Several of you have written me and said things to the effect that if I am so damn smart why don’t I tell you all how I would fix the national debt and reduce spending in the District of Criminals. So, as my New Year’s gift to all of you, here is my idea of how to rid ourselves of massive amounts of national debt and reduce the mindless, pork laden spending done at our expense. It is not a full and complete list as this would require so much space and days of reading, that I am only highlighting three or four of the most wasteful, unconstitutional, pointless agency’s or programs.
And, no I do not think I am so smart. I do however, think that I am highly pissed off that we allow this crap to continue.
How the Fed gets in your state
The one thing that must be understood is that the only way federal corporations who try to hide their true identity by masquerading as “Public service” or some other clever word exchange, gain access to your state is only by getting approval from your governor and directed to the corresponding agency within the state that will contract with them. These are not laws as per the Constitution. This is contract law and the ensuing contracting with the federal corporation attempting to gain entry into your state is a corporate business plan which has little to nothing to do with law or property rights. These are contracts that can be revoked, and, these are business plans that should be rejected across the board.
The first order of business:
1. I would close down and completely disassemble Homeland Security. This monolithic monstrosity has nothing to do with national security, keeping you safe or any of the other idiotic jingoistic crap that issues from them on a daily basis. (NWR) – It’s one thing when a governmental law enforcement official in America attempts to convince a U.S. citizen of the host of supposed threats to their safety from alleged terrorist plotters abroad, but when they raise the specter of American citizens becoming a threat to State or local police (and thereby, to everybody else in the country) – as has been reported by the Associated Press via The Washington Post recently, then it’s high time for Americans to wise up to the state of paranoid power-grabbing which has taken root in the highest federal offices of the land. And also to a United States Government of which has forsaken the path of serving the public for something self-motivated or totalitarian in nature.
When a law enforcement officer puts on a badge in any state or city in our country, they run the risk of being physically harmed during any interaction or altercation at all having to do with a United States citizen, period. This, fact of American life – is something that has always been part and parcel of a police job description, or an officer’s duty. Why now, with the American economy in shambles and with growing anti-government sentiment on the rise (by virtue of things such as the ‘Occupy’ movement, and/or the like), should it suddenly become important for the U.S. Government to emphasize an interest in protecting state or local police agencies? I think I can postulate such a brazenly self-centered and craven reasoning process, easily enough. And only the shortsighted, I would sadly reckon, might somehow underestimate to where such dangerously unprecedented notions are destined to lead. More
Shortly after “Dirty Harry” Reid passed the fake food safety bill in here in the US, with his one unanimous vote, C-36 passed two weeks later in Canada. Both bills were an outright attack on individual rights and property rights as both governments claim they now have the authority to unilaterally decide who can grow, process and sell foods and under what conditions. And, just as here in the US, those lawmakers responsible for this attack on liberty claimed they did so because that was what the public demanded and was begging for.
Actually, in both countries just the opposite was true; the public was demanding that these bills not be passed. Dirty Harry claimed that more than 10,000 people had begged him to pass the bill while never mentioning that more than a million had objected. But in neither case was food safety and security the real intent of the legislation. Both the US and Canada were handing agricultural production in all its forms, over to international organizations and multi-national corporations.

We reported last week on the sudden installation of TSA checkpoints on the highways in Tennessee. Apparently, the terrorist situation has increased exponentially in that fair state and Homeland Security is now sending more TSA agents in to aid state troopers in an effort to protect trick-or- treaters from impaired drivers. This has got to be one of the lamest excuses yet to come from HSD to try and justify their unlawful entry into a sovereign state, for the violation of rights and in violation of Constitutional rights.
“State Troopers will be conducting safety checkpoints, sobriety roadblocks, saturation patrols and other enforcement techniques to look for aggressive or impaired drivers,” over the next few days, in order to “keep roadways safe for trick-or-treaters,” according to Department of Safety and Homeland Security Commissioner Bill Gibbons, whose office’s role includes “terrorism prevention”.’

