There can no longer be any doubt—America is now a full-blown fascist state. In the past, authoritarian fascism was kept reserved in the shadows, largely out of the public eye, but in a remarkably short period of time it has emerged from the darkness to show its fangs and snarl menacingly at the people, many of them cowed and dutifully following irrational orders from on high.
As the following video demonstrates, state violence is not directed exclusively at rioters and Antifa goons pretending to be anarchists (most would be unable to define the term) as they loot, burn, and attack the media and innocent bystanders. Violence is used to frighten and intimidate the real enemies of the state—the American people, or those who casually and defy the COVID lockdown and others peacefully protesting murder at the hand of a psychopathic cop.
Fortunately, the woman in the video was not seriously injured. She wasn’t looting Target or burning down Walmart. The woman made the mistake of venturing out on the porch of her home, her private property, and for this crime, she was shot with a paintball by a member of a “state militia” (now federalized).
The social fabric is coming apart at the seams. First mandatory lockdowns, state-imposed impoverishment, followed by an unfolding Greatest Depression as a result of a shutdown economy, and now social unrest, violence, theft, and arson in two dozen large cities across the country.
If this degree of violence and destruction is possible centered around the death of a single man, imagine what will happen when millions of people are in desperate straits, unemployed, many evicted, and homeless. It will not be simply police stations that go up in flames. It will be statehouses.
However, the American people have demonstrated repeatedly they are gullible and easily steered into dead-end diversions pumped up and hyped 24/7 by a corporate propaganda media. The Trump hatefest and political polarization—worse than any in recent memory—will no doubt go by the wayside as millions of Americans face the “new normal” envisioned by their masters—a standard of living in rapid freefall, soon to crash on the rocks. None of this is happenstance or coincidental.
Most Americans may not have protested the endless wars and criminal economic scams of the ruling elite (mostly due to decades of incessant propaganda), but they will raise their voices and fists when they are unemployed for months on end, evicted from homes and apartments, have their cars repossessed, and are confronted with hunger, want, and homelessness.
In order to enforce the latest manifestation of psychopathic neoliberalism and predatory crony capitalism, the state will depend on steroid-headed soldiers and cops to frighten and intimidate the people.
Its scary folks! Why I tell you, if things get any scarier I don’t know what I will do. Over the last few days my email has been rife with dire warnings of impending doom and chaos, the likes of which we have never seen before. And the 2020 elections are still more than a year away. Pay attention here, because these are all serious, serious threats to our so-called “democracy, our religious piety, and of course our very way of life”. Thats just for starters. Anyway, here’s what I have been warned about over the last several days.
According to Hillary Clinton, Tulsi Gabbard is being groomed by the Russians. I suppose Clinton would know, after all they groomed her to the tune of about 3 million in her Uranium 1 deal. And god only knows how much went into her foundation that no one even knows about.
Trump has claimed that if they do impeach him, he will become even more powerful than he is now. He went on to say that he will become so powerful they won’t believe it. We don’t know who the “they” is he is referring to…but nonetheless ..they won’t believe it. This statement was reportedly followed with a major temper tantrum that included holding his breath for more than two minutes while stomping his feet furiously.
Both major party’s have solicited funds from me. As I understand it, they can only beat their adversaries (which I am to view as my enemy) if I give them money. They cannot possibly win unless I personally send them as much as I can.
After falling badly behind schedule in driving the entire country into unrepayable debt, the Senate is ready to begin passing their spending bills. Of course, they have no intentions of spending their own money. No. They are making plans on how to spend YOUR money, and your children’s and grandchildren’s.
My email is loaded with dire warnings that the “commies” are coming….or is it the socialists? I can’t keep them straight. One such email had blazing headlines about how the Communist Party was supporting the Democrats. OMG!! Who even knew we had a communist party?? I am so scared now I think I peed a little!
OH! And lest I forget! The end is near! All the signs are there! And you know that if you don’t give your church of choice as much of your money as you can they cannot possibly fight back the devil who is after you personally. But they can’t beat him unless you give til it hurts.
Oh no! I just got an email reminding me that communism/socialism has failed in every country that has tried to implement it. That’s true. But have you ever noticed they never mention Italy and the hanging of Mussolini for implementing fascism ..,.. the corporate privatizing of everything, including the government, which devastated the Italian economy and its people? Fascism doesn’t work either, except for those at the top. Everyone else pays the bills. Sound familiar?
But just when things seemed to be on a downward spiral I got an email that informed me that beautiful Ukraine women were wanting to meet me!! And another promising to give me the secret to making women scream with pleasure all night long! Oh wait a minute….I have to send them money before I meet any of these women or learn these secrets!
Damn…..I already spent all my money fighting the Democrats, the Republicans, the socialists, the communists, the fascists and the devil!
I have watched the rolling battle between those on the so-called left, and those on the so-called right. I have also observed the efforts by those on either side of this fictional divide that is observed only out here in the public for what appears to be the amusement of those elected officials who see us as nothing more than a nuisance. But one thing is glaringly apparent to me; those in government are doing everything they can to incite a civil revolt. Our military is being stationed all around the country, along with tanks and other military war weapons. Who do you think those are intended for use on? Think about it!
The question many people are asking is: “Do you think our military would actually turn on us?”
Well….the majority of our law enforcement agencies who have been militarized sure have in many instances. What do you think?
Do you really believe there is any intent to impeach Trump? I don’t. Now then, it is possible that having pushed this bogus issue this far, they may be forced to actually proceed. But believe me there is no intention to take this emotionally immature, unstable and tactless man out of office. He is serving the purposes of too many people who have carefully cultivated his support having managed to not incur one of his temper tantrums. We have a president who spends his time tweeting while the country falls apart.
This is a dog and pony show put on to make sure this right v left thing continues. It is imperative that you view each other as an enemy to be defeated. If you don’t….well then, things might actually change. You might actually start paying attention to the fact that all the major banks are failing thanks to deregulation that allowed them to openly operate as criminal enterprises. The Fed is loaning them millions per day to keep them afloat. They are too big to fail, but you, the public, can lose your jobs, your homes, and anything else you might have but you dare not ask for help! Thats socialism! Thats communism! But fascism is destroying our country as you whine hysterically about these phantom ideologies that have been used for decades to con the public into accepting the unacceptable.
I believe everything will be done before the 2020 election to either prevent the election from taking place, or to stop it in its tracks midway. If the public doesn’t revolt on its own, I have no doubt something or someone will be used to incite riots as the catalyst to be used as the excuse to stop the election. The Antifa crowd (actually Anti Fascism in its origins) will kick things into high gear to make sure that civil unrest and possible revolt take place. Everyone has their part to play and the Antifa crowd as it exists today is rife with violent and low IQ individuals who seem not to be aware that they are simply fools to be used. The politicians in DC must be enjoying the hell out of this.
The hysteria across social platforms screeching about the socialists or the “commies” supposedly having taken over, or who are waiting in the wings to destroy us, are the fantasies of those who know nothing about what is actually taking place; just how far from freedom and security we really are. All of this coming from people who apparently have not got a clue that we are a fully fascist country. Socialism and communism stand not a chance in the face of powerful corporations who control everything, including every aspect of our lives.

I cannot believe, after successive presidency’s reflecting both supposed political ideologies and party’s, that anyone is still buying into the right vs. left, Republican vs. Democrat, liberal vs. conservative, BS. And it is BS.
Playing on, at times, extreme religious beliefs, or manufactured propaganda meant to frighten you in to accepting another war of aggression, or professed moral righteousness, we are encouraged to vote for one party or the other. Along with the tossing about of the words socialism and communism and the chronic hysteria that accompanies those words, many of us are convinced that our votes really matter or that things will actually change as a result. How do you persuade a populace to embrace totalitarianism, that goose-stepping form of tyranny in which the government has all of the power and “we the people” have none?
You persuade the people that the menace they face (imaginary or not) is so sinister, so overwhelming, so fearsome that the only way to surmount the danger is by empowering the government to take all necessary steps to quash it, even if that means allowing government jackboots to trample all over the Constitution.
This is how you use the politics of fear to persuade a freedom-loving people to shackle themselves to a dictatorship.

