Duty to Warn

Submitted by:  Dr. Gary Kohl’s

By Guest Columnist Bruce G. Morgan – August 23, 2018

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This powerful essay by Bruce Morgan (which only contains a very small portion of the large amount of easily available evidence) proves, without any doubt, that the official Bush/Cheney/Pentagon/NIST/PNAC/Mainstream Media (MSM) “explanations” for the events of 9/11/01 were totally false and were therefore part of a conspiracy to disinform the American public about the catastrophe. If the evidence is followed in a court of law, the collapse of the three WTC towers will be conclusively proven to have been caused by a self-inflicted, controlled demolition rather than a fire. This column is being published and distributed around the world well in advance of the upcoming 17th anniversary of 9/11 so that the official anniversary story-lies that will surely be repeatedly and nauseatingly told by the MSM on 9/11/18 can be immediately refuted and laughed at and at the same time interest will be generated in the Lawyers Committee for 9-11 Inquiry described below. The truth is out there, and there will have to be a lot of explaining to do by the authorities and the MSM. See the links at the end of the column for much more. GGK (8/28/18)
2017 European scientific study concludes: All three WTC Towers collapsed due to controlled demolitions. Image above shows uniformly-severed short sections (less than 30 feet each) of WTC Tower structural steel beams weighing thousands of pounds each, flying like matchsticks from the exploding building. The sudden smoke is clearly from an explosion and not from a fire, thus totally disproving the official NIST report. 1907_592480940779533_1288754931_nLate Friday, a federal judge dismissed a civil claim filed against George W. Bush and other high-ranking officials regarding their conduct in planning and waging the Iraq War, and immunized them from further proceedings.
“This is an early Christmas present to former Bush Administration officials from the federal court,” Inder Comar of Comar Law said. Comar brought the claim on behalf of an Iraqi refugee and single mother, Sundus Shaker Saleh. “This was a serious attempt to hold US leaders accountable under laws set down at the Nuremberg Trials in 1946. I am very disappointed at the outcome.” More
Remember when the country first elected Obama? Remember the collective sigh of relief as he spoke of returning the country to its former glory? Remember when we all thought he was going to end the neo-con overthrow of our government and country?
And remember when we all realized he had simply picked up where the Bush/Cheney Crime Syndicate left off and added some new twists of his own?
Remember how sick at your stomach you felt when you realized that Obama was Bush on steroids?
That’s kind of the same feeling too many of us out here have today. This wasn’t a mandate for Republicans although they are trying to sell it as if it was. It was a rejection of the corruption, the anti-American mind-set in the District of Criminals. And we had only two choices.
______________________________________________
34192_1thThere are few out here in the general public, regardless of supposed party affiliation, expressing any sense of celebration or excitement over last night’s election returns. We simply swapped one faction of the one-party system for the other. Most agree that nothing is going change other than the way the pre-planned agenda will be implemented.
Absent from any debates, if you could call the public displays put on by candidates on both sides a debate of any kind, was any discussion of the illegal and unwarranted spying by NSA and multiple other spy agencies operating without oversight.
No one mentioned or even discussed casually, the militarization of law enforcement against the public at large. Not one candidate mentioned the military tanks, the grenade launchers, assault rifles, SWAT gear, and other military weapons that local law enforcement is now arming themselves with for use on the very communities that employ them. Equipment that was paid for with taxpayer money or borrowed in the name of the People and produced so excessively that there was enough equipment to sell to other countries, to arm our own military and to arm local law enforcement against us. National Energy Policy: The Cheney Law Massacre:
The US National Energy Policy of 2005 was created under Dick Cheney’s Energy Task Force in secret meetings; evidence shows that the energy industry influences foreign policy and may have led us into the Iraq War.  Cheney’s National Energy Policy is also responsible for electricity deregulation scams, corporate welfare for energy producers and many other problems that we are still suffering from today.  Deregulated electricity problems in Texas and other states are a direct result of Cheney’s National Energy Policy.
Are we consulting Bernie Madoff for retirement advice?
When it comes to political strategy, does anyone take Tom DeLay seriously anymore?
Would you rely on Jeffrey Dahmer for relationship counseling?
Then, why the hell are we providing a forum for former Vice President Dick Cheney every time he wants to run off at the mouth about terrorism?
When people become totally discredited, why would we persist in giving them access?
It is time we seriously consider boycotting those in the media that continue to broadcast his crap on nearly every newscast.
