Preview: We Americans now live in perilous times. It is paramount that every state in the Union recognizes its primary responsibility under the Duality of Protecting Principal to defend and preserve their citizens’ inalienable rights from a national government gone rogue. And it is every American citizen’s responsibility to call upon their State Representatives to move with alacrity in passing Second Amendment Protection Legislation. Failure of the states to act according to the present threat makes our fellow citizens and our entire Constitutional Republic easy prey for our predatory “enemies, domestic.”
The Second Amendment was given to us for such a time as this. It plainly states, “… the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Our God-given “unalienable right” to self-defense is doubly guaranteed to many citizens in their state constitutions. Missouri’s Article 1, Section 23 is one such example, later strengthened in 2014 by the passage of the “Missouri Right to Bear Arms, Amendment 5.”
The meaning of those words in the Second Amendment included in our Bill of Rights—without which the original thirteen states would never have ratified our Constitution— runs much more profoundly in our national identity and consciousness than commonly considered.
The Bill of Rights delineates many of the most essential of our individual “unalienable rights.” The individual liberties there listed have deep roots in Western culture, first recognized by Magna Carta, then by the English Bill of Rights, and then in the Charters of the British Colonies of the Americas. Each represents human efforts to establish governments that conform to the “Laws of Nature and of Natures God.” They confirm that such rights, not granted by human institutions, may therefore not be denied by any government.
The Second Amendment is derived from an unalienable right possessed by mankind from the beginning of time — the individual’s absolute right to protect himself and his property. Throughout all ages, that right of self-protection has been exercised with the use of available weapons: fists, rocks, clubs, spears, arrows, swords, knives, and guns, to name but a few. Restricting or nullifying the Second Amendment makes tragic situations such as Columbine, Sandy Hook, Virginia Tech as inevitable as they are predictable. Mandating gun-free zones announces to the bad guys that it’s open season on law-abiding citizens; places where our Bill of Rights is suspended; where every citizen’s natural, God-given, unalienable right to self-defense is outlawed.
Simply put: The mass murder of disarmed citizens is a GOVERNMENT-CAUSED preventable assault against the American people. Our fellow citizens will continue to be slaughtered en masse as long as we impose these Constitution-free “killing fields” on our communities.
This brings us to a crucial aspect of Federalism as an ideal system for defending and preserving our individual rights to life and liberty, coined here: the “Duality of Protection Principle.” Its source can be found in the Constitution and strengthened by the Fourteenth Amendment, which states, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
The Duality of Protection Principle affirms that our federal government has not only the right but the sacred duty to protect American citizens from state governments gone rogue. At the same time, each sovereign state possesses the same right and duty to protect its own citizens’ liberties from a federal government gone rogue.

How is it that every time “we the people” turn around we see one more freedom being taken down. People demonstrate and protest all day long for the craziest causes but where are the protests designed to stop the encroachment and the takings of our freedoms which at one time were sacred to where America was the freest country in the world? The cause of freedom was so great that history records that event when Patrick Henry was compelled to speak these famous words before the great America Revolution in 1776. “Give me liberty or give me death.”
This longing for freedom brings us forward to the present which does not ring with the essential oils and values that go along with our cornerstone of unalienable rights, namely, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The Declaration of Independence was written by Thomas Jefferson who was desperate to fashion a country that needed those essential values that are listed in this paragraph. Without those essentials, tyranny will be lorded over the masses even when it is not necessary. History reveals the many rogue governments that have massacred millions of their own people building totalitarian governments. China, the Soviet Union, and Hitler’s Germany are but a few of the most recent tyrannical regimes. So how will America’s future unfold? Will freedom be lost to a freight car full of thousands of state and federal laws barreling down the track to its sorrowful end? Will its prison population increase dramatically? And will rising taxation be placed upon the backs of the people to fund the Demi-god of the State? It is already here if people haven’t noticed. Here’s what we’ve learned about the government’s gun violence since Ferguson, according to The Washington Post: If you’re a black American, you’ve got a greater chance of being shot by police. If you’re an unarmed black man, you’re four times more likely to be killed by police than an unarmed white man. Most people killed by police are young men. Since 2015, police have shot and killed an average of 3 people per day. More than 2,500 police departments have shot and killed at least one person since 2015. Mind you, when I say that these are dangerous times, it is not because of violent crime, which remains at an all-time low, or because of terrorism, which is statistically rare, or because our borders are being invaded by armies, which data reports from the Department of Homeland Security refute.
No, the real danger that we face comes from none other than the U.S. government and the powers it has granted to its standing army to steal, cheat, harass, detain, brutalize, terrorize, torture and kill.
The danger “we the people” face comes from masked invaders on the government payroll who crash through our doors in the dark of night, shoot our dogs, and terrorize our families.
This danger comes from militarized henchmen on the government payroll who demand absolute obedience, instill abject fear, and shoot first and ask questions later.
This danger comes from power-hungry bureaucrats on the government payroll who have little to no understanding of their constitutional limits.
This danger comes from greedy politicians and corporations for whom profit trumps principle.

