America the beautiful, have you not yet awakened to what is a most dire but not so hidden truth which is presently consuming the soul of your free country?  We are now living at a time that is unlike any other in the history of the world to where a purposeful and massive orchestrated event has been set into motion by the those elites who are clearly intent on overthrowing a free republic from within, and without a shot being fired.  Besides the curse of the pandemic along with a massive amount of disinformation and censorship that has accompanied COVID 19, there are 1.8 million illegal immigrants forecast to cross the border by the end of 2021, which is said to be the worst ever.  Yet, a person must ask themselves a very serious question, why would any President allow a massive immigration influx to happen during an out of control pandemic, while at the same time millions of acres of forest lands are still burning in the West.  Compounding this fact is the nations already unbearable plight, including food shortages, runaway inflation, and now a “red flag” gun confiscation bill targeting the “mentally ill” which is already in motion and is presently being forward to the Senate for a vote.  

So, while trillions are borrowed from the Federal Reserve to stay afloat, the people continue to party while the entire country is sabotaged by an evil and rogue empire element that is set on sinking the the unsinkable Titanic.  None dare call it treason.  In addition, this is not the time to say, “What can I do about it?”  Now is the time for a person to say “I’m am going to do something about it because we cannot afford to see the entire country, nor our friends and families go down with the ship!  We the people have fallen victim to a great evil reset which is meant to destroy the very fabric of our free society and at the same time usher in even more control by enslaving the masses, compliments of the top 1% elite jet setters who go to and fro island hopping and partying it up! 

Besides a stolen election which is evident, the Marxist NWO “far left” see it all as “business as usual” which includes millions in hush money, thanks to an extensive lobbying effort being done by the wealthy but never on behalf of the people, all the while certain members in the top government sector enrich their cash flow and pack it away in various offshore banks, sometimes under alias names.  It’s all documented in various books written by my friend and author, the late Rodney Stich…DRUGGING AMERICA.

In closing, we the people have been catapulted into much more that just “taxation without representation.”  Because of the massive corruption within the corrupt favored political elite establishment, the entire American system of checks and balances and also voting for one’s candidate of their  choice, is now by design, fully broken by those powers at be who are also part of the swamp, which is sadly still alive and well and relishes it’s own power grab behind an iron curtain of deceit, while their love of money and power weaponizes the entire country one more day at a time!

Expose and resist this evil now while there is light, for more darkness is coming to where no one can any longer work!

In an email Tuesday night, former Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul released an ominous statement claiming that a source they have in the Senate revealed Democrats are teaming up with Republicans to push through a massive gun control bill.

According to their source, as Paul explained, “Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are teaming up with Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) to ram through one of the worst nationwide gun confiscation schemes ever devised.” 

The gun confiscation bill, according to Paul, is designed to disarm Americans without any due process. The senators are using the recent tragic shooting in Texas as the impetus behind the law—in spite of the fact that this law would not have prevented the shooting at all.

As the Free Thought Project has previously reported, some states have already begun implementing laws like this one. Using mass shootings as a their ammunition, states have enacted “Red Flag” or “Risk Protection” laws which allow police to confiscate a person’s weapon before they are ever given a chance to defend themselves.

In both of the gun confiscation cases reported by TFTP, neither of the two men were suspected of committing a crime, nor had they committed a crime.

Under the fifth and fourteenth amendments, due process clauses are in place to act as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the government outside the sanction of law. What’s more, neither of the men were granted their sixth amendment rights to be confronted with the witnesses against them. In both cases, simple orders—under new laws—were issued, arguably arbitrarily, which stripped these two men of their property.

I’m a firm believer in the 2nd Amendment!  If you’re not a believer, please reconsider the true facts. This is history; not what’s being shown on TV, sanctioned by our illustrious delusional leaders in Washington.

In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control:

· From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

In 1911, Turkey established gun control:

· From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Germany established gun control in 1938:

· From 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.

China established gun control in 1935:

· From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Guatemala established gun control in 1964:

· From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Uganda established gun control in 1970:

· From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

Cambodia established gun control in 1956:

· From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

56 million defenseless people were rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control.

You won’t see this data on the U.S. evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.

Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.

With guns, we are ‘citizens’; without them, we are ‘subjects’.

During WW II, the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

Gun owners in the USA are the largest armed forces in the World!

If you value your freedom, please spread this anti-gun control message to all of your friends.