I was involved in pro-peace, anti-war, anti-US Imperialism efforts during the most hideous years of the Reagan/Bush administrations (from 1980 – 1992) that resulted in the deaths and sufferings of millions of innocent people in virtually every South and Central American nation you can think of.
As I remember the many innocent – often “disappeared” – war-refugees who suffered, starved and died at the hands of my war-profiteering national leaders, I am unable to shed any tears for the guilty ones, even if they are now dead or dying, for they were war-mongers that never apologized for their misdeeds. They were members beholden to Wall Street and War Street whose intentions made them responsible for brutal massacres, assassinations, torturing, mass killings, starvation and the impoverishment of millions of innocents that wanted to live in peace in their homeland that had been targeted for exploitation by my once-beloved homeland.

I’m not one to recite a joke or a funny story. I don’t have the knack. But once upon a time I actually remembered – and then successfully told – a tale that had a moral to it. It was a take-off of the moral in the title above and I recalled it when the Paris terror was announced. The story went something like this, with some embellishments in the story that are more applicable to the times:
Once upon a time there was a tribal king in a backward African nation that was so poor that most people lived in grass houses. Even the well-fed king (who had acquired his throne by ill-gotten, military means) and his fattened wives and concubines lived in a grass house that was larger and fancier than the houses of any of his subjects. It even had a second story. Like most greedy tin-pot military dictators, he liked to wear his glittery military uniform (that had a sash and many multi-colored ribbons on it) and a prominently displayed flag pin whenever he appeared in public.
Also like most power-hungry political and military higher-ups throughout the sad world history of militarism, colonialism, imperialism and fascism, he felt that it was important to acquire more and more wealth and power and show it off to his subjects.
Fighting a seemingly endless war with a rival kingdom, the king eventually acquired technologically superior weaponry and emerged victorious. It had been a bloody war, with many episodes of civilian “collateral damage”, friendly fire deaths, eye-for-an-eye reprisals and the poisoning – from military toxins – of the soil, water and air of both kingdoms. King One’s army finally overran King Two’s army, raped his women, took control of his oil fields and confiscated the impressive throne that King One had always coveted.
After the armistice was signed, King One’s soldiers replaced the old throne with the captured one and had his soldiers carry it into the second story storage room, along with some of the other spoils of war. As the king, his cabinet and the Joint Chiefs of Staff were celebrating their victory, the old throne, along with many other prizes of war, crashed down and killed them all, along with many innocent bystanders. Such pseudo-patriotism can be easily generated by the telling of heroic war stories, the playing of rousing patriotic anthems, the application of constant and cunning propaganda, the total control of the mainstream media’s message by the ruling elites, and the support of (or silence from) the nation’s religious leadership Good Christian Germans and good Christian Americans are not much different in their susceptibility to brain-washing techniques and pledges of allegiance to the flag, whether Swastika or Stars and Stripes.
I have in my library dozens of books that were written about the history of fascism and its politics, economics, religious affiliations and psychology that makes it succeed so often.
That includes the varieties of fascism that were studied in Italy, Germany, Spain, Japan, Britain and America, among others. To my recollection, none of the lessons I learned from my books had been even mentioned during my high school education or even my college careers. I don’t recall hearing any of my teachers talk about American-style fascism. And none of my teachers led me to doubt the validity of the anti-democratic, pro-fascist and very unethical Monroe Doctrine, Manifest Destiny, Laissez Faire capitalism, the Dred Scott decision or any of the wartime atrocities that were so commonly perpetrated by American troops in any of its wars (ex: inventing water-boarding on innocent Filipinos and then massacring them during the Spanish-American War).
The “Nightmare Years” (in Germany): 1930 – 1940
I started on my path of trying to de-mystify fascism, ultra-right-wing conservatism and authoritarian nation-states after reading “into” William Shirer’s “the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich”. (I say “into” with no shame because I don’t know anybody who has actually read the entire 1500 pages of that seminal work.) Shirer was to later write a book titled “The Nightmare Years: 1930 – 1940” about his experiences as an American correspondent in Berlin during the run-up to WWII. (I was later to become interested in the dynamics of a nation’s authoritarian parenting styles, a reality that correlates nicely with a nation’s militarism, war-mongering, racism, fascism, and imperialism.)
At the beginning of the Nightmare Years (for Shirer) was the phenomenon of Horst Wessel and the song that he was said to have written (the “Horst Wessel Lied”). Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s Minister of Propaganda and Public Enlightenment, cunningly took an unknown Brown Shirt street fighter (and alleged pimp) and turned him into a martyred hero for the far right-wing extremist political party: the Nazis. (Robert Welch, Jr, the founder of the John Birch Society was to do the same thing for his hero John Birch exactly 30 years later – read on.)
Wessel was a member of the SA and the son of a conservative Protestant chaplain. He had been killed in 1930 by anti-fascist, pro-communist street fighters and then was memorialized by Goebbels. With a beautiful German folk tune accompanying the lyrics (and with the obligatory Hitler salute during the singing), the Horst Wessel song was sung by uber-patriotic Germans at Nazi rallies. Wessel’s song was more popular than the official Nazi anthem, “Deutschland Uber Alles”.
The lyrics of the song were quite pathetic but, because of the melodious tune, the song, especially when sung by a male chorus, easily aroused the patriotic fervor of rallying Nazis to more eagerly follow the psychopathic Hitler anywhere he desired. The song’s lyrics went like this:

Most Americans have their own simplistic methods of evaluating candidates for political office during America’s seemingly perpetual campaign seasons, but truly progressive proponents of true democracy have come to realize that the so-called “Two Party System” (often logically parodied as America’s “One Party System” when it comes to the corrupting influences of Wall Street and War Street [Big Finance, Big Military, Big Media, Big Food, Big Pharma, etc]) has been increasingly co-opted by the wealthy ruling elites who have been “purchasing” the blind allegiance (and later voting patterns) of both Republicans and Democrats. But the stench from this system is getting over-powering and sooner or later real patriots will have to stand up and start choosing candidates that are the least influenced by money and power and the most committed to a sustainable future for our increasingly poisoned nation, planet and children, not to mention all the other victims of global American imperialism, militarism, racism and economic destabilization.
However the candidates and their billionaire paymasters win their seats, they are the ones that will shamelessly be making life or death decisions for the lowly 99 Percenters wherever they are in the nation or the world.
These essentially amoral elites (the wealthy campaign contributors/bribers who are in the game for the money and power) are the ones who will be deciding the fate of the earth (and the fate of our innocent progeny) as they repeatedly fail to do the right thing for humanity. A dogmatic principle for conservatives is to “never change the status quo if the status quo is making a lot of money for the investor classes and is creating a lot of power that could be lost if reforms in favor of the common good are made”.
American NeoConservatives in the Republican Party (and the NeoLiberals in the Democratic Party) refuse to acknowledge that unbridled, unregulated capitalism is poisoning the planet’s climate, water, air, soil and food supplies (and therefore dooming the public health) and, in order to continue duping the sickened public, are investing billions of dollars in the raft of well-paid, well-tutored, lapdog politicians and spokespersons that will allow the corporate gravy train to continue unimpeded, with little or no concern for the 99%.
Telephone Surveys as a Propaganda Tool
Every week or so during campaign season, corporate-controlled media groups do telephone surveys that ask skewed questions of a small number of allegedly “statistically significant” landline phone owners that happen to answer the phone calls (cell phone owners seem to be excluded, a serious flaw that makes the results suspect). Select results of the surveys are dutifully reported on the corporate-controlled media, often stating that “most Americans view the country as moving in the wrong direction” – with the implication that the political party currently in power (rather than the corporate elites that control the agendas of both parties) is responsible for the lack of public confidence and therefore deserving of being thrown out of office.
The pollsters never do surveys asking people to evaluate the job performance of the leadership of America’s corrupted capitalist system and its exploitive and extractive economy that is systematically devastating the environment. If such a survey were ever taken, I suspect that the Wall Street and War Street profiteers and the other captains of industry (those that are so obscenely rich that they can afford armed bodyguards, private chauffeurs and live in mansions in more than one gated community) would have trouble getting much more than a single-digit job approval rating.
Ratings for their corporations, despite the billions of dollars spent “green-washing” their images on TV, would be similar to the 9 % approval rating of the US Congress (and nowhere near the supposedly disastrous 46 % job approval rating for President Obama. Most of us 99 Percenters would testify, if we were ever asked, that it is the unelected 1 Percenter misleaders and their corporations that are leading America in the wrong direction, laughing all the way to their off-shore tax-evasion banks.
I would like to see an unbiased poll of mental healthcare folks and others who have witnessed up close and personal the tortured bodies, psyches and souls of America’s suicidal and homicidal combat veterans (not to mention their traumatized battlefield “enemy” victims, most of whom were innocent non-combatant civilians, especially women and children) who were wasted in the illegal and stupid Cheney/Rumsfeld/Bush wars for oil in Afghanistan and Iraq. I suspect that such folks would denounce, if asked to be entirely truthful, the corporate war profiteers and their Congressional lobbyists that have been keeping the military/industrial/congressional/media complex’s gravy train going full steam ahead. Isn’t it obvious that it is those unelected 1 Percenters behind such immoral activities that need to be resisted, shunned and thrown out of power?

