The Ways of our Lives…….

The election is over and no one is surprised or even excited about the outcome.  We already knew Obama was the pre-selected winner regardless of how anyone supposedly voted.  It is ironic that Republican voters are now feeling the anger that Democratic voters felt when they watched the 2000 and 2004 elections rigged for Bush the Dolt.  Apparently, vote fraud is ok if you are on the right, but quite hard to endure when it comes from the left. No matter, walking into the voting booth was an exercise in futility…..we already knew Obama would get four more years.  That was the plan and it was the plan all along and nothing, not even your votes, was going to change that. The scripted stage shows we call debates revealed nothing of any real interest to the public.  The absolute silence from Romney on subjects such as:

The TSA molestation of travelers,

The coming UN Small Arms Treaty meant to by-pass the 2nd Amendment,

The LOST treaty which will cede all of our rights on the open seas,

The growing police state here in the US,

The unconstitutional NDAA,

Ending the Czars offices which were unlawfully created, and,

Not one hint of the mountain of executive orders, written not as president of the United States, but issued as Chief Executive of the corporation operating as “The USA, a.k.a. The United States of America”.

Ultimately, this is what both men were fighting over…….who would be the new Chief Executive of the Corporate United States. More

Vote all you want: The flight plan doesn’t change

Vote all you want, the flight plan does not change no matter who wins.  We got us a big election coming up and of course the country is dividing itself right down the middle at least in some areas. For most of us out here this coming election means nothing.  The usual arguments over whether we are flying headlong into socialism or, if we are in fact in the throws of fascism seem to have lost their appeal.  Most have realized that whether socialism or fascism the end result is the same; a ruling class and the rest of us servants.  It just depends on which sales pitch appeals to you. For most of us, we have had it with the snake oil politicians and their ever changing sales pitch’s.

Fascism, the overtaking of government by corporations, is hidden behind euphoric,  glorious terms;  Free markets, free trade, globalism and the world economy.  Most who subscribe to this pitch appear to be fearful of being cut out of the action, maybe not getting a piece of the global pie or at least a piece as big as they thought they should get.  Socialism, the plan for the common people, will see many fall never to rise again.

In 2010, even many hard-core Republicans were relieved to see the end of the Bush/Cheney neo-cons and the unending assaults on freedom and our rights.  Eight years of what was, in my opinion, the most treacherous, murderous, pathologically evil cabal that had seized control of our country, was finally over.  What we were to find out was that it would only be continued under the new president, and taken so much further.

The election of Obama gave the country its first sense of hope after eight years of massive walls of lies, deceit, manipulation and some of the most corrupt individuals to ever find their way into our government.  We replaced the neo-cons with Obama/Biden.  We should have listened more closely to that victory speech, but we didn’t.  We were too relieved, too hopeful and far too enthralled with this new president and the promises made; promises we thought meant a return to liberty, to integrity and honor.  We should have listened more closely and not allowed our emotions to cloud our critical thinking.

Fundamentally changing

Obama asked in his acceptance speech if we were ready to join him in fundamentally changing our country.  What did we think he meant?  Did any one of us think to ask….fundamentally change it how? More

Political conventions: A collection of guppies and suckers

GOP = Guppies on Parade

The GOP convention was like watching a room full of guppies; their mouths opening and closing, them swimming about mindlessly totally unaware of what what was going on right in front of them.  Their “convention” absolutely rigged against them, their speakers regurgitating the neo-con party lines.  The growing dictatorshipsepitome of the evening was the appearance of Condoleeza Rice, lynchpin of the Bush/Cheney crime syndicate that caused catastrophic attacks on our constitution and that started at least two wars of aggression and which began the wholesale sell-off of our national assets to foreign investors and governments.

The appearance of Rice, an undoubted signal that the neo-cons were going to return, should have cleared the room.  Any sensible person would have run for cover.  Any one who has a memory longer than a few days ago……would have cringed at the appearance of this woman, who claims to be a Christian, who helped twist and contort the privileges of the office of the president, who knowingly lied about WMD in Iraq, who used her office to oppress the people of the United States at every possible opportunity, who fully supported the corruption that was rampant in the Bush/Cheney crime syndicate….this woman was a featured speaker for the GOP.

