We were sad to learn that our friend Rosa Koire passed away earlier this year. Rosa fought against the UN’s Agenda 21. Rosa was a powerful voice and will be greatly missed. The best way to honor Rosa is to share one of her last speeches. Here is an excerpt from the transcript:
My role today is to set the stage for the Greater Reset by looking at the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, the 4th industrial revolution, UN Agenda 2030, and, of course, the larger plan within which this all revolves, which is United Nations Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development.
We are witnessing the Great Purge, the Great Concentration of Wealth and Power, the Great Reveal of Willing Dictators, the Great Reallocation of Resources, The Great Digital Revolution of the Surveillance State. The Agenda for the 21st Century and beyond. It’s the Great Rehash of the Old Plan.
I’m going to start there.
UN Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development is the comprehensive blueprint, the plan of action as the UN calls it, to inventory and control all land, water, minerals, plants, animals, construction, means of production, energy, education, information, and all human beings in the world. This is the Agenda for the 21st century. A blueprint for 100 years with milestones at 2020, 2030, 2035 and 2050. Agenda 2030 is just a milestone within the main plan.
Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development is the global plan for inventory and control. It encompasses every aspect of your life and it is intended to be a wrenching transformation of your life, as Sen. Al Gore called it at the largest gathering of heads of state and national representatives ever convened to that time, in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, in 1992. Representatives of one hundred and 78 nations plus the Vatican agreed to this action plan.
Although it is, as wikipedia states, a non-binding voluntary agreement, Agenda 21 is binding on you. It has been written into the laws of your countries, including China & all western and middle eastern nations, through a collaboration of government, corporations, and organizations & foundations.
It’s a global plan but it’s not an international plan. Inter-national means between nations, but this plan erases nations. It’s GLOBAL.
It’s a global plan that’s implemented locally so it has a different name everywhere, but it’s the same plan. Every aspect of your life is affected, so it’s in your school curricula, in your planning & building department, in your court system, in your health care system, everywhere. But it’s never called Agenda 21.
You’ll see it as regional plans called Plan Bay Area or 4 States One Vision, or Mexico2030 or Hanoi 2030, or Horizon2050 in Canada for example.
They’re all the same plan. They elevate Major economic power centers to a supra-governmental status, outside of and above the traditional representative government model.
These are the MEGAREGIONS. They drive the economy and overpower the nationstate. They combine parts of cities, states, and even combine nations—-destroying boundaries and ignoring the legal jurisdictions by creating new economic princedoms, new fiefdoms. Not govt but governance.
For a very long time in the West, wildfires have regularly burned millions of acres every year due to various circumstances.Even still, apart from climate change theory and so called drought issues that threaten the the fertile San Joaquin Valley of California and the bread basket of America,Governor Newsom regularly declares a drought while referencing Climate Change while many other fire prevention factors are never mentioned.
Other major areas of government neglect lie in the ways water is managed in the valley.
Since the Feather River feeds the great Oroville Dam, there is often more than enough water to turn the turbines for 900,000 people within a segment of the “golden” state, that regularly furnish the ranchers and the farmers all of the needed water for crops and orchards that is within the valley. However, roughly 91% of the winter dam water stored has already been sent to the ocean via the Sacramento Delta and consequently there is now, in the month of August, not enough water in the dam to even turn the turbines, creating a scenario of probable electrical blackouts for 900,000 people in Northern California.Clearly, politics once more enters into the equation, but during a pandemic as well?Have not the Californians suffered long enough? And even though the Governor may be recalled in the September election, the people are leaving California in droves.As a matter of fact even Disney may be moving parts of their studio operations to another state, possibly Florida.But this is just the tip of the iceberg.
With the ongoing and renewed border crises since President Biden took office as President, illegals are now entering from Mexico into Texas, Arizona and California in droves.However, before Biden was sworn in as President on Jan. 20, 2021, four Iranian jihadists had already been found to be infiltrating the refugee stream from San Luis, Mexico adjacent to Yuma, Arizona with “explosives” back in October of 2019.
They were arrested by Yuma, AZ. border agents with regard to a potential terror plot.
Fast forward to February 3, 2021 eleven Iranian Muslims were then arrested as illegal Iranian jihadists that were found to be infiltrating the very same refugee stream on their way to Yuma AZ.Was this buried in the mainstream news for political reasons?I wasn’t aware of it at the time.
With thousands of illegals entering into the U.S. from our southern border, America’s personal property or can easily become a target of illegals meant to destroy America. And with the rising threat of arsons becoming a massive issue in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California and Nevada, millions of acres of precious forest and private lands are presently burning from arson lit wildfires vs. climate change which become nothing but smoke and mirrors coming from the office of the Governor.
It has already been confirmed that various major wildfires in the Sierras presently burning in mid August 2021 were purposely set by a professor who was seen on radar and later caught again setting another major fire after secretly being tracked in his car.And although he was not an illegal foreigner, this major event spells terrorism with regard to the potential for some who are still crossing the border who are also on terrorist lists and who hate America who may accomplish the same goals as the professor who is now in jail for arson. We the people are now under attack in more ways than one. It is time that major change takes place in America to prevent an ongoing agenda meant to destroy America.