In what is obviously a muscle flexing exercise meant to show the public just how much power and control the federal government really has, all communications will be cut off for an estimated three minutes on November 9th, 2011.
Claiming this is a test of the emergency response system, the terror alert system, and any other excuse they can come up with, Fema (that would be the same FEMA in charge of those camps they deny exist) will conduct a complete communications shutdown: all TV, radio, internet, and phone systems will be disabled simultaneously. This will be at 1:00 CST.
I am trying to figure out what kind of national emergency would require cutting all communications, broadcasts and internet use? More

For most American’s, at least those paying any attention, the threat of Homeland Security (HSD) and its Gestapo agenda represent a far bigger threat to the nation than some nameless, faceless, unidentifiable person or group in some foreign land. Created on the back of the fear mongering by our own government using 9/11 as the excuse, this trophy of the Bush regime is morphing into the greatest threat we face which is exactly what it was intended to do.
According to HSD these days…..we are all unique terrorists, each of us representing a threat to the ever expanding global efforts to end human rights except for those afforded to the elite. Somehow, those who possess great wealth, those who operate as a corporation, are somehow exempt from regulation and government sponsored terrorism.
Out here in no-man’s land where jobs have been systematically shipped out of the country to slave labor markets and where the homeless population is rising daily as a result of massive unemployment, and while our border remains unsecured and millions of illegal immigrants are encouraged to enter the country further depressing the job market and wages across the board, it seems we have no rights as these are being eroded on a daily basis not only by our elected officials, but also by Homeland Security, an unelected bureaucracy loaded with over paid bureaucrats.

While Homeland Security continues to claim that we must not centralize agricultural production because some terrorist might then poison vast quantities of our food supply, the USDA and FDA continue to rig the system in favor of corporate agricultural producers who are doing that very thing. Maybe they get away with this because what these global corporations are producing can’t really be classified as food, or at least not as food we would recognize as fit for human consumption.
Let me make this perfectly clear: there is no unnamed terrorist in a cave on the other side of the world salivating over the idea of contaminating a corn field in Iowa. We know who the terrorists are, and they all have the word, “Corporation” attached to their names. And they aren’t in caves either; many have very nice and spacious offices right inside the USDA and FDA.
While biotechnology is touted as being the answer to the world’s food requirements, no one has stopped to ask why all this tampering with, mother nature was necessary in the first place. Biotechnology has not caused an increase in food supplies as the bio-pirates claimed it would. In fact, supposedly a world-wide food crisis is building and a larger percentage of people around the world suffer from hunger and starvation. Now, one of two things has to be true here if there is actually a food shortage.
Biotechnology does not increase production as claimed or,
Food is being intentionally withheld from various populations.
Neither thought bodes well for the bio-pirates. More

David Makarewicz, Contributing Writer Activist PostOne of the most troubling recommendations in the White Paper is the Obama Administration’s request for Congress to grant its enforcement agencies the power “seek a wiretap for criminal copyright and trademark offenses.” This would require Congress to amend the Wiretap Act, which does not currently include copyright and trademark infringement among the offenses that justify a privacy invasion as extreme as a wiretap.
In order to preserve the private nature of communications, the Wiretap Act (as amended by the The Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986), 18 U.S.C. § 2511, makes it generally illegal for anyone, including the Government, to “intercept, any wire, oral, or electronic communication.” However, the law has carved out certain exceptions to this rule under which the Government can request permission to intercept certain communications for a limited time.
Wiretapping is only permitted for certain types of offenses. The United States Supreme Court has explained that wiretapping is only permitted “when law enforcement officials are investigating specified serious crimes.” READ FULL ARTICLE HERE
In testimony before a congressional committee this week, U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, said: “We have for some time been thinking ahead about what would happen if, say, Al Qaeda were to unite with the Zetas, one of the drug cartels.”
She was responding to a question about the possibility of terrorists using a drug-trafficking network to smuggle bombs or other lethal material into the United States from Mexico. In the last few years there have been news reports that bombs, dirty suitcase bombs and other weapons of mass destruction and their components have been smuggled into the U.S. through some of the very drug corridors used by the Mexican Drug Cartels (MDC,s).
Mexico’s interior minister, Jose Francisco Blake Mora, said there was “no sign or element of a connection” between the groups. “Quite the contrary,” he told a radio interviewer, “these are two very different phenomena.”
Some Mexican officials, are taking issue with her recent comments that raised the possibility of an alliance between Mexican drug cartels and radical Islamic terrorists. More

With the recent increased discussion, focus and push to garner the Hispanic/Latino vote for what some believe to be the “necessary votes” required to win the Presidential election of 2012, one must wonder if the American voter (no matter what ones’ ethnicity) is being scammed. The simple fact is that the scare tactics currently being forced upon the American voter concerning the “Hispanic Vote” is an inadequate representation of the truth.