Obama disappoints. He disappoints because he’s been assimilated into the machine of Bush’s predecessors. He disappoints because he behaves as Bush did. Make no mistake – there is simply no possible way for a President to pristinely carry the adulation of the American public at all times. Which means that leaders have to have a fallback plan after the Honeymoon is over. However, so many elected him on the auspices that we wouldn’t get the Bush treatment.
Obama still has a chance to come correct. He can change direction any time he chooses. The issue for actors on the world stage is always MOTIVATION. Where does the context for these decisions come from? More
SHOE THROWING AT THE WHITE HOUSE
JOIN US IN WASHINGTON, DC ON PRESIDENT BUSH’S LAST DAY IN OFFICE FOR A SHOE HURLING ACTION
MONDAY, JANUARY 19th
11:00am CONVERGENCE followed by SHOE THROWING AT THE WHITE HOUSE
Why Shoe Bush?
Our president stood in a nation he had illegally invaded and occupied, where his actions had caused over 1.2 million deaths, 5 million people forced out of their homes, millions more deprived of electricity or clean water and afraid to walk the streets.  He stood smiling in a nation he had transformed into a living hell, a place where everyone had seen loved ones and neighbors killed.  And when Muntadar Al-Zeidi threw two shoes at him, our president remarked “I don’t know what his beef is.”
But billions of people around the world believed that the pretended obliviousness of George W. Bush to the pain and suffering he was inflicting had gone on as long as they could stand if not much longer, and Al-Zeidi became a hero overnight.  His two shoes punctured the Bush veil of separation, the distance Bush pretends to imagine exists between his decisions and the human limbs scattered in the sand of his colony.  And while the U.S. media pretended to wonder whether the water torture was “really” torture, the United States and its puppet government in Iraq inflicted on Al-Zeidi one of the more commonly employed torture techniques of the Bush regime: they beat him and broke his bones.
In an ideal world, it would be enough to present the evidence of crimes for Bush, Cheney, and their criminal subordinates to be prosecuted and convicted.  In this world, we’ve presented that evidence ( http://afterdowningstreet.org/keydocuments ) for years, and we are still in a climate in which Bush and Cheney blissfully admit their crimes, apparently believing that they render prosecution less likely by declaring their own crimes acceptable.  While lies may take hold more easily the bigger they are, big lies also collapse quickly, as when a child points to a naked emperor, or a journalist throws his shoes.
We have a president-elect who can save himself from engaging in criminal wars and occupations, in torture and other war crimes, in warrantless spying and other violations of our Constitution, only by prosecuting the actions of his predecessor.  Not to prosecute is itself a crime.  If we are going to persuade the president elect, we must first persuade the U.S. media, and the U.S. media is not attracted by facts and information.  The U.S. media is attracted by throwing shoes.
Bush’s last act is expected to be the unprecedented pardoning of crimes he authorized.  This has never before been done, and to do so is to drop all claim to being a nation of laws.  Thanks to the example set by Al-Zeidi, since emulated by people all over the world, we will know exactly how to make our response visible when those pardons come.
Will Bush Pardon Cheney on Christmas Eve?
Will Bush Pardon Cheney on Christmas Eve?
On Christmas Eve 1992, defeated President George H.W. Bush pardoned Caspar Weinberger, Elliott Abrams, Duane Clarridge, Alan Fiers, Clair George, and Robert McFarlane for their Iran-Contra crimes. Not one served a single day in jail; Weinberger was about to go on trial and would have tied Bush himself to the scandal.
Will George W. Bush follow his father’s precedent and pardon Dick Cheney and his other criminal co-conspirators this Wednesday on Christmas Eve?
Last week, Cheney was all over TV setting the stage for pardons. He admitted he personally approved torture, but insisted it destroyed Al Qaeda and saved American lives.
According to a powerful article by David Rose in Vanity Fair, the Bush-Cheney torture regime accomplished exactly the opposite. The torture photos from Abu Ghraib helped Al Qaeda’s recruitment soar. U.S. officers in Iraq say torture-inspired attacks on U.S. soldiers were the #1 and #2 cause of soldiers’ deaths. CIA analysts say the “intelligence” produced by torture was worthless.
On November 20, Rep. Jerrold Nadler introduced H.Res. 1531 to urge Bush not to pardon his criminal co-conspirators. Nadler’s bill has 9 co-sponsors but we need every Representative (and Senator) to speak out against corrupt self-pardons.
