Remember when the country first elected Obama? Remember the collective sigh of relief as he spoke of returning the country to its former glory? Remember when we all thought he was going to end the neo-con overthrow of our government and country?

And remember when we all realized he had simply picked up where the Bush/Cheney Crime Syndicate left off and added some new twists of his own?

Remember how sick at your stomach you felt when you realized that Obama was Bush on steroids?

That’s kind of the same feeling too many of us out here have today. This wasn’t a mandate for Republicans although they are trying to sell it as if it was. It was a rejection of the corruption, the anti-American mind-set in the District of Criminals. And we had only two choices.

______________________________________________

34192_1thThere are few out here in the general public, regardless of supposed party affiliation, expressing any sense of celebration or excitement over last night’s election returns. We simply swapped one faction of the one-party system for the other. Most agree that nothing is going change other than the way the pre-planned agenda will be implemented.

Absent from any debates, if you could call the public displays put on by candidates on both sides a debate of any kind, was any discussion of the illegal and unwarranted spying by NSA and multiple other spy agencies operating without oversight.

No one mentioned or even discussed casually, the militarization of law enforcement against the public at large. Not one candidate mentioned the military tanks, the grenade launchers, assault rifles, SWAT gear, and other military weapons that local law enforcement is now arming themselves with for use on the very communities that employ them. Equipment that was paid for with taxpayer money or borrowed in the name of the People and produced so excessively that there was enough equipment to sell to other countries, to arm our own military and to arm local law enforcement against us. Maybe it was those who sat at their desks and did the actual spying, or those who wrote the programming that facilitated the spying. I contend that it was not Snowden who betrayed us; it was the NSA and its 55,000 employee’s (conservative estimate) who made the decision that our constitutional rights mattered not….after all, they work for the government!”

Here we go again. If we can just get the Democrats (Republicans) out of office and putthFLBPYT2F the Republicans (Democrats) in, everything will be better. I have to wonder just how many times we will buy this same old song and dance before we admit that regardless of whom we vote for, regardless of which party they originate from, the flight plan doesn’t change.

So, what is it we expect to be different? More

When we cannot believe anything that comes from our elected officials; when lies are accepted and expected from the same and are considered par for the course, it may be time to reassess who we are and what we are willing to endure in the way of political candidates.”

____________________________________________________

Most of us have dispensed with the fictional divisions of party lines, having concluded that the lies and egregious conduct occurs with regularity in both factions of the one party system that exists in the District of Criminals.  While some seem to think referring to Washington D.C. in this manner is disrespectful, I disagree.

Our Constitution, or what is left of it, and many of our common laws are violated, struck down, and1506053_573371442759085_1751992908_n otherwise unlawfully tampered with by the very same people who swore to uphold them. (Is this not an criminal act?)  Anyway, that was the deal, right? Yet, everyday we see those same officials disregard the Constitution, break the common laws, profit from selling their office and votes to some corporation, or in any number of ways violate the very tenets of their office.  What happened to those promises made before election?  And why are we so willing to accept the deception and the ongoing betrayal’s of the public?

When we allow ourselves to be defined and labeled as right or left, conservative or liberal, have we not boxed ourselves in?  Have we not limited our own opinions, beliefs, and our right to reach our own conclusions?  And how many of us in an attempt to cement and secure our position as either right or left, sit quietly when we are exposed to ideas, plans and other constructs that do not resonate with us depending on our political leanings?

The U.S.: No longer a free Republic

We are supposed to have a Republic.  Of course we are supposed to be free, also.

The same people and organizations who have historically controlled government policy are the very same people who profit from its expansion.  Government policy is not dictated by need, but rather, by greed.  It is the greed of the few who make miserable the lives of the many.

There is little, if anything at all, that has issued from the District of Criminals that has not adversely affected the general population while conversely benefiting a select few.  All of it cloaked behind the phrase “national security” and the chronic threats of attacks from unidentified and most times literally, unidentifiable sources. If these can’t be found to any extent, they are created by agencies 1005866_420996051347801_254613252_nsuch as the FBI and CIA and paraded in front of the public as if they were real threats.