The purpose of fighting is to win. There is no possible victory in defense.

The sword is more important than the shield and skill is more important than either.

new-logo25Editors note:  Obama has just signed on to the U.N.s Global Small Arms Treaty claiming he will implement it by executive order.  This is NOT a valid treaty and has NOT been ratified by the Senate and therefore has no force of power.  This is why there is a concerted effort within the states to deconstruct the 2nd Amendment, one state at a time.  Unfortunately, several Democrats and Republicans in the Minnesota legislature are on board with the Obama plan.

Campaign for Liberty

I warned about the gun-grabbers’ plans to take guns away without a trial.

Now they are dangerously close to achieving their goal and I need you to act today to stop them.

Senate File 2639 (SF 2639) and House File 3238 (HF 3238) are bills “prohibiting persons subject to domestic violence restraining orders from possessing weapons”. Even those not convicted of any crime must give up their guns to a third party.

These orders are given out routinely with no evidence required. The “feelings” of the accuser would result in innocent people running the risk of becoming a felon before they are tried for a crime.

In an effort to fool liberty and pro-gun activists, the gun-grabbers modified HF 3238 with a fig leaf “compromise.”

However, even with the “compromise” language, the anti-gun HF 3238 still strips people of their Second Amendment rights without a trial.

This is a dangerous precedent, which will set the stage for further attacks on the rights of all gun owners.

Call your State Senator and State House Member today. Tell him or her to reject the fig-leaf “compromise” and vote NO on SF 2639 and HF 3238. Find your legislators by CLICKING HERE.

Votes on SF 2638 and HF 3238 may happen at any time now.

Don’t get me wrong – abusers should be prosecuted, and women and children should be protected from violence.

But SF 2639 and HF 3238 are disguises for attacking your constitutional right to due process and your right to keep and bear arms.

If enacted, these bills would require all guilty-until-proven-innocent parties to hand over their guns to someone else while they try to prove their innocence.

The gun-grabbers know they cannot be upfront about their intentions to destroy the Second Amendment because then their plans would fail.

That’s why they have been trying to chip away at our gun rights piece-by-piece.

That is why we must stand up now and tell the politicians in St. Paul NO to SF 2639 and to reject the fig-leaf “compromise” in HF 3238.

Please, call your state Senator and Representative now. Tell him or her to vote NO on SF 2639 and HF 3238 at each and every opportunity.

We tracked this list back through several sites and were unable to determine who initially prepared it.  Thanks to them just the same!  The multiple attempts to pass gun laws abridging the 2nd Amendment are meant to by-pass the need for the states to ratify this unconstitutional treaty from the UN.  With several states passing nullification laws on several issues including gun rights, you would think these senators would get a clue and realize we will not be disarmed!

Today I swung my front door wide open  and placed my Stevens 320 right in the doorway.  I gave it 6 shells, and  noticing that it had no legs, even placed it in my wheelchair to help it  get around.
I then left it alone and went about my business. While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, chairthe  neighbor boy across the street mowed the yard, a girl walked her dog  down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the stop sign right in  front of our house.  After about an hour, I checked on the gun. It was still sitting there in the wheelchair, right where I had left it. It hadn’t rolled itself outside. It certainly hadn’t killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had been presented to do so. In fact, it hadn’t even loaded itself.
Well you can imagine my surprise,  with all the media hype about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people. Either the media is wrong, and it’s the misuse of guns by PEOPLE  that kills people, or I’m in possession of the laziest gun in the world.
Alright, well I’m off to check on my spoons. I hear they’re making people fat.

It was with a great deal of sadness and disappointment that I viewed clips of Obama shilling for the United Nations Global Small Arms Treaty (ban) and even more disappointing to see police officers and sheriffs lined up behind him as he smiled and sold his attack on the 2nd Amendment.  I predicted back before the election that the UN Small Arms Treaty would be shelved until after the election, only to make sure Obama didn’t get a political black eye that might have turned the tide against him.  Sandy Hook made the perfect gunburn_deesopportunity to bring UN Small Arms mandates out into the public after the election. But you are not supposed to realize that the Obama wish list for gun control and eventual confiscation comes right out of the UN Small Arms Treaty.

With most all the gun owners of America poised and ready to fight back against any infringement on the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment, Obama appeared in Minnesota Monday claiming that the NRA members support his attack on the 2nd Amendment.