British playwright Harold Pinter won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2005. His powerful acceptance speech exposed the United States for its fascist, imperialist policies since World War II. His speech (delivered three years before he died in 2008) was an important glimpse into – and a reasonable summary of — the innumerable documentable US imperialistic crimes that have been secretly facilitated by our multinational corporations, our national security apparatus, our military leaders, our wealthy elites and the craven politicians who are beholden to those four realities that have shaped American foreign policy over the past 60 years.
True American patriots, if they really love the United States, must be honest about the dishonorable, dark side of their nation’s history, a history that the rest of the world, especially Pinter, sees so clearly. “What Did You Do During The War, Daddy?” was the title of a wonderful but sobering book written by Sabine Reichel. Reichel was born in 1946 to Nazi collaborator parents in bombed-out Hamburg, Germany in 1946. Her parents had been upper class citizens prior to the war and they managed to maintain their respectability after the war. Her mother and father, like so many other obedient “good” Germans of the Nazi-era never talked to their child about what they had done during the Hitler years. The unwelcome truth only came out much later, during Reichel’s early adult years. The book details her experiences in trying to obtain the answers to the book’s title question.
“What did you do during the war, daddy” has been a dreaded question for many soldier-fathers (as well as for some civilian parents) who collaborated (actively or passively) with warmongers in times of war, and who then discovered, too late, that they had been on the ethically wrong side of what turned out to be an unjust war – a war that might have been contrary to what they had been told, a war of aggression or corporate resource exploitation and therefore a war that was an international war crime, a crime against humanity or a crime against the peace.
And whether or not they had been deceived by their corporate-controlled governments and media outlets (shadow or otherwise) about the realities of those wars, any parent will dread being asked probing questions such as these: More

The CIA’s Invention of the “Conspiracy Theorist” Smear Campaign to Discredit Dissenters
In his 2013 book, Conspiracy Theory in America, author Lance deHaven-Smith traced the term “conspiracy theory” back to a CIA propaganda campaign that was designed to discredit doubters of the Warren Commission’s fake search into who assassinated President Kennedy in Dallas. In this light, the use of this pejorative term is obviously a tactic to shame and humiliate those who saw through the ulterior motives of the commission, and thus effectively censor out or even banish anyone who questions official government accounts.
The Warren Commission, to its eternal shame, ignored the testimony of a multitude of eye witnesses to the crime that proved that there were shooters both behind and in front of Kennedy’s motorcade. Many witnesses, none of whom were called to testify, had heard shots coming from the grassy knoll in front of the motorcade.
One of those eye-witnesses was an emergency room physician that attended Kennedy’s dying body. I have been receiving a lot of mail from folks asking why I’ve taken a mild leave of absence from broadcasting and writing op-ed pieces for The Ugly Truth. I will appear from time to time, but on a more limited basis, both with The Ugly Truth and Press TV. I’ve been reassessing what good I’m actually doing, given the seemingly inexorable and disastrous direction the American Empire has embarked upon, and what seems like the absolute passivity and indifference of the American public to their own fate in all of this, not to mention the world. In more recent times, I’ve been working on theological articles while preparing to resume my thesis for my last degree along with some theological German study. I’m also job hunting to supplement my income as I assess the future. The bottom line is this: The title of this piece tells you what I’ve concluded about the country and the American people. It isn’t a happy endgame. What appears below are my latest thoughts at the present time.]

As he was preparing to leave office in 1961, President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned that “America must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence…by the military-industrial complex.” Borrowing the title from the Frank Capra Defense Department propaganda films of World War II, documentary film maker Eugene Jarecki chronicled the Eisenhower warning in Why We Fight, a production that would win the Grand Jury Prize at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival.
I vaguely remember Eisenhower. What I didn’t know as a little boy in the summer of 1960 when my family piled into my Dad’s new white Plymouth Station Wagon to depart Alexandria, Virginia for McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, was the fact that Dad was working for the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), the intelligence organization created by Eisenhower to work with the CIA and the AEC in monitoring Soviet nuclear tests, explosions, and missile sites around the world. I did not know that my father was acquainted with Eisenhower, Curtis LeMay, Paul Tibbets of the Enola Gay, and many other storied names of the Second World War and the Cold War that followed. I would learn a number of things about Dad in the decades that followed. There are many other things I never learned, even as he was losing both coherence and consciousness in the final days of his life in San Antonio in May of 2009. Allen Dulles was correct. There are some things that remain secret “from inception to eternity.”
In 1961, as a denizen of kindergarten at the Arthur S. Dudley Elementary School on an American Air Force reservation in Sacramento, I also had no idea that my father would also become acquainted with President Kennedy. All I knew was that Kennedy was the most handsome and dynamic man I’d ever seen on TV, with the most beautiful wife to match. With Kennedy in office, watching Arnold Palmer on TV winning the British Open, making many trips to San Francisco’s Candlestick Park to see Willie Mays in his prime, and trekking to old Kezar Stadium to watch the football 49ers, my idyllic childhood on the West Coast was wedded to an America filled with hope, youth, and limitless future. Mythology and visual images seemed to correspond with reality. The realities of what Seymour Hersh would reveal in his 1996 chronicle of the Kennedy years entitled “The Dark Side of Camelot,” did not correspond to my universe as a kid in the America of the early 1960s. There is a parallel system of govt that has been stealthfully formed around us to overtake our federal/state and local system. This parallel system or shadow goverment consists of mostly state and regional boards, commission and agencies that are unelected and unaccountable to the people.
These boards/commissions and bodies have tremendous power and are now dictating policy to local counties and cities. Many of these agencies cannot be audited and are incorporating outside of California to avoid the open meetings act.
Federal and state funding are being given to these bodies bypassing the local municipalities giving them great power to coerce local cities and counties into implementing Agenda21 land use, transportation, climate and other policies.
In addition Public/private partnerships are being formed daily to further dilute the accountability and control within our state. These partnerships allow this shadow govt to hide behind and protect private businesses from lawsuits, environment regulations giving unfair advantage to these corporations thereby killing their true private competitors.
In a few weeks California will have a carbon credit trading scheme foisted upon us that will further kill our economy. This regulation was enacted supposedly to stop the evil corporations from polluting our air and water. However, all of those corporation who are favored by the shadow system, known as Benefit Corporations, will get waivers so the real damage by these regulations will be to the middle class.
In a few short months I predict that California will lose thousands more jobs, our businesses will not be able to compete and our economy will fail.
Please DO NOT come bail this state out!
I believe the rest of the country will be asked to save California because “We are too big to fail!” Do not fall for this. California was meant to fail by design. All the Marxist policies that have been implemented in this state were designed to overrun the system so it would fail and then the govt could come in and take over.
Please do not bail us out.