False Flags:

False flag operations are covert operations
conducted by   governments, corporations, or other organizations, which
are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations
appear   as if they are being carried out by other entities. The name is
derived from the   military concept of flying false colors; that is,
flying the flag of a country   other than one’s own. False flag
operations are not limited to war and   counter-insurgency operations,
and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy’s strategy of tension.

This would appear to be the proverbial case of dangling something bright and shiny in front of the eyes (in this case “foreign terrorists”) to divert you from the real threat festering in clear view, of anyone daring to actually look at who the real terrorists are.  We know them; we elected them.

The national security shell game

I have spoken often to the fact that the crux of the overly used phrase “national security” has nothing to do with the collective public.  It is a system of propaganda, false flag attacks, wars of aggression waged to steal another country’s assets and exists to serve the interest and protection of those who created it.  National Security is not predicated upon keeping the country safe from terrorists or harm, but to keep those who promote this ideology safe from us, the public. You can’t defend freedom by eliminating freedom

“As a country we have been attacked and overtaken.  It was not a foreign terrorist who took us down; it was the enemies inside the gates that proliferated in the District of Criminals.”

___________________________________________________________________________________________________

You can’t defend freedom by eliminating freedom, or by terrorizing your own country.

This is not the America I grew up in.  Maybe it never was what I had believed it to be.  Regardless, what is before us now as a nation, is the growing police state complete with total surveillance and the targeting of any individual as a possible “domestic terrorist” for expressing their own thoughts, for rejecting government policies that are meant to limit or eradicate any freedom we may have had.

The 9/11 Decade and the Decline of U.S. Democracy

The Bush Administration created the “war on terror” paradigm not to protect us from future attack, although that was what they claimed, but rather to put in place a radical expansion of power that sought to place the president outside domestic and international law.

A perusal of the laws passed by congress and presidents many of which are a direct attack on10-1-2013-10-25-59-am freedom and liberty, do not affect terrorists in the least.  These laws, all passed with the caveat that it was necessary if they were to keep us safe, affect no one but US citizens.  They have no bearing on terrorism and are only the excuse being used to keep you quiet as they continue limiting your freedom and expanding the federal corporation.

One of the greatest freedoms we had, was the freedom to be left alone by government.  The NSA spy grid and the massive data collection center in Utah are the official end to any pretense of privacy.  We have a government populated by people who have in essence, declared war on the country as a whole.  Just because they have not yet opened fire on us, does not mean they do not consider us their sworn enemies or, that they would not move immediately to wipe us off the face of the earth should we become too insistent on our freedom.  Nevertheless, we do insist on preserving our freedom wherever and whenever possible. Government Hypocrisy Preceeding Attack on Syria

You won’t hear anyone say the word, war.

This parsing of words, this come-to-be expected word weaseling is nothing new.  Kerry, Dempsey, the President and every Senator never uttered the word “war” which would require the consent of congress to wage.   The refraining from using this word and instead referring to the war plans for Syria  as a “strike, intervention or action”, is what the President is relying on to by-pass congress and the Constitution. As long as no one dares call it a war, there appears to be no need for the President to get congress’s consent.

________________________________________________________________________________________

As the country rises up and resoundingly rejects any action of any kind in Syria, the propaganda is running knee deep in the District of Criminals.  Because of the decades long stream of what has turned out to be faulty “intelligence”, outright lies about whatever fictional threat they were using to to attack another nation in order to seize their assets (oil) and to depose one government after another only to install a government more to our liking, we are faced with another needless war.

The US Senate is meeting and discussing how and why they intend to start another senseless war, this time in Syria.  The pretentiousness of these discussions borders on the absurd and is an insult to the intelligence of America.  Continually citing “intelligence”, human, satellite and other methods of savespying, Senator’s Menendez and Corker are followed by the new Secretary of State, John Kerry, among others.  Each of them attempting to somehow tie the civil war in Syria to the national security of the United States.  This will last for hours of course, due to the fact that there is no connection. This makes the argument particularly tedious.

Among the weakest arguments heard over the last several days; “It would make us appear weak”.  Well now, if ever there was an argument for bombing and terrorizing another nation on the other side of the globe, it would have to be our big giant national ego.  Apparently, our government believes that the Syrian people are not terrorized quite enough as a result of internal turmoil and the proper response to this would be to create more turmoil, more terror and to destroy everything in sight along with “collateral” damage.  This means men, women AND children will be unilaterally harmed or killed by our actions.

