THE CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER: A PLANNED CULTURAL BREAKDOWN

Author, Chuck Frank

How best can a mixed Marxist philosophy and a corrupt U.S.Corporate agenda destroy our country and our initial cultural heritage which was founded by men who risked their lives and fortunes during the American Revolution and then birthed a Constitution with a marvelous foundation along with 10 amendments, that is the Bill of Rights which gave the common people freedoms and rights like no other country in the world?

The classic riot formula which may be used to conquer a country without one shot being fired is to get a good many of the people of that country to buy into a movement that will topple the country from within through civil unrest, censorship, disinformation, over the airwaves indoctrination, including the schools, via biased textbooks, computers and false cellphone articles that may be found on Wikipedia and various social networking sites.

Something way bigger than 1984 is upon us but are the people getting it?  The world just got hit by a biological warfare bomb in late 2019 while China blinked an eye and a few of America’s top Harvard Scientists, pre 2020, were in Wuhan site-seeing?

Taking this subject a bit further, it is already clear to many that a crude agenda now exists in America that is meant to blend and standardize behaviors by taking down previous norms, whereby political correctness replaces previously acceptable rules, but then, turns long held behavioral models of good and evil to another belief system to where the far left is now having a field day.

However, take note that this political clout is all about pushing bizarre agendas that defy reason, destroys families, friends, schools, all the while, defying long held values and views as null and void, whereby mores, the sociological fabric of a group or a society, is then purposefully broken and laid to rest for the sake of philosophical models that adhere to the old standard of breaking down the building blocks of society to where governments, educators and the “experts” who “know best” utilize their scientific approach and their biased “empirical analysis” meant to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that their conclusions finally proves that the world is actually flat and anyone with half a brain should know that if they sail off beyond the horizon of blue, they will surely fall off of the edge.  Do we need another Scamdemic along with civil unrest and out of control fires in our own cities and forests to finally bring the truth to the surface?  What surely has transpired is only a foreshadowing of what is to come.  How many vaccines and papers will one finally need to even board an airplane?  What next will the Gestapo require?

Will the sheeple just continue to bow down to the demigods of the state until there is nothing left in America except for one roll of toilet paper while the multi-millionaire elites go to their private islands in their business jets hobnobbing from one end of the globe to the next, while the goods of the earth are provided by the indentured servants of the banking elite and those credit card companies at outrageous interest rates.  This is freedom?

This is China’s goal among other countries such as Brussels, Belgium, which is the demigod of the the EU and who relish the day of a coming new world order but also getting rid of “one nation under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.”  People, the solution is in our hands.  Stop this midnight train before it is too late.  It’s one minute to midnight.

Make the FDA Advisory, Not Mandatory

On March 30th we published an article about the sudden push by the FDA to label homeopathic remedies as dangerous.

FDA Pushing To Regulate Homeopathy Out of Existence?

In response to this, an organization called Downsize DC is taking action to do two things…

•Stop the FDA from prohibiting homeopathy
•Urge Congress to make the FDA advisory rather than mandatory
We’re copying you on the message Downsize DC is sending to its supporters. We urge you to read it and then use the link below to go to Downsize DC’s quick-and-easy Educate the Powerful System to issue the same instructions to your Congressional reps.

Here’s the Downsize DC message…

———-

Please be aware…

The FDA is threatening to crack down on homeopathy. Please take action to stop this oppression. https://downsizedc.org/etp/fda/

•Ask Congress to make the FDA advisory rather than mandatory.
•Use your personal comments to tell Congress to block the FDA from any action against homeopathy.
You can copy or edit the following letter for this purpose…

I believe personal conscience should rule in all things. This includes minority health care choices such as homeopathy. Sadly, within just the last few days, the FDA has rushed to…

* Publish a “safety alert” against homeopathy 19 http://1.usa.gov/1FgGuRf

* Called for hearings on April 20th. http://1.usa.gov/1FgGzV2

I want all my Congressional representatives to write the FDA a letter telling them to cancel the alert and the hearings.

I also want you to sponsor legislation that will make the FDA advisory rather than mandatory. Toward this end, please inform yourself that a 2009 survey of adverse events showed…

* 41 major adverse events with only one death for the entire spectrum of supplements including botanicals, amino acids, and vitamins

* More than 7,000 major adverse events for FDA approved drugs, including 496 deaths

This makes it very clear — we do NOT need the FDA to protect us from things like supplements and homeopathy. What we really need is protection from the FDA and their Big Pharma cronies.

