“Our gas tank is empty   and there is a combination lock on the gas cap.  Government won’t  release the combination.  If we can’t get the gas cap off, we can’t  fill the tank with fuel and our engine will never run again!  Is this  true?”  Ron Ewart
In all of our wars and all of the  difficulties we have faced as a nation in the last 235 years, if we would let a  little thing like a combination lock get in the way of where we wanted to go,  America would have never gotten where it is.  If there was a wall, we went  over it, around it, under it ….. or through it.  If there was a lock in  our way, we “picked it” or blew it up.  If there was a frontier, we  explored it.  If there was a beachhead, we took it.  If there was a  tyrant, we pulled his teeth and rendered him impotent ….. or dead.  If  there was a bridge to be built, we built it.  If we wanted to go into  space, into space we went.   Literally nothing stood in the way of  Americans, when they wanted to create something, build something, stop a  dictator, or get to a place where they wanted to go.   We were  unstoppable and contrary to popular opinion, we still are.
When a person or a nation was in  need, we met that need out of the greatness, goodness and kindness of  our collective hearts.  Americans are the most generous people on planet  earth and don’t let anyone tell you different.  We could do all these  things because we were not only free, but that freedom allowed us to create the  wealth from which we were able to BE generous.
Which brings us to today.  How  is it that Americans, who not only carved out an  unprecedented free society based on unalienable individual rights as a gift  from our creator at a horrendous sacrifice, conquered a continent, but who also  created a country of vast wealth and riches, would a let a little thing like an  Obama, or a corrupt Congress, or a mis-guided judiciary that have  thrown our unalienable rights and our constitution to the wolves, stand in the  way of reclaiming our freedom and our Republic?  Have we lost our  courage to enter into a fight to prevent being enslaved?  Are we so afraid  of losing what we have, that we would back away from aggressively  challenging those that are trying to take it away, even if those that are trying  to take it away are some of our own people?  Just because our enemy is a  domestic one and not a foreign enemy does that preclude us from taking them  on?  Have we grown so timid and apathetic that we shrink in  fear when a fight is thrust upon us and ladies and gentlemen, a fight is  being thrust upon us like never before?  It is a deadly fight between  two opposing ideologies and a government that uses those opposing ideologies to  divide, conquer and enslave us. “Every country we conquer feeds us.  And these are just a few of the good things we’ll have when this war is over.  Slaves working for us everywhere while we sit back with a fork in our hands and a whip on our knees.                                                                                                                           Curt Siodmak, novelist and screenwriter
Hage, Hiatt, Webb, Kelo, Strouss, Miller, Amos, Sackett, Lakin and Kilpatrick are just a few of the names of the tens of thousands of Americans who have had to fight alone against government abuse, arrogance and irrational and draconian laws, passed by out-of-touch lawmakers that don’t read the bills they pass, or take the time to determine whether those new laws, or even all the old ones, are constitutional.  Or, they had to fight against government agents working under the color of law with no legal authority, or in some cases, actually breaking the law.  The government and special interests know that most Americans won’t or can’t fight back.  They just go on their merry way as if the general population doesn’t exist and for the most part, it doesn’t. “Those who have been once intoxicated with power, and have derived any kind of emolument from it, even though but for one year, never can willingly abandon it.  They may be distressed in the midst of all their power; but they will never look to anything but power for their relief.”   Edmund Burke

Like political power, a massive black hole is an insatiable beast.  It will literally absorb (eat) anything that gets too close.  It eats surrounding gases, whole stars, star systems and planets.  And as it eats, it grows and the more it eats the larger and more powerful it gets.  Its power reaches out deeper and deeper into the heavens and warps the very fabric of space and time.   A black hole is a whirlpool in the universe and its immense gravity powers entire galaxies while it clears the space around it like a giant vacuum cleaner, inside its event horizon.  At its center is a point of infinite density where the laws of physics no longer apply.  It is, in its growing sphere of influence, the epitome of absolute power.  Not even light can escape it.