Supposedly vast intelligence exists to indicate that a chemical attack actually took place.  This intelligence came from the same sources who supplied the intelligence for the Iraq war.  You remember…….the evidence that never was?

Collateral damage in Syria is said to be deemed to be “low” in this instance.  So,.. what?  So are we going to accept 5,000 men, women and children being killed by us?  10,000?  20,000?  What’s the magic number?

IF I understand this correctly, gassing people is a big problem, but blowing them up along with their entire community so that you can overthrow their government and seize their national assets, is not. More

The anarchists on CRAPitol Hill

We all have the carefully constructed vision of what anarchy looks like.  We have allowed ourselves to become convinced that anarchists are wild looking radicals, brandishing guns, riding motorcycles; with their shaven heads and/or long flowing unwashed beards and tattooed women. We have allowed ourselves to be convinced that they are just looking for a reason to overthrow the government of the United States. stupid (Gasp!!) If they don’t fit into this scenario, we are still equally convinced that they (the unknown anarchists) are plotting some kind of violent overthrow and that they hate government in all its forms.  Should all 20 or so actual anarchists ever get together in one spot…….why, there is no telling what will happen!  It will be chaos!  Blood will run in the streets and no one will be safe from these wild-eyed haters of government who want nothing more than to terrorize the rest of us with their lawlessness!

Actually, we do know who the anarchists are.  And they are gathered in one spot and there are far more of them than we ever imagined. More

“We are being high-jacked by a pack of criminals, thugs and thieves who will make sure that we, the public, take the brunt of any “cuts”.  Those at the top of the income ladder, those who have the word “corporation” attached to their names and those who hold political office will not experience any “cuts”.  In fact, I doubt any of them could even bleed if they did.”

______________________________________________________________

This is a hi-jacking

One of the great political battles composed only of partisan politics is unfolding right before our very eyes.  The battle over ending the massive over spending by both houses of congress and successive presidents has morphed into how badly either side can scare the public into submitting to the threats. And it will be21150explosion the public who will suffer.  Not the corporations.  Not the wealthy.  Not the politicians or the president.  It will be me and you and everyone you know.

Both sides are banking on how badly they can scare the general public into going along with, a) Increasing taxes on the wealthy and ending preferential treatment for corporations and continue spending like there is no tomorrow or, b) No tax increases and approximately 750,000 people losing their jobs and continue spending like there is no tomorrow.

While the average American can observe from the outside the massive expansion and waste in the federal government and can clearly see where cuts to any budget could reasonably be made, apparently those inside the Beltway suffer from severe tunnel vision.  That vision is focused squarely on their bank accounts and campaign war chests.  This is important! It is these funds that allow them to retain these lucrative, albeit criminal, offices they occupy.

There is absolutely no chance that wasteful government spending will end under either option.  The public is being treated like pawns in a grossly politically charged war between two factions of the one party system in the District of Criminals. More

No debate in the presidential debates

About those scripted presidential debates

Is there anyone out there who is actually anticipating the presidential debates? I am at a loss to find more than a handful of people who even express any interest in the upcoming election. In fact, I ran an in house poll asking people to answer this question, which at this point, 315 people have responded to.

Will you vote in the presidential election?

* Yes, I always vote! 10.48 % (33 votes)

* No, I can’t support any of these candidates. 33.33% (105 votes)

* Yes, I always vote to support my party. 2.54% (8 votes)

* No, I won’t support either of these partys. 37.48 % (118 votes)

* What’s the point? An illegal will probably vote using my identity. 10.16% (32 votes)

* Other 6.03% (19 votes)

I believe my poll is most likely more reflective of the common mind-set. I didn’t ask skewed questions. I didn’t ask only those who are registered in my party (because I don’t have a party affiliation). I just asked anyone who took the time to answer the poll the simple question posed above.

No real debates from “Obomney”

How many times are we going to have to hear the pointless arguments about which faction of the one party presidential race is going to create jobs (we know they can’t) or which has a better economic plan (they don’t’) or who has a better foreign policy (who are we going to attack next)?  Not one of these issues is important as not one  addresses the actual concerns of the American public which is being asked to cast their vote for one of two political con artists whose personal agenda, private allegiances and alliances, and political monetary obligations likely has nothing to do with what the country needs.  Either way, the subjugation to the UN, the reducing of the US to third world status and the headlong stampede into fascism as corporations wrench final control of the US government away from the country, will continue as planned.

