Dr. Julian Whittaker’s Newsletter:

The (ADA) American Dietetics Association Must be Stopped in it’s Tracks

WISCONSIN:

Two pending dietary licensing bills in Madison: SB115 AND AB440. If these bills pass health food stores, alternative practitioners and those interested in nutrient dense food protocols will become DIETARY CRIMINALS (charged with the unlicensed practice of dietetics)  if they discuss food. Exemptions: other groups that have lobbyists in Madison. You will be subject to legal fees to defend yourself before the (DPL) Wisconsin Department of Professional Regulation. The two DPL prosecutors have stated in court their alliance to www.quackwatch.org.

Funded by the Pharmaceutical industry. All natural healing and dietary advice is quackery.  See what happened in other states that passed similar laws: Legal expenses ranging from $30,000 to $200,000.

These bill will stifle consumer access to nutritional protocols. Only allowed protocols will be processed foods, Coke, Pepsi and junk food. Keep you ill and take drugs for the symptoms.

ADA advice: 25% of your daily calories from added sugars intake.  Have a soda and a candy bar, it’s OK.

No discussion of food allergies will be permitted.

No discussion of health benefits of raw milk, organic etc.

TOTAL GAG ORDER.