Since the dawn of human civilization, the masses have been and still are, in a constant struggle against the ever- increasing power of centralized government.  Whether it be kings, despots, dictators, or even democracies, centralized power grows and grows, like a black hole, until it envelops and consumes all those who would attempt to break it up, or destroy it.  Even though the Founding Fathers went to great pains to inhibit the rise of the federal government by limiting its powers in the U. S. Constitution, every succeeding executive, legislative and judicial branch of government since George Washington, has wriggled and finagled around its constitutional restraints into ever-increasing political power.   The jaws of absolute power are open wide and lie there in our not too distant future, if the people don’t take it upon themselves to break up that centralized power and restore it to the states and to the people, as it was intended by those who gave birth to freedom over two centuries ago at great sacrifice.

Throughout history, when centralized power is broken up or destroyed, it usually comes from the people violently rising up, en masse and restoring political power in the people and dividing all such power into smaller jurisdictions, which was part of the core foundation of the U. S. Constitution.  It was the states that created the federal government,  not the other way around.   It is the states and the people that are supposed to have the supreme power under our Constitutional Republic, not the federal government.

Fractionalized power, split up between many small centers of political power, (i.e. states, counties and cities) is freedom’s only salvation.  Centralized, concentrated authority in a single center of power, in the end, will be freedom’s demise. More

“Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure… than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.”   Theodore Roosevelt

– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

In each of us there lies a gland (adrenal) that activates a fight-or-flight response, when we are confronted by danger, provided that is, if a person is cognizant of the danger in the first place.  When danger to our own life or a loved one is thrust upon us, this gland injects a hormone (adrenalin) into the blood stream that almost instantly increases the heart rate and breathing rhythm.  All of our senses become super charged.  In some, this surge of adrenalin triggers instant panic and the person becomes like a deer frozen in the headlights.  In others it prepares them to meet any threat with force and energy many times their normal strength.  Under these conditions, frail little women have been known to lift a car off a victim.

However, many dangers are so subtle they do not signal their presence until it is too late to retreat or charge.  The adrenal gland is never activated.  One of the most onerous of those subtle dangers is the slow rise of government tyranny.

As an example of not recognizing a danger, many years ago we took a trip to a farm in Nodaway County,Missouri, located in the northwest corner of the state.  We stayed on the farm for about a week.  On one of those days the skies grew dark and ominous.  Strange colors crossed the sky between the dark clouds and the air grew suddenly quiet.  You could feel the electricity almost crackling in the space around you.   More

People are a great deal like electrons.  When they get too close to each other, they are repelled by each other’s negative charge and can never come together, except in times of immense heat and pressure …. like in a Black Hole, or a world war ….. or the rise of tyranny.”    Ron Ewart

When the attack comes, whether foreign or domestic, people that are divided will run in all directions in a panic, just like the people did on the cruise ship that ran aground off the West Coast of Italy a week ago and sent the passengers scurrying in all directions, looking for anyway they could to exit the sinking cruise liner and save their lives.  There was no guidance and no plan, there was just pandemonium, an irrational human response that can lead to death.

Americans today, are not much different than the passengers on that stricken ship.  We are running in all directions with no guidance and no plan.  America is more divided now than it ever was and it will be our un-doing if we allow it to continue.  Without a course correction resulting from conservative unification,America will sink deeper into the quicksand of apathy, indifference and wholly desperate ideologies, with no chance of escape. “WE must protect OUR rural lands.”  Stated numerous times by an environmentalist on a radio talk show, in a debate with this author

________________________________________________________

That’s right, environmentalists and even those that live in urban areas, have been so brainwashed by the government through education and outright propaganda, that they actually believe that it is OK for government to regulate rural lands with draconian environmental protection ordinances, without regard to the fact that those rural lands are owned by real people and are supposed to be protected by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution that states in part:

“….. nor shall any person ….. be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Any protection provided to rural landowners from the U. S. Constitution has been so watered down and perverted by U. S. Supreme Court and lower court decisions, as to render the 5th Amendment virtually null and void.  International and national environmentalism trumps the Constitution inAmerica, by tens of thousands of local, state and federal laws.