As an after thought to my previous article just posted on PPj I found it very necessary to add this next portion into the mix. Sadly, in these chaotic times, certain government players and mainstream media outlets will use violent events to further a political agenda such as gun control. So when an event becomes violent and uncontrollable and people are shot, look for the mainstream media to once again trumpet the call for gun control which
is the major goal of certain politico elite’s. Why do I say this with no reservation? It is no secret that for America to be disarmed, that this would be the icing on the cake for the New World Order. This agenda has already taken over Europe and the banner has now been raised up by the tyrannical European Union where not one person that is part of the collection of those countries have a right to vote for any of the policies that come out of the NWO and the great late state of Brussels, Belgium.
As a footnote, there are only three countries in the world that protect the right to bear arms in their constitutions. The U.S., Mexico, and Guatemala. However, there is a lot of red tape in Mexico and Guatemala to obtain a gun. So as one can see, there is a huge push to keep the world disarmed to the point that it would be unlikely that the people of any country that had already been disarmed would never be able to remove a dictator or a tyrannical oligarchy from power. The guns of those governments would rule by suppressing any uprisings that would come from an oppressed or discontented people. When governments have the consent of the people to rule, the people are more likely to have freedom and justice. Yet, when there is no consent and there is disarmament, the government will rule with force.
History is full of these instances and the answer my friend is blowin’ in the wind…Germany, China and Russia are examples. Should not America and the world take note of these previous atrocities while teachers need to relate these truths in their classrooms. By all means it is necessary because the time is now for the people to wake up to what is approaching. To all those students who are parading around the country whining about guns…. take in what this man has to say and then shut your yaps. You have been de-educated and are uneducated and have no understanding of what you are even advocating for. How is it do you suppose, a shooter carrying a large weapon they claim is for combat, somehow entered a school undetected with this weapon…made his way in and out of rooms and no one noticed him coming into the building? In an email Tuesday night, former Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul released an ominous statement claiming that a source they have in the Senate revealed Democrats are teaming up with Republicans to push through a massive gun control bill.
According to their source, as Paul explained, “Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are teaming up with Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) to ram through one of the worst nationwide gun confiscation schemes ever devised.”
The gun confiscation bill, according to Paul, is designed to disarm Americans without any due process. The senators are using the recent tragic shooting in Texas as the impetus behind the law—in spite of the fact that this law would not have prevented the shooting at all.
As the Free Thought Project has previously reported, some states have already begun implementing laws like this one. Using mass shootings as a their ammunition, states have enacted “Red Flag” or “Risk Protection” laws which allow police to confiscate a person’s weapon before they are ever given a chance to defend themselves.
In both of the gun confiscation cases reported by TFTP, neither of the two men were suspected of committing a crime, nor had they committed a crime.
Under the fifth and fourteenth amendments, due process clauses are in place to act as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the government outside the sanction of law. What’s more, neither of the men were granted their sixth amendment rights to be confronted with the witnesses against them. In both cases, simple orders—under new laws—were issued, arguably arbitrarily, which stripped these two men of their property.
Not just from Senator Ron Latz. No, not even from Dave Pinto or Linda Slocum, the author of HF 3022, the gun-control MEGA Bill!
Gun owners are being attacked by “pro-gun” Republicans, hell bent to make a deal in the misguided hope that it saves their political hides in the upcoming elections!
Gun owners well remember Lyin’ Scott Jensen (R-Chaska) who promised to OPPOSE any and all gun control when he was running for office in 2016 but then quickly sided with Michael Bloomberg and Ron Latz by sponsoring Universal Gun Registration this year.
Now, Representatives Anderson (HD44A) and Loon (HD48B) have joined the large list of “Benedict Arnolds” in St Paul by stabbing gun owners in the back and sponsoring last-minute gun control hoping that Bloomberg’s anti-gun organizations will sing their praises at election time.HF4473, if enacted, would “encourage” gun owners to go through a government “background check” whenever they give a firearm to a family member or sell one to a friend.
In other words, through fear mongering tactics gun owners would be browbeaten into making sure the government can track, trace and register more and more firearms in the state of Minnesota.
This is nothing more than a watered down version of Michael Bloomberg’s Universal Gun Registration designed to be more palatable as they shove it down the throats of Minnesota gun owners to curry political favor with liberal media like the Star Tribune.