Please show that you represent me, and not the FDA-Big Pharma cartel.

* Send that letter I asked you for telling the FDA to back-off homeopathy

* Sponsor legislation making the FDA advisory rather than mandatory

I will be watching what you do.

Death of A Small Business – Big Dairy Wins Again.

The great thing about “banning” food items is the ease in which it is completed these days. For instance:

Raw-milk dairy closes as costs rise

But the owners of Greenwood Farms, Holly and Steve Atkinson, say their numbers just weren’t working. The equipment, chemical and labor costs of producing raw milk were simply too high, despite growing demand from consumers willing to pay $10 or more a gallon.

Because there is no “Free Market” competition as a result of  huge milk subsidies, the smaller producer is pushed out. In this case by their own responsible choice to protect the safety of their customers. Don’t forget the “barrier to entry” that exists to even start-up a small dairy.

To survive financially, Atkinson said, the farm would have to scale up — and that would come only at the expense of safety.

“We would’ve had to double the number of cows and work 80 hours a week,” she said. “If we had grown the dairy to where we could make a profit, I don’t think we could’ve produced safe raw milk because once you get that big, you get into the factory mentality.”

If the artificial dairy market was not boosted by $74.1 Million last year  through governmental interference, having to compete with small dairies would force Agri-dairy to be more responsible.

For more information on “the dairy world” from a really great site, visit johnbuntingsjournal.

Good-bye Greenwood Farms.

What Are They Thinking?

Lynn Swearingen (c) copyright 2010 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

Periodically I am forwarded an article with the question “What do you think?” Sometimes, a very few sometimes, I read through and think “Another stupid knee jerk reaction.” on the part of the author and go my merry way. After all, most of us get numerous emails concerning public policy and in reality besides pointing out the irony (or stupidity) our “trash overflowith” so to speak.

The more I considered this article, the more I began to consider that perhaps this topic deserved more than the traditional “delete key” motion – I hope to explain why. As usual one would hope that the reader would listen to my self-aware narcissistic ramblings (at least I am aware of my condition) until the end in which I will attempt to tie together the facts for digestion. I beseech thee to be Open Minded for these few words of discussion.

First and foremost I would pose these questions. What would you think if there was a Nationwide effort to teach safety, increase youngsters self-confidence, increase concentration through focus and empower our youth to become self-sufficient individuals? What if this program was Congressionally chartered in 1903, but was independent of governmental monies and therefore a non-political entity? What if this program sounded like a wonderful opportunity for individuals, young or old, to have the opportunity to participate in a group setting and become better members of society?

No matter if one is Liberal, Conservative, Democratic or Republican – I believe I am hearing those proverbial heads nodding. The above concept is in many ways the recent pronunciation of what we hope our future will hold. Family, security, hope……

Now before we all join hands and begin a rousing chorus of Kumbaya – let me place one more word out there.   Gun.

Hold on, don’t run just yet. Before the feared firearm reared it’s “ugly” head readers from all walks of life were just joined together in an almost unified dance of bi-partisan love. So give me a minute here.

The program I obliquely refer to is The Civilian Marksmanship Program. One finds the following information on their website:

The CMP was created by the U.S. Congress as part of the 1903 War Department Appropriations Act. The original purpose was to provide civilians an opportunity to learn and practice marksmanship skills so they would be skilled marksmen if later called on to serve in the U.S. military. Over the years the emphasis of the program shifted to focus on youth development through marksmanship. From 1916 until 1996 the CMP was administered by the U.S. Army. Title XVI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1996 (Public Law 104-106, 10 February 1996) created the Corporation for the Promotion of Rifle Practice & Firearms Safety (CPRPFS) to take over administration and promotion of the CMP. The CPRPFS is a tax-exempt non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has been Federally chartered by the U.S. Congress, but is not an agency of the U.S. Government (Title 36, United States Code, Section 40701 et seq). Apart from a donation of surplus .22 and .30 caliber rifles in the Army’s inventory to the CMP, the CMP receives no Federal funding.

This is an organization that encourages not only good citizenship, but brings families together through the hands on training, safety and competition. These are good things. They help provide the training and tools to make us a safer community. Tools naturally have to include the gun. More

Vowing to find new ways to stimulate the sputtering economy, President Barack Obama will call for long-term investments in the nation’s roads, railways and runways that would cost at least $50 billion.