Voteall you want, the flight plan does not change no matter who wins. We got us a big election coming up and of course the country is dividing itself right down the middle at least in some areas. For most of us out here this coming election means nothing. The usual arguments over whether we are flying headlong intosocialism or, if we are in fact in the throws of fascism seem to have lost their appeal. Most have realized that whether socialism or fascism the end result is the same; a ruling class and the rest of us servants. It just depends on which sales pitch appeals to you. For most of us, we have had it with the snake oil politicians and their ever changing sales pitch’s.
Fascism, the overtaking of government by corporations, is hidden behind euphoric, glorious terms; Free markets, free trade, globalism and the world economy. Most who subscribe to this pitch appear to be fearful of being cut out of the action, maybe not getting a piece of the global pie or at least a piece as big as they thought they should get. Socialism, the plan for the common people, will see many fall never to rise again.
In 2010, even many hard-core Republicans were relieved to see the end of the Bush/Cheney neo-cons and the unending assaults on freedom and our rights. Eight years of what was, in my opinion, the most treacherous, murderous, pathologically evil cabal that had seized control of our country, was finally over. What we were to find out was that it would only be continued under the new president, and taken so much further.
The election of Obama gave the country its first sense of hope after eight years of massive walls of lies, deceit, manipulation and some of the most corrupt individuals to ever find their way into our government. We replaced the neo-cons with Obama/Biden. We should have listened more closely to that victory speech, but we didn’t. We were too relieved, too hopeful and far too enthralled with this new president and the promises made; promises we thought meant a return to liberty, to integrity and honor. We should have listened more closely and not allowed our emotions to cloud our critical thinking.
Fundamentally changing
Obama asked in his acceptance speech if we were ready to join him in fundamentally changing our country. What did we think he meant? Did any one of us think to ask….fundamentally change it how? More
How many times are we going to have to hear the pointless arguments about which faction of the one party presidential race is going to create jobs (we know they can’t) or which has a better economic plan (they don’t’) or who has a better foreign policy (who are we going to attack next)? Not one of these issues is important as not one addresses the actual concerns of the American public which is being asked to cast their vote for one of two political con artists whose personal agenda, private allegiances and alliances, and political monetary obligations likely has nothing to do with what the country needs. Either way, the subjugation to the UN, the reducing of the US to third world status and the headlong stampede into fascism as corporations wrench final control of the US government away from the country, will continue as planned.
We are a country in the midst of a nearly complete transformation that will render us anything but a free people. The US corporation that operates as the federal government in the District of Criminals determined that we, the people, were the greatest enemy they faced. The false flag attacks on 9/11 were what Dick Cheney and his PNAC conspirators hoped it would be, the New Pearl Harbor…..the needed excuse that would be used to bring to an end, finally, to our Constitution including its bill of rights and to our freedom.

Have you ever wondered what the real cost of those proposed socialist programs are going to be – once most of the programs of the Democrat-Socialists are fully implemented in the United States, against the will of the American people of course. Have you ever wondered what your quality of life will be once these costs finally hit your wallet. As you look these mind-boggling, very high tax rates, keep in mind that in spite of these astronomical figures, these European countries are still not able to finance their social engineering and social welfare programs exclusively from tax revenues. Just about all of the European countries are also deeply mired in public debt of gargantuan proportions. Greece has reached the point where its debt is so huge it is in imminent danger of defaulting. That is the reason the European economic community has intervened to bail them out yet again.
If you’re following the international financial news, you know Spain and Portugal are right behind Greece.
Thanks to our current administration and the many Democrat-Socialist and Liberal-Republican administrations and politicians who came before, the United States is now heading right down the same path. Surely, both political parties can share the blame.
The VAT tax named in the table is the national sales tax that Europeans pay and that kind of a tax is exactly what you can expect to see the Obama administration proposing after the fall elections, if they win. This will be on top of the U.S. federal income tax
The initial percentage in the United States will not be anywhere near the outrageous numbers you now see in Europe, but then again neither were the federal income tax rates very high back in 1913, when that tax started. The current outrageous numbers in Europe didn’t start out as outrageous either. They started out as minuscule – right around the 1% or 2% where they will start out in the United States. Magically, however, they were increased over the years to where they are now. If history is a guide, the American taxpayers can expect the same thing here.

Proof positive that monopoly capitalism is still alive and well, and growing worldwide, arrived in my mailbox this morning in the form of my latest Comcast statement. I have internet access, only, yet Comcast has now added TV service – without my having ordered it and against my wishes – and they have more than doubled my usual rate.
Instead of charging an additional $30 or so for TV access, they tacked on a nominal charge of $1.99 for the TV service and doubled the rate for internet access so that, now I’ll be paying the same for internet access as I would have paid before for both services. Thus, my statement has gone from last month’s $31.92 to $67.61 – all without notice or permission from me! Of course, my only recourse is to either pay the bill or cancel my service altogether, which I cannot do, as I need the service for my communications. Even my phone (Magic Jack) requires cable internet access. Without internet access, I can’t prospect for a job or contact employers. I can’t stay in touch with my friends and relatives, either. So, now I have no choice but to pay the bill in order to continue my service. More

As hard as the White House tries to change the subject, the war over healthcare just won’t go away; and it shouldn’t. Public health is not in the enumerated powers of the constitution and is written into the corporate US Code & Title as a non-positive title.
Public health is non-positive meaning it cannot be used as the basis for criminal charges and cannot be codified into binding US law. As a non-positive entry it is unenforceable. Any law passed by congress regarding public health is non-binding and unenforceable, and they know it. So does every state attorney general out there as does every blowhard attorney and scholar who claims the federal government is within its rights when they know for a fact, it is not. The Executive Branch of our federal government has become a 500 pound tick that’s being fed by a 50 pound dog (the American people) due to presidential Executive Orders (EOs). EOs – not to be confused with Eos, the supernaturally beautiful goddess of Greek mythology – have become an ugly fact of American life, ever since our terrible conflagration known as the American Civil War.
An Executive Order (EO) is an order made by a president that has the full force and effect of any laws constitutionally passed by congress, and signed by the president. Mr. G. Richard Wagoner, the chairman and chief executive officer of General Motors, was recently forced to resign his position because of pressure from the Obama administration. He was told that if he didn’t leave, the Obama administration would not give General Motors any more federal bailout money. President Obama also told General Motors and the Chrysler Corporation that if they wanted more federal bailout money, they would have to shrink and refocus their businesses according to his (the federal government’s) wishes.
In our country’s history, there have been some limited instances of the federal government exercising some sort of control over private industry, but that was during wartime. The current assault on American capitalism by the Obama administration is unprecedented in both its scope and speed and should raise the red flag of alarm for all freedom-loving Americans.
World history has shown us that the implementation of strict government controls over private industries has been one of the first steps in the introduction of various forms of Fascism to formerly free countries. The practice of a government taking control of private industries was refined by Benito Mussolini in Italy in the 1920’s and it is called ‘corporatism.’
According to Wikipedia, political scientists use the term ‘corporatism’ to describe “a practice whereby a state, through the process of licensing and regulating officially-incorporated social, religious, economic, or popular organizations, effectively co-opts their leadership or circumscribes their ability to challenge state authority by establishing the state as the source of their legitimacy, as well as sometimes running them, either directly or indirectly.” Mussolini described it more simply when he said, “Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.”
Some corporatist-style regimes of the 20th century included those of Benito Mussolini of Italy (1922-1945), Adolph Hitler of Germany (1933 to 1945); Francisco Franco of Spain (1936 to 1973); Juan Peron of Argentina (1943 to 1955) and even our own President Franklin Roosevelt (1933 to 1945) during the ‘New Deal.’ The Mussolini, Hitler, Franco and Peron regimes were brutal, totalitarian, Fascist dictatorships, but not all the regimes that had a corporatist foundation were fascist. The Roosevelt administration, despite its many faults, could not be described as fascist, but the ‘New Deal’ program was definitely corporatist.
Corporatism boils down to this: The government tells industry (and eventually labor unions) what to do and that they must do it for the supposed good of the country, or else their individual leaders will pay a price. Does this sound similar to what is happening to the auto industry today?
Where in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize the President of the United States to fire the head of a major private corporation just because he disagrees with his management policies?Where in the U.S. Constitution does it authorize the President of the United States to decide what kind of cars a private company will build? or what kind of car I will drive? President Barack ‘Mussolini’ Obama is taking this country down a very dangerous road and a road that America has never taken before.
Confucius said “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Are the ‘corporatist’ policies of President Obama and his administration just the first steps of many in a move towards a government takeover of our major industries? Are these policies much different than those that Mussolini and Hitler initiated in the early stages of their rise to power?
With the Politburo in our expanding federal government now having the power to hire and fire the leaders of major private corporations and to tell the auto makers what cars they can produce, will they soon be telling Americans what kind of cars they can drive; how much money they can earn; where they can go to school, what sodas they can drink, what foods they can’t eat, where they can travel, what national ID card they must carry at all times and it will impose any number of other restrictions on them. Look at California, where the state legislature is currently considering banning black cars by 2012, for some bogus global warming reason.
Thomas Jefferson said: “A government big enough to give you everything you want, is big enough to take away everything you have.” Americans must remember that we cannot fully enjoy our freedoms and liberties in America unless we keep our government limited. As our government grows and becomes more intrusive, as it is today, it is our freedoms and liberties that are becoming limited.