So with this ruling what next, disarmament?
And now I will propose the question:
“How are the common people who are already under a web of massive surveillance and an Orwellian state supposed to protect themselves, all the while at the same time, the Real ID/Chip card is already being issued by many of the states?”
In addition, what about the our rights to protect ourselves from foreign invaders who are soldiers from another country? Are we the people going to use pitch forks to defend ourselves. It is likely that any tyrannical government which has more fire power than the people will use their “nuclear” option to eliminate freedom at any stage of the game. And in the case of the U.S., the very foundation of America is already at stake. Yet the mainstream media will not tell you this because they are an accomplice in an agenda that is meant to chip away at the rights of the people. Surely, this sinister and shadow agenda is meant to offer the people more “protection” right?
Now, if you fell for that I would hope that one day soon your eyes will be opened to the truth. And the truth is this. One’s “safety”, security, overpopulation, pollution, a dying planet, chaos, climate change and homicides are already being used by governments and the mainstream media as a plan to enslave the masses. But besides America, which country best fits this description? It is the worker bees of China who have their bed in the back and are part of the Communist “collective” which are one of the most oppressed peoples of all time. Let’s not forget that the country is called “The Peoples Republic of China.” It has a nice ring to it but how many of the billions of these people know the truth?
The increase in privately owned so-called “assault weapons” is in direct response to the militarization of our local law enforcement agencies.
They have become a quasi military entity complete with military fatigues in many instances, military tanks, grenade launchers, sound weapons and an array of other military gizmos and gadgets; all gifted to them at bargain sale prices, via Homeland Security and the Department of Defense. And, aside from your local sheriff (because he/she is elected) all law enforcement is under the control of Homeland Security.
Key to our supposed freedom loving nation, is the 2nd amendment to the Constitution. It is the underpinning to our freedom not just from possible invaders, but primarily, from a tyrannical government that might rear its ugly head and turn on its own people.Maybe we ought to give some real thought to government control. While the Framer’s of the Constitution could not have imagined the coming technologies of the future, nor life as it exists today in these United States, they did recognize the tendencies of governments to expand their power, eventually turning on their own people. History is rife with examples of tyrannical governments all over the globe that have killed off many of their own populations in an effort to obtain total tyranny over them. It appears to me, that we stand on the threshold of having this happen to us; the very thing the Framer’s feared most. What made us think our own government would not eventually turn on us? And turn it has.
With the public carefully being conditioned to believe that private gun ownership is somehow a threat to all of us, that same public turns a blind eye to the threat posed by our own ever expanding police state, brought to you courtesy of your own government.

Many states legislatures are still proposing more and more restrictions on our inalienable right to have the necessary tools to defend ourselves and our loved ones. Many times they offer to the uninformed partial rights based on age or the ability to pay for the privilege. For this reason, I believe the tenets of this message to still be most relevant. Our rights are inalienable because they were granted by our creator. Why do we continue to beg and pay government to exercise the rights we already have?

Maybe we should allow victims of the illegal wars to sue military contractors for the deaths of more than a million. Or how about we sue medical schools that train doctors who mistreat their patients and cause harm and death? OR! How about we let victims of drunk drivers sue alcohol beverage manufacturers for contributing to the deaths of so many. This could be a real gold mine if we work it right! Yipppee!
The FBI currently has more than 40,000 US citizens on its list of who they are afraid of. Think about that number for a minute. How realistic do you believe that number is? How likely do you believe it is that 40,000 US citizens are possibly preparing to become active terrorists at any given moment? And, with this list growing each day how possible do you believe it is that an actual terrorist could be identified in the mountain of useless information that is gathered each day? Now add in the 760,000 thousand international individuals also listed. Did your head just implode with the realization that this is not a realistic or manageable system? The FBI couldn’t identify a terrorist in this mess even if one were to stand on the street holding a sign in front of their offices.
The FBI conducted 23 million background checks for guns last year, the most ever, so expanded back ground checks is not really the issue. They obviously are already doing that. What the FBI and many politicians want is the right for the FBI to void due process (which they are also doing). In other words, you are guilty if they say so….no real evidence needed.

In Oklahoma, the bombing of the Murrah building did not elicit calls for banning or limiting the use of fertilizer, supposedly the main component for the explosion, or for expanded back ground checks on those purchasing fertilizer. 168 people were killed.
When 9/11 happened…..why were there no calls to limit or ban box cutters for that matter. More than 3,000 people died.
These people, and many others in supposed “terrorist” attacks, were all murdered by terrorists and the governments response in each situation is to attack the natural rights and liberties of law abiding citizens, trashing our constitutional rights. **Note: IF congress allows due process protections to be stripped from those on these massive FBI lists, the premise for that will be quickly adopted by other federal agencies, even those with no interest in guns sales. There is no way this will be limited to the purchasing of guns. The recent event in Orlando was the stage show meant to shock the public into forfeiting their constitutional rights.
Senator Joe Manchin (D) appears not to understand the rights contained in the Constitution. Apparently, the right to due process, the constitutional protection against the very things he advocates, is a thorn in Senator Manchin’s hide. As he himself admits, due process is the firewall that prevents agencies such as the FBI, from adding individuals to lists of suspects….no evidence, no crime….they just decided you belonged on one of their lists.
Manchin goes on to say on on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that the right to due process, guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution, had made it difficult to pass gun-control legislation denying those on the FBI’s terror watch list the ability to purchase a firearm. I would assume that with the massive non-stop surveillance that is carried on daily this would be virtually impossible to purchase a gun without the FBI, NSA, CIA and assorted other spy agencies knowing about it immediately. All that spying, all that data collection, the mountains of stolen information about everyone in the country……and the FBI couldn’t stop this man from purchasing guns?
Question: How can a man be employed by a security company that protects federal buildings among other things, and still be employed by that company if he is suspected of possible terrorism? More

