HAVANA SYNDROME has been in the news on and off the last few years. Many remember that this is the name of the type of mostly internal injuries received by American Diplomats assigned to the Embassies in Cuba, then months later in China. Few remember the sparse news article follow-ups saying that when these victims of what turns out to be nebulous but very real  “Directed Energy Weapons” (DEW) or Electromagnetic weapons, such as Microwave and Radio Frequency (RF), returned, they were also attacked along with other Federal workers in the US and their homes broken into.  That was hidden because it is highly unlikely that a foreign power followed them home and is operating under Homeland Security noses, is it?

The US government has been tripping over itself to try to pretend to be ignorant of what these weapons could possibly be, even promoting contemptibly ridiculous stories like the injuries were from “sonic crickets”. What they have not told you is that Nikola Tesla, an inventor from New York, created the basic concept for electromagnetic weapons and built many effective and dangerous devices. When he died in the 1940s, the FBI swooped in and illegally confiscated all his documents and inventions. Various DOD entities and Contractors have been developing these weapons, both war arena-sized weapons and anti-personnel and hand-held variations, for decades.  Indications are, Contractors have been selling these weapons secretly to anyone who had the money, not only willy nilly to foreigners, foreign governments but rich people with bad intentions, criminals, gangs and drug lords too. The US government doesn’t want to admit how much it has kept secret from you because they knew you would be concerned it would be used for evil. They were entirely right. It is. More

Minnesota Legislature Bans Warrantless Cellphone Tracking

ST. PAUL, Min., – May 14, 2014. A bipartisan bill that bans Minnesota law enforcement from obtaining cellphone location tracking information without a warrant passed final hurdles in the state House and Senate today. The House vote was 130-0 and the Senate vote was 63-1.

SF2466 was introduced by Sen. Brandon Petersen (R-Andover) and cosponsored by two democrat and two republican senators. It reads, in part:

A government entity may not obtain the location information of an electronic device without a court order. A court order granting access to location information must be issued only if the government entity shows that there is probable cause the person who possesses an electronic device is committing, has committed, or is about to commit a crime.

SF2466 would not only protect people in Minnesota from warrantless data gathering by state and local law enforcement, it will also end some practical effects of unconstitutional data gathering by the federal government.

NSA collects, stores, and analyzes data on countless millions of people without a warrant, and without even the mere suspicion of criminal activity. The NSA tracks the physical location of people through their cellphones. In late 2013, the Washington Post reported that NSA is “gathering nearly 5 billion records a day on the whereabouts of cellphones around the world.” This includes location data on “tens of millions” of Americans each year – without a warrant. No real debates from “Obomney”

How many times are we going to have to hear the pointless arguments about which faction of the one party presidential race is going to create jobs (we know they can’t) or which has a better economic plan (they don’t’) or who has a better foreign policy (who are we going to attack next)?  Not one of these issues is important as not one  addresses the actual concerns of the American public which is being asked to cast their vote for one of two political con artists whose personal agenda, private allegiances and alliances, and political monetary obligations likely has nothing to do with what the country needs.  Either way, the subjugation to the UN, the reducing of the US to third world status and the headlong stampede into fascism as corporations wrench final control of the US government away from the country, will continue as planned.

We are a country in the midst of a nearly complete transformation that will render us anything but a free people.  The US corporation that operates as the federal government in the District of Criminals determined that we, the people, were the greatest enemy they faced.  The false flag attacks on 9/11 were what Dick Cheney and his PNAC conspirators hoped it would be, the New Pearl Harbor…..the needed excuse that would be used to bring to an end, finally, to our Constitution including its bill of rights and to our freedom.

Any hopes that any one might have had that the Obama administration was going to repeal, correct and mend the damage done by the Bush/Cheney crime administration were quickly dashed as Obama showed himself to despise and hate us just as much as the neo-cons did and still do. More

I think at this point it is fair to say that the name “Barack Obama” has become irrevocably synonymous with the phrase “Brownshirts”, and with very good reason. Riding the euphoric wave of a Prozac addled collectivist saturated puppy-love election season, the teleprompter dependent basketball playing android immediately launched several programs designed to centralize community organization using federal oversight. One of these initiatives, ‘The Universal Voluntary Public Service Program’, stood out as one of the most unabashedly fascist concepts to come out of any presidential administration since Franklin D. Roosevelt’s forced internment of innocent Japanese American’s. The idea of requiring citizens to “volunteer” for quasi-military or federal service and subsequent statist indoctrination didn’t play too well with the majority of the public, and has, for now, been abandoned. We identified the terrorists! Its YOU!