Back in 2009 the United Nations Climate Change Conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. At that time there were 5 key leaked emails from the UEA’s Climatic Research Unit. The Guardian and its investigative journalists published an online edition about the climate science emails stolen from the University of East Anglia, which revealed apparent attempts to cover up flawed climate data that would negate prevailing climate theory. The incident at that time was coined Climate Gate which showed that even though certain scientists were not fully coming up with statistics that supported climate change, they would, in effect, not share any of their findings with others who had requested to see their climate research records. What was being hidden? Now then, this is the back story which preceded the latest event which was a court case between two prominent climatologists, Michael Mann and Dr. Tim Ball from Penn State.
The breaking news which just transpired last week follows from a legal case at the Supreme Court of British Columbia where a defamation multi-million dollar lawsuit by Michael Mann against climate change skeptic Dr. Tim Ball didn’t’t turn out so well for Michael Mann. Tim Ball walked away with his full legal costs being paid by Michael Mann.
“The Canadian court issued its final ruling in favor of the Dismissal motion that was filed May 2019 by Dr. Tim Ball’s libel lawyers. Mann’s famous “hockey stick” graph, first published in 1998, was featured prominently in the U.N. IPCC 200l climate report. The graph showed a spike in global average temperature in the 20th Century after about 500
years of stability.”
Empirical and credible scientific evidence conversely shows in a Canadian study that the “hockey stick” curve” is primarily an artifact of poor data handling, obsolete data and an incorrect calculation of principal components. When the data was corrected it showed a warm period in the 15th Century that exceeded the warmth of the 20th Century. And the hypothesis that a 425% increase in CO2 emissions has caused “catastrophic” Man made global warming along with climate change has now been proven to be incredibly false.
The pieces of the California firestorm puzzle are slowly being put into their proper place.

Notice the houses — ONLY — are destroyed; not burned to the ground, mind you, rather they are imploded which causes them to collapse in on themselves with great force and destruction.
Also, notice how the trees and grass and streets and sidewalks show no evidence whatsoever of fire damage.

The Geoengineered Cape Town Drought
The Geoengineered Cape Town Drought is a test-run, a preview of what the rest of us can expect in the coming years.
Day Zero is looming for Cape Town. According to the latest estimates May 11th is when the city’s water supply will be turned off, leaving four million residents to line up for water rations at one of 200 points across the city.
Cape Town is in the middle of an unprecedented drought and rainfall has been far below expected levels for the past three years. Residents are being asked to limit use to 50 liters a day (13.2 gallons), which is less than a third of the average daily water use in Britain.
Our air is acrid and dry and my crops have failed. My animals are on their last legs. We are being forced to take out loans via the Landbank, thus enslaving us and also forcing us to buy GMO seeds. The North West has been declared a Disaster Area.
Without any mention of geoengineering, National Geographic states that “climate change” may have exacerbated Cape Town’s drought and warns that much of the world is at risk of a similar situation. Mexico City, Melbourne, Jakarta, Sao Paulo, and California are listed as potential water shortage victims of “climate change.”

I have no idea what it will take to convince people that global warming was not only a hoax; that it was nothing more than a global tax system to be used to extract fees, fines, and penalties, but that this tax system would do nothing to address the supposed cause of the non-existent global warming. But the public had to first be convinced that horrendous events were about to befall them if, in fact, Cap & Trade wasn’t put into place. I used to be one of those people who bought this theory.
Now why would anyone conclude that a global system of taxation would somehow correct global warming if in fact it was an actual issue?
Under this system, emission credits could be sold, swapped or purchased so that the offenders could maintain their current emission levels, or buy credits to increase their level of emissions from other cap & trader’s who were somehow allowed more credits than they actually needed. All that will change under this system is whose hand the money lands in.
At some point in this inducement of panic in the public, some began to note that the charts and math formulas used to support this theory, didn’t quite work out when put to a test. Then, it was discovered that in fact, an intentional misrepresentation of the results had been used to convince the public that global warming was about to befall the planet and they were all going to die of thirst if they didn’t first drown in rising sea levels. The cat was out of the proverbial bag, so to speak, so a sudden but subtle change in terminology took place.
Hence, we saw another weasel-word swap come into play: Global Warming became Climate Change. Yeah…that should just about cover any and all weather conditions. More

