The news that USDA was closing down 250 domestic offices in order to supposedly save 150 million a year in funds has been generally received as an advanced warning across America of an oncoming new program administered by some agency, council or group other than the USDA.  Bear in mind, this is the same USDA that is squandering 250 million in bogus grants to get smart meters installed in rural America.

The USDA which has become nothing more than a domestic threat to rural America never does anything remotely considered to be family, independent, rural, USA friendly unless of course you happen to be one of those Big Ag and the Bio-Pirates, corporate partners.

The idea that USDA is closing domestic offices while leaving massive numbers of foreign offices open for business is alarming on the one hand and yet, somehow comforting to think the staffs of what has become known as a domestic terrorist organization might be out of work.  Not so fast Gretel!  What you need to be asking yourself is……what is going to replace it?  You know they aren’t just going to leave our family farmers and ranchers alone.  There is something else most definitely in the works and the notice below might just be the tip off to what that something is and what might be on the horizon.

The fact that the infamous FDA was part of this meeting should have us all running screaming for cover.  More

Nevada SB 412 to make felons out of natural health practitioners

“This bill, just as in  North Carolina and other states is the implementation of Codex Alimentarius guidelines criminalizing anything other than Codex approved healthcare.  And if the Codex committees hate anything more than natural health therapies, vitamins and supplements, we don’t know what it would be.  We do know they just love the Republican’s right now.”

__________________________________________

Here’s another piece of the steamroller being perpetrated by those God-fearing, bible quoting, God is moving on my heart, Republican’s.   Another state under siege by Republican legislators as they do their part in the nationwide assault on natural healthcare practices and implement a backdoor Codex Alimentarius.

“Dirty Harry” Reid(D) did his part by passing the fake food safety bill with one “unanimous” vote,  on the Federal level, accomplished with every Democrat and Republican Senator other than himself voluntarily exiting the Senate chamber before the vote.   That bill included the query of “How and whether to implement Codex Alimentarius”.

Well, now we know how they will do it.

Not quite successful in handing our right to choose the healthcare of our choice over to international interests including Codex Alimentarius, “Dirty Harry” is now stepping aside in this assault on our rights and handing the next assault over to Republican’s who are happily complying.   (And you thought there were two political party’s!)

In virtually every state simultaneously, are bills criminalizing anything but state sanctioned and approved healthcare choices, brought to you by the Republican party with a few stray Democrats thrown in.  (Have to make it appear “bi-partisan, you know)

Of course, this bill in Nevada is a mirror of the bills in other states and requires “registering, licensing and FEES”.  These are not only revenue raisers, but this one establishes a committee to oversee the practitioners of natural therapies, manned by …you guessed it…. a Board of Complementary and Integrative Medicines; the same people who will hand you prescriptions for toxic medications that can kill you.  The same people who perform needless surgeries or just plain mess up thousands of them and who are held blameless for their missteps.

This bill, just as in  North Carolina and other states is the establishment of Codex Alimentarius guidelines criminalizing anything other than Codex approved healthcare.  And if the Codex committees hate anything more than natural health therapies, vitamins and supplements, we don’t know what it would be.  We do know they just love the Republican’s right now.

The bill does one other very important thing; it controls who can access the healthcare market, very successfully ending competition for anyone other than big medical campaign donors…like the AMA and local doctors who resent the competition.  More

I read with interest this morning a little article (1). It might be hard to miss this little gem, but not for me apparently. My inbox overflowith with the link. Queries, questions, and disbelief. After re-reading the article, a curious question crossed my mind. What exactly is the process of introducing ammonia going to do to me? So of course I started looking…..

The first tinge of alarm came from a 2004 article discussing Mr. Roth’s receipt of the FoodQuality award (2):

Oh my. That sounds, uhm – tasty. What exactly is “generally recognized as safe” and who decides that? (3):

Two aspects of living intertwine their way into my life on a regular basis : good Art and great Farming. A feeding of the soul along with nurturing of ones body – the basis of a pretty good life.