We can no longer afford to waste our time fearing some unknown and unidentifiable terrorist from some far away country; our greatest threat is far closer and much more present: the department of Homeland Security.  While the numerous spy agencies existing today in the US become bloated with not only unlawful powers and authority, massive amounts of borrowed money is used to expand these threats to a once free, America.

Too many of us still think that Homeland Security exists to protect the nation from foreign terrorists.  The truth is, this behemoth agency exists to protect the federal government and all its agencies, agents, operatives and federal officials from …you!

Fusion Centers: Your community based spy agency

“Fusion centers constitute a new piece in a vastly more powerful police apparatus. They give the executive branch an incredible physical reach into state and local communities.”

c/o Thomas Cincotta for The Public Eye

The Department of Homeland Security’s network of fusion centers operate under the auspices of state police or even large local police forces, thus sidestepping the guidelines enacted under the Privacy Act of 1974 that limit information sharing by federal agencies. Yet fusion centers have a national command center feel, with mosaics of television monitors, and desks for all the police agents assigned to work together and enjoy face time — the county sheriff, local police officers, the FBI, National Guard (restricted by law to drug-related missions), state police, Department of Homeland Security, and the civilian intelligence analysts. The FBI field office may rent space to fusion centers, and even helps run the Los Angeles fusion center, but it rarely plays a visibly lead role. Still, all the analysts are tied into federal information-sharing networks. More

Bills to make our thoughts “crimes”.  More bills to take away our right to bear arms.  Bills to tag and track us like animals.  Bills to seize control of the water supplies.  Bills forcing us into compliance with illegal trade agreements.  Bills, bills, everywhere bills……and all of them dedicated to the overthrow of the Republic and the subjugation of the population.  If any of us had any doubts, surely in light of these assaults on liberty, the attempts to seize control of the food and water supplies and to deem any one of us as “domestic terrorists” for dissenting, these should wake us up to the reality of the future we all face. Fusion Centers, REAL ID and the push for total surveillance

AUSTIN – The 5-11 Campaign, a grassroots privacy organization opposed to the federal ID, declared 30 days of vigilance over identity legislation with connections to Information Analysis Centers (IAC), or what is now commonly known as Fusion Centers.

“Based on reports that fusion centers are targeting 3rd party voters and those who pose Constitutional challenges to the Department of Homeland Security’s intelligence gathering efforts we are aggressively opposing any legislation that would secure our private information for national to international data aggregation. This may include voter ID. No one should be profiled or targeted based on an electronic record of how they voted. A routine intelligence seizure based on a national security directive, such as the one issued in Missouri, would lead to arbitrary and reckless disregard for our privacy and personal sovereignty,” says Sheila Dean, President of the 5-11 Campaign.

This legislation observed for action during the vigil includes opposition to HB 4036. The Texas bill calls for compliance with the federal ID mandate. American license information, social security number and citizenship documents may be stored and shared with customs through an insecure fusion center. Other legislations included during the month long vigil touch upon DNA databases, animal information systems, drivers licenses, identity cards and other relevant attributions of private identity.

Last Monday (3/30), the Public Safety Committee heard testimony which included challenges to existing efforts to gain public consent over fusion center storage of license or ID card information. Many objections were raised over the call for facial recognition technology, among other regulations in the Real ID Act of 2005. Texas’ federal Real ID extension for compliance expires December 31, 2009.

Public Safety committee members are concerned about Texans being refused passage into federal buildings and airports based on Texas federal extension status. According to staffers, the DHS has been unclear about the extension standards until now with one exception; the inclusion of citizenship status on licenses.

“When an license to operate a motor vehicle becomes a de facto citizenship document, it becomes a national ID card. We are opposed to a national ID. We hope the 81st legislature will stand on the 10th Amendement and reject the whole Act,” said Dean.

Incomplete Networks & Intelligence Aggregation

The push to expand identity databases nationally are suffering from a big brother reputation, networking inadequacies and insufficient funds.

According to a report released last month from the DHS Inspector General, fusion centers across the U.S. are inadequately networked, non-existent or vastly underfunded to comply with the federal mandate for identity storage and national identity sharing.

“DHS did not provide timely and specific guidance on how REAL ID-compliant driver’s licenses and identification cards must be marked, best practices for the physical security of facilities, or information on the systems that will be used for verifying applicant documentation. To achieve full compliance with REAL ID standards by 2011, states must connect with electronic verification systems to verify identification documents. Several of the systems needed do not yet exist. Specifically, 18 of 19 states, or 95%, reported that available grant funding was insufficient. Several states referred to the amount received as a “drop in the bucket.” – DHS INSPECTOR GENERAL REPORT

MIAC Report Comes from Missouri “Fusion Center”

In tracking the issue of the recent report on the “Modern Militia Movement” by the Missouri Information Analysis Center – a document that labels Ron Paul supporters and people who respect the Constitution as “militia members” and “terrorists” – I have discovered that the MIAC is one of the many so-called “fusion centers” established around the country to combat voices dissenting against the government.

