When former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said, “I do not believe, and I know this is a horrible thing to say, but I do not believe that that President Obama loves America. He doesn’t love you. And he doesn’t love me. He wasn’t brought up the way you were brought up and I was brought up through love of this country.” It took a lot of guts for Rudy to say it, because almost immediately he was attacked by Democrats, the national liberal media and even a few “deflated” Republicans. The attack on Giuliani was almost instantaneous. Anyone who even hinted that they might support Giuliani or had doubts about Mr. Obama’s love for America had to be attacked as mean spirited, cruel, unpatriotic and if those words didn’t work, they had to be called racists.
It was not that Rudy Giuliani wasn’t telling the truth because he was. It was because it was politically incorrect to say such a thing about a sitting president, even though Barack Obama pretty much said the same thing about President George W. Bush while Bush was still the president and Obama was a U.S. Senator. Although I agree with Mr. Giuliani that Barack Obama does not love America, I will go a step further and say it is more serious than our current president not loving this country.
If you remember, before and right after Barack Obama was elected President, he said that he was going to fundamentally transform or change America. If he did really love America, why is he trying so hard to fundamentally change it into a socialist country where the federal government has absolute power over the people? The answer is simple. He wants to change it, not because he loves America, but because he doesn’t even like it. As you shall see in the information outlined later in this article, Barack Obama, from a young age, was indoctrinated by American-hating communists and Marxists into believing that America is an evil capitalist country that must be brought to its knees and punished for being an Anglo-Imperialist country that became rich on the backs of the people of third world countries. “We are your brothers and sisters, your fathers and mothers, your relatives, your friends, your neighbors down the street. We are small business owners and a multitude of other honorable New Yorkers who are committed to supporting and obeying constitutional laws.”
“Based upon reporting it appears all the suspects in these incidents were motivated by elements of a far right anti-government ideology with a particular fixation on law enforcement.”
Here is a summary of the three incidents that the NYSIC used to justify their unwarranted connection to the New York Oath Keepers and other constitutional Liberty groups in New York State.
Incident #1: On June 4, 2014, Justin Bourque, a 24-year-old male in New Brunswick, Canada, with no criminal record, shot and killed three Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officers and was later captured. The report states: “…he struggled to hold a job, turned to drugs, and became increasingly obsessed with guns (particularly the ongoing U.S. gun debate which has spilled over to a lesser degree to Canada) and abuses by police.”
In reviewing Incident #1, where, exactly, is the connection to the New York Oath Keepers and other NY Liberty groups?
Incident #2: On June 6, 2014, Dennis Marx, a 48-year-old male in Forsyth County, Georgia, was shot and killed by Deputies trying to enter the county courthouse with a so-called “assault” rifle, body armor, an assortment of grenades, ammunition, food, water and flexible handcuffs. The NYSIC bulletin states: “Marx was scheduled to appear before a judge at the courthouse that morning on eleven felony drug and weapons charges. As to motive, Marx had long running issues with law enforcement and was a self-identified sovereign citizen.”
Again, in reviewing Incident #2, where, exactly, is the connection to the New York Oath Keepers and other NY Liberty group?
“Recently in Connecticut, the state notified gun owners who have not complied with their unconstitutional gun registration laws that they must surrender their semi-automatic rifles or risk being arrested for a felony. How does turning 300,000 plus law-abiding citizens into criminals overnight, happen in America?”
As you know, the New York Safe Act was passed in the middle of the night by the New York City dominated New York State Legislature and signed by a Governor who would be president, without any input from the people. Who will be safer under this unconstitutional law? It definitely will not be the law-abiding citizens of New York who, if we comply, would have some of our ability to defend ourselves taken away. The law might be better named the NY SAFE ACT FOR CRIMINALS because violent criminals who carry illegal guns will never comply. They have never complied with any gun control laws and they will continue to use all banned weapons with the largest capacity magazines they can get their hands on. Only the law-abiding citizens like us and police officers like you, will now be at a disadvantage, not the criminals.
The origin of gun control in New York State goes back to 1911 when a Democrat State Senator from New York City named “Big Tim Sullivan” pushed for gun control in New York City. He was a Tammany Hall crook and a criminal overseer of gangs in New York City. Sullivan sponsored the gun-control law (later called the Sullivan Act) that mandated police-issued licenses for handguns and made it a felony to carry an unlicensed concealed weapon in NYC. When it passed, ordinary law-abiding citizens were disarmed, which solved another problem for the NYC criminals. It seems that gangsters had been bitterly complaining to State Senator Sullivan and NYC politicians that the victims of their criminal attacks sometimes shot back at them. In other words, the good guys were shooting the bad guys and State Senator Sullivan and other political crooks could not let that happen.
We know that Governor Cuomo and the Democrat controlled legislature arbitrarily came up with their own definitions of what so called ‘Assault Weapons’ are. The definitions were concocted out of thin air by a group of New York City socialists who obviously know nothing about guns. One of the things they identified that makes certain rifles ‘assault weapons’ was if a rifle had a lug on it for a bayonet. Never mind the fact that no person in New York State has been murdered or even assaulted by a person using a rifle with a bayonet attached to it in well over a hundred years. It doesn’t matter to these socialists because they will say and do anything to take our guns. That is and always has been their ultimate goal.
Certain rifles legally purchased in the past by American citizens, who happen to reside in New York State, are now illegal to purchase or sell to another state resident. Why has the New York State legislature concentrated their efforts on turning hundreds of thousands of your fellow New Yorkers into criminals?
The New York State Sheriffs Association and the County Clerks Association have taken positions opposing the NY SAFE Act as unconstitutional, as have 52 county legislatures and over 150 towns and villages in the State. In addition, there are at least 4 lawsuits currently working their way through the court system. All of these lawsuits have identified specific sections of the NY SAFE Act that are violations of both the New York State Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. All of these organizations have called for either amending the bill or called for the outright repeal of the law in order to start over with some input from the people. More
In Albany, New York, officials were confronted by 2nd Amendment advocates. Realizing that the recently passed legislation infringed on their constitutional rights, these guys stood up and talked back!
One very important question was asked by one man in the crowd:
IF, as Bloomberg has said, these guns are weapons of war, why do the police have them? Who are they at war with?
National Association to Stop Guardianship Abuse (NASGA)
Dorothy Wilson is 85 years old and suffers from early dementia. She is not a stroke victim or in a wheelchair, and she does not need to be washed or bathed. She cleans and cooks for herself.
I applied for guardianship in December, 2008, but my siblings fought this. In March, 2009, a geriatric “care” manager and guardian were assigned to my mother and she was declared incapacitated. An order was issued for an aide in her home 24/7, but soon arrangements were made for Mom to stay with family on weekends. Restricted pickup and return times were ordered, and although I requested relief many times, but the judge refused to allow it. His decision was based on the care manager’s assertion that 9am on a Saturday to pickup and 9am on a Monday to return is the only time the agency, Home Companion Services of Port Jefferson, will allow.
One aide soon became Mom’s friend and confidant. On September 15, 2009, the care manager went to my mother’s house with a new aide that does not drive, and ordered the other aide to leave or she would call the police. Mom insisted she did not want Cheri to leave and she was threatened as well. The guardian claimed she did this for my mother’s “safety” although nothing had happened.
The court has refused to allow my mother to stay with family additional days when someone is available, which is what she wants, and would save her thousands of dollars in agency fees. No one listens to her or respects her wishes. After Mom complained to me and her attorney about the violation of her privacy and HIPPA rights, her attorney advised the judge via letter on October 30, 2009. False allegations were then made against me by the guardian and the care manager. On November 10, 2009, the guardian mailed a letter to me stating that I violated the court orders prohibiting anyone from discussing costs with Mom and she imposed supervised visitation. More
Last month, when City Councilman Eric Ulrich (R-Queens) proposed a law that would require all adult cyclists in NYC get licenses and register their bicycles, some worried that the legislation didn’t go far enough. For example, what happens when a law-abiding, licensed NYC cyclist crosses over the border line from Queens into Long Island, where unregulated, Mad Maxian bicycle gangs dominate the roads and run over thousands of puppies every day? Wouldn’t the anarchic bicycle lawlessness across the state undermine NYC’s quest for law and order? Just in time, here comes Assemblyman Michael DenDekker to the rescue!

