.  I take these assaults on the Constitution and my rights very seriously.  For me, this is very personal and I reserve my Constitutional right to dissent and to voice that dissent without a gaggle of otherwise unemployable and paranoid hacks creating lists of fictional threats.
It is apparent that the only “research” done to compile their lists is on the net.  Anyone (like me) who points out the corruption of the government, who questions their authority to violate and abrogate our rights, who publicly expresses their disgust with the loss of our sovereignty due to illegal trade agreements (which are NOT treaty’s as prescribed by the constitution), the selling off of our infrastructure to foreign interests, anyone who realizes that Muslims can’t be the international threat the government claims they are or they wouldn’t continue to allow millions to emigrate to the US (would they?) that Homeland Security exists for no other reason than to protect the government from us.
If we believe that our right to own property free of government encumbrance, to engage in lawful business activity free of laws protecting corporations  and most especially if we believe that with our economy in shambles and 22 million legal Americans unable to find work that our borders should be secured and illegal residents deported back to their homeland……well, we must all be “hate groups, nativists, ring-wing extremists,” and whatever other fear mongering tags they can come up with to identify those of us who object to the deconstructing of America.
Well, I lean more to the left , don’t own a gun, don’t belong to any groups and have absolutely no idea why being a “nativist” meaning, a patrotic American citizen, is a bad thing unless of course you are a member of SPLC and then you are fearful and suspicious of anyone who isn’t you. More
How Close Are We to a Nano-based Surveillance State?
Leave a comment
In the span of just three years, we have seen drone surveillance become openly operational on American soil.
In 2007, Texas reporters first filmed a predator drone test being conducted by the local police department in tandem with Homeland Security.  And in 2009, it was revealed that an operation was underway to use predator drones inland over major cities, far from “border control” functions.  This year it has been announced that not only will drone operations fly over the Mexican border, but the United States and Canada are partnering to cover 900 miles of the northern border as well.
Now that the precedent has been set to employ drones over non-combat areas, the military is further revealing the technology of miniaturization that they currently have at their disposal.  As drone expert, P.W. Singer said, “At this point, it doesn’t really matter if you are against the technology, because it’s coming.”  According to Singer, “The miniaturization of drones is where it really gets interesting.  You can use these things anywhere, put them anyplace, and the target will never even know they’re being watched.”
So what exactly is on the horizon?
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) funds military tech development through the private sector with defense contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Honeywell.  It was Honeywell that introduced the T-Hawk micro drone — now purchased by Miami-Dade county for use in the metro area — which weighs all of 16 pounds and can fly in any direction.  However, this is not so “micro” compared to the latest spy drone to be revealed: the Nano Hummingbird, produced by AeroVironment.
NEW RULES: YOU AND THE IRS THIS JANUARY
According to “The Great American Tax Dodge”, the IRS is far more apt to go after middle-income non-filers and does not fully investigate affluent non-filers. The IRS uses the lame excuse that the rich may under-state the taxes owed and that the IRS would prefer nothing over under-stated taxes. It is more likely that the IRS avoids investigating the rich because they have resources to oppose the IRS.  The IRS is more apt to harass middle income earners who pay fines easily without a fight.  More
Live Link:  Constitutional Alliance
$20.00 includes book and DVD.
A person cannot live in a surveillance society while at the same time living in a free society. All citizens want accountability from our elected leaders regardless of what political party they represent. We are accountable as well to future generations and to honor those that have defended our freedom. It is said that ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law. Ignorance is no excuse for losing our freedom. For yourself, for our children and for those that have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country, read this short book and decide if freedom still lives. The author has written legislation, testified about that legislation and worked with groups/organizations at the state/national level to protect your freedom.
Too stupid to be allowed to vote?
Sometimes it is mind numbing to consider just how gullible and easily duped we can be.   Are we really just going to change the center stage actors and  believe that by doing so we will affect change? Or, that anything will actually change? Are we that stupid?  Is there really anyone out there who honestly believes that electing Republicans will change anything at all?_____________________________________
The last ten years have seen the most overt assaults on the constitution, our civil liberties and our right to be left alone by government.  In 2000, with a new president enthroned by the Supreme Court rather than by election, the faction of congress which calls itself [Republican] began the dismantling of our sovereignty and our constitution, in earnest.  By 2006, compassionate conservatism, a true oxymoron, had done as much damage as it could and over the next few years, the torch was passed to the other faction, the [Democrats]. Either way we got the same thing, the establishment of multi-national corporations as government, with congress simply acting as the facilitator for corporate takeover.
2008 saw Democrats take control of both houses of congress and election of a new president.  And didn’t we all give a sigh of relief?  Didn’t most of us who had been waiting to exhale after eight years of near dictatorial rule by the Bush Administration, the absolute corruption of power and the open hostility of government towards the people, suddenly feel as if some burden had been lifted from us?  That somehow all the egregious assaults on America, perpetrated by its own government, would somehow be righted?  That our instinctive fear of this grossly expanding government that was intruding steadily into our lives, that viewed us as the enemy, would be subdued by voting into office anyone but more Republicans?  Didn’t we believe the Democrats would save the day?  More
Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy”
“Our Own Government Has Become Our Enemy”
By Chuck Baldwin
August 3, 2010
This column is archived here: ”Our own government has become our enemy.” So said Pinal County (Arizona) Sheriff Paul Babeu.
“Babeu told CNSNews.com that rather than help law enforcement in Arizona stop the hundreds of thousands of people who come into the United States illegally, the federal government is targeting the state and its law enforcement personnel.
“‘What’s very troubling is the fact that at a time when we in law enforcement and our state need help from the federal government, instead of sending help they put up billboard-size signs warning our citizens to stay out of the desert in my county because of dangerous drug and human smuggling and weapons and bandits and all these other things and then, behind that, they drag us into court with the ACLU.’ Babeu said.”
The Arizona Sheriff was then quoted as saying: “Our own government has become our enemy and is taking us to court at a time when we need help.” More
Yahoo Issues Takedown Notice for Spying Price List
Spying Price List
Wired.com
Yahoo isn’t happy that a detailed menu of the spying services it provides law enforcement agencies has leaked onto the web.
IN OTHER WIRED ACCOUNTS: YAHOO! , VERIZON: “Our spy capabiltes would “shock”, “confuse” customers
Shortly after Threat Level reported this week that Yahoo had blocked the FOIA release of its law enforcement and intelligence price list, someone provided a copy of the company’s spying guide to the whistleblower site Cryptome.
The 17-page guide describes Yahoo’s data retention policies and the surveillance capabilities it can provide law enforcement, with a pricing list for these services. Cryptome also published lawful data-interception guides for Cox Communications, SBC, Cingular, Nextel, GTE and other telecoms and service providers.
But of all those companies, it appears to be Yahoo’s lawyers alone who have issued a DMCA takedown notice to Cryptome demanding the document be removed. Yahoo claims that publication of the document is a copyright violation, and gave Cryptome owner John Young a Thursday deadline for removing the document. So far, Young has refused. More
Government Gone Mad in a Total Surveillance Society
I’ve heard it all- the cries, the pleas, the whines, the double speak and the lies. “We need the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to protect us from terrorists.” “We must have Real ID to protect us from illegal immigration.” “We must have E-Verify to protect American jobs.” “Traffic light cameras are necessary to make the streets safer.” “Security cameras on street corners make our neighborhoods safer.” “I’m glad the TSA is there at the airport – I feel so much safer getting on an airplane.” And my favorite lie of them all – “If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear.” More
