Massachusetts Bill H3027….Objective? To cloak financial exploitation of the elderly

Comment:  If ever there was a valid reason for disbarring the BAR, making it unlawful for individuals in this closed union to assemble or to attempt to influence laws affecting the public, Massachusetts H 3027 surely has to be one of those reasons. MJO

Note to Mr. Harshbarger: What exactly is “ordinary negligence?”

The first thing we need to clarify is that probate tribunals (and these are tribunals) operate only under a intentionally constructed system of statutes, rules and regulations that exist only to avoid the common law and access to courts of law. You cannot use the Constitutions, neither state or federal to defend yourself from the predatory activities of these tribunals and the predators who access them for the specific purpose of exploitation and self-enrichment. You have no rights in these tribunals. You have no protections.

Gloucester Times

Harshbarger on Monday asked the Judiciary Committee to throw its support behind a bill that would establish a state office of adult guardianship as a public-private partnership that would handle the appointment of guardians for adults who cannot make their own legal decisions and lack family, friends or access to volunteers who could step into the role.”

At issue is the bill H 3027 currently in the Massachusetts Judiciary Committee. What is clearly a bill meant to legitimize and provide immunity for the predators in the guardianship-for-profit system, the former AG of Massachusetts, Mr. Harshbarger, now newly installed with the Boston lawfirm of Casner & Edwards, is hawking this bill which has no other purpose than to provide protection to the predators.

The first question we all need to ask is:

Who comprises the private part of this so-called “public/private partnership” (ppp)? And why would they be willing to fund a public agency that will supposedly only cost the state about $400 thousand a year to operate?

Sounds tantalizing doesn’t it?! Doesn’t it just give you the warm fuzzies to think there are actually individuals out there who are so altruistic, so philanthropic, that they would fund a public agency dedicated to protecting vulnerable people while saving the state a bucket of money at the same time!! Does it get any better than this? Apparently it does if you are part of the system!

Not so fast.

We are supposed to have a Republic.  Of course we are supposed to be free, also.

The same people and organizations who have historically controlled government policy are the very same people who profit from its expansion.  Government policy is not dictated by need, but rather, by greed.  It is the greed of the few who make miserable the lives of the many.

There is little, if anything at all, that has issued from the District of Criminals that has not adversely affected the general population while conversely benefiting a select few.  All of it cloaked behind the phrase “national security” and the chronic threats of attacks from unidentified and most times literally, unidentifiable sources. If these can’t be found to any extent, they are created by agencies 1005866_420996051347801_254613252_nsuch as the FBI and CIA and paraded in front of the public as if they were real threats.

False Flags:

False flag operations are covert operations
conducted by   governments, corporations, or other organizations, which
are designed to deceive the public in such a way that the operations
appear   as if they are being carried out by other entities. The name is
derived from the   military concept of flying false colors; that is,
flying the flag of a country   other than one’s own. False flag
operations are not limited to war and   counter-insurgency operations,
and have been used in peace-time; for example, during Italy’s strategy of tension.

This would appear to be the proverbial case of dangling something bright and shiny in front of the eyes (in this case “foreign terrorists”) to divert you from the real threat festering in clear view, of anyone daring to actually look at who the real terrorists are.  We know them; we elected them.

The national security shell game

I have spoken often to the fact that the crux of the overly used phrase “national security” has nothing to do with the collective public.  It is a system of propaganda, false flag attacks, wars of aggression waged to steal another country’s assets and exists to serve the interest and protection of those who created it.  National Security is not predicated upon keeping the country safe from terrorists or harm, but to keep those who promote this ideology safe from us, the public. Dispatches From the Bankers to the World

By initiating  the economic turmoil that’s unfolding, London’s financial Wizards of  Oz open the  gate and stake out  two roads through the inevitable chaos when it occurs (1) to a new world paper currency which they will control and (2) to a “new world government” with themselves in charge of earth’s food, fiber, water, land, money, minerals, industry, information, people, jobs, hope, militaries, and government; having foreclosed on what resources they didn’t already own.”

__________________________________________________________

PART  2

The bankers have  begun to put up billboards for the world in places like the Middle East that say: “When we want you into our global financial boat, it’s better to get in than to try to rock it, or row your own.”

What does all this have to do with Cyprus?

It’s another billboard for the world saying:  “We control your money and can come get it anytime we want.”  The unspoken being if a European central bank (in this case the European Central Bank) and its confederates can say they’re going to steal 25 percent from a citizen’s bank and/or savings account if  theyhijacked have more than $100,000 in them , than central banks everywhere can steal whatever they want from citizen bank accounts, whenever they want, with no fear of prosecution.

Cyprus is no mistake or miscalculation. It’s a message to the rest of the world.

Cyprus Was Not Caused By Citizens

Citizens did not cause the Cypriot or any of the world’s current banking crises.  Ever. Corrupt government officials, central bankers, and Wall Street money shufflers did. This is why Iceland citizens told these same bankers and their London enablers to take their debt and all of its illegal interest and shove it. Then they set about restoring financial stability in their nation through citizen-controlled financial institutions.  America’s Constitution specifies that congress is the only agency authorized to print and coin the nation’s money. Financial stability isn’t rocket science. It’s responsible people with the political will to take charge and do it.

The talking heads you watch nightly on television explaining Washington and world economic happenings are controlled by the same money that controls congress, the world’s governments, and our currency.

Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades said the ‘tax’ on proposed citizen deposits was “. . .an alternative to a disorderly bankruptcy . . . that it’s painful but [this] will eventually stabilize the economy and lead it to recovery.”

This was a lie, and the Cypriot politicians who wallowed in easy loan money from the ECB loan sharks know it.

Did Cypriot bankers get threatening phone calls after announcing the confiscation?  Does the sun come up? Some from Russians who bank off-the-record billions there for sure and  probably an equal number from enraged citizens. Had the situation occurred in this country, banks and bankers would have been inundated with identical calls;  from Latin American drug cartels and Bubbas sitting outside in their pickups.

People of all stripes hate it when thieves  steal their money. More
