June 15, 2021 – World Elder Abuse Awareness Day
I am definitely my mother’s daughter. We shared a profession (retired school teachers), a love of reading, writing, and travel. My mother was a true fighter; you don’t live to be 103 years old without having a will to live.
My mom took care of me when I was young and, as the years passed, our roles shifted as I became her caregiver. For 30 years, my mom trusted me to act as her Power of Attorney for financial and medical matters. We thought we had prepared for the inevitable – I would be responsible for managing her affairs when the time came – but we were about to learn otherwise.
What I didn’t know, (and who would know this ahead of time?) was the guardian and conservatorship arena is no place for the uninformed. The phrase, “If you are the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room” couldn’t be more wrong when it comes to guardianships.
In America, a judge can determine a person to be incapacitated and take away their civil liberties with shockingly little evidence. A judge can also ignore a power of attorney or health care directive and appoint a person of their choosing instead. A guardian can liquidate property and belongings and take percentage of the proceeds as a commission. The guardian can also isolate their ward (victim) from friends and family.
My mom and I did not seek assistance from the Jefferson County Probate Court, but that didn’t stop them from taking charge of her life. More

To add insult to a great injury, now a test of “social usefulness” will be applied to healthcare. How old are you? If they invest in your health, what can you do that would be of value to society as a means to determine what care will be made available to you?
Retirement takes on a whole new meaning under this plan. It could be that access to meaningful healthcare will be denied as your social usefulness indicator indicates you are simply retired. We have been commodified.

No, it was NOT just an act of stupidity or panic…

ON APRIL 15, 2020, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued “Executive Order 2020-50“, under the terms of which people infected with respiratory illnesses declared to be ‘COVID-19’ (C19) were transferred from hospitals into nursing homes across the state. Those nursing homes, of course, were filled with residents especially vulnerable to fatal outcomes from exposure to such dangers due to age and co-morbidities typical to the elderly.
The transfers were engineered despite the fact that normal overall hospital capacity was never “overwhelmed” by C19 cases. What’s more, dedicated field hospital facilities had been built (at enormous expense) to provide enormous additional capacity where the infected seniors could be cared for properly while being prudently isolated.
Those field hospitals were essentially ignored. They never saw more than a couple of dozen beds occupied, and even that little use was just for show, and not because the pre-existing hospital inventory was overtaxed. But they were there and available.
No credible reason of need existed for the transfer of the infected people into nursing homes like an army of Typhoid Marys. Nonetheless, that’s what happened.
As was entirely predictable, large numbers of affected nursing home residents proceeded to die of respiratory illnesses– every one of which was reported as being a C19 fatality. As of mid-June, 2020, the reported deaths in nursing homes comprised at least 34% of the total deaths ascribed to C19 in Michigan by that point.
In fact, that percentage may be even higher. Serious questions remain as to the possible low-balling of that nursing home fatality figure due to quirky rules about how designated nursing home residents outside of the facilities for some reason after becoming infected (such as hospitalization) are accounted for by the state, and because of Whitmer’s unexplained intransigence on the release of data.
SO WHY DID WHITMER ISSUE (and renew in mid-May) an order which caused pre-mature deaths to so many Michigan citizens? Well, in light of Whitmer’s steady refusal to talk about the matter, scorn of all related FOIA requests from any quarter, being shielded from investigation by her partisan comrade Attorney General Dana Nessel, and her having paid hush-money to her former Director of Public Health upon his departure from office not long ago, I can’t answer that question definitively.
But I can throw out some facts and do some spitballing…

Spain has approved the AstraZeneca vaccine but like some other EU countries, it won’t be offering the jab to the elderly – due to a lack of data. The news comes as officials in Madrid confirm the first ever case of the variant first detected in Brazil.
Spain, Germany, France, Italy and ‘others’ have said that these new vaccines should not be given to anyone over the age of 55. Huh? Wasn’t that the reason for keeping everyone locked up for a year?
It turns out no vaccine studies included anyone over the age of 55, due to their lower immune system strength. In turn, that reveals the corruption inside of vaccine trials, which pick only healthy YOUNG people to test their vaccines on.
So why are all of these other countries so willing to go ahead and use these experimental vaccines on anyone over the age of 55?

