Join us Wednesday, Oct 7, 2020 with our guest Anne O’Meara, Executive Director of Healthcare Advocacy and Leadership Organization, better known as HALO Voice. Anne, like so many of my previous guests and myself experienced the loss of a loved one to so called compassionate care by hospice aka stealth euthanasia. This experience ultimately led her on her mission today with HALO to warn others of the dangers of blindly trusting what hospice staff say.
HALO is an organization that advocates for the elderly and the vulnerable to protect their rights through direct patient and family interactions; educating the public and promoting life-affirming healthcare and alternatives to hospice.
The intent of this show is to warn people of the dangers and the reality of hospice and their term “compassionate care” which is a lie. Our elderly and disabled are being culled because it’s cheaper to euthanize that treat. Who will stand up for our people as they are thrown away like yesterday’s garbage leaving families devastated? We have to stand up against this tyranny and warn others. Do not be a victim to the cruelty of someone writing your loved one’s last chapter for the sake of money under the guise of compassion! Our loved ones deserve to write their own chapter.
You have the right to question doctors decisions, refuse drugs, be a part of “the plan” and/or refuse or revoke hospice. Never accept what you are being told without verifying.

As legislation is being passed and proposed in several states, allowing those deemed to be mentally ill or suffering from dementia to be starved to death, we see Australia following suit and targeting their elderly also. Simply arranging for a diagnosis of dementia regardless if it is a legitimate diagnosis, can facilitate the kidnapping, isolation and theft of estates. Now with this handy option available to starve them to death as the estate is being plundered by professional predators, this global harvesting of the elderly for profit is in high gear.
Lawyers along with doctors and government agencies are gaming the system, and are allowed to take over elderly individuals lives and affairs. Protected by probate tribunals and government, massive profits are gained by preying on a vulnerable sector of the population. If in fact, these individuals are compromised, wouldn’t the moral thing to do be to secure their rights and protections? Instead, the governments and their predatory tribunals treat them as if they were nothing and violate even their most basic rights.

HALO MISSION STATEMENT

On behalf of Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC), USA, Nancy Elliott and Sara Buscher (attorney and member of HALO’s Board of Advisors) are organizing a grass roots contact with key Senators to stop passage of the Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (PCHETA). S.2080/H.R. 647. Both are in the Senate HELP Committee. We have learned that the Senate HELP committee has decided to report S.2080 out or include its language in a public health bill before the end of 2019. The Senate has a floor period from December 2 through the 13.
We sent letters to all the key Senators on Monday, December 2.
We propose that your organizations rally your members to contact key Senators NOW. Each senator is typically tallying the messages they receive on each side of each issue. The purpose of these emails/calls is to get a tally against the bill recorded.

Julie Grimstad began her career as a licensed practical nurse caring for the elderly and disabled. She has served as a patient advocate for over 30 years and has been an integral part of several organizations fighting for the right of patients. Ms. Grimstad founded and is the president of Healthcare Advocacy and Leadership Organization (HALO) and the executive director of Life is Worth Living, Inc.

“Also, by not declaring it a crime and providing equal access to the law, you and your family are trapped in these civil tribunals with no way out. You cannot get out of the civil tribunal and into a court of common law, and instead are subjected to statutes, codes and regulations that separate you from the law. Here you have no rights, no protections and cannot claim any, most especially anything Constitutional. The Constitutions, both State and Federal have no application here. And this also is intentional. This is not an oversight, or something they just simply forgot to include. They know exactly what they are doing, or not doing whatever the case may be.”

Most of us who have been battling the abuse of the elderly or those who just simply have assets that a predator in this system has decided they want, have operated under the idea that the system just needed repairing. If we just passed a new law. If we just readjusted the statutes. If we just went to the right representative or senator and got their attention, a lot of this corruption would be done away with; we would be safe from this growing class of predators who game the system for profit. It is my opinion that we have been addressing this issue from the wrong angle.
The system is not broken or not functioning as it was intended; it is operating exactly the way it was intended. That is what we failed to realize.
There are few of us who have met with politicians and other officials who have not come away with the deep sense of disbelief with what we encountered while visiting with them. The feigned ignorance of the issues. The platitudes and pandering along with the condescension can be stifling. Always these meetings come with the promises that they will look into it and do what ever they can to help. Only they don’t. Many elected officials openly express their disdain for the fact that they were confronted with these issues. After all, plausible deniability is paramount to escaping accountability. Once they are faced with the evidence, many become quite irritated.
You are talking about the organizations and professional unions like the BAR Associations who not only contribute massive amounts of money to political re-election coffers, but who also put all of this in place to begin with. You just caused a tremor in their bank accounts. And besides, they have really important things to worry about…and obviously the kidnapping, psychological torture, estate theft and eventual medical murder in many cases, of the elderly, isn’t one of those things. Ron Panzer founded Hospice Patients Allianceand isa nurse and author of several books and articles on what occurs in many hospices around the world–Stealth Euthanasia. He was our guest on the March 20, 2019 show but we had much more to discuss so he agreed to come back!
He is a consultant on hospice issues and has been interviewed on various radio shows, quoted innews outlets and a speaker at many conferences. HPA’s mission is to promote excellence in end-of-life care that relieves suffering while allowing a natural death in its own timing. HPA views assisted-suicide and forms of euthanasia as incompatible with real hospice care.HPA provides information about hospice services, directly assists patients, families and caregivers in resolving difficulties they may have with current hospice services.
The misuse of terminal sedation is the Third Way to end life within a health care setting and bypasses laws against medical killing. HPA warns the public that the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization is the successor organization of the Euthanasia Society of America. The Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia supposedly conducted an “investigation” into Anastasia’s death. The investigator sent me the following letter stating they found no evidence of abuse or neglect and therefore were closing their investigation. Additionally the Commonwealth is attempting to rule Anastasia’s death an “accident”.