The infrastructure investments are one part of a package of targeted proposals the White House is expected to announce in hopes of jump-starting the economy ahead of the November election. Obama will outline the infrastructure proposal Monday at a Labor Day event in Milwaukee.

While the proposal calls for investments over six years, the White House said spending would be front-loaded with an initial $50 billion to help create jobs in the near future.

Funny how History rhymes when it is not repeating itself.  A “general” discussion on how the programs, edicts and Government measures did not work to pull the economy out of the Great Depression. A war was needed. Too bad we quit in Iraq and aren’t really at “war” in Afghanistan. More

S 510 : Testor Amendment Means Nothing

The Testor Amendment.  – It’ll free my direct sales to consumers. Or so the “opposition” to S. 510 seems to be saying now.

Once I started reading this,  “shock kept me up all night” would be an understatement.

Attempting to understand the logic behind the argument that somehow Legislators and AgriBusiness lobbyists are now “backing down” from the onerous control methods that have been written, fought for, and negotiated since the introduction of S. 510 in March of 2009 – I became even more confused.

Why suddenly would Sally Sunshine be allowed to sell her Strawberries to Safeway with no “involvement” under S 510?

The answer in short is she won’t. The “Grocery Store” will be required to keep records of Sally Sunshine. And in the event of “reasonable belief” or  “reasonable possibility” – Sally Sunshine is going down first.

The language is included here below (partial pages 122 and 123):

Is It Time In Virgina?

Lynn Swearingen (c) copyright 2010 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

Most Friday nights people head on over to Jimmy’s Old Time Tavern to take in the “local flavor” according to the bloated heavy text website “Virginia Living” just beggin’ y’all to come see this little suburb of D.C.

Before one considers this fun little jaunt, reflection upon how Virgina’s obscure little rules concerning Tavern behavior might affect the patrons and employees is in order.

1. You might be pulled out of Jimmy’s to prove your sobriety at whim. Apparently this popular practice began in 2003. After all, pulling patrons out of a Tavern looking for someone intoxicated instead of actually following them on the highway where they might be driving drunk is such a good plan.

As the designated driver in her dinner party, Pat Habib was careful to consume no more than one alcoholic drink and follow it up with two sodas.

So she was shocked when a police officer singled her out of the crowd at Jimmy’s Old Town Tavern in Herndon and asked her to step outside to prove her sobriety. After she ran through the alphabet without pause, the Fairfax County police officer let her go and explained police had received a complaint about an unruly blond woman matching her description. Then she watched as police tested other women looking nothing like her. More

QE2?

Lynn Swearingen (c) copyright 2010 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

For those of us who have been waiting for the “train” to leave the station on the United States Economy, I’ve got news for you. There is nothing barreling down the tracks waiting to hit the proverbial blockage on the tracks and explode our Economy into the largest Depression ever. Instead, QE2 is waiting at the docks “ready to sail”.

“Quantitative Easing” part deux (QE2) was first publicly bandied about in debate last month spurred by St. Louis Fed President James Bullard’s comments:

…who suggested the Fed may have to buy more Treasurys as he warned about Japan-style deflation. The idea gained momentum, but expectations for a quantitative easing move at this Fed meeting really took off after Friday’s surprisingly weak July employment report.

Actually the debates have been spurred by a paper written by Mr. Bullard titled Seven Faces of “The Peril” in which his comparison of the United States and Japanese economic “similarities and differences” dance around one another in squares and circles with fancy charts, analysis of Seven Case Studies and numerous esoteric comparisons which fill 24 pages of the pdf in a mind-numbing conflagration of confusion. The opening paragraph should advise one of this reality: More

One of the only consistent issues with the current Administration is that their inconsistency keeps one off balance. It is difficult to “know your enemy” if the Rules of Engagement keep migrating.

In line with the plot contained within George Orwell’s Animal Farm, a community is formed based on “freedom for all theory”. Slowly through manipulation of the rules by the “rulers”, enforcers bring to bear unendurable suffering to ensure the “good of all” through the protectionism of the ruling class. When said rulers make errors or mistakes in planning, either the previous rulers are blamed or a mystical outside force is pinpointed as the cause of the faulty administrations failure. In a twist of fate even more damming is the eventual piecing off (or actual sale) of the less powerful members of the ruling party to sustain the greed or power held by the despots. Sound familiar yet? More

I read a sad little story today about a former Homeless Shelter Case Worker who is going through some hard times. Seems that after 99 weeks of Unemployment Bennies – she still cannot find a job even with 17 years experience. And she has to pay for COBRA to the tune of $650 per month. And she is having to dip into her 401K next month if something miraculous does not happen.