Recently, we heard … news reports of Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, proclaiming securing the border from human smuggling and drugs. The news however, was not of securing our own southern border but that of the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan. Not only is this – in my opinion – yet another demonstration of the incompetence, dereliction of duty and lack of common sense by Janet Napolitano, but it is also a slap in the face to every American who has demanded security at home …our Homeland. Let me ask – While there are many already who doubt the viability and actual successfulness of this proposed action, isn’t it possible…. that General Petraeus with all his wares, experience and years of service, along with the excellence of our brave men and women of the military – that they could address the security needs of this border? Arizona Citizen Militia (ACM) spokesman only known as HammerDown said, “We are going to hunt the Zetas and destroy them like the vermin that they are. This won’t be just War, this will be extermination.”
Recently published in the U.S. Border Fire report, was a threat by a Mexican national who claimed to be an Los Zetas Mexican Drug cartel officer, who told this reporter the following “I now believe my men were shot by crazed American vigilante cowards, who ambushed my solders at night, shot them from a great distance using high powered American rifles. Than our load of drugs were stolen”. The Zetas say that attacks like this one is occurring frequently along the U.S. Mexican Border he said a Zetas patrol was ambushed by a large contingent of American vigilantes killing two of his solders and wounding three others.
The following communication from the Pima County Arizona Citizens Militia group took place around the same time frame and may bear out the Zetas commander’s claims:

The Internet is abuzz with news that a US Senate committee has approved a bill that apparently gives the President authority to shut down the Internet. According to TechWorld.com, “A US Senate committee has approved a wide-ranging cybersecurity bill that some critics have suggested would give the US president the authority to shut down parts of the Internet during a cyberattack.”
The report continues by saying, “The bill, introduced earlier this month [by Senators Joe Lieberman, I-Connecticut, Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Thomas Carper, D-Delaware], would establish a White House Office for Cyberspace Policy and a National Center for Cybersecurity and Communications, which would work with private US companies to create cybersecurity requirements for the electric grid, telecommunications networks and other critical infrastructure.”