Urge Eric Holder to Appoint a Special Prosecutor for Bush War Crimes
Last week three important Democrats – Rep. Jerrold Nadler, Sen. Carl Levin, and VP-elect Joe Biden – independently urged the Attorney General to investigate Dick Cheney’s torture confession. A growing chorus of newspapers (NY Times) and legal scholars (John Dean, Glenn Greenwald) agrees.
Prosecution of those responsible for torture is not optional – it is required by our obligations under the Geneva Conventions.
So we’ve joined forces with buhdydharma and the Docudharma community to petition Obama’s AG nominee, Eric Holder, to appoint a Special Prosecutor.
Holder replied after receiving a few hundred emails: “Enough folks. I hear you.” That’s a start, but we’ve asked for a formal statement. And we’re collecting additional signatures to deliver when Holder goes before the Senate for confirmation hearings in January.
Cheney & Gonzales indicted in Texas…….BRASSCHECK TV/video
Leave a comment
I’m not sure anyone can fix the trashed
world financial system…but I’ll personally feel a whole lot better when Dick Cheney and George Bush are in jail.
Half of that ideal may be on the verge of being achieved.
A Texas prosecutor has just filed a formal indictment against Cheney for being part of a criminal conspiracy.
Interesting case…
Privately owned prisons abused prisoners…
Cheney was an investor in these prisoners…
he and former crooked Attorney General Alberto Gonzales actively interfered with the investigation of abuses, including murder, in these prisons.
It’s a RICO charge – the operation of an organized criminal enterprise.
And the indictments are real.
Will Mr. Cheney soon be a guest at the Graybar Hotel?
I certainly hope so. It would be good for America’s soul.
Quote of the Day: “If I want to be free from any other man’s dictation, I must understand that I can have no other man under my control.” — William Graham Sumner (1840-1910) Source: “The Forgotten Man and Other Essays,” 1919
Subject: Will seven years of damage to civil liberties be reversed?
We heard it repeatedly: “Change we can believe in.” That’s what the President-elect promised. Do you expect it?
Well, we’re going to demand it.
Our civil liberties were trashed during the last seven years.
Habeas Corpus. Torture. Warrantless spying. And more. Where do we begin? For one thing . . .
We want President Obama to tell us the magnitude of the Bush Administration’s warrantless spying on Americans.
In 2005 the New York Times exposed the so-called “Terrorist Surveillance Program.” They had to rush the story to publish the story before the Bush Administration could stop it with an injunction. The story scared the Bush administration. And rightly so.
They were breaking the law. Someone should’ve gone to jail. But the Bush Administration had cajones — big brass ones.
First, they stonewalled, misdirected, and refused to provide documents to Congress. They even subpoenaed the phone records of the investigating reporters.
Then they demanded that Congress legalize their crimes retroactively, and immunize the phone companies that had conspired with them.
It took two years, but the Bush administration got what it wanted.
First, they had to wait for an election to provide a Congressional majority of “change Democrats.” It was the Democrats who gave the president his “get out of jail free card.”
One notable “change Democrat” showed us what change really means. His name was Barack Obama. He changed from his 2006 stance and voted to give President Bush the unconstitutional powers and immunity from prosecution that President Bush so desperately wanted and needed.
Call me cynical, but perhaps the aspiring President Obama was looking ahead and decided he wanted those powers too. If so, it may be wishful thinking to hope that our “change” president will tell us where the bodies are buried — even though he could simply direct his team to do so. But actually, our hopes are more well-founded.
To begin with, we could get an accounting from whistleblowers. As our coalition partner, Caroline Frederickson at the ACLU, told the New York Times, “I’d bet there are a lot of career employees in the intelligence agencies who’ll be glad to see Obama take the oath so they can finally speak out against all this illegal spying and get back to their real mission.”
And the Times has also reported that, “New Yorker investigative reporter Seymour Hersh already has a slew of sources waiting to spill the Bush administration’s darkest secrets. ‘You cannot believe how many people have told me to call them on January 20.’ said Hersh.”
If the whistleblowers step forward, then all we need is simply for President Obama to stay out of the way. That would be sufficient “change” in this instance.
Second, there are going to be some “musical chairs” that will “change” the leadership of various Senate Committees. CQ reports, “John D. Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., might give up the Intelligence gavel to take the helm at the Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee. If that happens, Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. is likely to chair the Intelligence panel.”