We are a country in the midst of a nearly complete transformation that will render us anything but a free people.  The US corporation that operates as the federal government in the District of Criminals determined that we, the people, were the greatest enemy they faced.  The false flag attacks on 9/11 were what Dick Cheney and his PNAC conspirators hoped it would be, the New Pearl Harbor…..the needed excuse that would be used to bring to an end, finally, to our Constitution including its bill of rights and to our freedom.

Any hopes that any one might have had that the Obama administration was going to repeal, correct and mend the damage done by the Bush/Cheney crime administration were quickly dashed as Obama showed himself to despise and hate us just as much as the neo-cons did and still do. More

2012 Farm Bill: Big (G)AG  Bonanza!

We are a country teetering on the edge of insolvency.  In response to this looming crisis, those fine jackasses in the District of Criminals passed another 1000 + page bill loaded with pork barrel spending, special grants and subsidies, and special programs that no one needs or wants and no one could decipher to any great degree if they had to.  This is intentional as it allows for “interpretation” later on when they need it to say something it most likely does not. This virtually unreadable, un-decipherable twisted up, convoluted mess of a piece of legislation will cost the US $969 billion over 10 years.  Thats $969 billion dollars to be spent on agencies and programs that are actually, unconstitutional and which will further devastate the agricultural sector unless it is industrial, pro-corporate in scope.  This while as a country we are not able to pay our bills without borrowing ever massive amounts of money.

The FDA: Close this abomination down!

_______________________________________________________________

One of the greatest threats we face today is what many refer to as the “Food and Death Administration”. (FDA) Far from being a protector of the public health, the true intent of this agency was revealed in the ongoing senate hearings regarding S 3187.

The American public has become increasingly alarmed over the use of the word “modernization” in connection with anything coming out of the District of Criminals. Modernization generally means we are about to get another federal corporate agency expansion that will subject us to foreign agreements, which will grossly infringe on our rights to be left alone by government, and, which will effectively militarize some federal agency against the public. These “modernizations” generally conflict with constitutional protections and grossly expand or create enforcement arms of various agencies.

S 3187 is primarily concerned with increasing the pay-to-play administrative fees; in other words they are going to charge those who contract with them more while at the same time shortening the time it takes to get all pharmaceuticals approved. Well! My goodness! That is exactly what we need to do. We need to fast track the approval process for more drugs that kill, harm and impair the public.

Sen. Tom Harkin (D) IA, introduced the bill claiming it had broad support and acknowledging that they had a great deal of input from stakeholders: THE PRESCRIPTION DRUG MANUFACTURERS, THE PHARMACISTS, THE DRUGSTOREs. He also claimed that consumer groups were involved in the process. More

Panetta, Dempsey and treason: And Congress did nothing

The recent statements by Leon Panetta and joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Martin Dempsey, to the effect that they are under no obligation to the Congress to seek their permission to start wars.  Both Panetta and Dempsey claim their authority comes from the United Nations and NATO.  These were clear and unambiguous declarations of submission to foreign governments, agencies and organizations and ended with the dismissing of the Constitution as not applicable to them or their decisions. I have to wonder why both men were not frog-marched out of the meeting and straight to jail.  But then, we are talking about the District of Criminals here and we know it is rare that anyone from the District ever goes to jail no matter how anti-American, unlawful or unconstitutional or treasonous their activities or views.

Both men did however, say they might inform congress

Panetta was asked by Senator Jeff Sessions, “We spend our time worrying about the U.N., the Arab League, NATO and too little time, in my opinion, worrying about the elected representatives of the United States. As you go forward, will you consult with the United States Congress?”

The Defense Secretary responded “You know, our goal would be to seek international permission. And we would come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress.”

So, if I understand this correctly: They would seek permission from non-US entities and then if they thought it was any business of the United States as to how our military would be used…….they would make a decision as to whether or not they would “want” to get permission from Congress?  And these two are actually still walking around free?