Is anyone really wondering what is in store for us if Romney/Ryan wins the election?  More

Tea party women attend “Angry white Women of the Tea Party” lecture

Tea Partiers attended the “Angry white Women of the Tea Party” lecture in the People’s Republic of Berkeley, Ca. Yesterday

Here we were, Tea Party members, third row front and center at the Freight and Salvage Theatre in Berkeley, waiting for the lecture to begin. Our speaker was Ruth Rosen: feminist, liberal progressive, author, columnist and all around women’s liberation chronicler.  This diminutive figure in a dress and matching pink scarf was introduced with all her college letters, literary successes and public writings.

We had come to hear her lecture on “The Tea Party and Angry White Women”.  I braced myself for what was to come, as did the other members who had found out about the lecture. Ruth Rosen did not disappoint.   She began her diatribe by saying that the women of the Tea Party were racist and xenophobic.  The crowd nodded and ate it up. I could feel my blood pressure rising. How dare she label us like this? She has no idea who we are or how we feel.

I kept my mouth shut.

It was all I could do to stay seated and the lecture had only just started. She continued, “Women of the Tea Party are angry. Angry because we are being held back by our husbands and marginalized, ignored and side lined by the GOP.” She also stated a woman joins the Tea Party because either her husband belongs or someone in her family belongs, and/or it serves as a way for these women to obtain a career they never could have otherwise.  My morning coffee and subsequent conversations with the guys about world affairs eventually came round to the recent primaries and the fact that it appears the fringe lunatics on the right, those who spout scripture at the drop of a hat, those who have immersed themselves in mad-made dogmas that they claim to be words from God, are ruling the political asylum…at least in South Carolina.  Even Georgia looks to be set to launch serial philanderer,

The Ten Amendments: An open letter from God to Republicans

consummate liar, pathologically immoral and unethical, Newty Gingrich one step closer to the GOP nomination.  To see this bloated, flaccid miserable man set up as the golden boy for the party that claims a higher morality and Christian family values, is an affront to anyone of true faith.  This could not be more indicative of the true amoral character of the GOP.  In fact, the only way this could be worse is if Newty was married to or philandering with “Man” Coulter.

So …….what happened to all the God talk?  What happened to doing God’s work?  What happened to speaking with/to God and looking for messages only your heart can hear?  How is it that the Party of God is pulling out all the stops to nominate one of the most morally repugnant, notoriously unethical and personally vacant individuals to (dis)grace the political stage?  More

So….I’m drinking my morning coffee and waiting for the cribbage games to start at my usual morning hangout and I’m watching some news channel that is trying to convince viewers that Gingrich is leading the GOP charge for the White house and I’m thinking to myself….. this is a set up.

With most of the Republican party appalled at the thought of Gingrich as a candidate, and now with the addition of Donald Trump as his side kick, no one can take this seriously.  I’m also thinking we could turn this into a reality show series.  Forget Jersey Shore…..we got “Newty and The Donald” buffoon show.  More

“I was right 70 percent of the time, but I was wrong 30 percent of the time,” said Alan Greenspan as he testified last week on Capitol Hill. Greenspan — a k a the Oracle during his 18-year-plus tenure as Fed chairman — could not have more vividly illustrated how and why geniuses of his stature were out to lunch while Wall Street imploded. No doubt he applied his full brain power to that 70-30 calculation. But the big picture eludes him. If the captain of the Titanic followed the Greenspan model, he could claim he was on course at least 70 percent of the time too. More

Preparing the Cover Story for the Theft of the Election

Two weeks to go and the machine is starting to prepare the narrative for how it is possible that John McCain won the 2008 Presidential election. With every poll showing an Obama lead of anywhere from 10-14 points for the past few weeks, suddenly today the Associated Press announced a new poll that shows the race in a dead heat. Nonsense. With the backdrop of the Kennedy-Palast reporting on how the GOP has already started the systematic theft of the election this poll today is just the coverage they need to pretend that the results of a McCain victory will be legitimate. If McCain does indeed go on to steal the election, no doubt his supporters will point to this bogus poll to refute the other polls.