Dr. Kelly Moore, associate director of the Immunization Action Coalition, told CNN last week that the COVID-19 vaccines have not been tested on the “frail elderly.”
“Since they haven’t been studied in people in those populations, we don’t know how well the vaccine will work for them. We had suspected governments were manipulating the death toll numbers from the coronavirus pandemic. But the full extent of the fraud has only now become apparent as the CDC’s own data reveals just six percent of officially reported deaths with COVID19 were FROM COVID19.
As has been the case in other countries, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has been rigging the numbers to stir alarm and deter dissent from draconian ‘lockdown’ measures imposed by local and state authorities.
Data from multiple sources from around the world has shown that typically patients notified as a death with the virus already had two or more severe co-morbidities (such as cancers, pneumonia, heart disease, etc). So that the likely cause of death could be from those existing illnesses, not the virus, itself. It was and is pure guesswork to assign any death to the virus.
But the consensus narrative has been to downplay these confounding factors and place the emphasis on a coronavirus which has not yet been clinically isolated and proven as a new pathogen in science.

The admission sounded like something out of “Logan’s Run” or other dystopian sci-fi movie, not an explanation one would expect to hear from legal associates. Nancy Scott and others who joined her in a peaceful prayer vigil for her mother’s life on Tuesday, August 20, were stunned when representatives from the court-appointed guardian’s office explained that the reason that retired Alabama schoolteacher Marian Leonard was on hospice was because she was old.
According to Medicare.gov, hospice care is supposed to be for people who are certified by a hospice doctor and the patient’s regular doctor that they are terminally ill with a “life expectancy of 6 months or less.” Hospice care is palliative, or “comfort” care, rather than curative care, and it is supposed to be a choice that the patient makes, not a decision thrust upon them without their consent.
That is not what has happened with Marian Leonard. When the state seized guardianship of Mrs. Leonard in February 2018 at the request of St. Vincent’s Hospital and the Department of Human Resources (DHR), she was forced into a nursing home, Diversicare of Riverchase, and forced onto hospice care, against her will and that of her designated Power of Attorney, her daughter Nancy Scott. All that Nancy Scott has wanted was for her mother, retired Alabama schoolteacher Marian Leonard, to be able to live out her final years surrounded by the love and support of her family. Nancy never dreamed that such a simple wish could be thwarted by lawyers and judges and doctors. Now, it appears that time has run out for her to get her mother closer to her home in the Wiregrass area of southern Alabama.
A Hospice staff member called Nancy Scott Wednesday morning and told her that she needs to return to Birmingham as soon as possible, because the end is near.
A year and a half ago, retired Alabama schoolteacher Marian Leonard was taken from her family, placed under state guardianship, and forced onto Hospice, all against her will.

“Also, by not declaring it a crime and providing equal access to the law, you and your family are trapped in these civil tribunals with no way out. Most of us who have been battling the abuse of the elderly or those who just simply have assets that a predator in this system has decided they want, have operated under the idea that the system just needed repairing. If we just passed a new law. If we just readjusted the statutes. If we just went to the right representative or senator and got their attention, a lot of this corruption would be done away with; we would be safe from this growing class of predators who game the system for profit. It is my opinion that we have been addressing this issue from the wrong angle.
The system is not broken or not functioning as it was intended; it is operating exactly the way it was intended. That is what we failed to realize.
There are few of us who have met with politicians and other officials who have not come away with the deep sense of disbelief with what we encountered while visiting with them. The feigned ignorance of the issues. The platitudes and pandering along with the condescension can be stifling. Always these meetings come with the promises that they will look into it and do what ever they can to help. Only they don’t. Many elected officials openly express their disdain for the fact that they were confronted with these issues. After all, plausible deniability is paramount to escaping accountability. Once they are faced with the evidence, many become quite irritated.
You are talking about the organizations and professional unions like the BAR Associations who not only contribute massive amounts of money to political re-election coffers, but who also put all of this in place to begin with. You just caused a tremor in their bank accounts. And besides, they have really important things to worry about…and obviously the kidnapping, psychological torture, estate theft and eventual medical murder in many cases, of the elderly, isn’t one of those things. While there are those at the federal level who are genuinely concerned about the human trafficking of the elderly and others for profit, they are quickly shut down by those whose interests are too closely tied to those precious “stakeholders”…(you know…the people who really matter). Those stakeholders provide lots of cash and other perks coveted by certain elected officials who quickly forget who put them where they are. Still, there are those I have met with whose concern is genuine but who also admit they are powerless to fight the big money interests who keep the system running as is.
How many of us have made expensive and time wasting trips to speak with federal officials about the ongoing human trafficking of the elderly, the disabled and those who might just have a big trust account someone else is eyeballing, among other assets? There are many of us who have made these trips, only to be met with platitudes, back patting and the ever popular…..”I am gravely concerned. I will look into this and get back to you”. ( Oh thank you! I thought I was going to get out of here today without anyone bs,ing me!)