Senator Rockefeller was too accommodating to the Bush Administration. Senator Feinstein is no friend of civil liberties, but she’s been better than Rockefeller.
So “change” is possible, and will become more possible if we continue to push for it. Perhaps we all need to say, “Yes, we can!”
The best way to continue to apply pressure for real change is to ask for a complete reversal of President Bush’s trashing of our civil liberties. The best way to do that is to constantly pressure Congress to pass Ron Paul’s “American Freedom Agenda Act.”
This bill is so good that it’s supported by progressives, conservatives, and libertarians.
Please use our Educate the Powerful System to send another message to your elected representatives asking them to co-sponsor the “American Freedom Agenda Act.”
Use your personal comments to remind them that the election was about change, so change it what you want. Bush’s policies were repudiated, so they should also be repealed. The “American Freedom Agenda Act” does that.
Remember, stay tuned to these Dispatches. On Friday we plan to announce an exciting new project that will increase the speed at which the Downsize DC Army grows.
And thank you for being a part of that army.
Congress Must Demand Bush and Cheney Resign
Congress Must Demand Bush and Cheney Resign
George Bush wants taxpayers to pay $700 billion to bail out Wall Street for its reckless investments in mortgage-backed securities. That’s on top of $800 billion for other recent bailouts, including A.I.G., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Bear Stearns.
The current financial disaster is the direct result of the Bush-Cheney Administration’s 8-year policy of deregulation, corruption, and greed.
The Bush-Cheney Administration cannot be trusted to solve the massive problems they created. Before Congress gives the Bush Administration one dime of taxpayer money for financial bailouts, Congress must demand the immediate resignation of George Bush, Dick Cheney, and Henry Paulson and the appointment of Speaker Nancy Pelosi as President until our next President is sworn in on January 20, 2009.
Email your Senators and Representative and spread the word:
MSM Fails Again! No Reporting of Impeachment Resolution
Leave a comment
In what were nothing but minor blips on the national media radar, few comments were made nor any reporting done of Dennis Kucinich’s HRes 1258….35 Articles of Impeachment.  Of course they did report the latest celebrity mishaps, DUI’s, and a bunch of other uninformative and useless information, all neatly packaged and prepared for the new American Sensate Society.  In other words, a call for impeachment of the most corrupt administration and president in our history went by virtually without notice or fanfare.
Last week, a US Congressman submitted articles of impeachment for the most obvious of Bush’s crimes.
Was it reported? Did you see the footage on TV?
No, but here it is:
Yesterday’s vote and today’s steps forward
Yesterday, the House voted 251-166 to send the 35 Articles of Impeachment introduced on Monday to the House Judiciary Committee.
ImpeachBush.org is initiating a full-scale grassroots campaign to pressure the House Judiciary Committee to act on HRes 1258, the Articles of Impeachment for George W. Bush. It is now the Judiciary Committee’s obligation to hold impeachment hearings.
We’ve produced a new flyer, “Impeachment: How you can help make it a reality,” which you can download by clicking here. It is perfect for circulating to your friends, family members, classmates, co-workers, community members, and all other potential newcomers to the movement. If everyone on this list were to pass out the flyer to just ten people — and that wouldn’t take long at all — we could magnify our efforts dramatically.
By bringing the millions more people who already support impeachment into the movement, through phone calls, emails, door-to-door outreach, rallies, pickets and advertising, Congress will be forced to respond to the will of the people.
We’d especially like to thank everyone who has donated to the impeachment movement in the last few days. It’s your help that allows us to get these grassroots initiatives off the ground and running in no time. If you have not donated this week, please consider taking a moment to do so right now and click this link. If you have already given, we thank you for any additional contribution you can make.
Revealed: Secret plan to keep Iraq under US control
Bush wants 50 military bases, control of Iraqi airspace and legal immunity for all American soldiers and contractors
By Patrick Cockburn
Thursday, 5 June 2008
A secret deal being negotiated in Baghdad would perpetuate the American military occupation of Iraq indefinitely, regardless of the outcome of the US presidential election in November.
The terms of the impending deal, details of which have been leaked to The Independent, are likely to have an explosive political effect in Iraq. Iraqi officials fear that the accord, under which US troops would occupy permanent bases, conduct military operations, arrest Iraqis and enjoy immunity from Iraqi law, will destabilize Iraq’s position in the Middle East and lay the basis for unending conflict in their country.