The talking points have been as inane as the alleged poll results. Primarily, the talking points are that the bump is due to the “strong” showing of McCain in the last debate and the “Joe the Plumber” nonsense has “struck a chord.” You have got to be kidding me. Every post debate poll clearly showed that Barack Obama once again dominated John McCain in the last debate. This was even stronger among undecided voters and independents. There was no strong showing by McCain; he lost and everyone saw him lose. By every count, including Fox News, he lost. Not only that, but he lost all three debates as well as the Vice Presidential debate. Throw in the fact that his recent Ayers attack line and socialist charges were also polled to be losers, the new AP poll simply defies logic.

And Joe the Plumber? C’mon guys; you have to do better than this. It has now been revealed that Joe was probably a plant by the McCain camp, which seemed obvious when he approached Obama with stock GOP talking points and has now been exposed as a McCain campaign donor. Even the argument fell apart – that an average American making over $250,000 per year is somehow being cast as being poor or a victim of Obama policy. The realities are that Joe could possibly even do better under Obama than McCain. But moving past the failed realities of Joe the Plumber, the notion that this ridiculous ploy somehow moved a national poll 10-14 points in one day, or one week is patently absurd.

A key “finding” is that the lead Obama had with voters making under $50,000 has shrunk from 24% to just 4%. Really? How in the world is that explained? People making under 50K now like the idea of not getting a targeted tax cut and feel bad for millionaires? Once again, absurd. Not to mention that this week saw the incredibly strong endorsement for Obama by Colin Powell on national television on Sunday. We are supposed to believe that this had a negative effect?

Let’s look at this against the backdrop of every other poll out today. The Washington Post-ABC News poll showed Obama up by 9 percentage points, while a poll by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center had Obama leading by 14. A Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, among the broader category of people registered to vote, found Obama ahead by 10 points. So we have 9, 10, and 14; numbers consistent with what has been the norm for a few weeks now and this one rogue poll which says “no no, it is a statistical dead heat.” Please, let’s be real.

This is all about the backdrop for the theft of the election. Already states such as New Jersey are refusing to allow election experts to monitor voting because they claim it is “too important” and election. The crafted talking points on exit polling is that people will be “too embarrassed” to admit they did not vote for Obama. Exit polling is not some haphazard venture. We use it to challenge the elections in other countries as proof when election results have been tampered with. We only had problems with exit polling when the Bush Administration came into power. Suddenly the data collected is not reliable and silly rationales are generated to explain away how someone like John Kerry can win amongst men and women in Ohio, yet still lose the overall count. Is there a third unknown gender demographic? Instead of properly questioning why the vote totals do not match the exit polling and we are talking by wide margins, the exit polling is “adjusted” to reflect the vote tallies.

Then with the exit polling dismissed, election experts banned from observing, shenanigans like in Colorado where minority ballots are targeted for removal at a rate of at least 1 in every 6, and the bogus “dead heat” poll in hand, the backdrop is set. The machine’s media minions rush out to comment on how legitimate everything was and next thing you know we are in a McCain Administration with Obama and the democrats again wondering what happened? What happened is the lazy democratic congress did nothing about HAVA for the past two years and are doing even less about the daily reporting of voter fraud. I mean real voter fraud, not the silly ACORN nonsense that is being thrown around. Now we see the bending of reality to absurd levels. John McCain’s campaign has been nothing short of an implosion every day. His Vice Presidential pick has been an unmitigated disaster as brilliantly pointed out by Colin Powel this past Sunday. His presentation on the economy has been soundly rejected by the electorate. His dirty politicking has been soundly rejected by the electorate. He is up to double digits in verbal gaffes and bizarre comments. There are reasons why Obama has had a consistent double digit leads. Yet amidst all of this obviousness, the Associated Press wants us to believe that up is down and the election is tied.

When recently asked about the lead Obama was enjoying, John McCain smiled and responded, “We have him right where we want him.” With the cover story being crafted now, maybe he was right.

Here comes election fraud 2008..Brasscheck Tv/video

Real US news courtesy of the BBC

If you live in the United States, one person you’re not likely to ever see on network TV news is American journalist Greg Palast.

He’s just a little bit too relevant and accurate for US media mogul’s tastes.

Fortunately, the BBC took pity on him and gave him a job.