When corruption of any kind reaches so high into our government and its corporate agencies who prey on the general public under the guise of “public service” or other misnomer, we must speak out. We should all be speaking out in the case of Gary Harvey. What has happened to Gary and his wife, Sara, could happen to any one of us at any time; Gary has been held as a virtual prisoner by Chemung County agencies in New York while a predatory guardian has burned through the couples assets.
Once the predatory guardian, unknown to the Harvey’s prior to his accident, and who never even filed a petition, somehow was granted guardianship of Gary, he lost all of his rights of any kind…and all of his assets. Now that the assets are depleted, the guardian has issued a “Do Not Resuscitate” (DNR) order. Gary’s wife Sara has had to battle the attempt by hospital and doctors, at the request of the predatory guardian, to stop them from intentionally starving and dehydrating him to death.
No one has been able to explain how the predatory guardian knew to be in court that day regarding a man the guardian did not know and had no previous contact with.
After repeated efforts to garner the help of state officials, agencies and various other legal agents and agencies, Sara wrote this letter to New York governor, Cuomo. She awaits his repsonse.
The Honorable Andrew M. Cuomo
Governor of New York State
NYS State Capitol Building
Albany, NY 12224
RE: Gary E Harvey, help concerning guardianship
Dear Mr. Cuomo:
Can you or someone on your staff give me some direction as to where I might turn for help in rescuing my husband, Gary E. Harvey, from an inappropriate and dangerous care setting, and from a guardianship which I believe to be contrary to his best interests, safety and survival?
Gary is a Vietnam veteran. He suffered a head injury in a fall, in January of 2006, and subsequently deteriorated to the point that he has been incapacitated for some time. In a sequence of events all too common in cases where the state assumes control, I was denied guardianship over my beloved husband, and a professional guardian has been appointed (just showed up out of nowhere at my hearing and without a petition). Both Gary’s and my assets have been used up by this abusive guardianship. Sometimes, I am denied the right even to visit him, on arbitrary grounds or without explanation. More