Established by the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security in 2008, these fusion centers are located in major cities in every state and have facilities to monitor internet websites, chatrooms and message boards for any opinions not favorable to the federal government and to attack such opinions via the use of full-time personnel trained to troll the web looking for voices of dissent.

Lt. John Hotz of the Missouri State Highway Patrol has admitted this MIAC is, indeed a fusion center, established in Jefferson City, that combines the resources of the Department of Homeland Security with those of other agencies.

Interestingly enough, I have received no reply to an email sent to Brandon Middleton of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, whose email address is printed in the MIAC document and who is said to be the person who should be contacted for comments about this “alert.” Is Mr. Middleton hiding under his desk, deathly afraid to reply to this “terrorist?”

Untangling Texas Identity

AUSTIN BTC Commentary :Texas Legislative spotlight on voter ID, the federal Real ID is in a dangerous position quietly poison the remainder of the days. While Texas is abiding ever so gracefully with the federal extension to find their way to compliance, DHS is erecting cameras throughout the state. It was only a matter of time before someone pointed out that RFID readers are popping up past the border into Southern Texas, complete with radio promotion propaganda.

With most or all of the

A subject raised among Texas activist support groups comprised of civil libertarians, anti- border wall advocates and environmentalists gave rise to a question – how did this wall, complete with expensive surveillance technologies, crop up without due process and public input? Border surveillance compounds with renewed models of the fence are now up for decision making bids. Duncan Hunters Real ID rider now is the shadowy facilitator creeping around the edges of the fence issue posing as placebo immigration reform. No Border Wall Coalition to compare notes as to how I, a blogger in Austin, could wake up and find 10 red light cameras up and down the Guadalupe drag without so much as a notice from the City. Apparently, the DHS feds can give the City an I.O.U. do-it-now-or-else ultimatum. Sometimes they pay them back. In these border towns, often they are left holding the budgetary bag.Enhanced Drivers Licenses?

One question keeps prompting our alert signals: where is the money coming from to do all of this?

While the State of Texas may not have the money and the cities lining the borders even less, it hasn’t stopped the DHS from muscling in with voluntary-compulsory mandates on towns to “do this or else” at the expense of cities without notifying the public for input or for budgetary accountability. We checked in with Scott Nicols of

Now people are sending me pictures of RFID readers going up at the borders and complaining of radio campaigns to “get you home” to goose public support of …

Why do we need RFID readers anyway? Well, so they can read RFID tags, some in your car and perhaps in your license. While I have been told by border Senator Shapleigh’s office that they will stop the push for the Enhanced Drivers Licenses. There were murmurs that the stimulus bill held the federal monetizing power to greenlight Real IDs in Texas at Thursday’s TxDOT meeting. All this so Texans can fist bump their way to “coolness” with their toll tags and their dandy surveilled identity cards? “Wow, check out my new government mandated ear tattoo, they branded my left thigh as well!!” – I’m being facetious. This is modern propaganda.

Pentagon bullies and trolls and other flame throwers intent on closing down the net

Isn’t it strange?  Everyone of us who uses the net to get real news, to by pass the MSM, who says anything to refute the propaganda coming from our own government, can be located, tracked, listed, identified, spied on and put under surveillance.  Our emails can be read, our contacts flagged and our web surfing and commenting is all data-mined and sent off to one of several intelligence agencies that now exist primarily for surveillance of the American people especially if we use Google.

The pentagon has also jumped into the game with its domestic spying program.  Pentagon bullies and trolls are now appearing all over the web inserting flame comments into sites that do not buy into government statements and policies or especially those sites which use the governments own actions, policies and documents to expose the truth.  The intent is to derail the discussions.  These people also attempt to bait writers and other posters into making statements that could be construed and twisted into threats against the government or population at large.  The overall intent is to end any non-government approved dialogue.  Another avenue being utilized by the spies who hate us are the Fusion Centers.

As the momentum gathers to end net neutrality, to convert the net to a “pay per view or access” the information gathered from these flame throwers who have been intentionally planted on sites all over the web, will be converted and used as evidence of the “threat” of an open net.  You see, we have to be frightened into believing our very lives are threatened by some boogey man out there who exists because the net is free, and information is easily accessible.

An article in the New York Times makes this comment:

“What a new Internet might look like is still widely debated, but one alternative would, in effect, create a “gated community” where users would give up their anonymity and certain freedoms in return for safety.”