What is about to befall us is no accident.The planning that has gone into the destruction of not only our economy, but our sovereignty as a nation has been carefully staged to make it appear almost accidental and will presented as the only way out.
The Security & Prosperity Partnership that erodes our sovereignty is not an accident and neither is the intent to merge the US, Canada and Mexico into one big corporately controlled region which recognizes neither sovereignty nor national identity.
To facilitate this coup, successive congresses have ceded their authority not only to the executive, but also to government agencies created for the sole purpose of implementing various aspects of this coup intended to dismantle individual pieces of the plan.Then over the last eight years, our economy was intentionally brought to the edge of ruin; an edge that will never see us returned to our former state.
The bailout bills, stimulus bills are all focused on maintaining the same institutions and agencies that have created the crisis.All the admonishments we have been subjected to regarding globalization, free markets, free trade, capitalism and how necessary these things were to a thriving economy have shown themselves to be nothing more than the tools for destroying one economy after another while a select few benefited enormously at everyone else’s expense.Again, this was no accident.
If any one of the arguments for the unmitigated greed that has taken place were actually true……why didn’t we, in a free capitalist, free market, free trading, no interference in corporate business……let these businesses go down just like we are letting homeowners and workers?Just like we are allowing small businesses and enterprises to?
While we bail out one corrupt sector after another not one of those concerned politicians offered up the idea of borrowing a trillion dollars to bail out main street.That would be unconscionable…that would be socialism! Or worse…communism!But we have no problem with fascism. We castigate homeowners who overextended themselves, but reward predatory lenders, mismanaged investment companies, banks and insurance companies.We reward international corporations with multi-billion dollar subsidies and tax credits and breaks while they post billions in corporate profits and then we take part in the social disparaging of those who are on welfare.
We are throwing what will amount to trillions of dollars into the coffers of businesses and individuals who should have been hung publicly for the damage they have done to our nation, but who were instead rewarded for their greed.And, to add insult to injury….they expect us to finance this debt.But I have these questions:
Why are these companies who got these funds not held liable for repaying them?If throwing this money into them will make them profitable again….why can’t they repay these loans from their profits rather than taxpayers?
Not one of those individuals who created this supposed crisis has had to give up anything….not assets, homes, cars, yachts, jets….nothing.
On the other hand……how many of you got to keep your home, cars, or anything else you had when you realized you had hit bottom?Did anyone offer to bail you out?To borrow money and hold your neighbors responsible for paying it back?
Our government as a whole has acted not to protect us, but instead aligned itself with those who they believe will substantially reward them for their efforts.
In order for the North American Union to replace the sovereign United States, we had to be destroyed….otherwise we would never accept the conversion.We have to lose our jobs, our homes, and soon our access to food.We have to be humbled, made submissive and threatened with our very existence.We have to have everything we have known, everything we believed in; even our freedom taken from us to make us quietly accept the conversion from free sovereign nation to one of corporate controlled region.
We are on the verge of collapse and life as we have known it is about to change radically.At some point, when enough of us are hungry, homeless and without hope the political corporate monster that we have allowed the government to morph into will show itself.Those who speak for this monster will start out by saying, ….”We have to act quickly to protect the American people…..at this point I would suggest you make the decision whether to try to run or to stand up and fight for what is rightfully yours.
Nevada, Nevada, Nevada – why in the world would you submit now to a Real ID? The American public is not facing the music the financial world has been playing for over 10 weeks now. We are flat busted. We don’t have money to finance a bailout or other federal-to-state programs. Things have been engineered to go bankrupt. The NWO cannot have it both ways. This is why I would turn to a State like Nevada and say, WHY CAVE NOW? Wyoming I can see because they begat the monster a.k.a Dick Cheney. As I have said before, greenlighting Real ID is like committing to a federal railroad infrastructure plan when the surrounding states have shrugged it off. In this case, Nevada gets their fascist IDs and moves them forward to the border annnnd? And no one in the next state will observe or translate the technology or coordinate databases. What a waste.
Maybe their officials should stop frying in the desert on the good drugs the biometrics lobbys are paying for and wake up to their own prospects of identity theft and family violence. Nevada is going to wind up on the wrong side of the RFID deal.
Government is government and business is business and the two are very different from each other.A business exists solely to earn profits for its owners.On the other hand, a prime function of government is to keep the playing field level between citizens so that no one person or groups of people can take unfair advantage of others.This being the case, it should be clear that the goals of government and corporations are at cross purposes with each other.A business earns profits by exploiting its environment and seeking advantage in the market place.In contrast, governments exist to ensure that a business does not wrongfully exploit the environment, take unfair advantage of their competitors or customers, and operates in a manner that is beneficial and positive for all concerned.
It should be obvious that a business will maximize profits if it is able to control the environment within which it operates.Unfortunately, it is also obvious that the best ways of doing this is to influence and control the government which is supposed to be controlling it.And there’s the rub.When a corporation is able to control its government, corruption is the order of the day and instead of properly performing one of its prime functions, the government in question, instead, aids and abets the corporation so it can wrongfully have its way with us.So it is in the United States today.Corporations have such a lock upon our government and the other institutions of our society that they are free to plunder us and our national resources at will.The situation has progressed to the point where capitalism, the goose that laid the golden egg for the people of this nation, has now become a curse upon us.Capitalists are now our masters instead of being our servants and without any controls upon them they are self-serving masters at best.
Validation of the foregoing is clearly evident all around us.These include a revolving door between corporations and their controlling governmental agencies, a Medicare Prescription Drug Program that benefits drug companies more that it does program participants, a government which is hostile to environmental concerns and global warming issues, multi-billion dollar corporate contracts awarded on a no bid basis without any semblance of control or accountability, a government which totally ignores over-population issues, a monetary system primarily beneficial to its owners that is bankrupting our Nation, a government that is flooding the nation with immigrants and only pays lip service to the issue of illegal immigration, a government that is dissolving our borders and which places trade issues before and above our sovereignty, energy policies that favor and enrich energy companies, a flagrant de-regulation of corporations in all sectors of our economy, the wonton and unbridled privitation of traditional governmental functions including those of our armed forces, and the creation of a New World Order where corporations rule and hold ultimate authority over our government and economic well being.
As a people, this is where we are today and this did not happen to us by accident.We lost control of our lives and government in 1913 with passage of the Federal Reserve Act which created the Federal Reserve Bank, a privately owned corporation which was wrongfully given the power to earn profits by loaning us our own money at interest.Because of this, Americans were forced to pay an income tax on the fruits of their labor which helped make the robber baron bankers rich beyond their wildest dreams.This wrongfully acquired wealth gave rise to the New World Order and its stepchild, the World Trade Organization (WTO).Incredibly, this criminal organization, by way of a simple unconstitutional legislative act, was given authority over and the power to overrule, our Congress, President, and our Supreme Court.
This last statement is not speculation or fantasy but, instead, a cold hard fact substantiated by the GATT accord which states that, “Each member (of the WTO) shall ensure the conformity of its laws, regulations, and administrative procedures with its obligations as provided (for) in the annexed Agreements”.The annexed Agreements establish a procedure whereby the Ruling Panels of the WTO will be the final authority over all disputes between members.At first glance, this seems innocent enough but the true power and reach of the WTO becomes evident when one realizes that almost everything that happens within the borders of a nation affects the costs of goods sold and traded in world markets.And this includes environmental laws, laws concerning workers and their well being, laws affecting interstate commerce, etc, etc.In short, the WTO is not just a world trade organization but instead, a World Government which over time, will grow in power and control such that national origin will have little meaning other than to describe the area of the world within which a person is born.National differences and identity will become non-existent and meaningless.
The establishment of the WTO and other sovereignty busting treaties such as NAFTA and CAFTA opened up the world for American corporations and predictable, they moved their operations overseas in droves where they could take advantage of lax environmental laws and the cheap labor of third world countries.Corporate flight progressed to such a degree that the United States is no longer an industrial nation and has now what is euphemistically called a consumer economy.This is bad enough, but concurrent with the plunder of the industrial base of this nation, corporate influence brought on a wave deregulation which, unfortunately, included our financial and banking institutions.Predictably, the loosening of financial controls brought on a housing boom as speculators kited the value of property and homes throughout the nation.This largess eventually resulted in the mortgage meltdown and market crash we presently are in.This is where America finds itself today; woefully in debt and going deeper in dept with each passing day, in a recession with no end or bottom in sight, fighting a debilitating two front war of imperialism to no ones benefit but the terrorists, and dragging the rest of the world down into the cesspool we created or more correctly, the cesspool created by the New World Order and the corporate moguls who foolishly and self-servingly thought that a return to the wild west days of the early industrial revolution was the best way to bring freedom and prosperity to the world.
Many years ago, we used to subscribe to the notion of enlightened self-interest as being the fundamental driving force behind our capitalist economic system.However, of late we have forgotten the adage that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.We also forgot that man is essentially a greed driven animal and if given the power to control his own economic environment, greed will become dominant at the expense of what is right, moral, reasonable, correct, proper, and/or enlightened.With the demise of unions, Government was the only remaining entity that could possibly moderate and control the excesses of corporations and the unfortunate truth of the matter is that corporations, through greed, petty self-interest, and the power of the almighty dollar have rendered our government useless and ineffectual for this purpose.The situation has progressed to the point where our government is no longer our government.Instead, it is a tool used by corporations and the New World Order to keep us docile and compliant while they have their way with us.
Now that the inevitable collapse has come, everyone, including the corporations who engineered this mess, is calling upon government to step in and save us.How wonderful!Our industrial base is gone, inflation and war has sapped our savings, retirement funds, and purchasing power and our government in a final act of stupidity and senselessness, elects to bail out our failed banking industry by buying up its bad debt.Doesn’t anyone in government realize that it is using fiat money to buy up debt that was created by the banks with the stroke of a pen?Unconscionable, borrowing and debt brought on this crisis and to address it, our government decides to borrow more and put us further into debt so financial institutions will once again begin to loan people money they do not have in the first place.And then on top of all this, we are expected to spend more money we do not have to stimulate the economy when everything spent eventually ends up in the hands of foreign corporations.Truly, confidence in our government and our financial institutions is what is needed to get us out of this mess, but under our present circumstances, any citizen who has confidence in our government and the financial institutions which rule us is so out of touch with reality that they are certifiably insane.
In 1913, our government, in violation of our Constitution, created the Federal Reserve Bank and gave corporations control of our government.We are now experiencing the inevitable fruits of this New World Order; ineffectual and dysfunctional government, gross and flagrant corruption of all the institutions of our society, dissolution of our borders, collapse of our monetary system, the plundering of our wealth and resources, and the robbing of our rights, heritage, and freedom.And now to save us, our government has been blackmailed into rewarding those who did this to us by using our money to buy up their mistakes.
We, as a people, must do everything possible to restore our Republic and once again become a free and independent nation.To accomplish this, the first step we should take is to repeal the Federal Reserve Act and take back control of our money supply and economy.In conjunction with this, GATT, NAFTA, and CAFTA should be repealed and all banks associated with the Federal Reserves System nationalized.Our dept to the Federal Reserve Bank and foreign interests should be declared null and void and all foreign aid should immediately cease.We should then close all our overseas military bases and bring our troops to help protect and rebuild this Nation.Finally, criminal proceeding should be brought against those who engineered our financial collapse and turned our government into a criminal enterprise.