While the US media focuses on the minutia of the campaign, Palast is tracking the one thing that’s really going to matter in the end: which party is more skilled an executing fraud.

Now that their election fraud depredations are obvious even to the most dim-witted, the thugs who run the Republican party are taking a new tack: manufacturing stories about election fraud attempts by the Democratic party.

Are the Democrats capable of fraud? Sure.

They just lack the energy and ambition to do it on the scale that Rove & Co. have managed.

I’ve been reporting about the pervasiveness of election fraud in the US since 1997 and here’s something to watch for: the “reason why”

If McCain and Palin win, the news media as instructed by Karl Rove and Fox News will be telling us how “hockey moms” made the crucial difference or some other such nonsense.
You won’t see this on US TV news, but the real issue in the 2008 campaign is election fraud.

The latest twist…the Republican party in Michigan wants to disqualify people who’s homes are in foreclosure from voting.

Yes, you read that right.

Supreme Court lays the groundwork for Republican’s

In what was widely reported as a “shocking” ruling by the United States Supreme Court, the Supremes declared a lower court’s ruling as illegal, halting any forced attempts by the Ohio GOP to challenge the handling of voter registrations.  The Republicans were demanding that all voter registrations be compared to Department of Motor Vehicle car registrations and any voter not registered there……well, too bad.  Which is all well and good if you own a car and have a license.

The first flag that should have gone up on this issue was just how fast the Ohio Gop got this in front of the Supreme Court.  Any other case would have taken months if not years.

The second, and most important flag was the ruling against the GOP in Ohio.  This allowed the Secretary of State in Ohio to cease any efforts to compare voter registration with DMV records.  The fact is, she is continuing her efforts to verify new voters, and many old ones.

What you need to be asking yourself here, is why would the Supreme Court rule on this case with the speed of lightening when they are known to take millenium to address any other case, and why would they rule against the party they are known to favor?

It would appear that the Supremes were helping to lay the groundwork for the contesting of the presidential election.  By refusing to uphold the lower court ruling, and in fact reversing it, the court and the GOP assumed the Secretry of State would end all verification activities.  Once the election took place, if Obama won, they had the legal grounds to contest the vote on the basis of possible fraud backed up by the failure of the S.O.S. to verify the registrations under new rules.  Having already gone as far as the Supreme Court, the GOP has engaged the Court in advance for future interference in the election.

If MCCain wins Ohio…you won’t hear a peep out of them.  Not as though that is likely.  This is one of the same states where the GOP has attempted to disenfranchise voters whose homes have gone into foreclosure.  Why having your home foreclosed upon should preclude you from voting is a response to the public holding Republicans primarily responsible for the financial mess we are in, including the sub-prime mortgage fiasco which netted many of their good friends a fortune.  We can’t have people voting who have been victimized by the corrupt and greedy who were enabled by their Republican cronies over the last eight years.  And in Ohio, a large number of foreclosures have occured and continue to occur.  Not good news for the GOP.

In what has to be one of the more transparent rulings of the Supreme Court, the striking down of the lower court ruling was done to facilitate the contesting of the election results.  The GOP will fall back on both court rulings, claiming voter fraud and will sue to prevent the election results from being finalized.

I find it absolutely mind blowing that the same political party that paid to have voting machines rigged and hacked in every state, who stormed Florida and demanded that the recount be stopped in 2000, the same party that cheated at every turn and at every opportunity; the same party that was responsible for using felon roles from Texas to cage votes in Florida is now crying foul!

We are looking at Florida all over again, only this time the GOP had to rely on the Supreme Court as Jeb Bush and Kathryn Harris were not available to rig another state election in favor of Republicans.  In Ohio, former S.O.S. Blackwell is not available to do their dirty work there; not that it matters to him, he was promoted and relocated for his efforts on behalf of the GOP.

This ruling by the Supreme Court was nothing more than the groundwork needed to contest the presidential election.

The GOP Eats Its Young….AGAIN

I just received a copy of “The Minnesota Concervative Delegate Team” sent to all those “true Republicans”.  (All three of them?)