This simply means converting it to a “site for sale” giving monopolists such as Google the right to section off and sell access to various areas of the net.

We must give up “certain freedoms”:  like the right to privacy, free speech…little things like that.  Of course if you won’t give those things up you won’t be safe.  They’ll make sure you won’t be safe.  But at this point, who will keep us safe from our own government who seems to be intent on spying and targeting a fair number of us for disagreeing with the things they do and say?

As we come closer to having the net closed off to us, the articles will become more frequent, the reporting by MSM will be elevated citing the threats from so-called cyber-terrorism.  We will be carefully conditioned and readied to have the net shut down, for our own safety of course!

Look for the increase in reports of child trafficking, and pornography.  These are serious problems and the government is well aware of them.  These reports will increase as the efforts to close the web builds.  Not that these things weren’t already a problem, they just weren’t made big enough to use as an excuse. We have to be buried in a constant avalanche of already known information to make the seriousness of these things appear to be a threat to us all in order to move forward with as little opposition as possible.

For those of us who will fight back?  We will be portrayed by the MSM and politicians who advocate the censoring of the net as having no morals or values.  We won’t love our country enough to give up our rights to speak out; we won’t love God enough (or at all) and that’s why we won’t support the efforts to close the net down.  Every effort will be made to demonize us and to portray us as anti-American, unpatriotic and possibly somehow linked in some vague way to those who do abuse the net.  Like the Pentagon.

My question is this……how is the government able to find us, track email, plant trolls on blogs, add names to “watch” lists and gather all the information they can on us, including everywhere we go on the net and who we talk to……but they can’t locate a kiddie porn site owner, they can’t find the individuals trafficking in human beings?  How is that possible?

The greatest threat to fascism and a government against its own people is the right to free speech and the access to information.  Knowledge is power, and knowledge has apparently reached a level where it has become a serious threat to the government.

Fusion Centers, Total surveillance Societies…….and a government against its own people

With each and every passing day we are assaulted with more attacks on our constitutional protections from a dictatorial government, each of them predicated on some vague need in the “War On Terrorism”.   I have concluded after reading the most recent assaults on our rights, that the government is terrorized by “we the people”, and this “War on Terror” is actually a war against us……the people of the United States.

Not one of the laws passed since 2001 to present day, do one thing to prevent terrorism from foreign threats.  There is not a terrorist out there who fears even one law we pass in the US.  By nature, terrorists don’t operate with laws in mind but rather in disregard to them.  So who could these unconstitutional laws, breaches of constitutional rights, invasions of privacy and the ballooning surveillance sector of government be directed towards?  You and me.

The National Strategy for Information Sharing, which establishes state, local and regional “fusion centers” as a primary mechanism for the collection and dissemination of domestic intelligence, was not created to track terrorist activity although that was how it was sold.  NSIS was created to track you and me.  And not just in the case you might be in cahoots with some international terrorist group, but because you might be exhibiting suspicious behavior not in line with government policy.

So what is some of this suspicious behavior that must be reported and recorded?

Apparently, being a peace activist can get you into the system as a terrorist or anti-government type. ( A peace activist is a terrorist? Isn’t this an oxymoron?  Isn’t this incredibly twisted irony?)

Using binoculars.

Looking at maps.

Drawing diagrams.

Taking pictures or videos that aren’t “pretty”.

Expressing views not approved by the government (also called “extremist”)

NSIS will make deputy spies out of regular Americans from our military, our government and private individuals to spy on everyone and anyone.   Some how that makes me want to vomit.  But, it seems whenever a government decides that all or part of its population is a threat, there are always those who will try to buy their own safety even if it means becoming a traitor to their own people or country.

The creation of these fusion centers which gather non-descript information on each and every one of us for no reason other than the fear of us, had to be the final word in the “War on Terror against the People of the United States.”

Title 28, Part 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations clearly states that law enforcement agencies shall collect and maintain criminal intelligence information concerning an individual only if there is reasonable suspicion that the individual is involved in criminal conduct or activity.  The information must be relevant to the criminal activity cited.  Well….these new [Fusions Centers] blow right past that one.

So…now that you know at least some of your friends, family members and even the military are engaged in spying on you, gathering information, data-mining and sharing it, in protected centers in every part of the country dedicated to deciphering who is not acting in accordance with government policies….who is not complying and submitting and who doesn’t share your adoration of a police state…….don’t you feel safer??

The clue to the actual intent of NSIS was right there in the text…… the collection and dissemination of domestic intelligence.  Domestic….that’s us.  We are the target of the “War on Terror”.

Obviously, our government lives in [terror] of us.  After all they have done to dismantle our country, our constitution, our ideals…….maybe they should.
