Journalists are now on the chopping block as the Feds and Homeland Security are planning to make lists and spy on websites, news outlets, articles, blogs and whistleblower sites.  Not in America? Yes, in America,, the land of the First Amendment and free expression. Essentially, this “Big Brother” agenda is a hydrogen bomb that is set to explode and  we the people must stop it before it happens.

“The DHS is looking for a contractor and has just announced that it intends to compile a comprehensive list of hundreds of thousands of ‘journalists, editors, correspondents, social media influencers, bloggers etc.’, and collect any ‘information that could be relevant’ about them.”  http://www.wnd.com/2018/06/uncovered-feds-plan-to-spy-on-journalists/

INFORMATION & RELEASE FOR MARTI-OAKLEY TS RADIO!

TNT-Tanya talkS______________________________________

Where your voice is heard & your story is told…

Tanya Hathaway is actively in hot pursuit of bringing Oklahoma to Justice.

Tune in on Sunday’s at 6:00 p.m CST for an hour-long show of explosive discussion about the realities of the broken-down “Sooner State” government and judicial system.

TNT Tanya talkS is lining up guests that will share their verified stories of alleged corruption/abuse by the state of Oklahoma.

Updates on those that have been on air will be provided as able, and we will have experts on occasionally that will provide additional insights and share some of their own stories.

The progress and outreach to meet the deadline of bringing the alarming alleged organized crimes by the State of Oklahoma to the DOJ in the fall of 2018 , and what it will take to make it happen will be discussed.

Plenty of hot topics regarding who is who (many and plenty of those), and why they are still on the bench, in office, donning a badge, etc.; will be brought to light as “alleged” crimes-for now.

The show will strive to explore some legal interpretations of the law and some deep dark secrets that many don’t know or if they told anyone, people would think we were crazy. Well, it’s time for an education!

All this is for the well-deserved benefit of doing the dance better than the wrong-doers in disguise; and to bring to surface an understanding of where our rights actually do reside as TNT Tanya talkS exposes the crimes and the criminals…(alleged).

You will be a part of the unveiling of agency crimes that we are exposing and are allegedly taking place with permission through condonation of The State of Oklahoma. We’ll talk about overcoming any and all barriers to prove the heinous ongoing injustices and crimes on the youth of medical kidnapping and so much more.

If you wish to preview of Tanya’s soon to be published story so; and what led her to this click below: https://theeprovocateur.blogspot.com/2018/01/abuse-in-courtroom-of-tulsa-judge-j.html

To be a guest on the show and talk about your own story: A submission must be made for purposes of liability of the producers and host.

There must be verifiable evidence to accept your story. If evidence is running short because of the criminals that see to it that it happens; a sworn statement/affidavit may suffice.

Experts or seasoned advocates that wish to be a guest on the show, please do contact me as well and let’s have that discussion!

The producers and host of the show have the right to decline any request for an interview.

To submit your request to be on TNT Tanya talkS-please email at Tanya@injusticeinoklhomaexposed.com

When emailing your request, please put in subject line: TNT guest request.

Mainstream Media To Bully Bloggers Out Of ‘Fair Use’

(NWR) – The Associated Press, The New York Times, The Washington Post, along with 28 other news organizations, are launching a company which hopes to further profit on their news reporting, by seeking to make paying customers out of websites or blogs which reproduce their content, either in full or in part.

The new company will go by the ridiculous name of ‘NewsRight’, to make it better appear to the general public that these mainstream media outlets have some kind of exclusivity over the very flow of human existence of any significance (or as equally likely, insignificance) taking place anywhere in the world.

With technology available to the media organizations which I have  mentioned to clandestinely encode news stories or articles with the writer’s name and date published, NewsRight, will not only know when content under their watchful eye, has been copied and pasted elsewhere on the Internet, but also the privacy infringing details of just who may be viewing it. Why Bloggers Make A Difference

“I personally write for several reasons.

Pointing out the ridiculous actions of governmental agencies utilizing our tax dollars is amusing.

It is empowering to stop the enacting of Legislative change through making available information internet users may not be aware of.”

Bloggers. They are everywhere and have been since the day Al Gore supposedly invented the Internet nigh on 30 years ago. While “Snopes.com” may dismiss the charges of exaggerated claims by the now defunct Assistant Leader of the Free World, it stands to reason that once the “information superhighway” was unleashed anyone with a piece to say now had access to the whole www thing. Therein lies the problem: What insanity to cover when so much information is available?

Should one perhaps bemoan the plight of the enslaved Honeybee forced to toil for the evil master?