But the accord also threatens to provoke a political crisis in the US. President Bush wants to push it through by the end of next month so he can declare a military victory and claim his 2003 invasion has been vindicated. But by perpetuating the US presence in Iraq, the long-term settlement would undercut pledges by the Democratic presidential nominee, Barack Obama, to withdraw US troops if he is elected president in November.
The timing of the agreement would also boost the Republican candidate, John McCain, who has claimed the United States is on the verge of victory in Iraq – a victory that he says Mr. Obama would throw away by a premature military withdrawal.
America currently has 151,000 troops in Iraq and, even after projected withdrawals next month, troop levels will stand at more than 142,000 – 10 000 more than when the military “surge” began in January 2007. Under the terms of the new treaty, the Americans would retain the long-term use of more than 50 bases in Iraq. American negotiators are also demanding immunity from Iraqi law for US troops and contractors, and a free hand to carry out arrests and conduct military activities in Iraq without consulting the Baghdad government.
The precise nature of the American demands has been kept secret until now. The leaks are certain to generate an angry backlash in Iraq. “It is a terrible breach of our
sovereignty”, said one Iraqi politician, adding that if the security deal was signed it would de-legitimize the government in Baghdad which will be seen as an American pawn.
The US has repeatedly denied it wants permanent bases in Iraq but one Iraqi source said: “This is just a tactical subterfuge.” Washington also wants control of Iraqi airspace below 29,000ft and the right to pursue its “war on terror” in Iraq, giving it the authority to arrest anybody it wants and to launch military campaigns without consultation.
Mr. Bush is determined to force the Iraqi government to sign the so-called “strategic alliance” without modifications, by the end of next month. But it is already being condemned by the Iranians and many Arabs as a continuing American attempt to dominate the region. Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, the powerful and usually moderate Iranian leader, said yesterday that such a deal would create “a permanent occupation”. He added: “The essence of this agreement is to turn the Iraqis into slaves of the Americans.”
Iraq’s Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, is believed to be personally opposed to the terms of the new pact but feels his coalition government cannot stay in power without US backing.
The deal also risks exacerbating the proxy war being fought between Iran and the United States over who should be more influential in Iraq.
Although Iraqi ministers have said they will reject any agreement limiting Iraqi
sovereignty, political observers in Baghdad suspect they will sign in the end and simply want to establish their credentials as defenders of Iraqi independence by a show of defiance now. The one Iraqi with the authority to stop deal is the majority Shia spiritual leader, Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani. In 2003, he forced the US to agree to a referendum on the new Iraqi constitution and the election of a parliament. But he is said to believe that loss of US support would drastically weaken the Iraqi Shia, who won a majority in parliament in elections in 2005.
The US is adamantly against the new security agreement being put to a referendum in Iraq, suspecting that it would be voted down. The influential Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr has called on his followers to demonstrate every Friday against the impending agreement on the grounds that it compromises Iraqi independence.
The Iraqi government wants to delay the actual signing of the agreement but the office of Vice-President Dick Cheney has been trying to force it through. The US ambassador in Baghdad, Ryan Crocker, has spent weeks trying to secure the accord.
The signature of a security agreement, and a parallel deal providing a legal basis for keeping US troops in Iraq, is unlikely to be accepted by most Iraqis. But the Kurds, who make up a fifth of the population, will probably favor a continuing American presence, as will Sunni Arab political leaders who want US forces to dilute the power of the Shia. The Sunni Arab community, which has broadly supported a guerrilla war against US occupation, is likely to be split.
American Freedom Campaign….Arrest Karl Rove
Leave a comment
Finally.
More than seven years too late, it appears as if a growing number of congresspersons are realizing that they are part of a co-equal branch of government.  After allowing their institution to be disrespected and at times ignored by the executive branch, top officials in Congress are finally expressing a willingness to use their full power under the Constitution to rein in an out-of-control administration.
The current target:  Karl Rove.
Rove has been asked by the House Judiciary Committee to testify about his involvement in the Justice Department’s prosecution and imprisonment of former Alabama Governor Don Siegleman.  As Rove has so far refused to testify voluntarily, members of Congress have started sending signals that they are prepared to go to the mattresses over this.
Yesterday, Rep. Robert Wexler sent out a strongly worded E-mail – pasted in full below – advocating the use of “inherent contempt” against Rove, which would allow the House Sergeant-of-Arms to forcibly bring Rove to the House to testify.
