I smoke….so what?

This op-ed is the view of one man from West Virginia.  Whether you agree or not….keep it civil.  marti

Op-Ed by:  Nelson Feldmeyer

“When the usual flu season rolls around every effort is made to force me into taking a “vaccine”.  These little near death experiences in a needle, contain mercury, polysorbate 80, thimerasol, and a host of live and dead viruses and bacterium.

I smoke.  I am not ashamed or embarrassed of that and do not intend to quit. I have been smoking for 53 years.  Am I worried about the supposed bad effects of smoking, or your incessant complaining about second hand smoke.  Nope!  Can’t say that I am.  Do I believe all the hype and paranoia about smoking that preceded the ever so convenient excessive taxes on cigarettes?  Nope.  Can’t say I do.  Do I believe cigarettes were a convenient diversion from all kinds of perpetual environmental assaults? Yes.  And, that as long as we don’t examine those environmental issues too closely, the targeting of smokers will serve as a convenient excuse for why so many people are getting sick?  Yes..Yes I do.   More

An Effort to Protect Yourself from Chemtrail Poisoning

Live Link:  Surviving the Middle Class Crash

Drina Brooke, certified community herbalist

“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

Such is Ben Franklin’s saying. How true it is! He was talking about fire prevention, but the analogy can surely be applied to health. Especially when it comes to heavy metal and chemical exposure, the body’s immune, nervous and endocrine systems may likely be worn down faster than therapies can build them back up, though there is some individual variation (see quote at the conclusion of this article). That said, there is also a lot we can do to protect ourselves from the exposure in the first place, and to rejuvenate the body once the exposure has taken place. It just takes time, that’s all, and a physician’s supervision if a health injury has actually occurred. But let’s not go there. Instead, the focus of this article is how you can take extra precautions to shield yourself from heavy metal poisoning from chemtrails, assuming that you are a healthy individual. Because people on the Surviving the Middle Class Crash and Speak Truth 2 Power sites have expressed concern, I thought I would offer a thought or two about this.

Let’s first take a look at the contents of chemtrail sprays. Then we will know what we are up against, and how to proceed further with strengthening the body’s defenses (which is absolutely never a guarantee that no health injury can occur, especially where chemtrail exposure is concerned. Only a precautionary measure).

Literature available about chemtrails may be controversial and conflicting, but that of course may be reason in itself to raise some querying eyebrows.

According to Aajonus Vonderplanitz, Ph.D. www.mayanmajix.com/art2152.html :

Laboratory examination of those chemicals found that they were manufacturing wastes from military industry and biowarfare substances. In several laboratory analyses, the composition of chemtrails was revealed:

1. Aluminum barium
2. Aluminum Oxide
3. Bacilli and Molds

4. Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
5. Pseudomonas Florescens
6. Bacilli Amyloliquefaciens
7. Streptomyces
8. Enterobacteriaceae
9. Serratia Marcscens
10. Human white Blood Cells-A restrictor enzyme used in research labs to snip and combine DNA
11. Enterobacter Cloacal
12. Other Bacilli and other toxic molds capable of producing heart disease and meningitis as well as acute upper respiratory and gastrointestinal distress.
13. Carcinogen Zinc Cadmium Sulfide.

Actually – the Nation                      Tell a Friend

One cannot see it, smell it or feel it. In fact E. Coli wasn’t even found on the Dungeness Valley Creamery in Sequim, Washington, but that didn’t stop the Washington State Department of Health from issuing this misleading statement  :

“Three recent E. coli infections in Washington have been linked to drinking raw, unpasteurized milk. As a result, the Washington state departments of Health and Agriculture are reminding consumers of the potential health hazards of these products.

The patients all report drinking raw milk produced by the Dungeness Valley Creamery in Sequim. No E. coli has been found in samples from the dairy’s current batch of milk, but during an investigation at the dairy, WSDA found the same bacteria that caused one of the illnesses.” More

New Study of Splenda Reveals Shocking Information About Potential Harmful Effects

Article from www.Mercola.com

James Turner, the chairman of the national consumer education group Citizens for Health, has expressed shock and outrage after reading a new report from scientists outlining the dangers of the artificial sweetener Splenda (sucralose).

