“First Do No Harm” Public Service Announcement to Premiere at Harkins Theaters

HOUSTON, TX, September 16, 2016 – The first public service announcement (PSA) has made its way to the big screen at Harkins Theatres in Dallas, Oklahoma, Minnesota and California, presented by The National Medical Malpractice Advocacy Association. This is a timely public service announcement that depicts our present medical system, after the creation of “Tort Reform.”

The malpractice continues to cause system disruption in America. Changes in practices and procedures, legal barriers, and relationship stress between physicians, personnel and patients are causing rapid deterioration. There has been a constant change in best practices for medical care and the systems of delivery have become more complex and for profit than in past years.

“First Do No Harm” will premiere on Friday, September 16, 2016 at continue to air until October 13, 2016, just before the Code Blue Conference-Breaking the Code of Silence, October 17-19, 2016 in Galveston Texas at the luxurious Hotel Galvez Resort & Spa.

The goal of this PSA is to educate America about the devastating effects of preventable mistakes in America. Preventable mistakes are the 3rd leading cause of death in America and it affects the young as well as the old. “It is time to increase awareness and accountability” says Deirdre Gilbert, National Director and this is how we place a voice on the pain of this nation.

MOU #3

Greetings:

Consider this a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to all members of the Senate, all members of the House, and to President Obama.  I am sure you are fully aware of the intent and implications of MOUs, as each of you, in one way or another, uses them to establish the outlining of agreements between yourselves, collectively or individually, concerning the agreements you have made with individuals acting as state’s representatives or agencies; generally to avoid Constitutional prohibitions on your intended actions and in avoidance of the Constitution.  I am using it in quite another fashion as you will see in the following text.

For you, MOUs are the terms and agreements of what, are in fact the first step in contractual agreements. MOUs are most often accompanied by cooperative agreements and funding (bribes) to implement what generally turns out to be egregious assaults to civil rights and liberties to the benefit of the federal government, linked so inextricably to corporate interests and global agreements.

Consider what follows a Memorandum of Understanding between me, Marti J. Oakley, and all of you, collectively cited in the above paragraph. More