Note:  My goal would be to see Panetta and Dempsey both tried for treason and publicly hung.  International permission be damned and congress along with it.

I believe it was this moment in time that Senator Sessions and his companions in the meeting realized that they were being given notice that their services were no longer needed.  Panetta and Dempsey publicly, effectively declared that Congress was of no further use.  More

I refuse to vote in another phony election

I am not voting in the next presidential election. And, I don’t want to hear how if I don’t vote I have no right to complain about how things are or what some political puppet is doing that is unconstitutional, unlawful or just plain stupid.  Yes, I do have the right to complain: just as I have a right to refrain from contributing to this national charade we call “voting”.

I refuse to allow people to claim that I have only myself to blame if Evil-doer #1 (R) got elected and they think that I voted for the bum, and now he is breaking every campaign promise and doing exactly the opposite of what he said he would do, and now this is somehow my fault….my personal failing…..because the guy turns out to be a jerk. I voted for him (supposedly) so I have only myself to blame if I don’t’ like the way things are. I refuse to vote.  I can’t win.  We can’t win.

I don’t want to hear how our fore-fathers died in countless wars of aggression so that I could have the right to vote.  That’s not what they died for.  Voting was never what they died for unless voting has [.Inc] after it. (I guess it does)

I refuse to be made complicit in selecting the next New World Order flunky.  Not that my vote would count; our votes are not counted.  Diebold, Sequoia and other electronic voting machine manufacturers have seen to it that no matter how we, the public, fill out those ballots the machines magically produce the candidate selected for us prior to the election.  Electronic voting machine manufacturers were well paid for their uncompromising commitment to rigging elections.  After all, why leave anything to chance and leave open the possibility that the people’s choice might actually get elected.  That could really mess things up if we actually had a legitimate candidate that hadn’t been vetted and pre-approved by the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberger’s, the Trilateral Commission and various shadowy figures that seem to slip in and out of the shadowy halls of government insisting on having their way. Thanks to “Dirty Harry” Reid: An overt act of betrayal by both Houses of Congress

The last two weeks have seen some of the most unethical, deceptive, manipulative and outright traitorous actions by both the House and the Senate.  With “Dirty Harry” Reid (D) NV leading the traitors charge, every rule was broken, every trick was used, every deception was employed to force the passage of S.510 against the will of the people, most of whom recognized this hostile takeover of agriculture for what it was.

________________________________________________

Well!  Just in time for the rigged “vote” on the fake food safety bills in the House and Senate, CBS news claimed that terrorists…..in a place far, far away….were planning to poison food in hotels and restaurants in the United States.

(CBS)  In this exclusive story, CBS News chief investigative correspondent Armen Keteyian reports the latest terror attack to America involves the possible use of poisons – simultaneous attacks targeting hotels and restaurants at many locations over a single weekend.

A key Intelligence source has confirmed the threat as “credible.” Department of Homeland Security officials, along with members of the Department of Agriculture and the FDA, have briefed a small group of corporate security officers from the hotel and restaurant industries about it.

Most likely if any terrorists had been planning on poisoning the food in hotels and restaurants, their rooms would be paid for by Homeland Security or FDA/USDA.  Its highly unlikely and very improbable that any such threat ever existed.

A key intelligence source was most likely the agent who called CBS news to get their co-operation in planting this story just prior to the last ditch effort to pass the unconstitutional assault on food production and supply, S.510.  Leave it to Lame Stream Media to do their part in “crisis creation”.  Works every time.  Just prior to every rights robbing assault on America, the media joins with “intelligence sources” to float some bogus report meant to scare us into compliance. The FDA and USDA jumped into the fray to flex their newly empowered over-reaching, unlawful authority.

Thoughts to ponder:

Firearm death rates

AN INTERESTING LETTER IN THE AUSTRALIAN SHOOTER MAGAZINE, WHICH I QUOTE:

“If you consider that there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theater of operations during the past 22 months, and a total of 2112 deaths, that gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000 soldiers.

The firearm death rate in Washington, DC is 80.6 per 100,000 for the same
period.
That means you are about 25 per cent more likely to be shot and killed in
the US capital, which has one of the strictest gun control laws in the US
than you are in Iraq .

Conclusion: The US should pull out of Washington D.C.