In animals examined for the study, Splenda reduced the amount of good bacteria in the intestines by 50 percent, increased the pH level in the intestines, contributed to increases in body weight and affected P-glycoprotein (P-gp) levels in such a way that crucial health-related drugs could be rejected.

The P-gp effect could result in medications used in chemotherapy, AIDS treatment and treatments for heart conditions being shunted back into the intestines, rather than being absorbed by the body.

According to Turner, “The report makes it clear that the artificial sweetener Splenda and its key component sucralose pose a threat to the people who consume the product. Hundreds of consumers have complained to us about side effects from using Splenda and this study … confirms that the chemicals in the little yellow package should carry a big red warning label.”

Are You Getting Enough Fat in Your Diet?

Are you getting enough fat in your diet? This may seem like an improbable question to most people and, indeed, after decades of being told by the FDA, the medical establishment and the media that fat is “bad” for us, it seems highly improbable that anyone would ask such a question. However, I ask you, nevertheless, and I believe I can supply the answer, as well: no.

For decades, we have been told that dietary fat – which was common to everyone’s diet for prior centuries, with no ill effects that we are aware of – is somehow the culprit in causing obesity and heart disease. Yet, as I shall show you, this is not only untrue, it is an outright lie, designed to deliberately create a population of obese sick people to sell drugs and medical services to, and that the medical establishment, the pharmaceuticals industry and the processed foods industry have all joined forces to promote, perpetuate and to profit immensely from this. They have, as their goal, not only the creation of a society of sick people, but actually seek to grow and expand that population of sick people, as these people are their bread and butter. Without a large population of people eating the foods that make them fat and sick, without a large population of people then seeking medical treatment for their various illnesses, without a large population of people buying various prescription drugs to “treat” their diseases, these three industries would go broke. The media aids this conspiracy – and it is a conspiracy – by creating and disseminating the propaganda necessary to convince us all, for decades, to eat a low fat diet and fat-free foods and to “just ask your doctor” for prescription drugs to treat the results of such a diet.

We all have a great deal of brainwashing to undo, regarding the role of fat in our diet. Contrary to the prevailing view that fat is “bad” for you, it is not only beneficial, but vital to your survival – and it does not cause atherosclerosis and heart disease, nor is it a causal factor in the development of cancer. In fact, fat actually protects your body from these conditions.

But, the main point I want to make is that the epidemic of obesity in our society is not caused by fat in our diet, but by the lack of fat in our diet. It is the introduction and widespread promotion of the low-fat diet and fat-free foods that have lead directly to the rise of obesity. How? First, you need to understand how your body works.

The body stores calories – from any type of food – as fat in order to build up a reserve energy source in the event of “famine.” If you are not supplying enough fat – or no fat at all – to your body, then it will be prompted to store more of what you eat as fat. Thus, the low-fat diet – and, in particular, fat-free foods, which are also laden with sugar – actually prompt more fat storage, not less. The result of eating a low-fat diet, then, is obesity. In contrast, if you are supplying your body with adequate dietary fat, your body will not feel the need to store as much fat. Thus, eating a high-fat diet has two effects: first, it supplies the body with enough fat to keep it from storing fat, and secondly, it satisfies your appetite more readily, thus keeping you from overeating.

If you have been eating a low fat diet and then change to a high fat diet, you will lose body fat as a result because your body will then store less fat, giving it an opportunity to burn off what it has stored.

Another myth that has been perpetrated upon us is that there is “good” fat and “bad” fat. The fact is that the so-called “bad” fat; i. e., saturated fat, is actually better for you than mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats – and is certainly better than trans-fats. Why? Because, again, it better satisfies your body’s need for fat and less of it is required to do so.