“We are highly concerned that when the government acts alone they may not be doing the best job,” said Adrienne Esposito, executive director of the Citizens Campaign for the Environment. “Every government cleanup needs the public’s involvement and independent oversight to ensure its validity.”
The Department of Homeland Security is preparing to sell the island 100 miles east of Manhattan and build a new high-security laboratory in Kansas to study animal diseases.
Documents, some obtained by the AP under the Freedom of Information Law, reveal that hundreds of tons of medical waste, contaminated soil and other refuse have been shipped off the island for disposal. Other island sites have been cleaned in compliance with federal regulations, the reports indicate.
Also, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers determined in 2006 that no munitions or ordnance remain from the Army base on Plum Island that once housed as many as 4,000 troops from the Spanish-American War through World War II. And as late as 2007, New York government inspection reports said there is no environmental threat on the island. More
Foreign Ministry reports circulating in the Kremlin today are warning that an already explosive situation in the United States is about to get a whole lot worse as a new law put forth by President Obama is said capable of seeing up to 500,000 American citizens jailed for the crime of opposing their government.
Sparking the concern of Russian diplomats over the growing totalitarian bent of the Obama government is the planned reintroduction of what these reports call one of the most draconian laws ever introduced in a free society that is titled “The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act”.
First introduced in the US Congress in 2007 by Democratic Representative Jane Harmon, this new law passed the US House of Representatives by a secretive voice vote, but failed to pass the US Senate, after which it was believed dead until this past week when it was embraced by Obama who became the first American President to name his own citizens as a threat to his Nations security. While our Border Patrol and law enforcement agencies along the southern border are attacked on a daily basis by drug cartels and others, our government sits idly by and does virtually nothing. Jim DeMint’s recent attempt to pass legislation to finish the fence was rejected; this while American citizens are kidnapped, tortured, harassed and terrorized and murdered in the war that is escalating on our southern border.
Eric Holder, our current Attorney General, like all his predecessors, has refused to perform his duty under Title 8 of the USC and defend the border. Instead our border agents and law enforcement are prohibited from taking any action in defense of that border, even as they and the communities around them are attacked in life threatening situations.
The State Department and other government talking heads, along with a dutifully controlled and compliant MSM (for morons) continues its propaganda about how the cartels are armed with weapons supposedly purchased from gun dealers along the border or, that they are being bought off the streets elsewhere in the US and shipped down to Mexico. USC Title 8……who is charged with defending our borders?
As of about five years ago this code actually read “in the event of an influx of illegal aliens”. Well excuse me, you royal jackass’s….we’ve had an “event”. About 20 million of them by most estimates with more “events” occurring each day; do you think maybe you should do something?
It is the duty and responsibility of these two agencies and officers to defend and secure the borders and coastlines of the United States even against the influx of illegal aliens. Someone isn’t doing their job. Here is an excerpt from USC Title 8 you all might find interesting:
1103. Powers and duties of the Secretary, the Under Secretary, and the Attorney General
5) He shall have the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens and shall, in his discretion, appoint for that purpose such number of employees of the Service as to him shall appear necessary and proper.
(10) In the event the Attorney General determines that an actual or imminent mass influx of aliens arriving off the coast of the United States, or near a land border, presents urgent circumstances requiring an immediate Federal response, the Attorney General may authorize any State or local law enforcement officer, with the consent of the head of the department, agency, or establishment under whose jurisdiction the individual is serving, to perform or exercise any of the powers, privileges, or duties conferred or imposed by this chapter or regulations issued there under upon officers or employees of the Service.
We have suffered successive United States Attorney’s General who failed to perform the duties of their office as prescribed in US Code & Title 8. Although the language has changed significantly, especially during the Bush/Cheney cabal, the US Attorney General is still charged with defending our borders. In Part 1 of this series I addressed what appears to be the participation of the State of Georgia, its Extension services and Land Grant universities in conjunction with New Zealand Dairy Management Systems and Cullen Agritech, along with several other newly created investment collectives, and individuals.
The planned eradication of private dairy operations being practiced in Georgia will be the model used to seize all land useful for dairying, across the southeastern U.S. Once this model begins systematically being put in place in the Southeastern states, the elimination of dairy herds in the rest of the nation will begin in earnest. All milk will be produced in this one geographical area.
It appears that not only is there a concerted effort afoot in Georgia to convert dairy production to an industrialized corporate complex, but at the same time a massive battle is being fought in the northeast by small and independent dairy producers being driven out of business by corporate mergers designed to prevent them from conducting their businesses, forcing this market into industrialization.

