making threatening—even violent—statements on Facebook, provided that they don’t intend to actually inflict harm.

The Supreme Court’s ruling in Elonis v. United States threw out the conviction of a Pennsylvania man who was charged with making unlawful threats (it was never proven that he intended to threaten anyone) and sentenced to 44 months in jail after he posted allusions to popular rap lyrics and comedy routines on his Facebook page. It’s a ruling that has First Amendment implications for where the government can draw the line when it comes to provocative and controversial speech that is protected and permissible versus speech that could be interpreted as connoting a criminal intent.

That same day, Section 215 of the USA Patriot Act, the legal justification allowing the National Security Agency (NSA) to carry out warrantless surveillance on Americans, officially expired. Over the course of nearly a decade, if not more, the NSA had covertly spied on millions of Americans, many of whom were guilty of nothing more than using a telephone, and stored their records in government databases. For those who have been fighting the uphill battle against the NSA’s domestic spying program, it was a small but symbolic victory.

THE BAD NEWS: Congress’ legislative “fix,” intended to mollify critics of the NSA, will ensure that the agency is not in any way hindered in its ability to keep spying on Americans’ communications.

The USA FREEDOM Act could do more damage than good by creating a false impression that Congress has taken steps to prevent the government from spying on the telephone calls of citizens, while in fact ensuring the NSA’s ability to continue invading the privacy and security of Americans.

For instance, the USA FREEDOM Act not only reauthorizes Section 215 of the Patriot Act for a period of time, but it also delegates to telecommunications companies the responsibility of carrying out phone surveillance on American citizens.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA/ “ObamaCare”) sounds as though our best interests were at the heart of the legislation. But so far, the 400,000-word law that nobody read has spawned some 12 million words in regulations. Now these regulations that even fewer people read are coming between you and that doctor you were promised you could keep.

What do TSA groping, NSA data-mining, and mercury-laced fluorescent light bulbs have to do with keeping your doctor? They are the products of seductively entitled but flawed laws. As Daniel Webster said, “good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority.”

The Transportation Security Administration and the National Security Agency restrain our liberty under the auspices of the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (PATRIOT Act). The Energy Independence and Security Act is phasing out incandescent bulbs.filescacoaali

America: In the midst of a hostile takeover

Currently, it is my belief that as a nation we are in the process of a hostile takeover facilitated by government on behalf of multi-national corporations and world organizations.  At stake is our land, water, food, communications and even the air we breathe.  We have no representation in the District of Criminals; these individuals have sold themselves off to these same hostile entities and are unwilling to act on our behalf.

______________________________________________

It appears the American public is finally beginning to wake up.  Many are beginning to look beyond the hyped hysteria of the District of Criminals, the phony political posturing and the all too convenient crisis’s that magically appear just prior to some rights robbing, government expansion piece of legislation being introduced or passed, and see that what is happening is not accidental or incidental, but was all pre-planned.

We saw this process at work just prior to the first attempt to shove S.510 (the hostile takeover of agriculture) through the Senate.  Magically, mysteriously, out of nowhere……terrorist eggs threatened the entire nation.  Supposedly, had we had S.510 in place this wouldn’t have happened.  Well, of course not. Never mind FDA knew way back last March that a problem had surfaced in Oregon related to the terrorist eggs and, never mind that they had been given new authority over eggs as this manufactured crisis was allowed to reach epic proportions so that it could be used to terrorize the public into submitting to the fake food safety bill just a week before the Hannibal Lechter of the Senate, Harry Reid, brought s.510 that fake food safety bill up for a vote.

We saw it years earlier with the Patriot Act; a pre-written, ready to go assault on the Constitution just waiting for an event; and shazam! We were hit with the 9/11 event and the Patriot Act was passed a few days later without debate or even having been read by congress. Strange thing about the Patriot Acts: the only people penalized under these acts were…..the American people.    More

Who, by virtue of all these listed activities and many more, was deemed a threat to the government?  Read the bills.  The only thing missing in them is your specific name.  All of this brought to you by the Republicans during the Bush Administrations.

_____________________________

So now Bush and the neo-cons are blameless? And you want the Republicans back?

For all of you out there beating the drum for Republican’s to take control of both houses of Congress, I have to ask:  Were you in a coma from 2000 to 2008?

While I surely do not support the current administration and its globalist agenda, and, while I believe Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid represent a clear and present danger to the country at large, I find them no more repugnant than say, Karl Rove or Tom Delay; their personalities and intentions no less malignant than those of the neo-cons who set the overthrow of the sovereign United States into motion.  I find them equally as frightening in their contempt for us, as I did Dick Cheney and his crew of fascist driven cohorts.  And now you want to put the masterminds of this coup’ back in control?  What is it you think will change?  What is it that you think these psychopaths and sociopaths are going to do to better the current crisis in our government?