For the first I can recommend Canadian Robert Bateman as a Master Artist of depth, breadth and originality. Be prepared to sink into his world of detail and, through further investigation, come away amazed.  Not only does he express beauty in his works, but he lives a beautiful life contributing to his community through development of programs designed to educate and protect the natural world he lives in.

For the Second I recommend the humble seed.  If the reader is not familiar with the technical definition of what a seed is, head on over to Wiki for the various -isms, -ologies or (goodness) even the -tyledons. I prefer to consider the seed a hope, a dream, a miracle. When carefully considered breeding is planned, the most glorious varieties of sustenance to gut and glory to the palate are achieved.

What instantly springs to mind combining the best of both Art and Farming are tomatoes. Specifically the Green Zebra created by Tom Wagner in the early ’80s. If one is a “foodie” of any level, the introduction of this open-pollinated cultivar cannot be discounted. Sought by home chefs and professionals alike, the Green Zebra entered into main stream culture at local markets and fine retailers such as Whole Foods. With its arrival, the populace realized that tomatoes could be more than red-globular-cardboard cut outs picked unripe, gassed and shipped to the masses at market to be sliced into rigid forms draped across insipid greens and deemed a “dinner salad”. The Language of Health Tyranny: Decoding the Codex Alimentarius Guidelines For Vitamins and Supplements

Perhaps the most publicized aspect of Codex Alimentarius is the threat it poses to free access to vitamin and mineral supplements. While there are varying opinions on the effects the Codex guidelines would have on dietary supplements, there is little debate about the fact that these effects would be detrimental. At best, the guidelines will reduce dose levels to minuscule amounts too small to be beneficial, as well as causing the prices to skyrocket for both consumers and producers.[1]
However, a more frightening scenario is possible and, unfortunately, quite likely. When one examines the evidence, it is clear that the effects of the Codex guidelines will do more than just reduce the level of nutrients available in supplements. The truth is that it will actually go so far as to list vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other nutrients as toxins, while at the same time listing dangerous chemicals as nutrients.  More

A citizens Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federal Government – MOU #5 : Food Safety

Marti Oakley (c) copyright 2010 All Rights reserved

” That S.510 and its companion bill S.3767 (meant to criminalize the ownership of land and livestock) constitutes an act of terrorism, emanating from our own government against a selected and targeted segment of the nation on behalf of foreign interests, regulations, agreements, corporate interests and most especially Codex Alimentarius.”

______________________________________________

Greetings:

Consider this a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to all members of the Senate, all members of the House, and to President Obama.  I am sure you are fully aware of the intent and implications of MOUs, as each of you, in one way or another, uses them to establish the outlining of agreements between yourselves, collectively or individually, concerning the agreements you have made with individuals acting as state’s representatives or agencies, or with corporate stakeholders; generally to avoid Constitutional prohibitions on your intended actions and in avoidance of the Constitution.  I am using it in quite another fashion as you will see in the following text.

For you, MOUs are the terms and agreements of what, are in fact the first step in contractual agreements. MOUs are most often accompanied by cooperative agreements and funding (bribes) to implement what generally turns out to be egregious assaults to civil rights and liberties to the benefit of the federal government, linked so inextricably to corporate interests and global agreements.

Consider what follows a Memorandum of Understanding between me, Marti J. Oakley, and all of you, collectively cited in the above paragraph.

To Wit:

We (you and I) agree that each and every one of you holds your office as a result of election. And, that as a result of your victory and subsequent oath of office, you were expected to actually represent the people who put their faith and trust in you.  The fact is you have violated this oath at every opportunity regardless of which party you claim allegiance to or which political philosophy you espouse at any given time.

In light of a profound understanding of how you have used and abused this trust and faith, I need you to understand how I (we) perceive you, i.e., your activities, your betrayals of these United States of America, your pandering to corporate interests, your illegal agreements with foreign governments and interests and ultimately what appears to be a very concerted effort to destroy our country and to convert the same into a region in some coveted global plantation.