At first one would be compassionate and think “Oh. How sad and her Mommy is in the story as well!”. But on reflection and further perusal of the “iReport”, the compassion seems to bleed from my brain.

This particular case is indicative of the mindset of some American Citizens. On reading the article we see that she is paying $300 per month for storage for the furniture that cannot fit in her new apartment:

And then there’s the storage fee of $300 she pays for all her excess furniture from her old apartment.

Word of advice: Sell it. If it is excess, you don’t need it. More

Our prehistoric ancestors were hunter-gatherers. They lived in and with nature, as a part of it. All of their time and efforts were spent in hunting and gathering food, creating shelter, clothing, tools and all the necessities of their survival. They were more free, in the truest sense of the word freedom, than any human beings have been since.

Some ten thousand years ago, this all began to change as humans began to cultivate wild grains and to domesticate animals. As agriculture replaced hunting and gathering, a new paradigm was entered into. No longer were humans nomadic, following the herds of animals they subsisted on. Now they were tied to the land they farmed and permanent settlements became the norm. Out of these early settlements grew the first villages, which evolved into towns, then cities, then city-states. Midwest Hazmat Spill Alert

Something quite frightening happened this morning at a yet undisclosed location of the Midwest United States. Notification was received of yet another oil containing fluid spill which is governed under the FDA (Foolish Damn Arrogance) arm of our Government.  The spill, while extremely small, has not yet been exempted from the current FDA rules and therefore the consequences could be devastating.

A liquid substance containing the following ingredients was inadvertently dispersed on a surface containing cementation materials such as fly ash  and slag cement, aggregate possibly containing a coarse aggregate made of gravels or crushed rocks such as limestone, or granite, plus a fine aggregate such as sand), water, and chemical admixtures.

BP Was Asleep At the Wheel – But Politicians Gave Them the Keys.

Gulf Coast Walrus?

Alrighty folks. We can bash BP all we want, but lets face facts. As clearly pointed out today in this clever little piece, BP  had the gonads to toss together a “response plan” (including saving the non-exsistant Gulf Walrus population) dealing with oil spill issues.

However the current Administration approved the plan.

So before we go looking to “kick some gluteus maximus” overseas and tame the British Empire to our demands, we better start with our own internal issues.

Three Presidential Administrations share the blame for the current spill. In a quick little synopsis we can see:

A regional shallow hazards survey and study was carried out at the project area by KC Offshore in 1998 (Clinton). High resolution, 2D seismic data along with 3D exploration seismic data of the MC 252 was collected by Fugro Geoservices in 2003 (Bush). The prospect was initially acquired by BP at MMS Lease Sale #206 in March 2008 (Bush).

Mapping of the block was carried out by BP America in 2008 and 2009 (Bush % Obama). BP secured approval to drill the Prospect from MMS in March 2009 (Obama) without MMS requiring use of an acoustic blowout preventer actuation alternative. An exploration well was scheduled to be spudded in 2009.

On 7 October 2009 the Transocean Marianas semi-submersible rig commenced drilling, but operations were halted at 4,023 feet (1,226 m) below the sea floor on 29 November 2009, when the rig was damaged by Hurricane Ida. The Transocean’s Deepwater Horizon rig resumed drilling operations in February 2010.

In September 2009, the rig drilled the deepest oil well in history at a vertical depth of 35,050 feet (10,683 m) and measured depth of 35,055 feet (10,685 m).

At the time of the accident, Deepwater Horizon was working on BP’s Mississippi Canyon Block 252, referred to as the Macondo Prospect. The rig was last located 50 miles (80 km) off the southeast coast of Louisiana. In October 2009, BP extended the contract for Deepwater Horizon by three years, to begin in September 2010. The lease contract was worth US$544 million, a rate of $496,800 per day.

Ultimately we know the “Buck stops here” means the current Energy Secretary could have, and should have, reviewed this process before awarding BP the opportunity to continue the drilling process.

The BP incident is indicative of what we all know. The corruption, arrogance and “business as usual” attitude in our Government is unchecked.