In spite of the seven year drought and future weather patterns that are not necessarily predictable, one would think that storing water for domestic use or agricultural needs such as growing food and raising livestock would be a priority for government. Not in California. Yet, fast track environmentalism in the last 20 years that caused the removal of 971 dams after Bill Clinton’s term as President, but at a later date, President George W. Bush, during his Presidency, opposed breaching dams in the Pacific Northwest.
Today, dam removal in the United States is now stronger than ever while the Western United States presently needs even more water than ever, but farmers in the Central Valley are fully cut off from their normal allotments. If we remember, years ago, the Auburn dam proposal was shelved because of the “potential” of earthquakes. Really, or was there something else going on under the radar?
The sky is falling while the world is a-buzz with the effects of warming trends and climate change. A little hot air here, and a little CO2 there will bring about the best loan sharks along with the world banking elite who will gladly “lend” their billions and services “at interest” to any nation reeling from the greenhouse effect. But, how many “let it burn” forests do the climate changers need each year to accomplish their warming and trendy goals?
Now then, the world’s political leaders will gather in New York on the 23rd of September for a special summit. U.N. Climate Secretary Ed Davey was quoted as saying the following;
“I think there’s a lot of support for having something that is legally binding, it’s just the extent of what is covered by that, is where the negotiations will be.”
Legally binding? Now, doesn’t that kind of mean the world’s taxpayers will get hit when governments sustainable targets are NOT MET? I’m sure it does. Has anyone heard of the backdoor gas tax? It’s been
talked about.
Ok, so factories and automobiles have been targeted as those mighty greenhouse agents causing higher temperatures. And then there is the three year drought in California that is affecting the rain and snow. But does this theory truly prove that climate change will be here for a long, long time?
Interestingly enough, environmental science is suspiciously lacking in the auto/factory category, because when the dots are all connected we find that one of the largest contributors to CO2 (carbon dioxide) levels in the atmosphere happens to be wildfire smoke!
Hello! Why is this always missing in most of the “climate” studies? More
People in the USA, are being told by the U.S. government and media that global warming is man-made. If that is true, how can the government and media explain the high temperatures the earth has experienced in past years when there were far fewer people? Let us look back in the world’s history: for example, between roughly 900AD and 1350AD the temperatures were much higher than now. And, back then there were fewer people, no cars, no electric utilities, and no factories, etc. So what caused the earth’s heat? Could it be a natural occurrence? The temperature graph at the bottom of this article shows the temperatures of the earth before Christ to 2040.
In the book THE DISCOVERERS published in February 1985 by Daniel J. Boorstin, beginning in chapter 28, it goes into detail about Eric the Red, the father of Lief Ericsson, and how he discovered an island covered in green grass.
In approximately 983AD, Eric the Red committed murder, and was banished from Iceland for three years. Eric the Red sailed 500 miles west from Iceland and discovered an island covered in GREEN grass, which he named Greenland. Greenland reminded Eric the Red of his native Norway because of the grass, game animals, and a sea full of fish. Even the air provided a harvest of birds. Eric the Red and his crew started laying out sites for farms and homesteads, as there was no sign of earlier human habitation.
When his banishment expired, Eric the Red returned to congested Iceland to gather Viking settlers. In 986, Eric the Red set sail with an emigrant fleet of twenty-five ships carrying men, women, and domestic animals. Unfortunately, only fourteen ships survived the stormy passage, which carried about four-hundred-fifty immigrants plus the farm animals. The immigrants settled on the southern-west tip and up the western coast of Greenland. More
According to the RSS satellite data, whose value for April 2014 is just in, the global warming trend in the 17 years 9 months since August 1996 is zero. The 212 months without global warming represents more than half the 423-month satellite data record, which began in January 1979. No one now in high school has lived through global warming.
The long Pause may well come to an end by this winter, when an el Niño event is expected in the equatorial eastern Pacific, causing global temperature to rise quite sharply. The el Niños of 1998, 2007, and 2010 are visible in the graph. El Niños occur about every three or four years, though no one is entirely sure what triggers them. They cause a temporary spike in temperature, often followed by a sharp drop during the la Niña phase, as can be seen in 1999, 2008, and 2011-2012, where there was a “double-dip” la Niña.
The ratio of el Niños to la Niñas tends to fall during the 30-year negative or cooling phases of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation, the latest of which began in late 2001. So, though the Pause may pause for a few months at the turn of the year, it may well resume late in 2015.
Either way, it is ever clearer that global warming has not been happening at anything like the rate predicted by the climate models, and is not at all likely to occur even at the much-reduced rate now predicted. There could be as little as 1 Cº global warming this century, not the 3-4 Cº predicted by the IPCC.