With the American public increasingly distrustful of government on all levels, the “war for your rights” is in full swing. The recent event in Orlando is the new catalyst for pushing for gun control, and those weak-kneed individuals who still believe government exists to protect them and keep them safe are whining and crying all over the net, in local newspapers and of course, mainstream media.
While MSM in particular attempts to paint those who resist the attempts to undermine the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms, as “right wing extremists” and, “religious bible thumping fanatics”, I can assure you nothing could be further from the truth. I live in a heavily Democratic area and I know of no one…NOT ONE PERSON…who will not defend this right, and who would not fight to keep it. The intentional efforts to separate and divide the public so that we fight one another rather than focus on the real threat to safety in our communities, runs none stop.More
In a move meant to openly defy U.S. Senate Republicans, President Barack Obama has nominated a judge to fill Justice Antonin Scalia’s open Supreme Court seat.
And Obama’s pick appears to be no friend of the Second Amendment or private gun ownership rights.
At a morning press conference in the White House Rose Garden on Wednesday, Obama formally announced his nomination of federal appeals court judge Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.
The pick sets up a confrontation with Republicans leaders, who say they will refuse to consider his nomination in an election year.
Garland, 63, is the chief judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, a court whose influence over federal policy and national security matters has made it a proving ground for potential Supreme Court justices.
He would replace conservative Justice Antonin Scalia, who died unexpectedly last month, leaving behind a bitter election-year fight over the future of the court.
Garland will be a hard sell to the Republicans that control the Senate, which must confirm any nominee, because of Garland’s opposition to the Second Amendment.
According to The National Review, “Garland has a long record, and, among other things, it leads to the conclusion that he would vote to reverse one of Justice Scalia’s most important opinions, D.C. vs. Heller, which affirmed that the Second Amendment confers an individual right to keep and bear arms.”
In 2007, Garland supported upholding a Washington, DC gun law that was called the most restrictive in the nation. The law, eventually struck down, banned private ownership of handguns and wouldn’t let citizens even keep them in their homes.
Garland also supported other restrictive gun control measures during the Clinton administration.
“Garland thought all of these regulations were legal, which tells us two things,” the National Review wrote. “First, it tells us that he has a very liberal view of gun rights, since he apparently wanted to undo a key court victory protecting them. Second, it tells us that he’s willing to uphold executive actions that violate the rights of gun owners.”
GOP leaders want to leave the Supreme Court choice to the next president, denying Obama a chance to alter the ideological balance of the court before he leaves office next January. Republicans contend that a confirmation fight in an election year would be too politicized.
There is a master plan to take away every piece of liberty and unalienable right of the people which includes private property in every Nation State in the world. Yes, and America is included in this mix.
To better understand where the world is today, here is a historical perspective. Thomas Jefferson warned America of the Belgium Brussels Bankers 200 years ago. Now, let’s connect the dots. Besides creating enormous debt throughout the world, these slave masters of Brussels, along with the Brussels “European Commission”, are now using the French/Muslim crises to kick start the disarming of private citizens in the entire Euro- Zone. This is the beginning of the not so new master plan which “just happened” to be ready when the right crises came along.
Brussels has but one agenda which is two fold. Create money out of thin air and charge interest thereby building a larger and more powerful elite kingdom, while disarmament then becomes the EU bankers, ace in the hole, disallowing the people’s ability to keep
Brussels and the European Union in check. More