The first thing every citizen should do before voting in the upcoming election is to read the U. S. Constitution which establishes the Rule Of Law this nation has followed to become tops in almost every category of governance. It is proven that America’s standard of living and ability toward innovation and progress has been unequalled. Why then are there so many people applying pressure to junk this system and move toward socialism?
Socialist connections enter into conversations daily: world class, multicultural, diversity, equality, social justice, communitarian, community service, sustainable development, internationalism, environmentalism, excellence, group learning, lifelong learning, relativism, public/private partnerships are a few that come to mind. These words are used to do one thing, and that is to destroy the culture that we have known and replace it with a new form of socialist governance.
Former Soviet Premier Khrushchev said we will be transformed into socialist/communist state without firing a shot by slow, incremental changes in our system. His words are rapidly coming true. Change agents (there are schools to train them) are active daily and have infiltrated every controlling element of society. The result is that our schools no longer teach students an understanding of the U.S. Constitution, American history, civics, geography, and are light on reading, writing and math but heavy on responsibility to the “common good.”
Our Federal government has signed international laws, treaties and agreements that promote and in many instances force socialistic controls on business and citizens. In some cases, like the Kyoto Treaty, when we have not signed the Treaty, many of the requirements are introduced anyway through government action.
The United Nations has steadily gained power through international agreements over decades, always called “voluntary” but once signed that carry the influence of law. Their footprints can be found in our national, state, county and township laws. Examples are “Smart Growth, transportation, endangered species, wetlands, water control, land control, air control, etc. The ingenious part of this is that some of these things are helpful, providing the tools to sell them to the public but never exposing the ultimate end game of total control.
Your probably wondering why all the explanation. It is because as all this has been going on, most leaders in control of our Congress and legislatures, regardless of which major party, have apparently fallen into the belief that socialism is the way to go and capitalism is no longer viable. It is an exercise in greed and power. Socialism has been tried many times and has never worked. A prime reason is that socialism represents an oligarchy of elites making all decisions for the workers (slaves.) Our founders warned us against this very possibility.
Leaders seem to agree that the U.S. has advanced too quickly over other world nations and needs to be brought down to its knees while funding the advancement of other nations never acknowledging that our advancement brings other nations up as well. Proof is everywhere if you make the effort to look.
A tried and true method of moving socialism ahead quickly is to create a crisis and then magically present a government solution that the public buys into because they are engulfed in fear and want a quick fix. Current examples are global warming, oil and gasoline shortages and the sub-prime mortgage debacle. Do you really think experts at the governing level had no hand in creating these problems that affect our culture, society and pocket books?
This election season, we MUST screen candidates to assure they will live up to the oath they take when elected to honor and protect the U.S. constitution, as presented by the founders, when making laws for the people.The elites pulling the strings of our economic and political system knew exactly what they were doing when creating the economic crisis we are now faced with. Since at least the early 80’s when President Bush “I” proclaimed “We are moving toward a single world order,” the well planned structure to accomplish world governance over national governance has been well oiled by controlling elites and set into motion.
As in all efforts to accomplish world order, first the structure in place must be eliminated, or weakened to a state of unimportance. Then the new structure can be introduced into the vacuum created. Examples of this abound in our culture.
Education, one of the first targets in any takeover of governance, has been converted to the socialistic UN “Education For All” world format.
Trade agreements have been used to strip manufacturing and middle class jobs from our system as well as grease the skids for a “Region of the Americas through unconstitutional initiatives like the Security and Prosperity Partnership (a monumental oxymoron) which has not even been approved by Congress.
Elements of U.N. Agenda 21, the blueprint for single world order, have been introduced throughout our business, political and governing agencies in initiatives like “public/private partnerships, smart growth” and others.
The transition of America from a stable economic nation to one of total indebtedness is there for all to see.
Now we have the collapse of our banking system with the inevitable “government fix” that will undoubtedly have been passed by Congress as you read this which solidifies a “public/private partnership” of monumental size that provides government oversight in yet another large segment of our economic system.
How long will it be before the dollar loses its world support and we are told we must introduce a new regional exchange, the Amero to compete with the Euro??? The hundreds of public/private partnerships introduced in the last couple of decades are simply introductions of government into business, in other words, Fascism. Honest reporting of this banking crisis would have started back on 1993 when Republicans in Congress tried to introduce legislation to provide some controls over Freddy Mae but were shot down by numerous Democrats proclaiming there was no problem. I believe it was President FDR that said “nothing in politics happens that isn’t planned.” That still applies today.
Both major party Presidential candidates are members of the Council On Foreign Relations whose mission is single world governance. When will people wake up and realize that if we do not begin to stop this movement NOW and begin following our U.S. constitution as intended by the founders, there will be no freedom and power of the people? “For the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country”-men for becoming a little aware of how badly they are being screwed. Officials in government, corporations and media, along with illegals, who caused this destruction, should plan on running for their very lives. Government officials who refuse to comply with the Constitution and desires of the People have no legitimate power, they are Criminals, Rogues, Usurpers and Traitors.
It is now urgent that we vote politicians out of office who ignore demands of more than 75% to 90% of the people by unconstitutionally givinghundreds of billions of dollars to their corporate paymasters as follows:
1. Unconstitutionally allowing illegals to invade and remain for corporate profits, but at great cost to Americans in lost jobs, blood and treasure.
2. Unconstitutionally voting for so called Free Trade deals like NAFTA to eliminate American jobs for corporate profits.
3. Voting for 10 visa and other immigration programs to replace American workers.
4. Now voting for a 700 billion dollar bailout for both foreign and domestic corporations responsible for the meltdown. This is in addition to a much larger amount of credit being given by the Private Federal Reserve Bank without fanfare. All of this without Constitutional authority, while ignoring the demands and welfare of almost 100% of the people. Hundreds of Economists say this cash infusion will reward the greedy who caused and profited from the meltdown while prolonging it with additional losses for the people. The Senate in its arrogance just added another 150 billion dollars to the bailout bill which included a lot of pork.
5. The only possible result is massive inflation resulting in worthless money, economic collapse and extreme suffering by the people. This is a perfect plan for the left, leading to a communist takeover.
6. This could not occur without the treasonous exercise of unconstitutional authority and expenditures by government officials.
This is the end game, where traitors take what they have not already stolen using the privately owned and unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank, with support of corrupt rogue officials in Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches at all levels of government who refuse to obey our constitution and laws. A few specifics of this Tyranny and high Treason are as follows:
· Without actions by the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank this meltdown would have been impossible; it is privately owned by corporate elites using unconstitutional Federal Reserve Notes as currency to steal our assets and impoverish us.
· The unconstitutional Federal Reserve Bank enabled and extended the Great Depression using deflation and their private owners bought what they wanted for next to nothing, and they are doing it again, but now they are using inflation.
· This Criminal Conspiracy (RICO) of government, corporate and media has reduced the value of our unconstitutional money to the point where it now requires more than three times as many dollars to buy constitutional gold currency as it did in 2000, which effectively raised our cost of living and is reducing value of our pensions, savings and investments to zero.
· Our Military and Police must refuse any orders from the rogue officials to deny citizens their Constitutional Rights or they may provoke a civil war and be tried as war criminals.
· This destruction of our economy is caused by unconstitutional actionsby government and the private Federal Reserve Bank. It is a failure of unconstitutional government socialism (fascism and communism), not free enterprise and capitalism.
· Bailout of corrupt bankers and investors will be at great cost, unconstitutional and devastating to the people. A bailout would do nothing either for Money and Interbank Markets that are close to a systemic meltdown. Again, corporate elites take the profits and their employees in Congress shift losses to the people. Read Nouriel Roubini.
· Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and everyone in real estate caused the meltdown and made millions. They were empowered by the private Federal Reserve Bank and unconstitutional laws to fund toxic mortgages and to donate millions to politicians. Banks were forced to accept a large percentage of unqualified loans. Our government paid ACORN and others millions to teach unqualified people, including illegals, how to game the system for mortgages and to commit massive voter fraud. This was not Capitalism, it was fraud, and another example of the failure of Socialism.
· Stockholders in Fannie and Freddie lost everything, but our government protected the 376 Billion Dollar investment by China, with our money.
· Ron Paul, the only one in congress who understands Economics said; Congress should reject this bailout because it is an immoral theft from taxpayers, it is unconstitutional and bad Economic policy. It is also money down a rat hole and will only make the dollar crisis that much worseThe true crisis is the pending collapse of the fiat dollar system. Ron Paul’s comments appear to be shared by every Economist in the country who is not associated with the criminals.
· Much of what the Federal Government does is simply unconstitutional and the average citizen has no access to justice, none. We must regain control of Congress so we can impeach and prosecute the criminals in all branches and levels of government.
· The wealthy, everywhere in the world know what is going on and they are buying gold and silver bars and coins so fast that there is a serious shortage.
Millions of Americans have been unconstitutionally allowed to be either murdered, killed, raped, robbed or molested by illegals so corporations could profit from cheap labor, mortgage scams and theft. The obvious objective is the continuing reduction in our standard of living to the point where Americans live and die homeless, hungry and in pain as slaves in the North American Union ruled by a Corporate New World Order.
The traitors can only take my country over my dead body, and the bodies of millions of other patriots, our people are the most heavily armed and trained in the world. Our objective is to defeat the traitors with the rule of law as long as we have sovereignty, before the people really feel the pain from the loss of everything and react with uncontrolled rage and bloodshed.
Our own history and experience is proof that the solution to our problems is simple; comply with dictates of our Constitution.