Now that global warming, then climate change and now “climate disruption” is being blamed on dairy cows, it might be a nice time to revisit the insane world of the EPA. This is the same EPA that ignores the massive methane releases that result from fracking and oil drilling. EPA itself admits that only 9% of greenhouse gases come from the cows, but fails to mention what percentage comes from fracking and drilling. Apparently there are still a fair number of people that either haven’t read or refuse to read the Climate-gate memo’s. Just in case…Attention! GLOBAL WARMING is a screaming hoax! They don’t even call it global warming these days, it is…..CLIMATE CHANGE. That’s a much broader, vaguer catch-all phrase that can be massaged, manipulated and used for far more than the restrictive “global warming.” After all, when you are attempting to convince the public that a threat exists where there actually is none, you need all the wiggle room you can get.
Refusing to let this fictional threat die,(after all Cap& Trade is generating massive amounts of pay to pollute revenues) we are bombarded daily with reports of climate change which is supposed to signal the end of times! With most rational people dismissing these claims as unworthy of their attention and time, newer, bigger more threatening causes are identified each and every day. Most recently….COW FARTS! Oh! The horror of it! (Run away! Run away!)
The current hysteria is tied to the amount of methane gas expelled through farting and belching, by cows. No one made mention of the amount of gaseous emissions coming from the District of Criminals or any of the federal corporate agency talking heads that waste taxpayer money sitting around dreaming up this stuff. And of course, these same hot air blowers will never mention that the largest concentration of methane from cow farts is on those fetid CAFO farms where hundreds of animals are warehoused in a space that should only accommodate a few head. And even if they did mention this, they would never go so far as to examine the increase in methane emissions as a result of CAFO animals being fed gmo contaminated feeds; a known cause of an increase and mutation of e.coli in the cow’s gut which also increases the level of gases in the cows gut needing to be expelled. With record low temperatures for extended periods of time putting most of the upper mid-west and much of the rest of the country in a virtual deep freeze for the last six months, I was slightly surprised to hear the reason for this: global warming. Yup! It’s getting so darned hot that it caused the temps to drop globally. Confused? You just don’t understand!

(We) used HAARP to melt a 12-square mile ice field called “Larson B“ in the Artic. We did this in just a few weeks and then filmed the area for use on cable news networks even though we were responsible for the high speed rate of melting. ( Don’t ya just love you some HAARP??) We did this to frighten you, the public, into believing the Artic was going to melt and drown you all as a result of global warming. Are you scared, yet???
Unfortunately, Mother Earth had other plans and fought back and that ship we sent up there to film the drowning polar bears is still stuck in the massive ice field that grew by 60 miles this winter. Fourteen Coastal Regions From Monterey, California and on up to Southern Oregon are being identified as areas where varieties of oak trees and Laurels are infected with SOD (Sudden Oak Death) . . . a MOLD.
UC Berkeley has teamed up with area Master Gardeners and Google Earth to collect data and chart on google earth the locations on private property, public land and park open space where SOD is found or where there are no infected areas. This is a pilot program for the rest of the nation to limit public access to public lands. People WILL obey for FEAR of spreading the contaminants to other areas and will relinquish access to parks and ALL areas that are deemed contaminated.

SOD (Sudden Oak Death) has been identified as a MOLD called Phytophthora ramorum (P. ramorum). The ideal climate – wet, mild, 66 degrees and the pathogen grows in May and June. The Bay Laurels are the host trees, the carrier of the MOLD. However, the presenter master gardener said they did not really know, yet, how far inland the MOLD contamination will show up and that is what they are still investigating. They said even though going further inland would become hotter than what they currently described as ideal temperature of 66 degrees for mold growth they were still investigating to see how much further inland the mold would grow. This would then change the parameters of the defined temperatures and moisture conditions described for the coastal regions and expand the mold infestation inland. More

The US government has a stake in this enterprise, too. Obama put a moratorium on drilling for oil on federal land and voted down the Keystone pipeline, in addition to subsidizing the nuclear industry instead of increasing oil reserves.
Obama has advocated replacing 17% of US oil imports with oil made from algae.
Algae could be the next bottomless pit that the government flushes money down, to the detriment of the taxpayer, similar to the many solar energy scandals.
There are two major areas of algae research that the government and private entities are funding; open pond algae farms use massive amounts of freshwater, but this is the cheapest option. The second option is mutated, genetically engineered (GE) or synthetic algae that may be able to use saltwater and polluted water, but there are risks of out-of-control consequences.