Our organization, the National Association of Rural Landowners (NARLO) was formed as a result of discovering that these environmental laws, regulations, restrictions and ordinances apply disproportionately to rural landowners, such that the rural landowner is being forced to bear almost the entire burden of environmental protection, while their city cousins get off almost scot-free.  Since it became apparent that rural landowners are disenfranchised from having a say in environmental protection ordinances, due to the cities having the majority representation and the votes, we decided that the rural landowner needed someone to speak on their behalf, on a national scale.  Although we write about issues affecting every American, our primary goal is to provide a voice to the vicious assault on rural landowners by the government, aided and abetted by national and international environmentalists through the United Nations Agenda 21 policies of smart growth and sustainable development.  On their behalf, NARLO has developed specific tools that a rural landowner can use against these assaults by government.

But this isn’t the real story.  More

“Conquerors never, never conquer a nation to bring freedom. They conquer a nation to control the masses.”   Ernst Zundel

“America will fall without a shot being fired.  It will fall from within.”  Nikita Krushchev

From the dawn of civilization ambitious men have set out to rule the masses by the sword, the spear and the arrow.  The lust to rule is buried deep inside the neurons of those who carry the gene that drives them to seek absolute power by any means.  The reason for their butchery and savagery is irrelevant, be it religion, land, or resources, or just plain insanity.  It is just the exercise of raw power for the sake of ego.

In the name of conquest, kings, despots and dictators have taken the lives of more people and shed more blood than most of the dreaded diseases that have decimated cultures since the early Egyptians.  And now, man’s capacity to kill hundreds of thousands or even millions, lies within his grasp upon cracking the unimaginable power of the atom.

However, an ambitious man or men, need not shed blood anymore, to conquer a nation.  They only need to exploit man’s ignorance and stupidity and his inability to be aware of what goes on around him.   First, they infiltrate government at every level with their trained followers and set their agenda with new law, after new law.  Increasing control of the masses, over a long period of time is their goal.  They don’t need guns to control the people, they only need willing subjects who are looking the other way.  More

Understand this! under the U. S. Constitution, “property” is not a theory

Mr. Carl J. Circo, BA – JD

School of Law

Dear Mr. Circo:

Like so many socialists and radical environmentalists that infect our American colleges and even our government at all levels, you advocate full implementation of UN’s Agenda 21 into American Law under the anti-American policies of “social justice” and “environmental protection”, the latter being illegally used to justify and implement the former.  Your bias is amply illustrated by an excerpt from your recent article: “Does Sustainability Require a New Theory of Property Rights?”

“In pursuing these questions, this Article examines the potential conflicts between sustainability theory and property theory. Part II briefly surveys sustainability concepts, both in theory and in practice. It begins by identifying three main theoretical strains: resource conservation; generational justice; and social justice.”

First of all, under the U. S. Constitution, “property” is not a theory.  It is an absolute right and fully protected by the 5th Amendment.  There is no conflict.  As a matter of fact, the Constitution fails if property is not a right.  Here is an excerpt from a treatise by Washington State Supreme Court Justice Richard B. Sanders, regarding property rights:

“Property “is defined by (Washington) state law. Board of Regents v. Roth, 408 U.S. 564, 92 S. Ct. 2701, 2709, 33 L. Ed. 2d 548 (1972). Our state, and most other states, define property in an extremely broad sense.”

Property in a thing consists not merely in its ownership and possession, but in the unrestricted right of use, enjoyment, and disposal. Anything which destroys any of the elements of property, to that extent, destroys the property itself. The substantial value of property lies in its use. If the right of use be denied, the value of the property is annihilated and ownership is rendered a barren right.” More