President Barack Obama has become the worst nightmare of the Secret Service.
Despite heartfelt pleas from residents of Roseburg, Oregon to stay away and let them bury their murdered loved ones in peace, the ignorer-in-chief tapped your treasury for millions of dollars, packed up his bodyguards and their tons of paraphernalia and crossed the country to visit with the families of the nine dead and nine injured who got mowed down by serial killer Chris Harper Mercer at Umpqua Community College on October 1.
Obama would not listen. What he faced when his never-leave-home-without-it helicopter, Marine One, arrived at the little timber town 180 miles south of Portland was an absolutely livid armed greeting committee. The crowd was not only bearing “Obama Unwelcome” and “Go Back to Kenya” signs, but holsters filled with firearms.
Organizers of the protest that drew thousands of empathizers on social media had a plea of their own: although you “have the right to carry what you wish,” they advised, better to bring a handgun than a rifle. So even at the risk of driving the Secret Service nuts, many of them did just that.
Bruce Rester, a retired truck driver wearing a holstered handgun strapped across his chest, said, “Everybody should carry a gun. An armed society is a polite society.”
If the president had sent an advance team, as a real politician would, he’d have had a scouting report on the lion’s den he was entering. But listening and thinking are two things this president doesn’t dabble in.
Before responders had finished the body count the day of the shootings, Obama was on TV making excuses for the killer. Putting on his angry mask the president recalled, “As I said just a few months ago, and I said a few months before that, and I said each time we see one of these mass shootings, our thoughts and prayers are not enough. It does not capture the heartache and grief and anger that we should feel. And it does nothing to prevent this carnage from being inflicted someplace else in America.”
Yet for all his bluster and executive orders, Obama has not been able to get rid of the Second Amendment — your right to keep and bear arms.
The Los Angeles Times reported how Don Moody, an aircraft machinist, drove five hours from Seattle with a sign that read, “The Second Amendment Protects the First.” Moody said. “We don’t want quantity of guns. We want quality of guns – in the right hands at the right time. I believe the government and the country are going in exactly the wrong direction.”
Warned of Obama’s visit on Friday, protesters of his sacrilege began arriving around sunrise. One business owner said, “It’s our God-given right to protect ourselves.” She wanted the president to understand that.
The funeral corteges were still daily events when Obama thrust himself into the maelstrom to promote national disarmament. Some protesters carried Gadsden (“Don’t Tread on Me”) flags and “Obama Go Home” signs.
Rick Breen, a retired Army veteran, said he was there to support Douglas County Sheriff John Hanlin, who resented Obama’s visit. Breen said he wanted “to let Obama know he’s not welcome here.” He added, “I only wish a student had been armed. We could have stopped that murderer in his tracks.”
The cost of Obama’s visit to Roseburg should be reckoned down to the last penny by a House Select Committee on Executive Stupidity. (We can’t afford Michelle’s opulent excursions any more either.) If congress won’t impeach him, the least they can do is keep him under lock and key. They can do that by shutting off his allowance.
The Obama regime has armed itself to the teeth. As watchdog “Open the Books” founder Adam Andrzejewski recently reported, EPA’s 200 “special agents” are not only armed with $75 million a year for criminal enforcement, but millions more just spent for “guns, body armor, camouflage equipment, unmanned aircraft, amphibious assault ships, radar and night-vision gear and other military-style weaponry and surveillance.” The air and water police!
Like any ambitious tyrant, this disarmament president means to confiscate every gun so you can’t defend yourself and your family when his “community organizers” and political goons come calling with their boxcars and AK-47s to transport you to New Auschwitz, where you will be treated to a shower before you are allowed into the crematorium.
Now is the time for all good men to come to the ruination of the despotism thrust upon them — by gunfire or whatever means necessary.

The anti-gun lobby has to share responsibility for the nine people shot to death at a Bible study in the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina on June 17.
Why?
Because thanks to the disarmament brigade, the government of South Carolina assured Dylann Roof, or whoever the triggerman was, that once the shooter was inside the church, nobody would be shooting back.
South Carolina, you see, has a concealed-carry law that expressly forbids anyone bringing a gun into a church.
If you have a license to carry a gun except in certain places — like churches — then those certain places become government-sanctioned shooting galleries. Churches in South Carolina are free-fire zones.
The goody-two-shoes lobby that wrote that caveat into the state’s restrictive firearms law set those nine victims up for target practice.
They probably argued at the time it was enacted that they were protecting parishioners from anyone wielding a gun.
All the evidence shows how wrong they were. The only one protected by that law was the shooter. That means nobody else had a chance.
Disarmament is high on the agenda of National Socialism, just as it was when the Nazi scourge ran the table in Europe. Make sure the oppressed can’t fight back so they’ll all trudge off happily to Auschwitz.
It might escape attention elsewhere, but the massacre in Charleston occurred on what is celebrated as Bunker Hill Day in Massachusetts.
That provides us an opportunity to mention the gun control laws that were in effect in colonial times.
In 17th century Massachusetts, everyone was taxed to support the Congregational Society (the state church) and everyone was required to attend Sunday worship services at the meeting house. All able-bodied inhabitants were required to bring their weapons to church. That was the law.
Take your time to chew on that.
Families were required to bring their guns to church. Sentinels were posted at the doors. The manufacture of gun powder was a staple industry at the time. Journeys from home to Sunday services could be arduous and dangerous. They had to deal with hostile Indians. Wild beasts still prowled the wilderness the way deranged killers stalk gathering places today.
The message was simple: for your own sake and the sake of others, make sure you are armed. That was the law.

Two days after the Charleston massacre, MSNBC used its Ed Schultz Show to let Democrat activist Bob Shrum put his party’s malarkey on parade.
It is Shrum’s considered opinion that the carnage was kept to a minimum because the black parishioners were unarmed.
He said,
“Now I cannot imagine the horror that could have occurred if people were sitting around with concealed weapons, this thing started, and you have a full-scale gunfight. You might not even have three survivors.”
There you have the liberal mind in a nutshell: it would have been worse if somebody had shot the shooter. Well actually, that is what President Obama and his cadre of lying toadies are going to peddle to the legislatures so they can exterminate worshipper’s the way South Carolina does.
One shooter killed 12 people and injured 70 others because the audience at a midnight screening of a movie in Aurora, Colorado was unarmed.