Also yesterday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers alluded to the use of inherent contempt.  “We’ll do what any self-respecting committee would do,” Conyers said. “We’d hold him in contempt. Either that or go and have him arrested.”
We need you to let your representative know that you support this forceful action.  If you agree that Congress should arrest Karl Rove, if necessary, and force him to testify before the House, please click on this link and send an E-mail to your representative immediately:
http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/2165/t/1027/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=24617
Once you have taken action, please forward this E-mail as widely as possible or use the tell-a-friend page on the American Freedom Campaign site to spread the word.
An E-mail from Rep. Robert Wexler, May 15, 2008:
Last night, I appeared on MSNBC’s Verdict with Dan Abrams to discuss Karl Rove’s outrageous refusal to appear before Congress regarding serious allegations that he used the US Justice Department to take down a prominent Democratic politician. It is alleged that Mr. Rove personally instigated the prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegleman.  The case has been criticized by legal experts, and 52 former state attorney generals – both Republicans and Democrats – have criticized the case and called for an investigation.
If Rove refuses to testify voluntarily and ignores the subpoenas that will certainly be issued, he should be held in Inherent Contempt of the House of Representatives.
No American is above the law.  None of us should be able to ignore Congress without consequence.   If Mr. Rove ignores a subpoena from the Judiciary Committee, then the House of Representatives should pass an Inherent Contempt citation and exercise our right to send the House Sergeant-of-Arms to gather Mr. Rove and bring him before Congress to testify.
I do not advocate this option lightly, but the reality is that Congress has few options left against an Administration that totally refuses to submit to any type of reasonable Congressional oversight.  Congress has both the right and obligation to investigate these matters.  Never before has an Executive so upset the checks and balances inherent in our Constitution.  If we back off or delay, we effectively forfeit the power of Congress to investigate the Executive branch
Rove is not the first White House official to ignore Congress.  We have seen a pattern of refusals based on laughable claims of executive privilege. First, White House Chief of Staff Joshua Bolten and former White House Counsel Harriet Miers ignored subpoenas on the investigation into the firing of US Attorney Generals for partisan political motives.
Their refusal to testify was unprecedented:  never before have executive officials totally refused to even show up before Congress.  Bolten and Miers are the highest officials ever held in contempt of Congress.  Unfortunately, Attorney General Mukasey – in a dereliction of duty – has refused to enforce the contempt decree and now Congress is suing them in District Court to demand compliance.  Then, the Vice President’s Chief of Staff, David Addington, refused to testify on the investigation into the Bush Administration’s ordering of torture.  Now, Rove continues this executive arrogance by also refusing to testify.
Enough is enough.  We have a Constitutional obligation to provide accountability to a White House that is trying to usurp the constitutional powers of Congress.
These are the very reasons why I have been pushing for impeachment hearings for Vice President Cheney.  The Bush Administration has been running roughshod over the Constitution for eight long years.  We should not allow the promise of a positive election be used as an excuse to ignore our duty to investigate crimes that weaken the very fabric of our Democracy.
I thank you again for your commitment to the causes that we hold so dear.
With warm regards,
Congressman Robert Wexler
I have a few things I would like to say to you but I know if I write these thoughts down in a letter and mail them to you I will most likely be put on a watch list at the very least and probably will be hounded by my local FBI for daring to speak out.  More than likely, if this open letter to you is printed…….I will end up on a list anyway.  Even knowing that, I am determined to have my say.  What follows is my take on you, your presidency and the damage you have done to our once beautiful country.
To begin:  I personally will consider it an act of treason against the people of the sovereign United States for you to continue to participate in, contribute to, or to in any way engage  in furthering the Security & Prosperity Partnership.  The idea that you have scheduled the next summit meeting for this anti-American agreement, in New Orleans in April, on American soil for the benefit of you and your corporate friends and crooks is more than an insult. It is a direct violation of the Logan Act and is nothing less than treason.
By the way:  nothing in our Constitution gives you the right to enter into agreements of any kind without calling it what it is…a treaty.  You don’t call it a treaty because that would mean congress would have oversight…..and you sure don’t want that!
The failure of any of your three Attorney’s General to secure our border with Mexico against this illegal colonization and immigration, is a direct result of your intentions to merge the US, Canada and Mexico into one big continental country.