Uh….no they don’t! And neither do the majority of us out here who don’t even own a gun.  All the fake public polls, all the talking points delivered via MSM, will not change the fact that as Americans, we are well aware of the federal governments historical desire to disarm us. More

Minnesota DFL’er Alice Hausman: Busy Trashing the 2nd Amendment

In my humble opinion, the failure of Representative Alice Hausman (DFL)MN, and other elected officials to honor their oaths of office, to defend the Constitutions, both state and federal, is grounds for recall from office.

Representative Hausman has helped author a bill which is a clear violation of the 2nd Amendment.  This bill also calls for the violation of due process and establishes police powers far beyond the scope of law.  The last thing any of our communities need is the aggrandizement of power in local law enforcement now that they are under Homeland Security control and exist as para-military organizations, and no longer exist to protect and serve their communities.

Ms Hausman, like so many others in the legislature, is apparently oblivious to standing laws, SCOTUS rulings and the Constitution.  Apparently believing that due to her office, these issues should not concern her, Hausman has authored one of the most egregious assaults on the 2nd Amendment.  Neither does Ms Hausman seem to understand that it is illegal to try to pass ex post facto laws and that just because she does not adhere to any sense of law, does not mean that the rest of us lose our rights.

What it should mean is that she automatically is unseated and removed from office for failing to act in defense of her district and for willingly and knowingly violating her oath of office.  At the very least, Hausman and others are guilty of malfeasance of office:

In anticipation of the appearance of King Obama on Monday, February 4th, four DFL’ers here in Minnesota submitted their [coincidentally identical to Obama’s]  proposed legislation that infringes on the 2nd Amendment.  Not only have these people decided that they are not constrained by the Constitution for the United States, Supreme Court rulings or any other lawful obstacle to infringing on the 2nd, they also seemGun-Control-Works-Pictures-e1342051099803 to have forgotten the oath they swore upon taking office declaring that they would defend that Constitution.

Republicans had this same selective amnesia during the Bush/Cheney Crime Administration and worked tirelessly to strike down not only our rights, but the Constitution in total.

Sec. 8. Oath of office.

Each member and officer of the legislature before entering upon his duties shall take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States, the constitution of this state, and to discharge faithfully the duties of his office to the best of his judgment and ability.

Apparently, judgment and ability is in short supply in the Minnesota House and Senate.  What a surprise!

SF 235: Modifying the lawful possession of firearms

This bill is on the hotlist of bills in Minnesota and is an ex post facto law.

Ron Latz, the DFL senator from District 46, appears to have no knowledge whatsoever about the 2nd Amendment or previous SCOTUS rulings or even the state constitution and also appears to be suffering from selective amnesia with regards to that oath of office he and several other DFL’er’s took.

While you were watching the oil spill, H. Clinton signed the small arms treaty with the UN.  This is one of the things Sheriff Mack has been telling people about.

Bailout Bill Could Ban Guns

According to an article on Gun Owners of America’s website, the Obama administration’s bailout bill contains provisions that could set the stage for a complete gun ban nationwide.

The relevent sections of the bill are those that call for a national database of medical records – intrusive enough as that is – and these records could be used to establish various pretenses for gun confiscation, based upon supposed “mental illness.” If anyone in the database has been to a psychiatrist, for example, this can be construed as being indicative of “mental illness” or “instability,” thus negating an individual’s Second Amendment rights.

The State Giveth, the State Taketh Away

A couple of days ago, I saw an article on Infowars.com (also available on the Daily Paul.com) about Mississippi’s Lt. Gov. Phil Bryant introducing a new law (SB2036) that would allegedy “protect” Mississippi gun owners from gun confiscations in the event of martial law being declared in Mississippi.

My first question, upon reading this was why Lt. Gov. Bryant was anticipating martial law, in the first place. Does he know something that most Mississippians don’t know?

Then I saw that he had said the bill would “restrict” confiscations and that was, for me, the ultimate tipoff. If the intent was to truly protect gun owners from gun confiscations, then the operative word should have been “prohibit,” not “restrict.” There is a huge difference, but, apparently, the distinction is subtle enough for most people that many have not caught onto this semantic sleight of hand.

Sure enough, as you can see by reading the law as it was passed by the Mississippi legislature, the law gives the state of Mississippi complete carte blanche to decide exactly how it will “restrict” itself from seizing guns. As history teaches, governments never willingly relinquish their power.