Because the instances of your acts against the people are so numerous, in this MOU, I will address only these issues:  S.510 and S. 3767, (collectively) the so-called food safety bills which have appeared under multiple numbers and names, proposed and submitted by various members of the Senate and House.

Please consider this Memorandum of Understanding No. 5.

Please be advised that no cooperative agreement with the anticipated funding (bribe money) will be forthcoming.  You may consider this an “Unfunded Mandate” in the sense that I will never contribute one dime to the re-election efforts of any one of you.  “We” in the following text means “WE THE PEOPLE.”

I (We) understand:

A)  The consideration of S.510 The Food Safety Modernization Act, or whatever name this assault on the public is currently being submitted as; and its companion bill S.3767Food Safety Accountability Act of 2010, (a bill which clearly criminalizes independent and family farming and ranching and one which constitutes a direct act of aggression against the people emanating from government), was preceded by the passage in the House of HR 2749 in 2009;  a bill euphemistically titled “Food Safety Act,”; an act that was nothing short of an assault on the food production and supply on behalf of: More

G. Edward Griffin Weighs In On Obama’s Executive Order and Codex!

Farm Wars

After Barry Soetoro signed Executive Order #13544 on June 10, I wrote an article titled “Barry Soetoro, Imposter in Chief, Implements CODEX ALIMENTARIUS by Executive Order in the U.S.!” This article was published on June 14, and raised more than a few hackles. It was immediately rebutted on June 26 by Scott Tips of the National Health Federation in a press release titled “The Obama Executive Order – More Healthcare Bureaucracy, but Not Backdoor Codex.

In response to this press release, I provided substantiated proof that my thesis was correct in an article published on July 7, titled “CODEX ALIMENTARIUS: The Elephant in the Room that They Don’t Want You to See.”

Mr. G. Edward Griffin was kind enough to read this response, and agrees with my assessment of our current situation regarding Codex Alimentarius:

A contrary point of view was sent to us from Barbara Peterson, publisher of Farm Wars. In a spirited rebuttal published on her web site, she argued that, although it is true that the executive order does not directly create a framework for Codex, it does so indirectly because it gives federal agencies the power to control food, vitamins, and natural products provided only that they claim their decisions have a “scientific basis,” which is a standard that defies objective definition. She also points out that the federal agencies that will be making these so-called scientific decisions are populated by people who openly are committed to implementing the guidelines of Codex Alimentarius. There can be no doubt that whatever Codex says will be embraced as “scientifically based” by these federal agencies. Therefore, the executive order greases the wheels for the implementation of Codex without ever mentioning the word. READ MORE…

The truth is what is important, and not blind allegiance to an organization that is “too big” to be wrong. Read the E.O. for yourself, and don’t let others do your thinking for you. That is what the revolution is all about!

Codex Isn’t Coming, It’s Here!

Why is there so much denial by consumer advocate groups such as the National Health Federation(1) (NHF) about Barry Soetoro implementing the U.S. Codex council via Executive Order(2)? What is it that they don’t want you to see? Just do the research, and you will discover that we have been up to our eyeballs in Codex since 1962 and don’t even know it.

Codex is a subsidiary body of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations and the World Health Organization (WHO). Codex develops international food safety and quality standards, such as standards concerning the safety of food additives. Standards set by Codex traditionally served as a minimum floor for less developed countries. The U.S. has participated in Codex since its formation in 1962 and has shared its technical expertise in efforts to aid less developed countries.

http://www.cspinet.org/reports/codex.htm

We are being lulled into complacency with declarations that Codex isn’t here yet, not to worry, while the elephant in the room is getting bigger all the time. Here is a quote from an article posted on the NHF site:

While the Executive Order is real, it is not imposing Codex rules on the United States. As NHF lobbyist Lee Bechtel correctly points out, “There is no direct policy link between this Council and Codex, or with the way in which the FDA regulates food and food supplements More

We Become Silent: The Last Days of Health Freedom details the ongoing attempts by multinational pharmaceutical interests and giant food companies — in concert with the WTO, the WHO and others — to limit the public’s access to herbs, vitamins and other therapies.

