The hunting of America….another treasonous Act

Who could imagine this day would come?  Obviously, the Pentagon, the Bush Administration not only imagined it, but put it in motion.  Our own government in collusion with the military are openly moving against the people of the United States.  It is more than apparent we ARE the ENEMY so feared by those in power.  They weren’t  hunting BinLaden, they aren’t looking for terrorists…….they are preparing to hunt us.

The continual threats of an attack perpetrated by some vague enemy they either cannot identify or will not indentify are overshadowed by the presence of our own military on our streets fully engaged in preparation for attacking us.  If you think for one moment they wouldn’t…….just look at your local police and sheriff’s departments..fully militarized and more than willing to assault people in their own communities.

But don’t forget:  In 2008, General Renault of the Air Force signed that agreement of treason with the Canadians called the Civil Assistance Plan.  Plan B to be used just in case our soldiers decide love of country and patriotism does not include launching attacks on US civilians.  In this case, the Canadians will send their troops to do the job.  And we will return the favor for them, sending our troops against Canadians.

The suicide rate in our military is at an all time high as troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan are suffering post traumatic stress and suffering from horrendous depression as a result of what they saw and were required to do in the name of Bush’s (and now Obama’s) wars on humanity.  I have to wonder what kind of mental suffering will occur if in the future these young men and women have to deal with the suffering they caused here in their own country if this preparation for assault inside the US by the United States military takes place.

After waging a war of aggression, not only in Iraq and Afghanistan, but also in Somalia among other places, it doesn’t take much forethought to realize freedom, enduring or not, is not the actual agenda.  In fact, freedom whether here at home or in some foreign nation that has no interest in our version of freedom, is far from the actual intent.  As we continue our march into other sovereign countries, decimating everything in site and killing off large numbers of indigenous populations and leaving the soil unfit for any type of food production, we need to ask ourselves where and when will this all end?  And what is the real purpose?

I only have partial answers to a few questions.  Before we can determine why we are raping and pillaging other countries it might be best to look at what is happening here as it is here that the monumental changes to freedom as we have known it are taking place.   The wars and the constant reference to external threats have facilitated the conversion to fascism which benefits only the elite to the detriment of humanity.  But, before this conversion can be instituted fully, the greatest society ever to have existed on earth must first be neutralized.  This is being done not only through dissolution of our constitution but also by categorizing the common population as “enemies of the state” if they fail to comply.  Second to this is the efforts to supplant the United Nations as the controlling body of all nations and this will be firmly cemented in our minds as a global tax is assessed on us and the UN builds its own multi-national army and accesses our military at will.

Below I have listed just a few of the most egregious acts by our congress and president that indicate to me that maintaining our freedom is not a priority; that we are in a police state and that our government believes it has the right not only to take our freedom from us but to use us as lab rats when it sees fit in order to determine the quickest and most expeditious means of getting rid of a fair number of us.

Under the cover of “National Security”, our constitution is rendered null and void.  We have lost the right to due process, habeas corpus, and can be jailed indefinitely without charges for being deemed a “domestic terrorist” (blogger, writer, speaker etc.) and can even be stripped of our citizenship taking away any remaining constitutional protections. All of this brought to you by the John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007, The Military Commissions Act, The Patriot Act, The Security Enhancement Act of 2002 (Patriot Act 2) and various and sundry other rights robbing pieces of legislation all designed to negate the validity of the Constitution and passed with the threat of suffering another “attack” if we objected.

If Obama’s S2433 Global Poverty Tax passes, we will lose the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms, a provision of the GPT, to defend ourselves against our own government which has every intention of using our own military to attack us and is currently in training for that event. Referred to as Urban Warfare, training exercises are conducted in US cities supposedly to prepare for urban warfare abroad….which leaves me confused because according to our own government propaganda those living in the countries we are aggressively attacking are living in abject poverty and caves.  How could training in highly developed cities be of any help?

The Civil Assistance Plan, an agreement signed with Canada earlier this year, will see the Canadian Military used on American soil against Americans.  I guess that’s only fair, after all we saw the US military used at Montebello when the Security & Prosperity Partnership summit took place back in August 2007.  Yet not one of our illustrious elected officials protested this treasonous act, nor stood up to denounce it except Ron Paul of Texas.  This “plan” is the formation of the New North American Army.  Just think….a foreign military on our soil…shooting at us and our military under command of a foreign government, at will.

