The Elephant in the Sky: Chemtrails, Contrails and Climate Engineering

Duty to Warn

By Gary G. Kohls, MD

Definitions:

The Elephant in the Room: An important, serious and obvious topic, which everyone is aware of, but which nobody wants to discuss, as such discussion is considered to be uncomfortable – or would cause cognitive dissonance (the psychological distress felt when a person is presented with a truth that contradicts a previously deeply held belief).

‘The Emperor Has No Clothes’: an expression that is often used to describe a situation in which people, afraid of being an outlier, are afraid to speak up about something obvious that their eyes or logic are telling them to be true – even if everybody around them is afraid to say anything. The expression comes from a fairy tale from Hans Christian Anderson that was titled The Emperor’s New Clothes.

“If You See Something, Say Something’: An official Department of Homeland Security effort, post-9/11, to get citizens to notify authorities if something suspicious is seen or heard.

Climate engineering, commonly referred to as geoengineering, is the “deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system with the aim of affecting adverse global warming.” (One example of climate engineering is the project called SPICE (Stratospheric Particle Injection for Climate Engineering – http://www.spice.ac.uk/project/about-the-project/) which is “investigating the feasibility of putting particles into the stratosphere in order to affect global temperatures.” In 2009, SPICE determined that “aerosols injected into the Stratosphere is the Solar Radiation Management technique which has been identified as potentially the most affordable and effective option for reducing (solar) radiation.”

One of the most concise summaries concerning the secretive, experimental operations that are being conducted in the earth’s atmosphere (in order to modify the weather) by America’s military-industrial complex and our nation’s allies around the world, can be seen here:

It is a 15 minute youtube video produced by Dane Wigington of GeoEngineeringWatch. Our duty as citizens is to be well-informed about serious threats to our nation and the planet, even if the powers-that-be wish us not to be. There are many emperors without clothes out there – especially in arenas of power and wealth – that need their comeuppance.

Wigington has been courageously trying to expose the evils of the secret, unacknowledged operation that is spraying aerosolized substances from military jets for decades now. (The spray contains mostly nanoparticulate metals, including the known neurotoxins aluminum, barium and strontium.) Wigington also offers one of the best weekly commentaries on the survivability of the planet and its creatures. His very informative website is at www.geoengineeringwatch.org, and his last weekly analysis:

.

Please take the time to watch these video presentations and read the scientific data on the website. And then study the many chemtrail images that anyone who has occasionally looked up at the sky over Duluth has seen over the past several decades – often without any awareness that what they are seeing are not normal clouds. Your children, your neighbor’s children, your pets and the other doomed creatures of Planet Earth will thank you for paying attention – but only if you then do something with the information. More

At the almost assured risk of pissing off a quarter of a million (251,695 — same-sex married couples in the United States in 2013, according to the Census Bureau’s American Community Survey) same-sex couples, I’d like to put in a word for those of us who refer to ourselves as ‘straight.’

Forty-two percent of us support allowing marriage for same-sex couples.    (http://www.statisticbrain.com/gay-marriage-statistics/)

NONE OF US, by my unscientific survey, enjoys hearing you refer to your spouses as ‘husband’ and ‘wife’.

How about, from now on,  you refer to your significant other as your spouse.

We don’t care who is on top!

This story is a hard one. It began in California with an 80 year old mother who in good faith loaned money to a friend but after the papers were signed, she and her son James had been fleeced by a bait and switch move to where a good portion of their property was lost in the shuffle.

It is an elder abuse and fraud case that just won’t go away, and since the mother has passed, the son who is now 80 years old, inherited the tragedy. It reads like a novel to where ruthless and dishonest players, for a long time had been the standard in Nevada County which included administrators, a judge, County Counsel, Code enforcement and finally a band of attorneys who James Butler had been heartlessly defrauded by.  Yet for now, there is new hope and light at the end of the tunnel.