The fight to maintain control of our food production and supply must begin in the states.  Your governor, according to this bill, will appoint the agency that will contract with USDA/FDA for access to your state.  It is your governor who will make this federal theft of domestic agriculture possible; and it is your governor who must be pressured to refuse to negotiate with corporate federal agencies.  The betrayal of America’s farmers and ranchers will begin with each state governor granting corporate federal agencies access to your state and will be enforced by state agencies under the color of law.  These agents will be your friends, neighbors and maybe even family members who will put on an agency badge and suddenly forget the Constitution and individual rights.

For years multi-national corporations have raided and plundered third-world countries, stealing land, raping the environment and causing the starvation and abject misery of untold millions of people.   The efforts to steal farmland, to grow gmo crops for biofuels while human beings starved next to fields full of grain, is nothing new.  The world wide efforts to seize control of the world’s food supply, dictating what people would eat and if they would eat, is coming full circle. The US along with Canada is now about to fall victim to the absolute takeover of food production and supply in both counties, by corporations who have orchestrated the greatest theft ever perpetrated.   They could not have done it without the corruption of career politicians who sold their integrity, honor and office for corporate favors and campaign donations, increasing their own personal wealth along the way, and selling out the very people they swore to represent.

We are about to see congress come back into session; never have we as a country been in such danger from our own government.  Democrat or Republican, we have no support within our own congress.

Below is a break down of S.510.  As pages 1 thru 104 were struck, the provisions contained in those pages were written into broad and vague language, open to interpretation and abuse by corporate federal agencies.  This was intentional.  What was taken out in one place was inserted elsewhere under ambiguous language.  What remains as a “bill” is the actual assault on domestic agriculture hidden behind euphemistic terms such as “food safety”, “food security” and other deceptive language meant to deceive the reader into thinking the safety of food in this country was at risk from family and independent producers.

Here are just some of the highlights of S.510.  There have been several versions of this bill, so for expediency, we have simply listed the sections by number.  More

This week we will be discussing S. 510 – especially the sections dealing with Codex Alimentarius and enforcement. More than 60% of the bill deals with fines, fees, penalties and other revenue raisers. Additonal licenses and copious record keeping will be the cause of many small operators leaving the agricultural field. Excessive regulations, licenses, requirements, and other barriers to entry, will prevent next generation farmers and ranchers from entering agricultural fields.

This is an open mike night and we invite you to call in with questions or comments.

CODEX in S510: Congress continues to ignore the people

How” would more likely be, how to bring the US into full compliance with CODEX when we the people are fully aware that this system is intended to reduce standards and regulations in every country unfortunate enough to have adopted this plan for global control of the food supply by multi-national corporations. “

_____________________________________

It appears obvious that the massive public backlash against Codex Alimentarius, has not only fallen on the deaf ears of congress, but is set to be ignored.  Apparently, hundreds of thousands letters of objection, hundreds of thousands of phone calls, and communications of all types demanding that CODEX be rejected as harmful to the economic growth, the freedom to determine how we will produce food and how we will market it and the right to be free of devastating international agreements that do not have the force of law in the United States……have been rejected in favor of unconstitutional agreements of all kinds, most especially the CODEX Alimentarius.

Now then; If we the people understand that these agreements are harmful and not in the best interest of moving the nation forward…if we the people know that these agreements are in direct violation of our laws and constitution……

WHY IS CONGRESS EVEN CONSIDERING THE CONTENTS OF THIS BILL?

________________________________________

The original version of S.510, introduced last year just after companion bill HR 2749 was passed in the House, has gone through quite a metamorphosis.  The original bill, a mere 50 pages or so, repeatedly relied on references and compliance to Codex Alimentarius and included several pages regarding food borne allergies.

Even though the bill contained specific and undeniable references to Codex and its implementation, several people and organizations, including an attorney who has repeatedly disseminated false and misleading information regarding S.510, and who went on national radio and published several blogger fodder articles on behalf of various organizations, claimed that the bill did not mandate Codex.  Codex was mentioned directly in the original bill more than nine times.