If S1959 Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 passes the Senate and is signed by King George, it will become a felony for any one of us to contact our elected officials to express our dismay or disapproval of what they are contemplating or have done or to try and persuade any one to change their religious, political, or social beliefs.  We can be declared a domestic terrorist for any reason or no reason at all.

If The Clean Water Restoration Act of 2007 passes (HR 2421), our human right to clean affordable water will be lost to privatization interests who will capture and sell it to the highest bidder regardless of who might be thirsting to death. The right to water from any source, including rain water will now be owned by the federal government.  The selling of those rights to water will begin immediately as the fed divvies up water resources and sells them off to the highest private bidder.  Billed as necessary to control pollution and to protect our waterways from polluters, this bill will facilitate the sale of water from every known source to the very enterprises and corporations most responsible for the pollution.

The Vaccine Liability Fund prevents access to the courts by those injured and which makes US taxpayers liable for the deaths and injuries caused by toxic vaccines created by Frankenstein pharmaceutical companies.  Those injured must now apply to the federal government for compensation from taxpayers.  Big pharma on the other hand continues to rake in windfall profits with no penalty and the death toll and injury from lethal pharmaceuticals and vaccines continues to climb.   While being relieved from liability big pharma also receives a dollar for dollar tax credit on research and development and advertising.

Even though China (of all places) will not allow genetically modified imports from the US, and France, Germany and many other nations will not allow GMO to be imported into their food supplies, our congress and executive have openly courted companies like Monsanto which have forced genetically altered foods into our supply using CAFTA rules regarding “free trade” which put the rights of a corporation above those of human beings.  Never mind that either no research has been done to assess the affects of GMO on the human body, or, if it has been done, no one is letting that information out.

Those same self-righteous religious fanatics populating our congress who fight so hard to keep stem cell research from moving forward seem to have no problem with transgenics…the splicing together of genes from different animals to produce such things as a pig with the skin of a cow, or cows that produce blood with human anti-bodies in it.  Our congress, replete with those being driven insane by religion votes to fund this type of ungodly experimentation each and every year while feigning religious indignation at the thought of stem cell research.

In 2002, Donald Rumsfeld, whose name I even hate to print out as to me it’s akin to conjuring up the devil, issued a new set of directives for the DoD.  In it, he asserted the DoD’s right to test on women and minorities, men and children and those in the military (everyone’s included) any biological weapon, any agent of germ warfare, any electromagnetic weapon or to test any agent or weapon of any kind on any American citizen at any time just by claiming it was for the greater good under “national security”.  And all of this brought to you without the right to informed consent or to be informed after the fact.  It even goes so far as to relieve any agent or operative from any current or future liability for any injury or death from any testing.

The retro-active immunity for the telecoms that spied on U.S. Citizens illegally, contained in the recently passed FISA bill, ( HR 6304), and for Bush administration operatives and agents who also conspired against U.S. Citizens for political purposes, we now have no recourse against this invasion of privacy perpetrated by our own government.  The very fact that they sought this immunity from prosecution after the fact is an admittance that they knew they were breaking the law when they did it.  The idea that our own elected officials voted against us in favor of the corporate select and in violation of the Constitution should have them all recalled from office.

We are now subject to be added to watch lists, to black lists, to all kinds of lists held by Homeland Security, the FBI and CIA among other more numerous spy agencies for no other reason than we voice our opposition to the illegal activities of this government or simply because we exist and they wish we didn’t.  The FBI is busying itself with compiling dossiers on every person in the country which will contain any and all information that can be data mined from any source whether true or not.

The estimated 26,000 members of Infragard openly spy on neighbors, employees and others and report to the FBI and Homeland Security.  Again, no effort is made to determine the accuracy of the snitches’ reports.

Thousands from the clergy have been financially prodded into coaxing their congregations to give up their guns when martial law is declared.  If your preacher, minister, priest, rabbi or pastor begins telling you that if martial law is declared it would be best for you to comply with government demands……find a different church.