Outrageous: Minnesota Hunters Released on Sandhill Cranes
Minneapolis, MN – Who’d want to be an animal around us? Horses chased down with helicopters. Geese gassed in New York. And now it’s a sandhill crane hunting season in Minnesota.
Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is turning hunters loose on sandhill cranes for the first time in 94 years, due to the birds exceeding an arbitrary population “goal.” The hunting season, which began September 4th and is scheduled to end on October 10th takes aim at tall, graceful beings with sandy feathers and bright red heads. These birds are known to mate for life, and teach their young to dance to acquire the precision and agility required for their mid-continental flights. But that’s not how Bill Penning of the Department of Natural Resources describes them. Penning says, “I’ve never eaten them, but everyone says they’re delicious.”
Friends of Animals is strongly opposed to the sandhill crane hunting season. The Minnesota DNR bypassed the usual public comment period and released this announcement stealthily, only weeks before the hunting season is scheduled to begin. Hunters will pursue sandhill cranes as they do geese, deploying decoys. Nontoxic shot, we’re assured, will be required. Friends of Animals president Priscilla Feral said, “Minnesotans haven’t hunted sandhill cranes birds since 1916. Why now? Advocates, communicate your views now, before this latest display of human arrogance turns into the newest cycle of torment.”
Please get in touch with the pivotal contacts listed below and let them hear your voice. The sudden, unexpected decision to allow the hunting of sandhill cranes is not based in scientific fact, and as a public department charged with managing public resources, land, and animals, it is completely out of line to make such a momentous change without the public’s consent.

And they want us to believe fresh raw milk is dangerous!
Midland Farms has announced a voluntary milk recall affecting these three brands as well as a fourth one, Corrado’s Market. The recalled milk has a “sell by” date of Sept. 24 and was sold in five northeastern states.