In the year or so since then, the bill has expanded and contacted a few times.  Still, this bill represents the one of the greatest assaults on the production and supply of food, to benefit multi-national corporations to the detriment of family and independent producers in all areas of agriculture.

Knowing that the actual crux of the bill was to enforce compliance to international agreements, World Trade Organization and UN mandates, the intent of the bill is less about food safety, and more about seizing control of the nations food supply and handing it over to multi-national corporations for exploitation.  I also knew that the compliance to Codex Alimentarius had to have been inserted somewhere in the bill, intentionally buried where it would most likely remain unnoticed.

Section 404. Compliance With International Agreements

Nothing in this act (or an amendment made by this act) shall be construed in a manner inconsistent with the agreement establishing the World Trade Organization or any other treaty, or international agreement to which the United States is a party.

There it is.  One small seemingly insignificant little paragraph stashed on the next to last page of this odious bill that will change our lives forever.  We have been a signatory to Codex since 1992 and if this bill passes, Codex will be implemented without delay across the board and we will have lost control of our food production and supply.

This one little paragraph enables every unlawful agreement, every mandate from the World Trade Organization.  In other words, nothing in this bill can prevent or otherwise pose an obstacle to the overtaking of our food supply by corporate raiders and bio-pirates who fund the very organizations and who wrote each and every international agreement referred to in this paragraph.

And who didn’t see the cries of “pass the bill immediately” being blasted from every possible corner as the public was whipped into a frenzy out of fear of …eggs.

Of course, with the created crisis concerning the egg recalls, a crisis that was allowed to build since at least last March when it was first detected out in Oregon, the hysteria has been allowed to reach epidemic proportions as thousands have come down with salmonella poisoning.

Isn’t it convenient how this happened right before S.510 is scheduled to come before the senate?

With this report surfacing behind the recent claims of FDA, saying they believed they had the authority to override DSHEA , ending our protected rights to dietary supplements, if that’s what we chose, and implementing CODEX standards which have been thoroughly rejected by the public, FDA will be surfacing more in the news with exaggerated claims of danger from contamination and unverifiable claims of harm from dietary supplements.

It is unfortunate that FDA is not as tenacious or concerned with the lethal drugs it sets loose on the population on behalf of corporate partners who pay to play. More

Note:  Remember to compose your own letter!  Petitions and repititious letters opposing an action contemplated by those royal jackass’s in our government, are counted as only “one”.. This is one of several methods the District of Criminals uses to reduce opposition numbers. Of course, the standard is to just ignore them altogether.  *************** Marti

Last year, the House passed a fraudulent “food safety” bill. The Senate has dragged its feet on its version of the bill for over a year.
We’re thankful for that, because as the data in the following letter shows, the bill will hurt more people than it helps. But, the Senate is under mounting pressure to pass it. We must apply even greater pressure to defeat it!

And so we’re asking you to please send a letter telling your Senators to oppose the food safety bill through our Preserve the Freedom to Farm campaign. More

One of the only consistent issues with the current Administration is that their inconsistency keeps one off balance. It is difficult to “know your enemy” if the Rules of Engagement keep migrating.

In line with the plot contained within George Orwell’s Animal Farm, a community is formed based on “freedom for all theory”. Slowly through manipulation of the rules by the “rulers”, enforcers bring to bear unendurable suffering to ensure the “good of all” through the protectionism of the ruling class. When said rulers make errors or mistakes in planning, either the previous rulers are blamed or a mystical outside force is pinpointed as the cause of the faulty administrations failure. In a twist of fate even more damming is the eventual piecing off (or actual sale) of the less powerful members of the ruling party to sustain the greed or power held by the despots. Barry Soetoro, Imposter in Chief, Implements CODEX ALIMENTARIUS by Executive Order in the U.S.!