All the proof lawmakers need that their thinking is ass-end-to can be found in Kennesaw, Georgia. It passed an ordinance in 1982 that says,
“In order to provide for the emergency management of the city, and further in order to provide for and protect the safety, security and general welfare of the city and its inhabitants, every head of household residing in the city limits is required to maintain a firearm, together with ammunition therefor.”
The first year it was in effect, crimes against persons dropped by 74 percent. The next year it fell by another 45 percent. Murders in Kennesaw are nonexistent. Burglaries barely appear on the charts.
The mainstream news media will not share this new gospel with you because they favor the agenda crafted by your political leaders. That is, your right to keep and bear arms is too precious to be put to use when you and your neighbors only believe it is needed.

Second Amendment supporters here in America can’t afford to stick our heads in the sand any longer – not with the gun control freight train I fear is headed our way.
Thanks to the efforts of good folks like you, many Second Amendment supporters cheered when the U.S. Senate refused to take up the U.N.’s “Small Arms Treaty” for ratification.
And I know many took a sigh of relief when Congress passed legislation curtailing the use of American tax dollars for the full Treaty’s implementation last year.
But I’m afraid all of the celebrations started too soon.
130 nations – including the United States – have signed on to the Treaty signaling conceptual support. 67 have ratified it requiring legal compliance with the U.N.’s demands.
The number of anti-gun provisions incorporated in the Treaty and now being pushed by the U.N. are almost too many to list.
UN1 But by far the worst of its provisions encourage nations that accept the terms of the U.N.’s “Small Arms Treaty” to provide the details of “end users” of firearms.
This is nothing more than gun registration – ensuring INTERNATIONAL bureaucrats have all the information they need to create a global database of gun owners at their fingertips.
Now, emboldened by the U.N. Treaty “entering into force” on Christmas Eve of 2014, gun-grabbers can hardly contain their glee.
They believe bureaucratic red tape, new regulations being imposed by the Obama administration – and new Treaty standards American gun manufacturers will have to abide by to export firearms to many countries – will ultimately bring the U.S. to its knees.
In fact, one spokesman for the anti-gun International Action Network on Small Arms bragged that even countries that refuse to ratify the Treaty will ultimately comply “because of peer pressure but also market pressure.”
And another anti-gun country’s foreign minister bragged, “we expect the U.S. to abide by the Treaty even if ratification will take some time.”
In April, a three-day training course was conducted for international government officials who signed the Treaty “on how to implement its provisions effectively” in Geneva, Switzerland.
In August, a secretive “First Conference of State Parties to the Arms Trade Treaty” is set to take place in Mexico City.
The doors will be closed to anyone who hasn’t supported the treaty. But you and I know what their target will be. More

Senate File 2639 (SF 2639) and House File 3238 (HF 3238) are bills “prohibiting persons subject to domestic violence restraining orders from possessing weapons”. Even those not convicted of any crime must give up their guns to a third party.
These orders are given out routinely with no evidence required. The “feelings” of the accuser would result in innocent people running the risk of becoming a felon before they are tried for a crime.
In an effort to fool liberty and pro-gun activists, the gun-grabbers modified HF 3238 with a fig leaf “compromise.”
However, even with the “compromise” language, the anti-gun HF 3238 still strips people of their Second Amendment rights without a trial.
This is a dangerous precedent, which will set the stage for further attacks on the rights of all gun owners.
Call your State Senator and State House Member today. Tell him or her to reject the fig-leaf “compromise” and vote NO on SF 2639 and HF 3238. Find your legislators by CLICKING HERE.

Don’t get me wrong – abusers should be prosecuted, and women and children should be protected from violence.
But SF 2639 and HF 3238 are disguises for attacking your constitutional right to due process and your right to keep and bear arms.
If enacted, these bills would require all guilty-until-proven-innocent parties to hand over their guns to someone else while they try to prove their innocence.
The gun-grabbers know they cannot be upfront about their intentions to destroy the Second Amendment because then their plans would fail.