How quickly and conveniently so many of you have forgotten that it was the Republicans, lead by the neo-con faction, who gave us the unconstitutional:

  • Patriot Acts;
  • John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007; a bill which gave the president the unlawful authority to:
  • declare anyone of us a domestic terrorist for resisting the growing tyranny of our own government; More

Vote all you want…the agenda doesn’t change

We vote because we believe it will make a difference.  We vote because we have been carefully steered through fictional ideologies, presented to us as “us against them”, the right v left, Democrat v Republican, liberal v conservative.  It is all a ruse.  Not one of the people who wave the party flags, who promote the party platforms on either side of the fictional isle belong to anything other than the ruling party of the District of Criminals.  This one party system which has a death grip on the country isn’t about to let go; but I’m not voting for any of them.  I’ve decided that I will not vote for the candidate most likely to cause the least destruction just because he or she isn’t quite as corrupted as the pretended opposition.

We have choices between two things….rotten, and not so rotten at the moment.  If those are the only choices I have, I refuse to choose. I refuse to be forced to choose between the lesser of two evils.  Evil is evil; changing the face of evil by rotating which faction is center stage, makes it no less malignant.  I will not be forced to vote for candidates I firmly believe are set against us.

We need the choice of voting “no confidence” on our ballots.  We need to be able to prevent anyone who cannot garner at least 50% of the vote, from taking an official office.  We need to end corrupt politicians sitting in office who got only 20 or 30% of the vote.  We need a means to convey our disgust at the lack of honesty, integrity and moral character that a vote of “no confidence” could provide.  And we need to prevent career politicians from nesting up in government on a minimal number of votes.

Regardless of which camp you like to think you are in, voting will simply deliver you more of the same no matter who wins.  Just as the Democrats picked up where the Republicans left off in 2008, the changing of the guard on congress will simply see a continuance of the agenda already in motion.  The Republicans will simply pick up where the Democrats left off.  But you are supposed to believe there is some great and vast difference between the right and left.  We’ll get rid of those nasty Democrats and put the Republicans back in there running things…..yeah….that’ll fix it.  Wait…Weren’t the Republicans the ones who set this mess up during Bush the Lessor’s tenure as Prez?  And, weren’t the Democrats going to ride in to save us from the nasty Republicans? Too stupid to be allowed to vote?

Sometimes it is mind numbing to consider just how gullible and easily duped we can be.   Are we really just going to change the center stage actors and  believe that by doing so we will affect change? Or, that anything will actually change? Are we that stupid?  Is there really anyone out there who honestly believes that electing Republicans will change anything at all?_____________________________________

The last ten years have seen the most overt assaults on the constitution, our civil liberties and our right to be left alone by government.  In 2000, with a new president enthroned by the Supreme Court rather than by election, the faction of congress which calls itself [Republican] began the dismantling of our sovereignty and our constitution, in earnest.  By 2006, compassionate conservatism, a true oxymoron, had done as much damage as it could and over the next few years, the torch was passed to the other faction, the [Democrats]. Either way we got the same thing, the establishment of multi-national corporations as government, with congress simply acting as the facilitator for corporate takeover.

2008 saw Democrats take control of both houses of congress and election of a new president.  And didn’t we all give a sigh of relief?  Didn’t most of us who had been waiting to exhale after eight years of near dictatorial rule by the Bush Administration, the absolute corruption of power and the open hostility of government towards the people, suddenly feel as if some burden had been lifted from us?  That somehow all the egregious assaults on America, perpetrated by its own government, would somehow be righted?  That our instinctive fear of this grossly expanding government that was intruding steadily into our lives, that viewed us as the enemy, would be subdued by voting into office anyone but more Republicans?  Didn’t we believe the Democrats would save the day?  More

The Video that started it all – written about in the WALL STREET JOURNAL and the subject of an NBC DATELINE.
This is a 2:40 hour … all » documentary investigating the little known IRON MOUNTAIN REPORT, leaked to the press in 1967. Purports to be a top-secret government plan to bring in the New World Order and the ultimate plans for American citizens.
Declared a hoax, it was later verified by a top Pentagon official as real. The agenda is being carried out right under the noses of the American people. It is all about people control via deception and manipulation.
Deep into Eugenics, birth control and hideous plans for a tyrannical slave state. It is all coming true after OKC and 9-11 with the Patriot Act, Homeland Security and the military police operating in America. Airports first, railroads, then highways, and finally a complete LOCKDOWN under the pretense of “security”. A MUST SEE
Pt:1
the link to part 1 will give you the option to continue on through each consecutive part (1-14).  This video will explain all that is happening to our country and what is to come.