By Barbara H. Peterson

We knew that CODEX was right around the corner, and here it is, live and in color. Barry Soetoro, AKA Barack Hussein Obama, Imposter in Chief, on June 10, 2010, issued an Executive Order – Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council. In short, the CODEX council. The entire Executive Order is attached, but please read this part and understand just what it is saying:

“Section 6 (g) contains specific plans to ensure that all prevention programs outside the Department of Health and Human Services are based on the science-based guidelines developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under subsection (d) of this section.”

In other words, ALL prevention programs, even those outside of the umbrella of the Department of Health and Human Services, must align with CDC guidelines, which are “science-based.” What do we take for prevention? Herbs and vitamins. Herbs that you grow in your backyard and vitamins that are not approved by your doctor do not fall under these “science-based” guidelines, and are not allowed. Therefore, this will effectively open the door to outlawing ALL disease prevention practices that use herbs and vitamins not prescribed by a doctor, and implement CODEX ALIMENTARIUS right here in the good old U.S.A. Thank you, Semra Orhon Hughes, for the heads up!

Here is the entire Executive Order: http://wp.me/pdk2v-Hj

Senate Hearing Headlines: The Media Gets It Wrong Again. Here Is Some Of What You Need To Know About Supplement Safety.

June 1, 2010

In last week’s newsletter, we reported that the staff of the Senate Committee on Aging, led by Senator Kohl (D-WI), was preparing a surprise ambush of dietary supplements in a Senate hearing held last Wednesday. We were right. But we didn’t anticipate how seriously distorted the major media news stories would be.

The centerpiece of the hearing was a report by the GAO (Government Accounting Office) of the testing they had done on 40 herbal supplement bottles at the Committee’s request. An incomplete account of the GAO report was leaked to major media, probably by committee staff, the night before the hearing and produced dramatic headlines. The trouble is that all these headlines were seriously misleading. Here are a few examples:

Codex Serves Up A Hearty Helping of Melamine!

Also view the video by Dr. Mercola about these issues with Codex.

The main issue at a recent Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods (CCCF) meeting was the Committee’s general desire to adopt a standard of acceptable levels for the contaminant melamine in foods.

However, melamine is not naturally found in soil, water, or air — it is completely man-made.  The acceptable level should be zero.

But according to the National Health Federation:

“The CCCF party line, espoused most vocally by the European Union (EU), was to establish an acceptable contamination level for melamine at 1.0 part per million (ppm, equal to 1 milligram per kilogram of food) for infant formulas and 2.5 ppm for adults.”

The meeting ended having adopted standards of melamine contamination that will pointlessly harm humans and animals all over the world.

Many are still blissfully unaware of the Codex Committee, conceived by the United Nations all the way back in 1962.

Before I get into their latest recommendation to allow melamine contamination in food, including baby food and infant formulas, let’s review what Codex is.

GM Food Minutia From Around The Globe

I was heartened to read on PPJ of Haiti’s decision to not compromise their food sovereignty through rejecting the U.S. Governments “assistance” of Monsanto GM seed.

However, news this morning from BBC tells us that Monsanto again has issues with “quality control” through its distribution points.

A genetically modified (GM) variety of maize banned in the EU has been sown accidentally across Germany.

The NK603 variety has been planted in seven states. The seed supplier, US firm Pioneer Hi-Bred, called the level of contamination “minute”.

It is not clear how the mistake occurred, but it could cost farmers millions of euros, as crops will now have to be destroyed.

The tragedy here is that apparently the “minute mistake” was known of 4 months ago although which “officials” and “bureaucrats” are being referred to is not clear:

Greenpeace says that officials knew about the contamination in early March, but that because of bureaucratic delays farmers are only now being warned.