Placing this story in perspective, a sandy beach by the name of Lander’s Bar is an extension of an old mill site where James Butler has lived for a good many years.  This included 40 acres that was bought adjacent to his mining claim which is still disputed by his ex claim jumper friend, plus the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) which is looking for their own piece of the action. And where is this all leading us. It is taking us down the road to the projected 28 million dollar Lander’s Bar, gold mining claim which lies where the ancient Yuba River and Deer Creek comes together. Miraculously, Jim Butler’s property was skipped over during the gold rush and was never mined because of a gigantic flood that happened a couple of years after 1849. And still to this day, all of that gold still rests 23 or more feet down in the earth. More

Depleted Uranium: The USA has been spreading this long lasting chemical weapon all over the Middle East & elsewhere

Tests Prove Depleted Uranium Scrambles Chromosomes

Tests conducted clearly demonstrate that DU inhalation / ingestion scrambles chromosomes in a chaotic manner, causing Gulf War Illness.
Including transposing parts of chromosomes onto others. Thus so many different symptoms, and no possibility of a cure. Test results are very clearly understandable by the layman. Shows chromosomes as differently-colored, etc.

Be sure to watch all five parts of this great program. ( http://www.vawatchdog.org/ ) From the Discovery Channel.

The Bureau of Land Management is scrubbing their trail on the internet

After NBC News wrote about the Bureau of Land Management featuring a photo of a coal bed at the top of their website, the BLM changed it… to now feature this photo of an oil & gas pipeline.

by Debbie Coffey, V.P. & Dir. of Wild Horse Affairs, Wild Horse Freedom Federation All Rights Reserved. Copyright 2017

The Bureau of Land Management is scrubbing most of its links off of the internet, and in doing so, erasing much of its history from public view.

Many of the blm.gov links that are still remaining on the internet at this point say “page not found,” or the links are no longer cached.

The BLM also suddenly removed state and district websites. Instead, you will now find “landing pages” that direct you to only one main Bureau of Land Management website. (You can look at the new BLM website HERE.)

I called a BLM Public Affairs Specialist to ask some questions about the defunct websites and links. This person said in the past there were about 90,000 pages (and then a bit later stated that it could possibly be only about 60,000 pages) of BLM content on the internet, but that all of these pages couldn’t be maintained or updated, and weren’t centralized. This person said the BLM’s prior content management system was outdated.

Most importantly, this person also said there were now standards to reduce the amount (of pages/content). More

How a Judge Scrapped Pennsylvania Families’ $4.24M Water Pollution Verdict in Gas Drilling Lawsuit

Ray Kemble

By Sharon Kelly and Steve Horn

For many residents of Carter Road in Dimock, Pennsylvania, it’s been nearly a decade since their lives were turned upside down by the arrival of Cabot Oil and Gas, a company whose Marcellus Shale hydraulic fracturing (“fracking”) wells were plagued by a series of spills and other problems linked to the area’s contamination of drinking water supplies.

With a new federal court ruling handed down late last Friday, a judge unwound a unanimous eight-person jury which had ordered Cabot to pay a total of $4.24 million over the contamination of two of those families’ drinking water wells. In a 58 page ruling, Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson discarded the jury’s verdict in Ely v. Cabot and ordered a new trial, extending the legal battle over one of the highest-profile and longest-running fracking-related water contamination cases in the country.

In his order, Judge Carlson chastised the plaintiff’s lawyers for “repeatedly inviting the jury to engage in unwarranted speculation” and wrote that, in his personal estimation, the plaintiffs had not presented enough evidence to warrant the jury’s $4.24 million in damages. The original complaint for the case was filed in November 2009.

Nonetheless, Judge Carlson declined to throw out the lawsuit entirely, ordering Cabot to re-start settlement talks with the Ely and Hubert families. If those talks fail, the trial process will begin anew, extending the already years-long legal battle into months or even years to come.

“The judge heard the same case that the jury heard and the jury was unanimous,” Nolan Scott Ely, the lead plaintiff in the case, said in a statement. “How can he take it upon himself to set aside their verdict? It’s outrageous.”

Retrials “Not as Rare”

Over time, Judge Carlson’s order noted, the plaintiffs’ legal complaints had been successfully winnowed down by Cabot, which was represented at trial by several lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright, the tenth highest-grossing law firm in the world in 2016. The case now centers around a nuisance complaint.

