Rick Perry Grandstands Against Obamacare

Texas Governor Rick Perry announced today that he will not comply with Obamacare; he refuses to expand Medicaid and will not establish a state-run health insurance market exchange.

Rick Perry is grandstanding because he has failed to protect Texans from the threat of the new IRS enforced “tax” against people who decline Obamacare.

Oklahoma State Representative Mike Ritz plans to introduce legislation that does protect the states’ citizens because it authorizes Oklahoma’s Attorney General to defend citizens who fail to purchase insurance against the federal government and it criminalizes enforcement of the individual mandate.

The proposed Oklahoma bill is based on model legislation from the Tenth Amendment Center, the ‘Federal Health Care Nullification Act’.

Although Bilderberger Rick Perry pretends to be a conservative and constitutionalist, his opposition to Obamacare is a lightweight effort that fails to protect individuals.  More

When discussing politics, it is really not about Right and Left, Conservative or Liberal. It is very simple. It is all about Liberty and Freedom, or Tyranny and Oppression. It does not matter the political label that is attached. One cannot look the other way as one’s chosen so called Conservative or Liberal party promotes Tyranny and Oppression.

One must awaken and realizes that the end result of our present political polarization is Serfdom for all , with no Freedom and Liberty for anyone.

There should be no further tolerance, for anyone that promotes; ideology, laws, rules, regulations and legislation whose end result is Tyranny and Oppression.

This is not the promotion of  anarchy, it is about respect for the gifts and blessings of Liberty and Freedom we all have been given as an unalienable  birthright. Those that would use their accumulated power and/or wealth to manipulate society to serve their purposes, and thus take from others their liberty and freedom, do need the restraint of law to check their inclinations.

It is not about class warfare, the Rich Vs the Poor, Left Vs Right , Capitalists Vs Socialists Vs Communists Vs Fascists Vs Anarchists. Either one’s country promotes Liberty and Freedom for all, or all the people ( including you )  of that country  wind up Serf’s controlled by a ruling class elite .

The differences between the Left and Right ? The Left claims they will treat their Serf’s better than the Right. Both Right and Left political ideologies promote Tyranny and Oppression. It is just who is being Tyrannized, and who is being Oppressed, is different.

We must not be quiescent, in the face of Oppression and Tyranny. Even though it is our nature to be so. To quote from Jefferson  “that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable”.

Liberty and Freedom are always present and are unalienable to us. But through laws, regulations, rules, legal decisions, and social contracts, we give up our use and access to these bit by bit until we find we are Serf’s. Serf’s with their very lives directed and controlled by a haughty ruling class elite.  Yet the very second we throw out these impediments to Freedom and Liberty, we can once again experience the blessings of Freedom and Liberty. These blessings never leave our side, but we can, and have,  turned our backs upon them.

As Americans we have allowed Non-American political beliefs to infiltrate our consciousness. We tend think in terms of Liberal or Conservative, Left or Right . The American Constitution and it’s founding ideals have nothing to do with these political constructs. All that has happened by accepting these polarizing Non American political systems, is that we have become divided while arguing about what political ideology can ultimately create the happiest Serf’s, and do so as painlessly as possible . It is time to reject these foreign polarizing ideologies. It is time  to fulfill  our unalienable birthright, so that we might  seek and promote  the commonality of benefits and blessings for all,  by relentlessly promoting Freedom and Liberty for all.

Am I Really, Libertarian, Or Will I Find The Right Keyword?

I’ve never been much of a political person, generally, nor an activist of any measurable sort, but in some manner, gradually; through no conscious effort which I can attribute it to, I now believe that after my nearly fifty years of my drawing breath on this ridiculously whacked out planet, that if I had to acknowledge how I have come to lean, politically, I would call myself a Libertarian. If indeed, one’s being Libertarian, is actually being political? I most curiously do look  forward to any feedback in that regard, if anyone would care to indulge?

Not sure why, but I find it significant somehow, that if I am exposed too heavily or for too long a period of time to either right-wing or left-wing political philosophy; either by means of a television set, radio or internet connection, I invariably end-up so hopelessly frustrated and disgusted by what prospects loom before me, that I am prone to the rigors of temporary insanity.

Be it a Sean Hannity – or a Rachel Maddow, either, bi-polar, episode of one or the other, in large enough doses, manages only to turn my stomach over and yet over once again. Even a mere internet news aggregator such as Matt Drudge – is eventually capable of pissing me off royally, despite his not publishing so much as a single interesting paragraph of his own (think I can safely exclude the ghost written Drudge Manifesto, simply upon the universality of its reviews). His link titles alone, suffice. Yet, for the sake of an art that the man evidently lacks, I am nevertheless am obliged; nearly everyday of the week, to sift through the Sludge Report (couldn’t resist using a familiar tactic to him) that he compiles, for something to inspire me because I tend to write more prolifically well, when I am seeing red. Alas, I suppose, being one of this fellow’s 33 million visitors per day, I suspect my own web site story link won’t be aggregating in Drudgeville anytime soon. Unless, perhaps, its this very article, due to its merely mentioning his existence, of course, and that it just may wind up getting itself around somehow. Wish me luck, if you would, that the silly fellow chooses to Google’s himself again today. If just a 1% of this human parasite’s die-hard patrons clicked on me, I would virtually enjoy an outrageous surge of 300,000 page visits. Outlandish, isn’t it? Perhaps, Drudge, shies away from opinion writers or commentators, preferring his own outdated philosophies and his mercifully – somewhat clever (some of the time), political inferences. More

The Liberty Hour Podcast, the creation of long-time political activist Mark Glenn, and USS Liberty survivor Phil Tourney, announces the addition of Mark Dankof’s America to the new network’s offerings.  Initially, the show will air once-weekly, with each production being two hours in length.

Mark Dankof , long-time host of Mark Dankof’s America on the Republic Broadcasting Network (RBN), made the decision to move his show to the new network.  A past member of the Pat Buchanan wing of the Republican Party, he became the Constitution Party’s insurgent candidate in the 2000 U. S. Senate race in Delaware, opposing Thomas Carper and William Roth.  A Lutheran clergyman, he presently serves as pastor of San Antonio’s Immanuel Lutheran Church.  He is an endowed member of the National Rifle Association, and a life member of the Texas State Rifle Association.  He was once tabbed by the late neo-conservative Republican Congressman, Jack Kemp, as The Rubber Ball of the American Right.

The move by Dankof to the Liberty Hour Podcast, is accompanied by his addition to the show of two co-hosts, Dr. Paul Sheldon Foote, and long-time anti-Zionist activist and Christian pastor, Chuck Carlson.

Dr. Paul Sheldon Foote is a professor of accounting at Cal State Fullerton, a Vietnam veteran, and acknowledged Middle Eastern expert as a past independent contractor for the American Embassy in Tehran in the 1970s.  He is a member of Academics for Ron Paul.  Dr. Foote’s web sites include Traitors USA and offerings on You Tube.