As you know, the New York Safe Act was passed in the middle of the night by the New York City dominated New York State Legislature and signed by a Governor who would be president, without any input from the people. Who will be safer under this unconstitutional law? It definitely will not be the law-abiding citizens of New York who, if we comply, would have some of our ability to defend ourselves taken away. The law might be better named the NY SAFE ACT FOR CRIMINALS because violent criminals who carry illegal guns will never comply. They have never complied with any gun control laws and they will continue to use all banned weapons with the largest capacity magazines they can get their hands on. Only the law-abiding citizens like us and police officers like you, will now be at a disadvantage, not the criminals.
The origin of gun control in New York State goes back to 1911 when a Democrat State Senator from New York City named “Big Tim Sullivan” pushed for gun control in New York City. He was a Tammany Hall crook and a criminal overseer of gangs in New York City. Sullivan sponsored the gun-control law (later called the Sullivan Act) that mandated police-issued licenses for handguns and made it a felony to carry an unlicensed concealed weapon in NYC. When it passed, ordinary law-abiding citizens were disarmed, which solved another problem for the NYC criminals. It seems that gangsters had been bitterly complaining to State Senator Sullivan and NYC politicians that the victims of their criminal attacks sometimes shot back at them. In other words, the good guys were shooting the bad guys and State Senator Sullivan and other political crooks could not let that happen.
We know that Governor Cuomo and the Democrat controlled legislature arbitrarily came up with their own definitions of what so called ‘Assault Weapons’ are. The definitions were concocted out of thin air by a group of New York City socialists who obviously know nothing about guns. One of the things they identified that makes certain rifles ‘assault weapons’ was if a rifle had a lug on it for a bayonet. Never mind the fact that no person in New York State has been murdered or even assaulted by a person using a rifle with a bayonet attached to it in well over a hundred years. It doesn’t matter to these socialists because they will say and do anything to take our guns. That is and always has been their ultimate goal.
Certain rifles legally purchased in the past by American citizens, who happen to reside in New York State, are now illegal to purchase or sell to another state resident. Why has the New York State legislature concentrated their efforts on turning hundreds of thousands of your fellow New Yorkers into criminals?
The New York State Sheriffs Association and the County Clerks Association have taken positions opposing the NY SAFE Act as unconstitutional, as have 52 county legislatures and over 150 towns and villages in the State. In addition, there are at least 4 lawsuits currently working their way through the court system. All of these lawsuits have identified specific sections of the NY SAFE Act that are violations of both the New York State Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. All of these organizations have called for either amending the bill or called for the outright repeal of the law in order to start over with some input from the people. More
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it . . .

Minnesota legislators both Republican and Democrat, have embarked on a mission to render the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution for the United States as void. Obviously enamored by the mere appearance of the highly detestable Michael Bloomberg from New York, a man who is reviled by many in his own state, politicians are lining up for the chance to do his bidding right here at home. Bloomberg showed up here in Minnesota after attacking New York gun owners and by co-opting a social group and converting it to a million mother’s campaign against owning guns in order to give his attack on the Constitution some kind of legs.

I have no idea what it is going to take to make state legislators in every state realize that the public is not going to abide gun control laws. Most people realize this has nothing to do with preventing crime, and has only to do with limiting your right to defend yourself. After all, an unarmed population is a compliant population, especially when only the criminals will have guns. And make no mistake, if these first rounds of attacks are passed, more will come as they steadily chip away at the 2nd Amendment.
In fact, the bills currently under consideration in the Minnesota legislature are far more than that as your Constitutional right to due process is also relentlessly attacked. Every time I think about the Hitler-like, socialist, unconstitutional New York Safe Act that was passed in the middle of the night by the New York City dominated New York State Legislature and signed by a Governor who would be president, I think of the TV show “Cops” in which the theme song says: “Whaddya gonna do when they come for you – Bad Boys, Bad Boys” etc. etc.

What is also interesting about this new law that was rushed through the legislature in the middle of the night is that there is a requirement that there can only be a maximum of seven bullets in a magazine. How did they come up with this magic number of seven? Unfortunately, the hastily passed legislation did not even exclude police officers. So, the criminals will have any number of bullets in their illegal guns, because they do not obey gun laws anyway, and the police officers and law-abiding citizens will be limited to seven. Never mind that seven bullet magazines are not even made in the USA.
The NY SAFE ACT makes certain rifles legally purchased in the past by American citizens, who happen to reside in New York State, illegal to purchase or sell to another state resident. COLUMBIA COUNTY – The Columbia County District Attorney is making good on a promise not to prosecute a man arrested under the SAFE Act.
DA Paul Czajka said he would not prosecute Gregory Dean Jr.
Mr. Dean, 31, of Hopewell Junction in Dutchess County, was pulled over earlier this month after State Police say the light over his license plate was out. He was found to be driving his car while having a suspended driver’s license, a misdemeanor under the state’s Vehicle and Traffic Law.
During the processing for driving while having a suspended license, Mr. Dean was found to be in possession of a licensed handgun that had 9 bullets in the magazine (2 bullets more than legally allowed under the NY SAFE Act). The State Police then charged him under the violation of the SAFE ACT.
When he appeared in the town Court to face the gun charges, the District Attorney said he would not prosecute and the charge was dismissed. Mr. Dean still faces the Driving while Suspended chsarges.
A large crowd of Pro-Second Amendment supporters was on hand at the court to support Mr. Dean.
We tracked this list back through several sites and were unable to determine who initially prepared it. Thanks to them just the same! The multiple attempts to pass gun laws abridging the 2nd Amendment are meant to by-pass the need for the states to ratify this unconstitutional treaty from the UN. With several states passing nullification laws on several issues including gun rights, you would think these senators would get a clue and realize we will not be disarmed!

