As a cause working to expose abuse and injustice perpetrated against Americans by judges, it is not often that we come across regular citizens willing to “go public” regarding judicial misconduct allegations against the Family Court judge in their case.  The risks of reprisals by the judge in the form of oppressive and unjust court rulings, reduced child visitation rights, costly monetary judgments, excessive reimbursement of attorney fees, and sometimes even vindictive incarcerations are enormous.  But we came across one such citizen willing to risk it all for the sake of true justice for the self-represented.  His name is Edward J. Dort and he needs your help.

Below is the link to a Petition that we are distributing to all friends and supporters. It gives a brief story of what Mr. Dort is suffering at the hands of two judges in Fulton County, Georgia. Moreover, the Petition seeks remedies favorable to ALL SELF-LITIGANTS. We respectfully ask that you sign it and forward it to all of your contacts as quickly and as effectively as possible. Let’s show Mr. Dort that the justice-fighting public does care about these issues and the sacrifices he has tearfully made.

MORE IMPORTANTLY ….. Mr. Dort has a hearing coming up on January 31st before one of the judges that he has publicly exposed for her judicial bias and abuse. He stands to take a LOT of heat for going public. In fact, despite losing a fortune to unfair monetary judgments and having not seen his alienated daughter in more than two years, the ANGRY judge in the last hearing threatened Mr. Dort with a JAIL CELL!! How the next hearing goes is up to us because the more public support we can give Mr. Dort, the greater the fairness he will receive. PLEASE help by signing the Petition and passing it on TODAY.

Thank you very much for your support for this important effort.

“The citizens of the United States need to know that there is not a shred of decency, honesty, or Constitutional rights in our federal courts.  Corruption has consumed the federal court system, and we now live in a police state.”

The United States Supreme Court issued a landmark decision on the validity of the Constitution of the United States on January 18, 2011

The Supreme Court considered three petitions filed by me.  These were original actions, not appeals.  This is very important because people whyo don’t know about the law think the only thing the Supreme Court does is rule on whether they choose to hear an appeal or not.  This is not the case here.  SCOTUS heard the case (to be precise, they heard not one, but THREE cases), none of which were contested by the judges I filed the petitions against, and SCOTUS ruled against me.

Pastor shot and killed by police

By Michael Webster: Syndicated Investigative Reporter.

ATLANTA-Associated Press and others are reporting that undercover plainclothes police officers shot and killed a pastor when according to police the 28-year-old father-to-be resisted efforts to question him about a passenger in his car who was allegedly the target of a drug sting, authorities said.

Jonathan Paul Ayers of Shoal Creek Baptist Church in Lavonia wasn’t even targeted in the probe nor did he have a criminal record yet this tragedy ended in a police shooting in a public gas station Tuesday, Georgia Bureau of Investigation spokesman John Bankhead said.

But drug task-force agents say they opened fire on the pastor only after he tried to avoid them, putting his car in reverse and striking one of the officers. A video recording of the shooting obtained by the Laguna Journal clearly shows that the plainclothes undercover officers were pursuing Ayers and firing before he put his vehicle in reverse.

One witness asked “those guys looked more like criminals than cops, how was that guy or anyone else to know”? When undercover plainclothes officers are operating it seems they have a responsibility to clearly identify who they are so innocent folks won’t think they maybe being rob”.

Bankhead said agents approached Ayers after he dropped a woman off at a store in downtown Toccoa, which is about 90 miles northeast of Atlanta. The passenger allegedly was the person being investigated by the task force.

A grainy surveillance video from a nearby store shows two drug task-force agents emerge from a black SUV before Ayers’ small car backs up. The two men fire into the passenger side of Ayers’ car, and then it takes off with the agents running behind it, the video posted on WNEG-TV in Toccoa shows. The station owner would not release the video to The Associated Press.

Bankhead said Ayers died Wednesday, about an hour after he had surgery.  He said the agent who was hit by Ayers’ car was treated for minor injuries. More