“By the way…would you like a picture with me that you can share on social media? That way you will look really important and I (the politician) will look like I really give damn. And you can also name drop me in your emails and postings…that will make us both look good and you especially will look so important even though nothing will come of our encounter.”
Thanks…I’ll pass on the grip & grin photo op. I prefer to wait for the next do-nothing bill to come out that will make the public think there is any genuine concern at the federal level for anything remotely connected to the trafficking of the elderly, the theft of identity and the accompanying theft of estates. After all, there is that 3.7 trillion missing from the Social Security surplus that has been used to fund wars and pet projects. That needs covering up. And there is that pesky 6o billion that the medical industry bilks Medicare out of each and every year. We can’t go after them…they donate way too much to those re-election campaigns.
Both guardianship and conservatorship are controlled at the state level. No statistics of any kind are compiled or kept at the federal level regarding the number of victims targeted or the amount of financial assets stolen under these systems. This is intentional. This allows the feds to claim plausible deniability…no one told them. Why…they couldn’t find anything to substantiate this. Even the GAO reports that are published are intentionally deficient in reporting the actual crimes being committed by professional predators including law firms, and fail to report the actual number of people trafficked through this system and the true value of the theft and transfer of wealth taking place by people who make their living doing this. They won’t even mention the professional predators, but instead select cases where a family member or someone unrelated was involved.

We should have taken a lesson; we should have paid attention because we all know that what the government gets away with in other places will soon be brought home and visited upon us. So it is with what is referred to as “extraordinary rendition”. ( explanation provided below) Now this same methodology is used to cull and and disappear senior citizens. No crime has been committed. No evidence is produced to substantiate the capture, imprisonment, robbing, and eventual serendipitous deaths of America’s senior citizens.
The Rendering of America’s Seniors
We have a system of extraordinary rendition occurring right here at home and utilized to traffic and cull senior citizens. But in this system it isn’t the military or CIA who are taking prisoners. It is attorney’s, predatory for-profit guardians, Adult Protective Services and other “stakeholders” who have been given the green light to capture, isolate, psychologically torture, forcibly medicate, rob and eventually end the lives of seniors. And these prisoners of guardianship are held in secret locations; the floating prisons and black ops sites now replaced with “nursing homes”, “hospice” and of course hospitals where they can languish for years as insurance and medicare is exploited.
As no crime has been committed by the elder that is targeted, that would activate civil or criminal courts, the probate system was constructed to treat them as though some nonchargeable crime had occurred. In this system they have no rights, and are treated worse than a felon with even fewer options.
Every day these predators kidnap unsuspecting elders, snatching them from their homes, from hospitals and from their families, friends and others. Their crime? Usually just aging with assets that the predators have decided should belong to them. We don’t call the elderly prisoners of war, we call them wards of the state. But they are prisoners none-the-less. And even though statutes supposedly restrict isolation, forced medication, and abuse, prisoners of the guardianship system are immediately isolated. No reason needed other than the predator ordered it. Medications are forced on the elderly, and many are left in such neglect and despair that they quickly deteriorate mentally from these things and the forced isolation. Many families have no idea where their family member is being held prisoner.

The misuse of terminal sedation is the Third Way to end life within a health care setting and bypasses laws against medical killing. Our guest tonight is Lisa Belanger. After a seven year battle to free her father from a predatory guardianship, on January 28, 2019 Lisa issued an alert that the guardians were attempting to put her father Marvin Siegel into hospice. The message was clear…Marvin’s estate had been successfully depleted to a great degree, ( they claim there might be a balance) by the guardians and attorney’s. These same professional predators refuse to give a current accounting of where the estate stands now.
Having no further value to them, hospice was the clear choice for hastily ending his life. Lisa was successful in stopping that effort. but somehow his death appears to have been hastened, none the less.
Despite Lisa’s ongoing efforts, her father passed away on March 15, 2019. But the questions remain. Marvin’s estate had been valued at 9 million when he was taken hostage in the probate/guardian system. What could these predators possibly have done for him over the last seven years that would have cost 9 million dollars? He was held prisoner in his own home. Denied contact with his own children and grandchildren until just recently, and drugged incessantly against his will. During this time his assets were liquidated, real property re-titled to the predators, and valuable personal property simply disappeared.
So what happens when the “ward” dies? Join us as we attempt to discover just what happens once the “ward” is deceased and can’t be used anymore to justify the theft of the estate?