Obama referenced a study that suggested 17% of US oil imports could be replaced with algae oil using the open pond method. However, he failed to mention that these algae farms would require land mass the size of North Dakota and a continuous supply of freshwater.
It requires 350 gallons of water to produce 1 gallon of algae oil! The amount of water required to replace 17% of oil imports is equal to 25% of all water in the US used for crop irrigation.
The study published by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory failed to account for polluted water, evaporation and the energy required to keep ponds from freezing.
MC: Geo-engineering is an umbrella term for deliberate climate intervention that includes spraying the sky with aerosols to reflect solar radiation away from Earth in order to cool the planet and to save the environment and humanity from the effects of supposedly man-made global warming. This bubble is set to inflate rapidly. To offset just one day of Qantas operations, CO2 promoters must plant more than 200,000 trees in permanent forests covering 130 hectares. How much land is required to offset all Australian power stations, industry and transport?
Yes these trees will consume carbon dioxide. However CO2 levels today are well below what is ideal for plant growth. While they are growing strongly, these trees will suck the gas of life from the atmosphere, competing strongly with nearby crops and plant life for the traces of carbon dioxide remaining.
Then as the trees mature, growth stops. The aging forest just sits there, some trees growing, some dying and net carbon sequestration ceases. It becomes a sterile shrine to the green religion whose main impact on the biosphere is providing a haven for feral animals and noxious weeds. More
Recently a fervent supporter of the ‘human Carbon Dioxide controls the climate hypothesis’ admitted to several potential criminal activities. Historically, human thought has been restricted to view everything as a “two sides to every story” false didactic. The Supreme Court ruled on June 20, 2011 that the power to regulate greenhouse gas emissions (primarily carbon) rests with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), saying that the EPA is better equipped to deal with the science of greenhouse gases (aka global warming, climate change and CO2). The Clean Air Act has been expanded and the EPA is in a power grab for jurisdiction over vehicle emissions and is now planning control over utilities.
EPA enforcement over utilities will cause the following problems:

• Job killing restrictions on energy production
• Blackouts caused by unreliable “green” energy (wind & solar)

Man-made global warming (also known as climate change) claims have been thoroughly discredited by the “scientists” who perpetrated them through leaked e-mails in the ‘Climategate’ scandal. It seems like it should be a dead issue, but the truth is that too many resources have been invested in this scam to allow it to fade away. The global warming myth is thriving internationally, on the federal level and in state and local governments.
The global warming myth was popularized by Margaret Thatcher (under the influence of a UN depopulation advocate) and was designed to break US power, usher nuclear weapons into the UK and to punish Thatcher’s political enemies.
Carbon dioxide is natural and beneficial to plants. Rises in carbon dioxide follow temperature rise. It is a lie that the cause and effect are the reverse.
States: A court has tentatively ruled against California’s cap-and-trade law because alternatives were not considered. But then, neither were climate facts or the economic impact.
There’s a delicious irony in the ruling by San Francisco Superior Court Judge Ernest Goldsmith barring the California Air Resources Board (CARB) from implementing AB32, the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006.
In the opinion of the court, CARB failed to complete the required environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act because it did not adequately analyze the legislation to see if there are better ways to get the job done.

The thirty-two states have been divided into three regions; regionalism is a trick that uses re-zoning to establish new jurisdictional authority. State compacts and agreements, in addition to state treaties with foreign governments, are unconstitutional. While these regional programs have avoided mention of United Nations Agenda 21, the blueprint for depopulation total control, evidence supports that this is an Agenda 21 Sustainable Development program for the following reasons:
• Man made global warming deception, based on discredited science from the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (UN IPCC), is a primary excuse used to implement Agenda 21 Sustainable Development.
• California’s AB 32 Global Warming Solutions Act is committed to achieving the targets of the UN Kyoto Protocol (a treaty with mandatory rules to limit carbon).
• RGGI (Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative of the Northeastern states) is similar to the UN Kyoto treaty with mandated regulations and a Cap-and-Trade scheme.