We all know what GPS is, right? What a great thing this could have been and we can all see how this could protect life. There is GPS in your new vehicle, in your cell phone, in your wireless computer, and now in many credit cards.
Under the National Animal Identification System run by the USDA, your pets, your livestock and your land will be all identifiable using GPS.
Google, whose services are available to the highest bidder without regard to moral or ethical concepts or even legal issues, has mapped the entire US and parts of the world, using GPS to pinpoint your house using geographical coordinates. This mapping has been made available and rumored to have been financed by Homeland Security.
If the government is successful in mandating the unconstitutional REAL ID, you will have a GPS identified internal passport that must be carried and shown on demand. If they are successful in their push for RFID chips in human beings, they can simply locate you by keying in on your chip.
The NAFTA highway, intended to split the country into three regions, will be GPS monitored. All cars, trucks, and haulers must have GPS which will be tracked using the tracking sensors made in China and implanted along the highways.
These home computers we all love so much have an ISP address that when properly keyed, gives an exact GPS location of the computer.
Wal-mart, that bastion of slave labor markets, began the push a few years ago to track all products on the shelves in their stores using nano chips. Each product chip is locatable using…..GPS. It is almost impossible now to purchase any product of any kind that isn’t nano chipped in almost any kind of store.
These are just a few of the aspects of the altered function of GPS. Instead of being a beneficial tool for protecting life, it is instead a high tech tool for surveillance and control.
As it stands now, your computer, your vehicle, your cell phone, your home, your pets, your livestock, your purchases even of food, and now even some clothing, are all tracked and locatable using GPS. The concept behind GPS and the reasons given in the marketing of GPS are in opposition to the true intent.
GPS is the most singular mechanism by which the government gained the capability to put us all on a grid and track our movements, at will, any time, and for no reason. I have to wonder if the human chips they are now promoting won’t in fact have a “shut off” built into them? Would that have the same affect as shutting off your car?
Technology for the most part is a good thing. In the wrong hands, guided by people who have evil intentions and who have an altered function in mind, it can be a hazard to us all.
Responding to this alert from Minnsir here in Minnesota, I was angered to learn that while I cannot fly without documenting repeatedly who I am and suffering the indignity of public pat downs and searches of body, known illegal immigrants can board a plane without even having any legal identification, or even being challenged about their citizen status and some are even held in special holding areas to make sure they board safely. In fact, according to the air marshalss, they are specifically told to [ignore] illegal flyers.
Before I can even enter the main terminal in any airport, I must show legal ID. Because I have a back fusion and knee implant, I must carry what are known as [hardware cards], issued by the surgeons who performed the implants and designating what implants I have and where they are located. I must have these cards in hand as I pass through security. Why? I have no idea…..NO ONE ever looks at them.
As I pass through the security gate the alarms go off. No one says anything to me and I’m pushed into a glass cage. When I try to present my [hardware cards] again, these are brushed aside and I am told harshly to “get in the cage!. When I am alone in my flight to Georgia this is simply a great irritation. When I am flying home with my very young grand daughters this is a different matter.
I am immediately separated from the kids. I am in the glass cage and they are standing outside it without anyone tending to them in the midst of the hundreds of people passing through security: they were 5 and 6 the first time this happened. They are terrified regardless of how many times they go through this same process which results from our annual trips each year.
Next, my grand daughters along with hundreds of total strangers get to watch as I am humiliated by having to stand spread eagle, arms out, as a female agent feels every area of my body. Because I am well endowed, I have been asked twice what I had in my bra? Two years ago the youngest grand daughter said loudly, “She don’t got nothing in her bra! She just gots big boobers!” The laughter could be heard all around us. I suppose under other circumstances I would have found this funny. As it was, I was so humiliated I could hardly stand it. Still, no one, including the agent patting me down, would look at my hardware cards.
On another trip, an agent actually pulled my shirt up and the back of my pants out, to see if I actually had any evidence of a back fusion. Maybe the large scar that runs up to the middle of my back could have convinced her. I guess not. She repeatedly wanded me in that area and every time it signaled, she pressed and poked me in the back until I said that she had poked me enough. She nastily informed me that SHE would decide what was enough.
While all this is happening, my purse is gone through [again], my shoes are examined, the bottoms of my feet are checked, and anything the kids are carrying is also gone through along with any carry on I might have. By this time I feel as if I have been publicly raped, the kids are in shock and terrified that I am going to be taken away from them.
I find it odd that I can enter the local hospital and pass through security and the guard will say, “Oh! You have a lumbar fusion and a knee implant!”. Needless to say the security at our airports is probably more state of the art than that at the hospital. Which makes me ask…..Why can’t the airport guards detect the same things? And why is it so necessary to humiliate me and others in this manner?
The fact is we are being carefully trained to accept surveillance, inspection and routine questioning for no other reason than…..they can. These overblown and invasive procedures are not meant to protect us from anyone, they are meant to condition us to submitting to government authority: also to condition us to the idea of a national ID. The promise will be that if we accept the REAL ID, and are tagged and tracked like animals……we won’t have to endure these humliating scenarios….we’ll be cleared before hand…….if we aren’t actually guilty of something, even if its only imaginary.
I have to wonder, what with all the lists Homeland Security maintains on US citizens…….the Black list, the NO-FLY list, the SUSPECT list, the WATCH list, and several other lists that now contain more than three million names of legal US citizens who wrote or said something HSD didn’t like, including the names of a few babies who apparently weren’t wearing government approved diapers……..I have to wonder……how is it that known illegal immigrants can be shuttling around inside our country on planes that I can’t board without being accosted by airport guards? How does that happen? Who approved that plan?

This broadcast on CSPAN2 Was one of those preparatory events that always preceed a national crisis that will be created. These forums are used to implant acceptance of loss of rights and the coming devastation that is planned…..of course it wil be some vague personage from “over there” who will cause the crisis. The FBI has a new set of eyes and ears, and they’re being told to protect their infrastructure at any cost.They can even kill without repercussion.

In response:Montana Governor Urges REAL ID Rebellion.
In a letter (pdf) to the governors of 17 states, Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer asked them to band together to reject the REAL ID national identification system. “Today, I am asking you to join with me in resisting the DHS coercion to comply with the provisions of REAL ID,” Gov. Schweitzer wrote. “I would like us to speak with one, unified voice and demand the Congress step in and fix this mess.”
