Gretchen Rachel Hammond, investigative reporter, fills us in on the after shock of her expose’ on Oakland county Probate Court, Michigan.  Gretchen’s five part series, fully documented in tedious detail the corruption and abuses that have been on going for years!  The number of lives destroyed while predators in the system were given ownership and control of vulnerable elderly an disabled individuals, allowing them to warehouse these people and help themselves to their assets is a national disgrace.  All of it done within the full view of the state’s attorney general, Dana Nessel.  She wasn’t the only AG to turn a blind eye, just the last in a long line.

“It seems the guardians and judges at the Oakland County Probate Court have been doing a bit of house cleaning since August:

Elderly and developmentally disabled victims are getting moved out of unlicensed group homes.

Small refunds are being offered to victim family members on the proviso that they sign a form saying they received a refund for “accidental over billing.”

Guardians are trying to close out cases and get rid of their own assets (such as half million dollar homes).

Files in case dockets are being altered or removed (such as accounts, change of address forms and ex parte orders).

As of last week, the court’s only public access computer (the one my team and I used to research case files without paying $1-per-page) is gone.”

Tune in as Gretchen fills us in on the recent activity in Michigan.  Amazing what a top-notch investigative journalist can do!

Arizona: HB 1070 vs Goliath

Arizona bill HB 1070, a bill confirming the right of the state of Arizona to deal directly with illegal immigration, was immediately challenged by the DoJ.  The state was sued by the so-called [Justice Department] for infringing on what the DoJ claimed was a right reserved to the federal government, only.  In July of 2010, the DoJ filed suit against Arizona in an effort to strike down the law, effectively leaving the state defenseless against the onslaught of uncontrolled illegal immigration from Mexico coming into the state.

The murder of US citizens, kidnappings and terrorizing of communities along the Arizona/Mexico border, in fact across the entire border, while border patrol agents continue to be prosecuted for doing their jobs has exacerbated the already high tensions in these communities.

The one thing the DoJ and Attorney General Holder seem to have overlooked, is their own responsibility in this matter; but they need not worry.  The former US Code & Title 8, used to read that the AG and subsequently the Secretary of Homeland Security were charged with defending our borders, especially in the event of a mass influx of illegal immigrants.  This was the US Code until recently:

Title 8 Chapter 12: Subchapter 1103   1103. Powers and duties of the Secretary, the Under Secretary, and the Attorney General

5) He shall have the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against the illegal entry of aliens and shall, in his discretion, appoint for that purpose such number of employees of the Service as to him shall appear necessary and proper.

(10) In the event the Attorney General determines that an actual or imminent mass influx of aliens arriving off the coast of the United States, or near a land border, presents urgent circumstances requiring an immediate Federal response, the Attorney General may authorize any State or local law enforcement officer, with the consent of the head of the department, agency, or establishment under whose jurisdiction the individual is serving, to perform or exercise any of the powers, privileges, or duties conferred or imposed by this chapter or regulations issued there under upon officers or employees of the Service. The routine exclusion of evidence, the statements by more than one judge to the effect that the law is what they say it is, and, that in their court they don’t want to hear about your rights, should have us all demanding an investigation.

Since posting my article on the current condition of our judicial system, I have received numerous emails and phone calls from individuals across the country.  Based on these continuing communications I have concluded that the average citizen is in far more danger stepping into a court room of any kind, than from any commonly recognized criminal activity on the street.  At least with a street criminal you stand a chance of defending yourself.

Many of the people who contacted me spoke of going so far as to meet with the FBI in the hopes of getting an investigation launched into the criminal conduct of not only judges, but also of state agency actors who, acting under the auspices of their offices repeatedly violated not only the law but the civil and lawful rights of individuals.  Many of these actors believe they are immune from prosecution due to the office they hold.  While the office itself may be immune, the individual occupying it can be held personally liable under a constitutional tort. This can be intentional or negligent.  These tort claims hold the official directly and personally responsible for their actions; which is exactly why “tort reform” is high on the agenda of things to get done, in the District of Criminals.  http://www.law.harvard.edu/students/orgs/crcl/vol38_2/park.pdf

In absolutely every case, without exception, of those who approached the FBI in their respective states, a stock answer was delivered to those hopeful for some kind of help from this agency.  That answer is:  More

The recent announcement by Hillary Clinton regarding the intent of the Obama administration to sue the state of Arizona had to have been one of the most singularly shocking moments in recent political crappery. (Yes! I made that word up! Get over it!)  I feel entirely guiltless for taking this liberty with the English language especially since so few people around me these days even speak the language, so who is going to complain about me making up a word?  Beside that, I doubt if there is any countering foreign language translation. Mexican drug cartels buying weapons from around the world: Far easier than running the border with a load

While our Border Patrol and law enforcement agencies along the southern border are attacked on a daily basis by drug cartels and others, our government sits idly by and does virtually nothing. Jim DeMint’s recent attempt to pass legislation to finish the fence was rejected; this while American citizens are kidnapped, tortured, harassed and terrorized and murdered in the war that is escalating on our southern border.

Eric Holder, our current Attorney General, like all his predecessors, has refused to perform his duty under Title 8 of the USC and defend the border.  Instead our border agents and law enforcement are prohibited from taking any action in defense of that border, even as they and the communities around them are attacked in life threatening situations.

The State Department and other government talking heads, along with a dutifully controlled and compliant MSM (for morons) continues its propaganda about how the cartels are armed with weapons supposedly purchased from gun dealers along the border or, that they are being bought off the streets elsewhere in the US and shipped down to Mexico. USC Title 8……who is charged with defending our borders?

“The AG can at any time, and now with the help and cooperation of HSD and Ms. Napolitano, according to this code, send the military to defend our southern border.  So what’s the problem?  Americans getting kidnapped out of their states, murdered on their land and terrorized daily…..and you don’t see any reason to send our military down there to protect these people? “

USC Title 8……who is charged with defending our borders?

As of about five years ago this code actually read “in the event of an influx of illegal aliens”. Well excuse me, you royal jackass’s….we’ve had an “event”. About 20 million of them by most estimates with more “events” occurring each day; do you think maybe you should do something?

It is the duty and responsibility of these two agencies and officers to defend and secure the borders and coastlines of the United States even against the influx of illegal aliens. Someone isn’t doing their job. Here is an excerpt from USC Title 8 you all might find interesting:

Title 8 Chapter 12: Subchapter 1103

We have suffered successive United States Attorney’s General who failed to perform the duties of their office as prescribed in US Code & Title 8.  Although the language has changed significantly, especially during the Bush/Cheney cabal, the US Attorney General is still charged with defending our borders.  These may be either coastal or land boundaries.
