Our guest:  John Leckrone

Please join us this evening as we discuss the true purpose and intent of REAL ID.   This government issued ID has nothing to do with keeping anyone safe.  Without this special “government issued” ID, after October 1, 2020, you will not be able to board a plane or enter a Federal building.  This is in direct violation of your right to move about freely without being accosted by government thugs, or be subject to a different set of laws than those who willingly forfeited their rights just to get this special ID.  And to think, all these years your taxes helped build and maintain all of these airports and buildings and now you can’t access either of them without a special ID?    Wouldn’t this qualify as Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law?

Every possible piece of information you (especially women) are forced to produce, is already a matter of record with the Social Security Admin., and various other public records offices.  They already know exactly who you are!   The NSA has been tracking each of us for more than 30 years.

Think about REAL ID in relation to that license plate on your vehicle.  That plate can be scanned from three miles up by satellite, according to the Air Force.  With several public officials now sighting the “imaginary boundaries” between the states and what a hindrance these are to uniform laws and what a difference it would make if we only had one set of laws for everyone, everywhere….where do you think all this is headed?

Whistleblower’s is presented in coordination with Marcel Reid and the Annual Whistleblower’s Summit  in Washington D.C.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Our guests:  Sue & Robert Bozgoz
The Robert Bozgoz whistleblower employment case is one of the worst examples of Veterans Administration retaliation and corruption ever.
This is a compelling story that shows how far a multi-billion dollar executive branch agency will go in their efforts to retaliate, intimidate, harass and terrorize an employee who dares to speak out.  After multiple court appearances, and then enduring deprivation of rights, illegal access to personal files, falsified statements on the record, conflict of interests with at least one judge, a failure of whistleblower protections, among many other rights and employment violations,…the Bozgoz’s continue to fight for their rights and benefits.
Tonight will focus on “jurisdiction”.
•Jurisdiction may be broken down into two categories: personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction.
•Subject matter jurisdiction:
Subject matter jurisdiction means that the court has the authority to hear the type of case or controversy initiated in its court. (Example: Stalking and Harassment See Statutes)
•Solution in Court:
•(1) Laws and Statute: the court must proceed exactly according to the law or statute under which it operates
•(2) Motion to Strike
•(3) SMJ Challenge (Go to the records)
•(4) Subpoena competent fact witnesses
•(5) Obtain a copy of the recording/transcripts
•(6)Affidavits
•(7)Request Reasonable Accommodations
•(8) Request Media
•(9)Request Testimony by phone
•(10) Request ADA Representatives
•(11) Be aware of Gaslighting
•Personal jurisdiction is the requirement that a given court have power over the defendant, based on minimum contacts with the forum.
•While litigating parties may waive personal jurisdiction, they cannot waive subject-matter jurisdiction.
•In federal court, under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a motion to dismiss for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction is considered a favored defense and may be raised at any point in the litigation process, even if the parties had previously argued that subject-matter jurisdiction existed.
FLORIDA MEDICAL RIGHTS ASSOCIATION
A FLORIDA REGISTERED NONPROFIT IN THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A 501C4
Florida Statute § 768.21(8) denies unmarried adults without minor children equal protection under the law and deprives the survivors of these individuals of their right to access the courts for redress as enumerated by the Florida Constitution in the case of medical negligence causing death.
This statute has been dubbed Florida’s Free Kill law.  Effectively if you are not married and have no minor children and a medical provider commits a grossly negligent act that causes death, there is nobody who can address the court on your behalf to seek justice.
Consequently, in Florida, if a medical provider makes an error and has the ability to correct it, thus saving the patient, but saving them might mean a costly lawsuit, they can easily choose to let the patient die, since death means no possibility of a lawsuit with respect to people in this category, hence the name Free Kill.
Florida is the ONLY state with this law.