It’s as if the propaganda emails highlighting Obama’s middle name (Hussein) weren’t stupid enough; as if the emails citing tax tables in a Clinton vs. Bush administration ploy…..that carefully omitted the alternative tax Bush loves so much that will eat up 55% of household incomes by 2010, but only for working class Americans. (By the way…..Clinton has been gone for 7 years now..get over it)

As if the conservative vs. liberal letters that supposedly compare the “values” and “morality” of true conservatives versus those godless liberals, didn’t ignore the hypocrisy of the right, didn’t leave one with the sense that someone had either not listened to the news or suffered from severe selective hearing, I just don’t think there is any hope for the Republican party at all.

I believe if we are going to fear someone because of what their parents named them, we should be in total fear of anyone named George…or Dick just for starters.  Heck! I think we should ban everyone with the last name of Bush, from the country.

This latest letter from the Minnesota Conservative Delegate Team is another of those cases of the GOP eating its young or maybe swallowing its own tale.  Apparently ired by the refusal of Ron Paul supporters to go away like good GOP’ers, the MCDT has taken it upon itself to stifle support within the party for a candidate that is getting support from all quarters.  Now, you would think that Ron Paul’s adherence to the Constitution, to principle, to the laws and his opposition to NAFTA, CAFTA and other illegal trade agreements would have made him a star in the Republican party.  Its apparent that the core of the party has become so corrupted they can no longer identify a true conservative, patriotic, and honest candidate even when he is in their own ranks.  Makes me wonder when the self identified “leaders” of the Republican party will come out and admit that they are neo-conservatives (meaning not conservatives at all) and that the corruption is so ingrained, such a political aphrodisiac they are beside themselves wondering why the sheeple in the party refuse to follow their lead.

(quote) “Whatever success Paul supporters have had in Minnesota Conventions has largely been the result of the failure of mainstream conservative Republicans to unite behind a qualified team of party leaders”.  (So anyone who doesn’t do what you tell them to do is not maintstream?)

And in closing this letter against opposing such an unpopular candidate as McCain:  “The civil war that is ripping the Democratic party apart does not need to occur within our party; we have our nominee.  John McCain” (end quote)

Just for the record, that “civil war” referred to in the Democratic party is called campaigning for office.  Its the battle that should take place if you really do believe in democracy and fair and open elections.  Its apparent that Republicans do not.  We have only to look at the election fraud of the 2000 and 2004. Elections that saw caging, hacked voting machines, corrupt secretaries of states, purged votes, shredded votes, disenfranchized voters, and the interference in a national election by a corrupt, Republican dominated Supreme Court.  Ah! To be a Republican!

Everytime I receive another of these letters, another of these carefully crafted efforts to tell conservatives who they are going to vote for, rather than finding out whom they wish to vote for, I would laugh except it isn’t really funny.

I want to know who decided that we were so stupid, so gullible that sending out flame emails that contain absolutely stupid information or that requires us to lower our level of intelligence in order to accept what the GOP wants rather than making our own choices…..who are these people?  And why do we pay any attention to them at all?

The Republican party may suffer a split (I believe it already has) but not because Ron Paul supporters won’t go away.  The split will occur because it is so apparent that the party of manipulation and control, the party that proclaimed its own virtuosity, its own high morals, its own self righteous piety, has been exposed.  And what has been laid bare for all to see is that rather than the party of morality, patriotism and freedom, and all the other adjectives right wingers like to use to discibe themselves while they preen, is nothing more than a private club of self promoting individuals who believe they can and should call the shots.

What is glaringly apparent is that selecting the best candidate for the preservation of the country is not the issue; simply having a Republican candidate they selected before hand whom they are assured will continue the wars and the destruction of our soveriegn nation is more important than any silly old thing like the constitution and the law.

Personally, I wish the neo-con faction would just split away and form its own party (it is one anyway) and leave the rest of us alone.  And please!  No more idiotic emails with bogus messages in them.  Forwarding these electronic pieces of crap make us all look as if we have little character and even less integrity.  What scares me is the people who forward them and actually think they are worth anything other than a quick delete.

I will not be voting for McCain…..the worst possible choice, followed closely by both Democrats.  Just for the record I will be voting for Ron Paul even if I have to write his name in on the ballot.  I don’t believe party leaders are any more qualified to determine who I vote for than I am.  Either way…..I decide who gets my vote…….not the GOP.