“This is the biggest GM crop scandal in Germany to date,” said a Greenpeace agriculture expert, Alexander Hissting. More

Position Will Create Problems for American Producers to Label Products GM/GE-Free Upcoming International Codex Meeting to Discuss Food Labeling, May 3

Yonkers, NY—Consumers Union, the nonprofit publisher ofConsumer Reports, and more than 80 farmers, public health, environmental, and organic food organizations today sent a letter to Michael R. Taylor, Deputy Commissioner for Food at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and to Kathleen Merrigan, Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), expressing serious concerns that a proposed U.S. position on food labeling would create major problems for American producers who want to label their products as free of genetically modified (GM)/genetically engineered (GE) ingredients.  A copy of the letter can be found online: this is a pdf. Several bills are being readied for votes and not one is good news for middle- America.  A systematic takeover of everything from healthcare to food, to pharmaceuticals and on to dietary supplements is underway and if you think for one moment this is all coming from the left, you are delusional. Each and every one of these bills is sponsored and co-sponsored by both Democrats and Republicans. If you think any one of these bills is intended to benefit the public I don’t believe you should be allowed to roam the streets.

Front and center and scheduled for a vote this week is the odious S. 510.  Now titled “FDA Food Safety Modernization Act”  (the sudden appearance of FDA in the title should scare the hell out of you), this Act is promoted as securing and making safe the food production and supply here in the US.  The reality is that it is the codification of Codex Alimentarius into US law.  S. 510 will incorporate not only specific Codex mandates which lower corporate operating standards to increase profits domestically and internationally, it also makes a huge gift of American family farming and ranching to those same corporations that will benefit from this abomination by making it financially impossible for family’s and independents to compete or survive if they don’t succumb first to an avalanche of contrived paperwork and record-keeping.  More

Senator McCain Files New Bill That Attacks Your Access to Supplements and Repeals Key Sections of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act

It appears since congress couldn’t pass CODEX into law quite as fast as they anticipated, John McCain is taking the first step in the “do it one piece at a time” approach.  If we don’t rid ourselves of this bunch of globalist, corporate puppeteers…..shame on us!  Marti

 Supplement Health and Education Act

TAKE ACTION AND TELL YOUR SENATOR NOT TO CO-SPONSOR THIS BILL

Senator McCain’s bill is called The Dietary Supplement Safety Act (DSSA). It would repeal key sections of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA). DSHEA protects supplements if 1) they are food products that have been in the food supply and not chemically altered or 2) if they were sold as supplements prior to 1994, the year that DSHEA was passed. If a supplement fits one of these two descriptions, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cannot arbitrarily ban it or reclassify it as a drug.

These protections are far from perfect. They discourage companies from developing new forms of supplements. New supplements may be arbitrarily banned by the FDA or adopted by drug companies in a way that precludes their further sale as supplements.

McCain’s bill would wipe out even the minimal protections contained in DSHEA. It would give the FDA full discretion and power to compile a discreet list of supplements allowed to remain on the market while banning all others.

RFID Bling For Bovines – Just In Time For The New Year

Just when you thought you’d heard it all, something comes along that makes you say “Hm. I just wonder”.

While surfing around the UHF-RFID livestock world, I came across a new and snazzy tag. Trust me folks – you want to pass on this one.

While a cutie-wootie-slick-forward-looking tag can be an extra bonus in selling (riigghhtt) – this one has the stink of the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) plastered all over it. Why would one think that? Here we go (links are provided at conclusion for ease of  review):

USDA approves eTattoo from Eriginate as First Official UHF Identification Device (1) That headline should cause one to wonder and the opening comment begs for investigation:

“Eriginate Corporation announced today the approval of its eTattoo tag by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The approval marks the first ultra-high radio frequency identification tag (UHF RFID) and the first non-low frequency tag (LF) to be approved for use with the “840” Animal Identification Number (AIN)”

Just whom is on the board of this  “Eriginate”? (2)

Why surprise surprise the Director is one Mr. Doran Junek. As his bio (3) clearly states, he has all the bells and whistles required to position this firm for the first “approved” eTattoo:

Lobbying responsibilities – check
Member of the Bovine Species Working Group for NAIS – check
Affiliation (past or present?) with Cargill – Check
“Key industry Contacts” – Check

…but that’s just my opinion.