Our military has been converted from one of national defense to one of protection of special interests.  It has been deployed not for the sake of defending the physical United States from specific and real threats, but rather, deployed for the corporations who covet the assets of foreign countries.  And WE pay for it not only in dollars, but with the blood of our family members and friends.

I realize that this is a very short list, but considering that Senator Harry Reid recently cited 873 bills as being passed since 2006, I have to wonder what is coming down the pike we don’t know about yet?  When exactly did they pass all these bills and just exactly what did they pass into legislation?  The things we know about are an abomination…….just imagine what has not yet been exposed.

I can think of any number of names for what has been done to our country under the guise of national security, defending freedom, and using war to steal the assets of another nation for profit.  Operation Enduring Freedom is not one of them. None of the actions either here at home or abroad have anything to do with maintaining or delivering freedom anywhere.

As it is, we need to look at the loss of freedom right here at home before we begin to think that we can deliver what we no longer possess to people who have no interest in it to begin with.

National Animal Indentification System

My dog Milo has his own page here on the site.  I haven’t been as attentive to his column as I should have been, but he isn’t saying much these days anyway.  I am however concerned about the RFID chip that was forcibly inserted into his neck before I was allowed to bring him home.  No chip….no dog.  As Milo was a birthday gift from my close friends who wanted so much to replace my beloved springer spaniel, Millie who died after 16 years, I had no choice but to accept Milo with the tracker in him.

I realize that after the disasterous Katrina, that thousands of pets went unclaimed or were never found.  I can surely see how this little chip would be useful in locating him should we become seperated for any reason, but something about not having a choice about the matter bothered me……so off I went researching what I could find about tracking pets…….which led me to CAFTA…..which led me to other things I wish I didn’t know.

Under provisions of CAFTA, the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) was established.  Please note that NAIS says ANIMALS, not “family pets” etc.  CAFTA sets up a system whereby every animal located any place in the CAFTA countries must be chipped and tracked from “FARM to FORK” (please don’t eat your pets)  Every chicken, pig, cow, horse, duck, goose, turkey or any animal kept as a pet or potential food source must be RFID’d and a fee must be paid per head, for food sources.

The average fee per head of chicken is $14.00 and the price goes up for the fee per livestock type.

This means that family farmers, people who raise a few chickens for their eggs or meat, who might raise a couple of hogs for slaughter, or beef, or whatever your choice is, must pay this fee to continue to have these animals (food resources) that must now be tracked in order to protect the national food supply….”national security” of course.  The government wants to be able to account for what you have, where it is, and whether or not you have consumed it or it just died.  And you must provide proof!

Supposedly this is all being done so that the unhealthy animals don’t enter the food supply.  So if I have this right, we can import tainted food including fish from China, Viet Nam and other countries,  and continue to deal with them without forcing them to subject their animals to this system or inspecting or registering their livestock, but home growers here must submit?  Growing for private use will not interfer with the national food stock.

Reading on through the NAIS system I found that private use growers must pay the fee per head up to 30,000 head.  Do the math on that one!  This is of course, unless you are a corporate AG food producer…..then, after you reach the 30,000 mark….and they all do!…you pay a fee only for ONE head.  This means if you have 20 chickens you keep for your families use it will cost you $280.00 per year to register them, most likely forcing you to get rid of them (or hopefully it will).  BUT! if you are a big corporate AG business you will pay only the orignal $14.00 as though you have only one chicken.  The same goes for cows, pigs etc.  Oh! And big AG doens’t have to have all their livestock located in one place, it can be spread over various farms in various states and thats okay!

How many of you out there who grow for private use have received the Agricultural Census and dutifully filled it out?  Then had agents come to your farm or home and demand that you RFID the animals and pay the fees?  Believe me it is happening.  When the Agricultural Census comes……put it in the trash where it belongs.  It is none of the governments business what you are growing for your own use.

Why do they want to know?

Experts all over the world are predicting a food crisis this summer.  This is not an accidental incident.  This has been very carefully set into motion.  The food crisis will not affect just third world countries somewhere “over there”.  Its set to happen right here at home as it spreads around the globe.  Consider these things:

We entered the Civil Assistance Plan with Canada last month in anticipation of the coming food crisis predicted to hit the east coast first.  Canada’s military are training now to patrol our streets.

