From 1969, The Jaffe Memo: How to reduce the population

Jaffe Memo

The ‘Jaffe Memo’ is an infamous document produced by Planned Parenthood in 1969 which, in a single page, conveys the lengths that elitists are willing to go to ‘manage’ the U.S. Population.

Planned Parenthood portrays itself as an advocate for women’s rights and autonomy and sexual freedom, but items on the list reveal a different story.

How to reduce the population of the United States? Here are some of the ideas that were on the table:

  • Fertility control agents in water supply.
  • [Induce?] Chronic Depression
  • Compulsory abortion
  • Compulsory sterilization
  • Discouragement of private home ownership

Not exactly the sorts of things consistent with ‘autonomy’!

The ‘memo’ is a synthesis of a number of ideas then in wide circulation, both inside and outside of Planned Parenthood. Because of its concise summary of these ideas, the memo serves as a useful illustration of a whole range of disconcerting policy considerations. The memo itself indicates that it was “derived primarily” from people such as M. Young, W. Shockley, L. Day, and others.

Circumstances that unfolded in the United States shortly after the memo was circulated privately strongly suggest that some of these proposals, at least, were implemented. Whether or not they were implemented because of the advocacy of Planned Parenthood’s ‘Population Control’ division (Frederick Jaffe being in charge of that division), is not the concern of this site. That said, the reader should be aware that these organizations are very aware of their complicity in such schemes, and have been active in trying to alter the record. As it pertains to this memo, Jaffe’s own son, David Jaffe, has been active on the Internet whitewashing the record regarding his father.

Social Worker Helping Troubled Teens Loses Job for Questioning Gardasil Vaccine During Planned Parenthood Required Training

Medical Kidnap

A Portland-based social worker working for a non-profit organization has contacted Health Impact News about how he allegedly was terminated from his job after attending a required sex education class by Planned Parenthood in Seattle. Paul Haeder alleges that during the training, where class members were encouraged to write down questions and concerns anonymously, he was told not to come back to day two of the training and also told not to come back to work, because he wrote and submitted (anonymously) concerns about the Gardasil vaccine. He writes: “The creators and distributors of Gardasil are directly tied to my sacking from, get this, a pennyante wage slaving job as a social worker. Imagine, Merck and Planned Parenthood, both having their hands on my future! The charge? I dared to voice some concerns (anonymously) that already have been voiced about this vaccine for 10 years on so many platforms, including by medical authorities, international science panels, and the individuals who are suffering disabilities directly associated with the vaccine.”

Defunding Planned Parenthood: “An Exercise in Futility”?

“It’s an exercise in futility,” said Senate Majority Leader McConnell about the public pressure to defund Planned Parenthood.

The Senate Majority Leader should be challenged to answer just exactly how defending life has ever in American history been viewed as an “exercise in futility?” People should be shocked at such callous disregard for human life. Who would expect an elected representative to be so indifferent to public opinion and the rule of law that he would make such an outrageous statement that it is an “exercise in futility” to even allow a Senate vote on whether or not it is appropriate to continue Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding of more than $500 million a year.

Investigative journalism videos from the Center for Medical Progress show the enormity of Planned Parenthood’s abortion business to the near exclusion of other “women’s health” services. The videos also reveal clear instances of violation of many federal and state statutes on allowed abortion procedures, handling of human organs, and trafficking for profit in human body part sales.

Consider the facts:

