Offenders typically accept the fact that there is a price to pay for their crimes. As the “crisis” in the prisons in Oklahoma, inmates are accustomed to paying more than their debt to society given the uninhabitable, physical and emotional abuse. But even more-so, inmates are paying an even higher price, not to mention credit for good time has been taken away.
When is enough enough?

Part 2 DARRELL WIGGINS- CONVICTED OF MURDER 1 at 21 years old. Is this man a perfect example of who deserves SECOND CHANCES?
We think so, and this case doesn’t even take into account the fact that the instructions to the jury regarding the accidental death of a man were seemingly sparse on the key points the jury was not aware of facts that very well could have rendered a different verdict and certainly not a life sentence.
Fast forward, wait til you hear more about this now- model prisoner and mentor to young men in prison playing a key role in preventing them from becoming repeat offenders.
When girls and boys or very young and impressionable youth grow up in prison- can they reform? Darrell Wiggins has.
Do you know someone who deserves a second chance? Let us know what you think and call in (917) 388-4520 press #1.

The five southeastern states of the US, long known for their corruption within the so-called justice system, are notorious for gaming the system. Backwoods lawyers, Billy-Bob judges and Boss Hog type law enforcement personnel are all too common. After all, these are just human beings; who cares? As long as there is money to be made, there seems to be no shortage of individuals willing to profit from what has become nothing short of human trafficking for profits.

Beginning in the 1980’s, prisons began privatizing for profit, making that profit off the forced labor of prisoners who saw not one dime in return for their labor. John Ashcroft helped along the prisoner-for-profit program by handing down mandated prison term guidelines. The so-called justice system dutifully complied with federal mandates as money, and lots of it, began to flow from the exaggerated prison sentences. Wall Street began selling bonds on the labor of prisoners and the number of prisoners to foreign countries; bonds that were based on the length of time they could be guaranteed that prisoners would be held.