Of course as “Advisors” (4) go, the most interesting could be Gerardo Flores of famed NASA affiliation. Nah. While his specialty could ensure that once we go “solar system wide” the critters could be properly traced, that’s a few years in the future, so lets see….here’s an interesting character. More

What you need to know about food safety in America, and specifically about the fake food safety bills

H.R. 2749 – The Food Safety Enhancement Act. S. 510 – The Food Safety Modernization Act, are nothing more and nothing less than the codification of Codex Alimentarius into US Code & Statute.  These bills are meant to do nothing other than centralize food production and supply in the hands of corporations, (the same industrialized corporate farming operations which cause 95% of all food borne illnesses) while at the same time driving independent farmers and herders off their land and out of business.

If you think either of these two assaults on freedom have anything to do with food safety or protecting the sovereign states from food borne illnesses, you are not only mistaken, but also extraordinarily dense.

The federal government has no real interest in food safety other than using it as an excuse for facilitating centralization and seizing food production and sales for corporate stakeholders.  Its also going to be a fabulously effective tool for relieving property owners….of their property.

Minnesota dairyman troubled by strange SCC counts

CFGa892Dairy Quality Control Inspection (DQCI) runs a milk test lab in Minnesota where I’m from and they tested my milk routinely as I was with National Farmers Organization, (NFO).

Does anybody know here, about SCC’s? I consider them a very over-hyped lab analysis of cow’s milk, something similar in consequence (modern industry-biased ‘scientificism’, and WHO/Codex propaganda–though I notice many farmers have taken the pill, ie., they believe SCC’s are a credible and constant measure of milk quality and standard/goodness), to the over-hyped and dangerous vaccines.

I will say this: I have had a lot of trouble with SCC counts that were high! This is especially so in the last few years, as I was forced to slowly discontinue my dairy farm, under steady duress. Yet, I had more trouble with actual mastitis many years ago and relatively minimal mastitis occurrence recently. This situation, problems with high SCC’s yet little actual mastitis has been strange and troubling to me. It has caused me great stress. More

From Arbeit Macht Frei to Codex Alimentarius

The following article excerpt is taken from “The History of the Business with Disease” (the pharmaceutical industry), which is located at the Dr. Rath Foundation website.

I highly recommend reading the whole thing, not just the excerpt. Codex Alimentarius was conceived and developed by the same people who were responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing the human experiments at Auschwitz.

The video that follows gives an excellent overview of Codex Alimentarius – well worth the watch, although I do not agree with the speaker that the originators of Codex might have had benevolent motivations. There is simply too much evidence to the contrary.

Auschwitz GateFrom “Arbeit macht frei” to “Codex Alimentarius”

Just fifteen years after they were convicted in the Nuremberg War Crimes Tribunal, Bayer, BASF and Hoechst were again the architects of the next major human rights offences. In 1962, they established the Codex Alimentarius Commission. (Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)

This dark period of German history is inextricably bound to one man, Fritz ter Meer:

  • He was a member of the Managing Board of IG Farben from its inception to its dissolution. As the Wartime Manager, he was responsible for IG Auschwitz.
  • In the Nuremberg Tribunal, ter Meer stated: “Forced labor did not inflict any remarkable injury, pain, or suffering on the detainees, particularly since the alternative for these workers would have been death.”
  • In 1948, ter Meer was sentenced by the Nuremberg Tribunal to seven years in prison for plundering and slavery.
  • In 1952, his sentence was commuted, due to the influence of powerful friends.
  • From 1956-1964, he was reinstated as a member of the Managing Board of Bayer AG.
  • In 1962, ter Meer was one of the architects of the “Codex Alimentarius – Commission” and one of the main designers of the schemes that would profit from human suffering. (Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)

The deceptive title “Codex Alimentarius” is no accident. It was devised by the same companies and indeed the same individuals, who gave the Auschwitz concentration camp inmates the deceptive slogan “Arbeit mach frei” (“Work makes you free”). (Remark made by the Dr. Rath Health Foundation)

As long as the Nazi infection continues to work its influence and threaten the lives of untold millions, no German has the right to proclaim that the Nazi era is finished.