The concept of insurance seems to have outlived its usefulness and its original purpose.AIG was a perfect example of a supposed insurance company that was doing anything but providing the coverage it was selling.Bad investments using premiums as capital, AIG manipulated its books, failed to file the required annual federal documents, and its taxes. Insurance as we know and think of it no longer exists and has not for ten years or so.Insurance now means that these corporations can be assured that the premiums they have collected and mismanaged will continue to finance everything but claims.
We can’t help out the 1.7 million who have gone into foreclosure just this year…they should have known better, its their own faults…that would be socialism too.

We can’t extend unemployment benefits to those who lost employment due to off shoring of jobs and business closings, or due to the illegal hiring of illegal aliens.
The same companies and corporations now screaming that we have to bail them out were many of the same companies that closed businesses here and moved overseas for cheap labor.Why don’t they go to those markets and banks and get their bailout?
We cannot regulate or perpetrate any kind of oversight over the conduct and ethics of free market capitalists as that would again be socialism.
Michelle Bachmann of Minnesota when interviewed CNN claimed that regulation and oversight would be, socialism.No regulation and no oversight is fascism!I like socialism better.
We can’t confiscate the unethically or illegally acquired wealth of those who manipulated the system and are now blackmailing the public into bailing them out.
The same people who bankrupted and profited from the markets that are now collapsing for some reason are not being required to anti-up.In fact, many are walking away with millions in unearned severance bonuses and salaries.AND!Many of these same corrupt CEO’s are being considered for positions in managing the stolen billions confiscated from taxpayers. This is FASCISM.
We can’t repeal the special tax cuts to the upper 3% who benefited directly from this manipulated “free market”.That’s an unfair distribution of wealth.It’s unfair for the wealthy to be taxed regressively as the middle and poor classes are. You guessed it…that’s socialism or even worse communism.
But, for some reason redistribution of wealth is of no concern when you take from the poor and middle class and use that money to finance the wealthy who even during this calamity are unwilling to contribute and who will forfeit nothing!No one applies the term socialism to this redistribution.And they shouldn’t.The proper term is FASCISM!!
The same people who ran these businesses into the ground, their investors who condoned the practices that lead to this downfall, are unwilling to even talk about pooling their own collected resources and bailing themselves out.
These people have far more money than we do.Why are they not being held accountable for shoring up their own disaster?
While American citizens have been enraged over this bailout, the pro-corporate, business as usual terms of the bailout, congress plugs its ears and pretends not to hear.If ordinary people can look at this situation and see that not only is it not necessary, but totally unwarranted….what’s wrong with congress?
Absent from any past debates by the presidential wannabe’s, and what will most likely never be mentioned by either McCain or Obama, is any reference to the illegal and unconstitutional laws that have been passed in the last seven years.As long as these issues are never allowed to be brought up it prevents either of them from having to acknowledge that they voted for them or that they even know about them.
What has passed for “debates” over the last months should have outraged even the most apathetic among us.Tell-all MSM tabloid reporting should have had us all cutting off our dish and cable services.Instead millions of us tuned in so we could see “democracy in action!”And what a democracy it is!
Rather than allowing free and open questions, the debate sponsors…that would be huge corporations…..screened all the questions to determine which would be most important or appropriate.Apparently, important and appropriate did not include questions about illegal trade agreements, unconstitutional laws, loss of civil liberties and rights or the gross expansion of power Bush has granted the office of the presidency.Instead we were treated to carefully selected “questions” about national healthcare….the new divisive issue (we couldn’t really beat those anti-gay marriage and abortion horses again) and other soft issues that had no real relevance.
If we are to continue to allow the federal government to act as an agency that is independent of the American people (a dictatorship at the very least) we may as well skip all the phony debates and get right down to the issue of dispensing with elections altogether.I suggest we just let one corrupt regime after another decide who or if there will be a successor and leave the rest of us out of it.Oh…wait minute…..they’re already doing that.
We already know that whether Democrat or Republican it’s all the same.We have no representation in the White House and we have none in congress.Vice president Cheney has declared himself not to be part of the executive branch which makes me wonder “then what exactly is he vice president of ?” and if he in fact is not part of that branch “how can he claim executive privilege in any situation or when any demands are made for his cooperation?”Now you’d have thought someone in congress might have asked those questions.
We have a House that passed (with only six “nays”) the HR 1955 legislation that makes domestic terrorists out of all of us for expressing our displeasure over the corruption of government and its agencies.The Anti-Terrorism and Homegrown Radicalization Act” or whatever that piece of unconstitutional garbage is, will effectively silence every dissenter in this country and, it will also prevent you from using your email, fax or phone to call your senator or representative to express your thoughts!Apparently to do so would mean that you are “terrorizing” that elected official.Of course the vote in the House was not a roll call recorded vote, so we have no record of who voted and how which makes absolutely no difference because it passed overwhelmingly.S 1595 is now in the Senate and Bush already has his handy-dandy pen ready to sign this legislation into public law.
Aside from these few things are the chronic attempts to pass or to attach amnesty legislation when the American public has expressed its disgust and opposition to this in monumental numbers. (This could be effectively ended with passage of S1959 and the Senate could then say they had no idea the public opposed it).
There is no real interest in controlling oil cartel profits while Americans struggle with artificially high gas prices, or, any attempt to regain control of our markets and economy by ending CAFTA and NAFTA and implementing a free market based on fair trade and what are economically sound trade policies.Nope!Too much money to be made there and too many lobbyists with bags of it to spread around.
Just as an aside:I wonder just how much money and what kind of perks it takes to get a senator or representative to betray the people who put them in office?