CAFTA attempts to control all food and animal production even for private non-commercial use by RFID’ing all livestock……so that it can be located, confiscated and most likely destroyed.

Congress is now advocating using the United Nations mandate of “Stamping out”…..meaning they can claim your little chickens have some kind of disease that is a threat (you have no way of proving they don’t) and not only kill of your little flock but every living animal in large radius around your property.  Same goes if they say a wild animal has some mysterious disease…….they can now kill off every bird and animal and fish stock in the area……all to protect you of course!  And leave you without any source of food other than what they give you. If they give you…..

The Security Enhancement Act of 2003 (Patriot 2) makes it a felony to have any more than a weeks worth of food or supplies in the event of a national emergency…..which can be declared at any time by the president even if he is the only one to perceive one. (Congress can’t review the decision for six months)

So why was my Milo chipped?  I have no intentions of consuming him for any reason.  Because it is widely accepted that people are emotionally tied to their pets and this was a test run and desensitizer to get us all accustomed to the idea of RFID tracking and chipping…….even in our own bodies.  If they could get us to willingly chip our beloved pets by showing us all the lost and unclaimed pets after Katrina, we aren’t far from allowing them to do the same to our children and our selves.

Milo’s chip is registered to me.  Even if I left here, that I would leave him behind is unlikely.  Locate his chip and you have located me.  Unless of course I can find someone to remove it for me.

When did we become the enemy?

After watching the avalanche of infringements on our civil liberties since 9/11 I can only conclude that it is American citizens who have become a threat to “national security”.  It is also apparent to me that what you or I think of as national security is not quite the same thing as the government’s perceptions.

Through the Military Commissions Act we lost the writ of habeas corpus…the right to due process and to know what we are charged with and the right to mount a defense.  Now, just voicing an opposition to government policies can get you labeled as a “domestic terrorist”.

The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 reinforced this loss of due process and gave the president the right to deem any one of us as domestic combatants, solely on his deciding that we are.  It also gave him the right to put our National Guards and Reserves under federal military control to use against us should he decide to.These two pieces in particular gutted the Posse Commitatus Act that forbid the use of any standing army of the United States to be used against the citizens.

And just this last week, General Renaurt AF, signed the Civil Assistance Plan with Canada that will allow the Canadian Military to be used against us on our own soil.  We have similar agreements with Mexico and Germany among others.  This assistance is needed in case we have a forest fire, earthquake, terrorist attack…..or civil revolt.

The “Anti Terrorism and Homegrown Radicalization Act” S 1959 will make it an act of force and/or violence to rally, protest, or to gather in any way to try and change social, religious or political views.  To do so would mean that you are now a “radical”.  In the center of this unconstitutional bill is the groundwork for closing down entire sections of the internet.  Supposedly, we are so stupid and gullible that we are being exposed to extremist propaganda on the net every day and we need to be protected from that.  As a person who spends hours every day on the net researching legislation among other things, and have done so for years, I have never once seen or been exposed to any propaganda from any extremists other than those in our own government.

Homeland Security now has the Infragard….a coalition of about 23,000 individuals from the business sector who have been deputized to “defend the infrastructure in their area”, and have the right to shoot to kill without fear of prosecution when (not if) martial law is declared.

Infragard works directly with the FBI and reports “suspicious” activities by employees, neighbors, and others.  And they are armed. The FBI is building a database that now includes about 60 million people, and intends to continue doing this with an end objective of about 20 billion individual files.  They also have a watch list data base with an estimated 300 thousand names on it of possible “suspects”.

Obama’s “Global Poverty Tax” bill is on the floor of the senate now.  It allows the United Nations to assess a tax of .07% on our GDP…amounting to billions and billions of dollars to be taken from US taxpayers supposedly to fight poverty in third world countries.  Hidden in this piece of work is the intention to ban small arms….including hunting rifles and shotguns.  It would also make US citizens subject to international law, rather than our own courts.

Even though this is a limited list of assaults on our liberty, does anyone see anything here that would have any affect on stopping terrorism?  Not one of these bills or agreements deals with anything other than stripping US citizens of their rights, and establishing a police state.  So who are these people that our government is so fearful of?  George Bush claimed at one time that he had looked the enemy in the eye……and apparently he was looking at us.