Ely, whose background is in construction work, and his family and neighbors were represented at trial by a solo practitioner, Leslie Lewis, assisted by one other attorney. During one brief stint in the years leading up to the trial, the two families had no lawyer at all, but represented themselves. When the case began, they had the assistance of the firms Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik & Associates and the Jacob Fuchsberg Law Firm (the former employer of Lewis), which ushered in a settlement agreement with some of the 44 original plaintiffs.

But Ely and others were not satisfied with the offer, which included a non-disclosure agreement, and decided to proceed with the lawsuit.

John-Mark Stensvaag, an environmental law professor at the University of Iowa, said that orders to re-try cases “are not as rare as one might think.”

“This does not mean that the plaintiffs have no case,” he added, “it only means that, in [Judge Carlson’s] opinion, they have not presented a case justifying the jury’s verdict and should be given a second opportunity to present an adequate case.”

Carter Road Water Contamination

There’s little question that something is very wrong with the water on Carter Road, despite lingering questions in the legal battles centering around that contaminated water.

In 2016, shortly after the Elys and Huberts’ $4.24 million verdict, the Centers for Disease Control issued a report concluding that Dimock’s tainted waters carried dangerous levels of chemicals including arsenic, lithium, and 4-chlorophenyl phenyl ether (which is acutely toxic if swallowed). Further, the water was laced with enough methane that five of the homes on Carter Road had been at risk of exploding. Indeed, on New Year’s Day 2009, one of Dimock’s contaminated drinking water wells did explode.

Congress repealed FCC privacy rules for the internet

It’s already begun. Just days after Congress voted to kill Internet privacy, Verizon has announced plans to install spyware on every Android phone on their network [1][2].

Protecting and encrypting your online life is more urgent than ever before.

Lawmakers who have taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from Big Cable companies [3] used a Congressional rule that gave them a small window to repeal the FCC privacy rules, which would have protected Internet users from some of the creepiest things their Internet service providers (ISPs) can do. But Congress just let ISPs like Verizon and Comcast in on:

  • Your health history
  • Your financial status & how much money you make
  • Where you go
  • Your political and religious views
  • What products you buy, and so much more

Apathy is no longer an option.

The time to start securing your most private information online is right now.

Our easy, 6-step guide, #GetSafe, shows you how.

Congress voting to kill Internet privacy is bad– but there are still really meaningful things that you can do to increase your privacy, and if you’re not doing them, you’re leaving yourself completely vulnerable.

Through #GetSafe, we’ll walk you through some basic steps that will dramatically increase the safety of the personal information stored on your phone and computer. It’s quick, you don’t need to be tech savvy, and it’s more important now than ever before.

Visit https://www.letsgetsafe.org to start protecting yourself and your community today!

Thanks,

Federal Bill to Ban Lethal Wildlife Poisons Introduced after kids exposed & three dogs killed by M-44 “Cyanide Bombs”

Canyon’s back yard, where he
accidentally triggered an M-44
“cyanide bomb” on March 16, 2017.
It killed his dog in front of him.

March 30, 2017 – This month three dogs were killed by M-44 “cyanide bombs” in Wyoming and Idaho. In both cases children were present and put at grave risk of poisoning. This is beyond unacceptable.

M-44s are indiscriminate sodium cyanide ejectors set by USDA Wildlife Services agents and local wildlife agencies for “predator control.” Details | Diagram There is no justifiable excuse for the use of M-44s. It is insane to set poison traps in the great outdoors.

We’ve been pressuring for an M-44 ban since 1990, collaborating with Rep. Peter DeFazio (D-Oreg.). We are thrilled to announce that on March 30 Rep. DeFazio introduced the legislation we’ve been working on in Congress. The bill is called H.R. 1817, “The Chemical Poisons Reduction Act of 2017.” It would ban both lethal M-44 sodium cyanide devices and Compound 1080, which are used unnecessarily by government wildlife agents for predator control.

What we need now is your help to get this legislation passed into law. This is a nonpartisan, public safety issue, and there honestly are no valid arguments against banning wildlife poisons. Learn how to help

Background on March M-44 events

Early in March 2017 we began working with a family in Wyoming who went out for a beautiful pre-spring walk on the prairie–one they’d taken many times before–and lost two dogs in horrifying circumstances. More