  1. Planned Parenthood is NOT “women’s health.” More than 94% of Planned Parenthood’s business revenue is from abortion services, primarily targeted to minority babies, largely Black and Hispanic.
  2. More than half of Planned Parenthood’s budget comes from taxpayers, the majority of whom do not support abortion, especially late-term killing of viable babies.
  3. Planned Parenthood has a profitable business selling human organs, also in violation of federal laws against trafficking in human organs.
  4. Planned Parenthood does not involve fathers in the decision women make to abort a baby, even though every baby is created by both a man and a woman. Her CHOICE, My Daughter addresses the overlooked pain men suffer when their child is aborted.
  5. In the undercover videos, Planned Parenthood staff members are heard admitting that clinics have only one “product” to offer a pregnant woman: abortion. No counseling. No adoption discussions.
  6. Planned Parenthood does not provide “holistic” or comprehensive women’s health care as claimed.
  7. In contrast, Obria clinics are an inspiring role model of comprehensive care for both preventive screenings and pregnancy care dedicated to exploring all options to help women.
  8. Planned Parenthood staff and medical personnel are shown on multiple videos admitting that abortionists adjust abortion procedures to salvage body parts for sale, in violation of federal laws governing abortion procedures.
  9. Planned Parenthood is NOT “charity care” for low income women. The price of services varies in different areas of the country. In Tucson, Ariz., where I practice, Planned Parenthood does not even offer IUDs, STD, or HIV testing. Sample charges vs. Planned Parenthood’s cost include: $35 for a pregnancy test that costs $0.25, up to $50 for $2 birth-control pills, as much as $1,000 for a $200 IUD, up to $250 for $29 worth of STD testing, and $100 for an $8 HIV test.
  10. Planned Parenthood does not provide any mammogram services at its clinics. In fact, no Planned Parenthood clinic is even certified to provide mammography. Yet it is constantly stated that without taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood poor women would not have “access to preventive care, like mammograms.” This is totally false.
  11. Planned Parenthood does not fully inform women that it plans to sell the baby’s body parts and keep the profits, in violation of informed consent laws.
  12. Planned Parenthood prevents women being shown an ultrasound of the baby prior to the abortion, and in fact, has fought vehemently in states across the country to prevent such a requirement from being implemented. Contrast Planned Parenthood’s opposition to ultrasound with Obria’s policy of showing an ultrasound of the baby to all its clients coming in for discussion of options. Remember, it is routine in women’s prenatal care with obstetricians for the ultrasound to be done from the very beginning visits.
  13. Planned Parenthood does not disclose the well-known facts that many women suffer long term adverse consequences of abortion, including depression, hormone imbalances from damage during the procedure, and scarring that can lead to infertility.

Planned Parenthood is a business, with many revenue streams, in addition to donations. Planned Parenthood needs to be defunded now. Taxpayer funds should go to expanded services offered in the community health clinics.

Those responsible for violations of federal statues on abortion procedures and selling of human organs need to be prosecuted and held accountable.

Defending Life and Rule of Law is more than “an exercise in futility,” Senator McConnell. It is the core of who we are as Americans.

Before you write a check, sign a petition or declare your unwavering support for foundations or “nonprofit” organizations (NPOs), you may wish to investigate their agendas by using this step-by-step guide. Many large foundations and nonprofit organizations have destructive agendas in opposition to public interest or they receive funding from dubious sources and may be unduly influenced.

Lawyer and former tax expert, Michael Shaw now President of FreedomAdvocates.org says, “Foundations, Non Governmental Organizations and non-profits are generally exempt from income taxes. They have been arranged from the beginning to promote globalism and today this is accomplished through the implementation of Agenda 21. The creation of the Federal Reserve coupled with the adoption of the income tax in 1913 provided the one world elite opportunity to avoid taxes through the formation of Foundations and other tax exempts. This was key to creating the financing system that has promoted globalism and which now threatens us all with world tyranny.”

There are 1.6 million so-called nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations in the US. Nonprofits are misnamed and are anything but not-for-profit; a more accurate description is that they are TAX EXEMPT organizations. This article will explore two major types of tax exempt organizations:

  • Foundations- these are the grantors and they are required to donate 5% of their assets each year to charitable organizations. They enjoy enormous tax breaks from the federal government and pay no income tax, no corporate tax and no capital gains tax. States and local governments may also exempt them from property and sales taxation. Some powerful foundations are extremely influential in setting political policies and making laws that benefit their enterprises and pass the cost onto taxpayers.

  • Nonprofit Organizations or NPOs also enjoy the same tax exemptions as foundations (no income, corporate or capital gains taxes). NPOs are structured like a business and seek grants from foundations, government subsidies and corporate and private donations. They do pursue profits. More

Well folks, I’ve just about seen it all now. I can truly say that I never thought I would see something like this in my lifetime, but hold onto your horses, it’s true. The Girl Scouts are receiving sex training manuals from the oh so thoughtful folks at Planned Parenthood.

This is a step-by-step instruction booklet in an easy to read format. Heck, even I can understand what to do. Can someone please tell me what earthly good it serves to train children how to have sex with anyone they want to whenever they want to, from as early as five years old? And then go so far as to distribute an instruction manual????