All three of your nefarious AG’s have failed to perform their duties as prescribed in the US Code mandating that it is their DUTY to secure our borders against any unlawful invasion.  They each failed to perform the duties of their office, and you have supported and encouraged this failure.
I find it more than strange that we are now going to have to suffer the indignity of foreign military on our soil, against us…… and we can now send our military into other countries to attack their populations, but we can’t use our own military to secure that border.
But this isn’t about foreign terrorists or mass illegal immigration is it?  This is about dismantling the Republic.  This is about coaxing and conning people into believing an imaginary enemy is at their door and that unless they give up everything this country was founded on, the boogey man will get them!  This is all about transforming a once great nation of free people into one of oppression and government control for the benefit of the select few.  This is about terrorizing the American public into compliance. It is the American people that you fear most of all.
Ordinary citizens are now “domestic combatants”, “domestic terrorists”.  Why?  Because they object to your un-American policies.  We have watch lists, no fly lists, specially designated nationals lists…black lists of all kinds.  And the names of American citizens who have never committed any crime are being added to these lists daily.  But for some reason we can’t find Osama.  We can’t locate and deport illegals back to their homes.  We can’t enforce immigration laws.  But we can sure run down American citizens and data mine every possible piece of information on them.
Under the threat of another attack (you seem to be the only one threatening) our phone calls are listened to, our email is read, our web searches tracked, our snail mail opened and read, our personal business is tracked, our medical information is logged, our homes can be searched without warrant or warning, our assets frozen, and now HSD wants to enact REAL ID which is nothing more than a national ID which they are forbidden to ever establish according to their charter.  You want us chipped, bio-scanned, facially imprinted, fingerprinted, and you want us to go to a cashless system so that only those with the ID can conduct any transaction……and only if you say its ok.
The stage is set isn’t it?  The Executive Orders granting yourself expanded and unconstitutional powers, the signing statements putting yourself above the law, the presidential directives laying the groundwork for martial law and suspension of the Constitution and Bill of Rights; the FEMA camps for dissidents… these things are all in place and just waiting for you to declare a national emergency……and to declare yourself as perpetual dictator.
In all of this, the greatest disappointment has been the refusal of congress on either side of the isle to act to defend the people of the United States from you.  I personally believe that you, Cheney, Rice, and many others in this illegitimate administration pose a greater threat to the safety of this nation than any foreign terrorist ever could.
It is you and your cronies who have done the damage.  It is you who have started wars of aggression, who lies pathologically, who seems intent on destroying our nation.  It is you who subverts our laws, disregards our Constitution and who is intent on taking away our liberties.  No foreign terrorist could have done this.
It is you and the terrorists in your administration who pose the greatest threat.  It is you we need to fear.  And we need to treat you as we would any other terrorist:
You should be held without communication at a secret prison and tortured until you said whatever we wanted you to say whether it was true or not.  We need to seize all your assets and incarcerate your wife and children.  And don’t think you would have any rights either or that you will get a fair trial.  After all, we’re not going to tell you what you’re charged with or allow you to see any evidence that we might have against you and you will not be allowed to mount a defense of any kind.
In the end, if we haven’t water boarded, electrocuted, or beaten you to death, or permanently screwed up your mental faculties with the use of psychotropic drugs that we may use to experiment on you, we may let you go.  But then again….maybe not.   The dogs may be hungry.  And besides, the usual term of incarceration for terrorism is life without parole if you don’t die “accidentally” while in prison.  I have to wonder if those laws and provisions sound quite so good to you now?
I would like to think that the election in November will bring a much needed reversal of the illegitimate laws and corruption that have defined your administration.  But, I know this won’t happen.  Regardless of who supposedly wins that election, that person will simply continue the destruction you have begun.  And I also know that no one will be allowed to take that office without first swearing that they will continue what you have started.  (We don’t have hacker enabled electronic voting machines for nothing.  I guess you would know more about those than I would.)
Knowing that you are a megalomaniac and totally without conscience, I am sure you think that history will report you as some great leader with a vision.  I think history, if it isn’t censored to a great extent, will report you as the worst president ever in our history.  If not the worst, then assuredly the most despised.  The only person I can think of which will be held in even less regard would be Cheney.
Marti Oakley
These are just some of my observations.  I have many more and would gladly share them with you……but I know your aversion to having to actually deal with or communicate with the non-elite.  That, and if you cared what I or anyone else out here thought, none of this would be happening anyway.