Other than Rep. Ron Paul, I know of no senator or representative, much less any presidential candidate, who has expressed any knowledge of the Security & Prosperity Partnership or the intent to create a North American Union.None but Rep. Paul that I know of, expressed any opposition to either of these and there sure hasn’t been any discussion of either issue in the House or Senate.Nor has there been any admission of knowledge about the Public/Private Partnerships (PPP’s) that form the working groups that are facilitating this forfeiture of our sovereignty or who is getting paid and how that payment is made. Of course we do know who is making the payments….we are.
As for the voting system, it is now so corrupt and controlled by global corporations that even paper ballots have become suspect.I am still amazed by people who know that our computers are hacked into daily by various government agencies and all of our interaction while online is dutifully recorded and examined, but who also believe that somehow voting machines can’t be tampered with.Or that they aren’t.Maybe they weren’t around for the last two presidential elections.
In the end, we are left with what has become an irrelevant and oppositional House and Senate, and a presidency that is well on its way to becoming a dictatorship if it is not in fact, already there.Our right to vote is overshadowed by being presented with candidates who only promise to continue the dismantling of our Republic and who also have no intentions of reversing any presidential directives, executive orders or legislation that have diminished the premise of a free nation with limited government.
As we come to this end, we still insist on separating our selves from each other over this false idea that we are either, left or right, conservative or liberal.This wedge that is so effectively driven into the public mindset is the most effective tool ever devised to keep the public from working together to control the government.As long as it remains a weapon of mass division, we will never have a government of the people, by the people or for the people.We will have only what we have now but more of it. More corruption, more malfeasance, more fascism and ultimately more betrayal.My question to all of you is this:Is it worth your life and liberty to let this continue?

How could it happen? Here in the US, in the greatest agricultural country ever to have existed…..and we are facing a food shortage. Already here in Minnesota, large food chains are limiting the number of bags of rice, flour and sugar. Stranger even still, as Minnesota is the #1 sugar beet grower in the nation. We are an agricultural based state, producing not only sugar beets, but corn, wheat, oats, soybeans, dairy and so many other foods, a food shortage cannot seem possible.
Corn prices have risen 60% this year and I would not find that objectionable if the increase was due to food supplies. Instead, we are burning food supplies (corn) to make biofuel in the belief this will decrease our consumption of foreign oil. Somehow, driving on an empty stomach doesn’t appeal to me much. At what point will we decide that access to food is far more important to us than cranking up these gas guzzling vehicles? And when will we understand that burning nearly a gallon of oil to produce a gallon of ethanol is not only inefficient, but produces 20% less usable energy is a carefully constructed recipe for disaster?
The sudden acceptance in the last few years (and that is “sudden” as slowly as our government moves when it doesn’t want something to happen) of fuel produced from corn should have made us all put on the brakes. After decades of fighting any chances of developing alternative fuels and intentionally making alternative energy production an impossibility, the government is now on board and fully supporting the research and development of biofuel. Now why would that be?
As always with those who operate behind the curtain, nothing happens until it is opportune to do so. Apparently the time has come to bring the hammer down. What we will face in the next few years will be so devastating to us as a society, nothing will ever be the same. The created food crisis will only be the tip of the iceberg, but, it is this crisis that will be the catalyst for plans made in advance for us, and whether or not we survive. Survival here should not be defined in limited terms. It should be an inclusive term, meaning everything we know, life as we have known it and whether we continue to live will be subject to our ability and determination. Those who comply with the coming changes will eat, those who don’t won’t.
Aside from the chemtrails appearing all over the world, but most especially here in the US….where a vast amount of food is produced ….. polymers, bacterium, heavy metals, barium and other pollutants and irritants are sprayed into our skies over vast areas. A sure sign that chemtrails are at work are the stunted crops, the lack of bees for pollination, and large numbers of birds of all sizes just dropping from the skies like stones having died in flight. Water testing after chemtrails are spotted shows a spike in barium among other things, and the resulting fish kills evidenced by dead fish washing ashore for miles is attributed to the sudden rise in some unknown bacteria appearing in the water. Keep in mind that before any of these toxic concoctions reach the ground or water supplies…..we breathe them in.
Food is the greatest enabler of control. Preventing its production either by agreements such as NAFTA and CAFTA among others, or by intentionally contaminating the food supply limits the amount of food available. If the wars didn’t put us in the street fighting the government, if the encouraged mass migration of illegal immigrants into the country hasn’t caused civil unrest, if the gross and blatant corruption of our government and the administrations obvious contempt for the people of the United States did not bring us to our feet in protest, then surely, cutting off our food supply will. Hungry people are angry people.
What our government wants to have happen more than any other thing is for us to rise up in civil disobedience and are prepared to utilize any mechanism, even food, to cause that to happen.
What the wars and corruption, the mass illegal immigration couldn’t bring about, a food shortage will. In anticipation of this preconceived plan to enable martial law, to rid the elite of the nuisance of government controlled by the governed, and to solidify the North American Union and the Security & Prosperity Partnership as the forerunners to one world government, we will see our food supply dwindle to almost nothing recognizable. THAT will make us take to the streets in protest. That will allow the administration to declare a national emergency, implement martial law and we will see Canadian troops on our streets to control us.
The food shortage that has been carefully planned is strategic as well. Already around the world less fortunate populations are unable to afford what little food is available and are beginning to fight back. And this is only the beginning. In the great created food crisis millions will suffer and die as “useless eaters” are purged from the earth. Starvation will do what AIDS, SARS, the phony Bird Flu and other attempts at mass depopulation haven’t accomplished. It will wipe out huge segments of the worlds populations and enable the conversion of the US, Canada and other advanced nations into states of despair. And it will facilitate the planned overthrow of our government in favor of total fascism by a group of global elitists who believe we are all expendable.
They needed a catalyst. They needed a reason to justify what they are about to do to us. And all of what is coming will be presented to us as the only way out……and many of us will willingly comply with the program.