Hmmm, I am not a cop (Anastasia was) but how in the blue blazes do you come up with a finding of no abuse or neglect when someone suffer injuries such as those below? Sounds like a sham kangaroo investigation to me because the following injuries look like criminal neglect to me. Bare in mind the below images are only a couple of the numerous injuries that my precious sister Anastasia suffered while under the control of Inova’s guardians.

Dennis Andrew Ball’s hardship began with his father more than twelve years ago. Dennis was a caregiver for twelve years of his life; Dennis is going to share with us how is father and mother were murdered in the medical system. Since living through this nightmare, Dennis has dedicated his life to change for our system. He is an author of ten books with four more to release soon. He also believes that to change the system we should change it from within by running for elected positions. Jan 31, 2018 — The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, both the House and the Senate, are seeking to pass Bills to allow hospitals to deny and withdraw care they the doctors deem unnecessary or unethical. In instances where families disagree with the doctors or hospital on needed care the respective bills will allow the doctors to cease providing medical care… period.
The House bill is HB 226 which at last look was up for debate in committee tomorrow, Feb 1, 2018 at 5:00pm (this could have changed).

The Senate Bill SB222 passed committee today and is linked below. Both these bills need to be killed. These bills are a direct result of Inova and RHC and what Anastasia went through. David Schwartz played a key role in the efforts by JF&CS and others in Probate Court Judge Maureen Monks’ courtroom, to end the life of Beverley Finnegan when she was on life support at Framingham Union Hospital.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey’s Office website explicitly holds out to the public that its mission includes “combatting fraud and corruption,” as well as “investigating and prosecuting crime.” AG Healey further claims that her office combats elder abuse.
Now those claims made by AG Healey all sound reassuring and make you feel protected as a citizen of this commonwealth, don’t they? Beware: this is no different than any other electoral doubletalk. In fact, it’s worse—so let this article serve as an all-points-bulletin that AG Healey’s above-described mission statement does not apply to criminal perpetrators cloaked as probate court public officials and to their agents/representatives.
In a nutshell, after many prolonged under-the-pea shell games played by AG Healey’s staff, in my official role as an attorney, urgently reported substantiated criminal acts of hastened elder death openly and vehemently facilitated by Jewish Family & Children’s Service. As a matter of existing law, hastening of a death is in fact a criminal killing.1
One of the two unlawful deaths that I reported directly to AG Healey pertains to Beverley Finnegan—which death has been previously reported extensively by Boston Broadside and posted online, providing specific details surrounding Beverley Finnegan’s death and the role played by Jewish Family & Children’s Service. The other unlawful death involving Jewish Family & Children’s Service that I reported to AG Healey is that of elder Alice Julian.

Here is the proof that flu shots are killing seniors from the JAMA.
Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat. As so it was in Hitler’s Germany. In the 1930’s the Nazis implemented a eugenics depopulation program regarding the elderly, the sick, mentally challenged and physically deformed called T-4.
Wall Street and the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations are responsible for funding Hitler’s rise to power and the eugenics programs the Nazis modeled their T-4 program from American Eugenicists to rid the Germany and the Aryan race of what Hitler called “useless eaters”.
In fact, these powerful forces continue their eugenics research to this day, branching out into DNA and genetics in their quest to rid the world of not only all disease, but all flawed humans. Their goal is to create the perfect human while weeding out the unwanted and useless elements of our society by overtly and covertly depopulating the planet to manageable levels, namely 500,000,000.
Sound’s crazy, doesn’t it? But its true. You can’t make this stuff up.
And what about the rise in autism from vaccines? 1 in 10,000 Americans had autism in 1980 with 6 vaccines given to children. Today more than 60 vaccines are given to children and autism rates are 1 in 68.
In 20 years what will America look like and what will be done with all of these millions and millions of autistic grown-ups? Hitler has the answer, a neo-T-4 depopulation program.
And what about this elderly “health aid”? Could it be a coincidence that this company titled their product T-4 by accident, or as a sick joke, or maybe it is something more sinister hidden right before our very eyes.

Dec 11, 2017 — It has been 23 days since my beloved and precious sister Anastasia was killed by Inova Fairfax Hospital and their designated guardians Anne Heishman and Kenneth Labowitz. I have been re-listening to various meetings and discussions with Inova physicians and others involved in her unnatural and untimely death. I have been going over medical records and evidence sent to me by various individuals who did not agree with what Inova’s guardians were doing. And since her death three words amongst other things have been prevalent in my mind… premeditated, homicide, and guilty.
During the January 28, 2017 meeting with Chief Medical Officer Scott Betzelos, MD, and Inova’s outside counsel Laurie Kirkland from Blankenship & Keith, PC, Inova was informed that I agreed with Anastasia’s discharge so why did Inova still pursue and take guardianship of Anastasia. As you listen to the meeting with Scott Betzelos, MD, the discussion with Lindsey from Inova’s Palliative Care team, and read the records and notes written by Kelly Armstrong, PhD and the head of palliative care it brings certain things to light and bring the following questions to mind:

Of all the injustice I have ever seen the worst is the injustice of lack of access to health/medical care. Would I have been in better shape? Would people have treated me better had I had more money, wasn’t disabled, or maybe if I was as pretty as I used to be? Would the healthcare system have treated me better?