We the people have an opportunity to fix this. The adage “there is no use crying over spilt milk” (or in this case Oil) is applicable.

All incumbents out in November and in 2012.

I’m sure they could easily find employment in the Gulf Region and maybe even the Eastern Seaboard for the next decade or so.

GM Food Minutia From Around The Globe

I was heartened to read on PPJ of Haiti’s decision to not compromise their food sovereignty through rejecting the U.S. Governments “assistance” of Monsanto GM seed.

However, news this morning from BBC tells us that Monsanto again has issues with “quality control” through its distribution points.

A genetically modified (GM) variety of maize banned in the EU has been sown accidentally across Germany.

The NK603 variety has been planted in seven states. The seed supplier, US firm Pioneer Hi-Bred, called the level of contamination “minute”.

It is not clear how the mistake occurred, but it could cost farmers millions of euros, as crops will now have to be destroyed.

The tragedy here is that apparently the “minute mistake” was known of 4 months ago although which “officials” and “bureaucrats” are being referred to is not clear:

Greenpeace says that officials knew about the contamination in early March, but that because of bureaucratic delays farmers are only now being warned.

“This is the biggest GM crop scandal in Germany to date,” said a Greenpeace agriculture expert, Alexander Hissting. More

An Idea To Express Your Displeasure Over Health Care Bill

by: Lynn Swearingen (c)copyright 2010

U.S. Dime

If one is upset over the Recent Vote on Health Care, Kevin “Coach” Collins has a pretty good idea today on the Collins Report.

“Stupak lied!

In the dust and fury of the past few days the brazenly cynical Mr. Stupak showed his middle finger to you. On Friday afternoon when it was sure to be lost in the noise, Stupak announced his price and it was a rather cheap one befitting the character of the man himself. His envelop held just $726,409 for improving three airports in his district. So there you have it, you were suckered.

Giving Judas what he deserves

Now it’s our turn to “slip a little something” to this sticky fingered Judas.

Since he’ll now be in a tough re-election fight he’ll need donations. I will be sending him my contribution of thirty dimes which will serve as the 30 pieces of silver his model settled for…”

Mr. Collins application is for a different reason than my own – I truly believe that the entire Health Care Bill is a massive spending bill disguised to destroy the very fabric of our Social and Economic Structure, however one can find much more eloquent dissertations elsewhere. I tend to be more straight forward and the concept of expressing my displeasure leans to the literal.

I will be sending my 30 dimes to my state Legislator who sold out at the last moment. Who knows why he chose to. As far as I know there is no big massive monetary reward waiting in the wings here.

I haven’t decided what message to include to ensure he understands. Perhaps

“It may be my obligation to forgive you for your treasonous actions, however you can ensure I will never forget. Spend this well Sir. Your opponent will be receiving 100 fold for his/her campaign.”

If one does choose to do express their displeasure, please do not forget to send dimes that were minted after 1965. Ones minted pre ’65 actually were made of silver and are worth more than a dime. Save your coins for trade if need be when the Dollar becomes useful for visits to the Lavatory versus the local big box store.

A Suggested Survival List

By Chuck Baldwin

December 15, 2009

This column is archived here:

One does not have to be a prophet to know that we are on the precipice of some potentially catastrophic–or at the very least, challenging–days. In fact, most of us are already in challenging days, and some are already enduring catastrophic events. That is, if one would call being out of work, losing one’s home, facing life-threatening medical conditions without any prospect of medical insurance, several families being forced to live in one house due to homes being foreclosed, etc., catastrophic.

The potential for an escalation of cataclysmic events, however, is very real. Only a “blooming idiot” would call someone who attempts to prepare for “the day of adversity” a Chicken Little now. Anyone who does not see the storm clouds on the horizon isn’t paying attention.

For example, can one imagine what would happen if terrorists nuked a major American city or cities? (Once again, I encourage readers to go get the videos of the CBS TV series “Jericho” to get an idea of how quickly life, and even civilization, could change.) Imagine if there was another 9/11-type event. What would happen if some form of Zimbabwe-style inflation hit the US? What would happen if anything disrupted the distribution of Welfare checks, or food to local grocers? Imagine a Hurricane Katrina-style natural disaster in your town. I think people everywhere are beginning to awaken to just how vulnerable we all really are.

As a result, people from virtually every walk of life have recently been asking my thoughts on how they should prepare. Therefore, I will attempt to share with my readers some of the counsel I have given these folks. READ MORE