The failure of a pasteurization equipment at a milk plant in Menards, N.Y., has led to a voluntary milk recall in five northeastern states.
Consumers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island should check their milk cartons to see if they’ve been recalled, according to New York State’s agriculture department.
Liberty News:York State education officials devised a high school exam containing passages extolling positive accomplishments of Islam while casting a negative light on aspects of Christian history.
The reading selections from the state-wide Regents exam on Global History and Geography contained a passage that said wherever Muslims went in the centuries following the birth of Islam, they “brought with them their love of art, beauty and learning. From about the eighth to the eleventh century, their culture was superior in many ways to that of western Christendom.”
Another passage observed that public lamps lighted roads in Muslim-occupied Cordoba, Spain, seven centuries before there was a single public lamp in London, the New York Post reported.
But an excerpt discussing Christianity’s introduction in Latin America stated that “idols, temples, and other material evidences of paganism [were] destroyed,” and “Christian buildings [were] often constructed on sites of destroyed native temples.”
It also said that “Indians supplied construction labor without receiving payment.”
Mark MacWilliams, a religious studies professor at St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., told the Post: “Why does the exam seem to have only documents that portray Islam as a religion of peace, civilization, and refinement, while it includes documents about Christianity that show it was anything but peaceful in the Spanish conquest of the Americas?”
A Brooklyn teacher who administered the exam said, “There should have been a little balance in there.” Referring to the ongoing controversy over the planned construction of a mosque near ground zero in Manhattan, he added: “To me, this was offensive because it’s just too inappropriate and the timing of it was poor.”
It was a beautiful, rain free day on August 7th at the Capitol Steps in Albany where freedom loving New Yorkers gathered in support of the United States Constitution, focusing on the Amendment. The rally began as patriotic music, including songs by local bands the Ameros and American Spirit Unbroken, played while tables were set up by the speakers and candidates. Organizers, driven by the desire to spread the message of the importance of State’s Rights in restoring our Republic and individual liberty, coordinated this event in six weeks with minimal experience and funding.
John Wallace Comments at the Rally (Video):
Part I (4 minutes)
Part II (7 minutes)
The rally was mainly promoted via internet and some radio announcements from Hudson, NY where many of the organizers originate. Traditionally, New York is a left-wing state, but this is a spark that will set afire many more people in the state toward stopping the Federal Government’s intrusion on our liberties. More

This week I will be talking about the U.S. Constitution, the 10th Amendment Movement and State Sovereignty issues. We will also take a look at the Federal Judge’s ruling that takes some of the teeth out of the Arizona Illegal Immigration law. We might also have a chance to talk about the upcoming New York State Sovereignty Rally that is being held at the State Capitol in Albany, New York on August 7th at HighNoon. As always, Listeners are encouraged to call in.
THE STATE SOVEREIGNTY MOVEMENT IS COMING TO NEW YORK STATE ON AUGUST 7TH
There has been a movement growing in America over the past two years as the people have come to realize that the ever growing Federal Government is becoming more and more intrusive into their daily private lives and that their personal Liberty and individual Freedoms are in danger of being severely limited or lost all together. Because of this, state legislatures in a growing number of states have recently passed State Sovereignty bills designed to reaffirm their constitutional guaranteed rights of sovereignty under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

My Guest this week is Anisha Dunne, the Minnesota State Coordinator for the Articles of Freedom. The Articles of Freedom are the works of a gathering of citizens who came together at a Continental Congress that was held in November of 2009 in Illinois with the help of the ‘We the People Foundation.’ The WTPF spent the last 14 years petitioning our government for redress of grievances of 14 different violations of the Constitution under the First Amendment Rights and were met continuously with contempt and injury by our federal government. The U.S. Supreme Court would not even allow the evidence to be brought forward for the record and WTPF were told they had ‘no standing’ in these cases. To find out more about the Articles of Freedom, the constitutional violations that are identified and the plan of action for the American people, tune in and as always, you are encouraged to call in and speak with our guest.

Something interesting has developed in a sleepy little suburb of New York City. Apparently the concept of “One Person. One Vote” has disenfranchised a minority population. Said minority has been unable to elect one of their “own” into a 13 panel Board of Trustee position. Therefore, a brilliant concept was proposed “Every one shall have 6 votes to cast among the 13 candidates.”
The court-imposed election was held after a federal judge ruled that Port Chester’s conventional at-large trustee elections violated the Voting Rights Act. Although the village of about 30,000 residents is nearly half Hispanic, no Latino had ever been elected to any of the six trustee seats. Most voters were white, and white candidates always won. More