Unfortunately, like factory farmers, many beekeepers take inhumane steps to ensure personal safety and reach production quotas. It’s not unusual for larger honey producers to cut off the queen bee’s wings so that she can’t leave the colony or to have her artificially inseminated on a bee-sized version of the factory farm “rape rack.”

Rape rack? Goodness what glorious alliteration although a more measured tone should, and could, be read at one of my more favorite bloggers site by David Rukin: More

Jury Says Blogger Has To Pay For His Words Even Though He Did Not Lie

On Friday, a Minnesota jury found that a blogger must pay $60,000 in damages because of statements he published in his blog about a public figure who was subsequently fired from his job.  Internet publishers and free speech advocates should pay close attention to this case if it is appealed because the blogger was found liable even though the jury did not find that the blogger’s statements were false.

This decision is the latest example of the law’s apparent struggle to apply basic constitutional protections to internet publishers.  If the Minnesota ruling holds up, it will mean that bloggers will have to worry they will be forced to pay for true statements that they publish that cause a person damages.

In June 2009, Jerry Moore was fired from the University of Minnesota after blogger John Hoff a/k/a Johnny Northside wrote a blog post criticizing the college for hiring Moore.  In the post, Hoff criticized Moore’s previous work as Executive Director of a community organization and linked Moore to a real estate scandal.  In the post, Hoff stated, “Repeated and specific evidence in Hennepin County District Court shows Jerry Moore was involved with a high-profile fraudulent mortgage at 1564 Hillside Ave N.”    READ MORE

Copyright Extortionist Righthaven Sues Drudge: Backed by CFR, Rockefeller, and Monsanto Money

AP:
Shady Las Vegas copyright infringement company, Righthaven LLC, seems to be a small-time legal firm using a canned lawsuit to slap down bloggers for copyright infringement for meager settlements. But now they are going after alternative news kingpin and globalist critic Matt Drudge of the Drudge Report.

Righthaven claims that Drudge knowingly misused a Denver Post copyrighted photo of a TSA agent groping the crotch of a male traveler, along with a link to a story about airport security on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website.  Righthaven is seeking copyright infringement damages of $150,000 and forfeiture of his domain name.

Drudge Report was instrumental in inciting the recent TSA revolt by repeatedly posting stories that exposed rights abuses by Big Brother, or “Big Sis” when referring to DHS Sec. Janet Napolitano.  It seems, this time, Drudge went too far by posting the obvious headline to the groping photo; TSA XXX: Airport Wants ‘Opt Out.’ More

We recently ran a video here sent to us by an educator, which turned out to be bogus.  Turns out that video was a manipulated creation supposedly meant for fun, dealing with the issue of Obama’s place of birth.

Having stayed out of the “birther” issue, realizing it is a moot point as Obama is the CEO of the corporate federal government, and not the President of the Constitutional Republic (neither were any of his predecessors since the early 1900’s), I knew it made no difference where he was born.  The Republicans know this also, which is why they remain silent and refuse to back their own party faithful as they attempt to make an issue out of this;  but I bit and published the video.  My fault.

We also published an article concerning the posting of a huge sign in Arizona, prohibiting the entrance into a 3450 acre area along the border, by American citizens. The area is known for its drug and human trafficking and quite dangerous.  In essence, the powers that be essentially turned the area over to the cartels, refusing to defend Arizona’s border from them.  We got attacked here on PPJ because the sign had been taken down, and a new and improved larger sign had been posted saying exactly the same thing the old sign had said, and a shiny new PR announcement had been launched saying that the area was safe….but don’t go in it because it is dangerous.  Not only was the article attacked…..so was the author.  The person doing the attacking went to his own site and wrote a trash piece that would have made those who dabble in tabloid-type journalism, proud.  More

If you’re a blogger, this page is for you.girl_dees

One of EFF’s goals is to give you a basic roadmap to the legal issues you may confront as a blogger, to let you know you have rights, and to encourage you to blog freely with the knowledge that your legitimate speech is protected.

To that end, we have created the Legal Guide for Bloggers, a collection of blogger-specific FAQs addressing everything from fair use to defamation law to workplace whistle-blowing.

In addition, EFF continues to battle for bloggers’ rights in the courtroom:

Bloggers can be journalists (and journalists can be bloggers). We’re battling for legal and institutional recognition that if you engage in journalism, you’re a journalist, with all of the attendant rights, privileges, and protections. (See Apple v. Does.)

Bloggers are entitled to free speech. We’re working to shield you from frivolous or abusive threats and lawsuits. Internet bullies shouldn’t use copyright, libel, or other claims to chill your legitimate speech. (See OPG v. Diebold.) More