The push to establish an (inter-)national gun registry that would mirror the UN Small Arms Treaty requirements meant to prohibit, limit and eventually make gun ownership untenable, has failed to pass the senate. The anger from the Obama Administration is palpable. This was supposed to be a done deal and would have relieved the president from issuing a clearly unconstitutional executive order, which now he is most likely to do. This will be a direct assault on the 2nd Amendment in order to acquiesce to the United Nations demands that the citizens of the United States forfeit their 2nd Amendment protections and give up their guns. It is a demand that the federal corporation that operates as [government] sees as quite advantageous in their efforts to dispense with any notion of a constitutional republic.
Lame Street Media was simply abuzz with feigned angry indignation at the Senate for voting down what was clearly meant to be the door opener for future assaults on the 2nd Amendment.
An early morning show on MSNBC that we like to call “Morning Blow” was a prime example of LSM’s efforts to sway public opinion, to anger the public and to denigrate the Senate. Senators were called “stupid” for refusing to condone what everyone surely knew to be the opening volley against gun rights. At one point, the claim was made that 90% of the public supported these bills.
This is an outright lie.
These bills had nowhere near that amount of support, and in fact, the public was heavily against any such bills knowing full well that these bills had nothing to do with making us safer, keeping guns out of criminals hands or any other such drivel promoted by those who fear an armed public.
To hear these talking potato heads talk…you would think that there is not one state with waiting periods to clear back ground checks in existence and you would think that absolutely everyone out here is clamoring to have their 2nd Amendment rights struck down.
Another lie.
Most states have a minimum of three days before a gun sale can be completed and possession of the gun can occur, and gun shows do not necessarily equate to immediate possession. In fact, I know of no states that do not have a back ground check accompanied by a waiting period. But it is important to make the public think and believe that tens of thousands of guns are sold willy nilly with no record of sales, no back ground checks, no waiting periods.
Considering the massive amount of surveillance that has been conducted on the American public as a result of the Patriot Acts and subsequent bills which further encroached on our right to be left alone, and when you consider the fact that the CIA has been assembling dossiers on absolutely every one, the likely-hood that a criminal would obtain a gun through these resources is nill to none. Criminals will go to other criminals to buy guns, they will not go to legal gun owners who abide by the law.
Note: **Might I suggest that those who are illegally seeking to obtain a firearm contact the ATF or Eric Holder? After Fast & Furious, obviously the biggest gun runners in the country are working for the federal government. Oh! excuse me……gun “walkers”. If you supplied guns to the drug cartels in Mexico you would be a “gun-runner” and federally prosecuted. If THEY provide guns to the drug cartels it is gun”walking”….sounds much nicer and softer. YOU would be prosecuted but THEY just don’t remember anything so nothing happens. More

According to the politicians, the Second Amendment should read; “Swarms of uniformed officers bearing guns and badges being necessary to keep us all safe, the people may have and bear such specified arms under specified and restricted circumstances as approved by federal, state, and local politicians and judges.”
We are in an age of passing laws. There is a law for everything! Whenever we perceive that something has gone wrong, we automatically think that we need to legislate another law. We even have a saying, “There outa be a law against that!” We now have more laws than any human being can possible reckon with.
Surprising to most, the more laws legislated within a nation, the more evil the nation becomes, for righteousness comes not by the law. Every tyrant establishes his dictatorship by new laws. Adolf Hitler was lawfully elected to office, and it was through fear instilled in the People that he announced, “An evil exists that threatens every man, woman, and child of this great nation. We must take steps to ensure our domestic security and protect our homeland.” It was through fear that he instituted domestic security laws, creating the dreaded Gestapo that brought about the killing of millions of his own nation. Appropriate here is the quote of Benjamin Franklin, “Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
Now as to America, let us take up just one class of the enumerable hundreds of thousands of laws now on the books; – Gun laws. There are currently an estimated 20,000 laws relating to gun ownership. Federal laws, state laws, county laws, city and local regulations. There are even imagined gun laws that are not laws, but enforced as laws.
Right now Congress is fighting over proposed passage of a number of new gun laws in addition to the already 20,000 existing gun laws. Does it dawn on anybody, that there are absolutely no guns laws that can be passed that will quell the issue of the right of the People to keep and bear arms? We just as well pass a law making it a crime to commit suicide with the penalty being death! We could even increase the penalty if the person uses a bomb to blow themselves. Gee, we could eliminate armed bank robberies by posting signs “No guns allowed in bank.” I think you have gotten my point.
With respect to these 20,000 gun laws in America there is but one gun law that controls all others, and it reads, “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” To those unfamiliar with those words, it is the Second Amendment of the U.S Constitution.
