Earlier this year, Beverley Finnegan, age 69, of Newton, Massachusetts, could walk, talk, and discuss the events from the daily newspaper. That was before she was seized from the condo that she shared with her sister. Police and “Elder Protective Services” social workers literally broke down her door to enter her residence, and then forced her into a nursing home, and drugged her against her will. Years before, she had named her sister as her medical proxy, but the state of Massachusetts has ignored her wishes and placed her under guardianship with strangers. Her whole life, everything she had ever known, was gone with the stroke of a judge’s pen. Now, she is on life support, and on Monday, December 18, guardians and their attorneys petitioned the court in the attempt to have Beverley Finnegan euthanized. They go back to court on Friday, December 22. Janet Pidge is fighting for the very life of her beloved sister who is just one court decision away from having her life snuffed out forever. Read more

HR 34: A violation of your right to be free from forced drugging, psychiatry and a host of other government intrusions

URGENT ACTION ALERT
On November 30th, the House passed HR 34, a 996-page bill, known as the 21st Century Cures Act. They are now rushing to get it introduced and passed by the Senate on Monday, December 5th, at 5:30 EST. This bill must be defeated because it contains some very dangerous provisions relating to psychiatric treatments. This is an urgent call to action as we must let our Senators know that they need to oppose it. We have less than 72-hours to do this.
TALKING POINTS ON WHY THIS BILL MUST BE OPPOSED:
* It drastically broadens the criteria for who qualifies for forced psychiatric treatment. For example, if you are labeled mentally ill, you can be court-ordered for psychiatric treatment just because you are “substantially unlikely to voluntarily participate in treatment.” All states already have their own laws regarding involuntary treatment and so there is no need for Federal legislation, especially with such dangerously broad language.
* It undermines FDA regulations that are essential for making sure medical and drug research is conducted ethically, scientifically and safely. Meaning it could cost lives.
* Additionally, this 996-page bill is being fast-tracked through as it is being introduced with no time for the Senators to fully study and understand the broad implications of it.
If you live in the United States, we need you to do the following, very simple actions-it will take you less than 10 minutes:
1. Find your Senators (you have TWO) at the end of this e-mail. They are listed alphabetically by state.
2. Call the listed numbers and, using any or all of the above talking points, tell them you want to urge the Senator to vote NO on HR 34. Note: Calls are the most effective way to make your voice heard.
3. Click on the contact link for each of your TWO senators. This brings you to a form to fill out which you follow the steps to email your message that you want them to vote NO on HR 34.
4. Forward this e-mail to ALL family members, friends, or colleagues that live in the United States and urge them to do the same.

Globalism is the New World Order. There is no mystery about it.
The alliance between mega-corporations, banks, and governments is ever-growing, as they extend their power over populations.
The medical cartel is “a compliance arm” of the New World Order.
The principle is simple: expand the degree of citizen-obedience in one area, and you expand it in all areas.
You create the core habit of obedience. That habit extends down into the subconscious mind.
Globalism and the New World Order need that obedience, because its methods are often so outrageous only robots would fall into line.
For an example of outrageous lunacy, take the upcoming Globalist treaty, the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). When ratified by 12 nations (Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, the United States and Vietnam), it will establish the right of corporations to bypass national courts and demand that their products be sold, without tariffs, without concern for workers who are paid slave wages, without concern for poisoning the environment with toxic chemicals.
This is a secret treaty. In Australia, it will be signed by the cabinet before any supporting legislation is considered.

Atached is a copy of the completed letter as sent to Judge Gerrit Wood of the Sacramento Probate Court on Feb. 9, 2011.
I also sent a copy to the Government Accountability Office in Washington, DC; Professional Fiduciary Bureau in Sacramento, and Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauy of the California Judicial Counsel in San Francisco, California.
Roberta Jones is my sister and is pro-per at this time.
Jackie Powell is a step-sister living in Oklahoma and is represented by Daniel Spector.
Carolyn Young is the trustee represented by Leland Ellison.
I believe Leland Ellison is representing Carolyn Young on paper only. It is my understanding Tosh Yamamoto directs Young in all estates under her authority. In this case,no doubt, Ellison stepped in because of the conflict of Yamamoto representing me as trustee when this case began in 2001.
The letter is self explanatory as for the reasons I decided to write and send it. Too many issues in my father’s case have been ignored by the courts when ruling on these matters.
