A recent article made the statement that ” When officers are on untitledvvvduty, they don’t know if at the end of the day, they are going home, to the hospital or to the morgue”.  Strange, that is just how the public feels when they are confronted by them.

The Department of Justice (an oxymoron if there ever was one) just issued its decision regarding the death of Michael Brown at the hands of Ferguson, Missouri police officer Wilson that occurred in November 2014. Like millions of other people, I was not there. I have no idea what did or did not happen other than what was related on the MSM, and you already know 99% of what comes from them is pure BS.

The DoJ determined that Michael Brown’s civil rights had not been violated. So, let me get this straight…… according to grand jury testimony, an officer confronts a man in the street and tells him to get on the sidewalk, they argue, scuffle, then he fires a total of 16 shots at him, two from inside his vehicle, one directly through the top of his head within 6-8 inches…..and the DoJ was concerned with whether his civil rights were violated? That’s what they were investigating?

As an aside:   Thanks to what had to have been careful questioning and very rehearsed answers, Wilson swore under oath that he stopped the men because he recognized their clothing from the description given for the robbery……. a robbery he could not and did not know about at the time he confronted Brown.  Did  Wilson knowingly commit perjury and intentionally lie to the grand jury about what really happened that day?

The police shooting death of Michael Brown on August 9th caused rioting, vandalism and a man with a handgun was shot by police.

There have also been peaceful protests.

Here is a list of facts in this case that is stirring up controversy over race, police excessive force and discrimination, the militarization of civilian law enforcement and race baiting. As always, there are at least two points of view in any conflict. Here’s a round-up of the most important aspects of the case:

1. Ferguson, Missouri is a suburb of St. Louis that has 21,000 residents, with a 67% African American population, while Missouri has a Black population of 11% statewide. There have been criticisms of under-representation of Black officers in Ferguson’s police department as there are 50 White officers and only 3 Black officers. In 2013, the attorney general’s office reported that Black drivers in Ferguson were about twice as likely to be arrested after police stops than Whites. More

A clever reader forwarded information this morning taken directly from this Website:

To build the largest election sign in U.S.

The sign, which will be over 80 feet long will read ” RON PAUL 2012 .” Each 8 foot tall letter will be cut out of plywood and painted with a reflective white paint.  When complete, the sign will be similar in style to the famous HOLLYWOOD sign.

The sign will be located in a field next to a busy stretch of I-44 highway outside Carthage, MO.  This stretch of highway has over 40,000 travellers per day.  The goal of the sign is to attract attention from local, regional and national media outlets which will report on the efforts of the grassroots Ron Paul support. This project will be done in conjunction with Southwest Missouri and Springfield Mo meetup groups.  When this project is successful, it will serve as a blue print for other meetup groups and we could see these giant signs all over the country! We have the volunteers and tools to make this project happen, but we need help with funding for some of the materials.  Please consider supporting this project by donating using the link on the right hand side of this page.

What a brilliant idea! Ron Paul supporters “Get It”. More

Federal Eradication Management Agency : Screw You Tornado Victims

In yet another show of dirty handed politicking – the Federal Eradication Management Agency (FEMA) who is supposed to assist United States Citizens after an Emergency just presented their nether parts for Tornado Victims to lick. The politically correct title set forward is”

FEMA, to pay for Irene damage, delays funds for rebuilding in tornado-ravaged areas

The Federal Emergency Management Agency is temporarily suspending some payments to rebuild roads, schools and other structures destroyed during spring tornadoes in Joplin, Mo., and Southern states and other recent natural disasters to pay for damage caused by Hurricane Irene.

With initial damage assessments from the storm potentially in the tens of billions of dollars, the Obama administration will need to request supplemental funding from Congress, possibly provoking another fight over federal spending as a new congressional “supercommittee” prepares to identify trillions of dollars in government spending cuts.

In reality that headline should say “Oh by the way Alabama and Missouri – f*ck you. You just don’t have enough votes to be important enough for our Agency to help you.” As Presidential Candidate Ron Paul pointed out (although he used much nicer terms), FEMA is full of cronies that want nothing more than to rip your head off and shit down your neck. Only thing left of your home a pile of rubble with a few cinder blocks where your basement used to be? DENIED.

Citizens have been the driving force of clean up in Joplin – not FEMA. Because they realize FEMA is pretty for a few days then retreats on high to tell “us” to make sure we “Get A Kit” (but not too many matches or flashlights ’cause you’d have to be reported as a possible terrorist). There is no money left people – none. If Helicopter Ben decides to ease into us a bit more through QE3 (thereby driving us from inflation to hyper-inflation) we’re even more screwed. However I betcha’ that’ll be the excuse from the screaming masses on the East Coast in this instance. “We nneeeeddd mmooonnneeeyy”.

Why?

Votes ya’ fools. Alabama and Missouri have a combined population of about 12 million Souls. That’s nothing compared to the votes that will roll in from the much over hyped Irene on the East Coast. New York alone has 19 Million legal votes and they ain’t likely to be looking to any RINO in 2012.   .Gov cannot have Wall Street, Casinos or Unions out of action because who else will buy into the “Hope it Changes” rhetoric?

As MSNBC says “Lean Forward” – it might hurt a bit less if you relax too.

Find out rest of the story on raw milk

Springfield, Missouri
By: Kathy Vimont

My family produces raw milk in southwest Missouri. I am responding to Douglas Bryan’s letter of Dec. 9 regarding the safety of raw milk.

Dr. Bryan quoted an explanation from Cornell about why pasteurization has been made mandatory for retail sales, but he doesn’t know the rest of the story. About 100 years ago, large amounts of milk were needed to feed people in the large cities. They also needed an answer about what to do with the distillery grain left over from making alcohol there. Answer: feed it to cows and use the resulting milk to feed the people. They should not have been drinking that milk.

It was produced in filthy conditions by very unhealthy animals and caused many deaths. Their only answer was to pasteurize the milk, and that’s how pasteurization on a large scale became entrenched. But, here’s the really interesting part: at that same time, Dr. J.R. Crewe of the Mayo Clinic was bringing in clean raw milk from the countryside and curing patients of cancer and other dread diseases with a strict raw milk diet. For more on this story and a critical analysis of milk safety studies, I refer you to “The Untold Story of Milk” by Dr. Ron Schmid.  Go to: http://www.realmilk.com/documents/ResponsetoMarlerListofStudies.pdf

for a balancing article on the safety of raw milk.

Considering modern advancements, the belief that we must pasteurize or die is outdated. Besides, we’re not talking about producing raw milk for the entire population; we’re talking about small family farms thriving and supporting our local economies. Buying milk from neighbors is a long-standing tradition in Missouri, one with which the legislature refused to interfere. READ MORE
