States and employers, under federal law, can’t mandate emergency use products such as the Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines. But that doesn’t mean some won’t try.
Are state governments and private employers about to mandate COVID-19 vaccines?
There are many opaque current and future legal issues around COVID-19 and the measures to contain it. Fortunately, because the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are emergency use products, and as such, not fully licensed, the law is clear: States may not mandate the vaccines, and private entities do so at the peril of violating federal law.
The law governing vaccines approved for emergency use
New York State Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal recently proposed a bill to mandate COVID-19 vaccines, but she apparently neglected to consult federal law on emergency use authorization.
“Emergency Use Authorization” means that any product with this designation must be voluntary. Under 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3, “Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies”:
(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed —
(I) that the Secretary [of Health and Human Services] has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
Under federal preemption doctrine, this federal EUA law trumps state law, meaning that states and municipalities may not mandate EUA products.

Shots generated an ‘inferior’ immune system response in comparison with natural infection
Vaccine manufacturer Merck has abandoned development of two coronavirus vaccines, saying that after extensive research it was concluded that the shots offered less protection than just contracting the virus itself and developing antibodies.
The company announced that the shots V590 and V591 were ‘well tolerated’ by test patients, however they generated an ‘inferior’ immune system response in comparison with natural infection.
The company stated that instead it will focus on research into therapeutic drugs labeled as MK-7110 and MK-4482.
The drugs aim to protect patients from the damage of an overactive immune response to the virus.
“Interim results from a Phase 3 study showed a greater than 50 percent reduction in the risk of death or respiratory failure in patients hospitalized with moderate to severe COVID-19,” the company’s statement noted of the MK-7110 drug.
Merck is to receive around $356 million from the US government to fast-track production of the potential treatments under Operation Warp Speed.
Thirty-three members of Congress and their immediate family members collected a total of nearly $16 million in federal farm subsidies between 1995 and 2020, according to updated data from EWG’s Farm Subsidy Database.
The total includes $1.3 million that went to 11 members from the Trump administration’s Market Facilitation Program, or MFP, launched in 2019 to help farmers hurt by the administration’s trade war with China.

The data are drawn from Department of Agriculture subsidy records, MFP records obtained under the Freedom of Information Act and additional information from the members’ public financial disclosures, and are through June 30, 2020. Some members’ disclosures say how much of their family’s farm operation they control, but in other cases that information was not available.
The biggest windfall from taxpayers’ pocketbooks went to the family of Rep. Doug LaMalfa (R-Calif.), who received nearly $5.5 million in commodity subsidies for rice and wheat. LaMalfa holds a third of the family’s farm partnership, making his share almost $1.8 million.
Rep. LaMalfa is one of 13 congressional recipients who sit on the House or Senate Agriculture Committee, which determine the amount and distribution of farm subsidies. The LaMalfa farm partnership also received more than $54,000 in MFP payments.
The second-largest congressional recipient was the family of Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.), a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee. Her father, mother, brother and sister-in-law received more than $3.4 million in subsidies for corn, soybeans, wheat and oats, and her brother and sister-in-law received a total of $750,000 in MFP payments.
According to her publicly disclosed financial records, Sen. Loeffler has financial interests in her family’s farm operation, and she has received thousands of dollars in income in land rental from the farm. The records do not say what share of the farm she holds.

You would think that any person with any sense of self worth and pride would be far too ashamed to position themselves in front of a camera and with a straight face, begin reading the carefully crafted script in front of them and not throw it down in disgust and walk away. Last night and again today, it was reported on MSM that 25 million people have been infected with this fictional virus here in the U.S.. And just exactly how did they come up with this piece of fabricated news that is so far out there? The CDC and Dr Fraudski (Fauci) have admitted that the PCR test regularly returns a 95% rate of false positives……so where did the 25 million come from and the claimed 400,000 deaths that supposedly resulted from this infection?
Maybe the bigger question is, what did those claimed 400,000 dead people actually die of? Was it “co-morbidities”? Were they simply assumed to have Covid and so left without necessary medical treatment for chronic illnesses? Too many questions and too few legitimate answers. There are two things we do know for sure.
They are desperate to rid the population of the elderly and chronically ill. And,
There is a huge financial payoff tied to that diagnosis of “with Covid” or, “of Covid”.
Here we go again America. We the people are once again left out in the cold as February 2021 draws near, all the while, the present administration in Washington D.C. does not reflect upon the wishes of the majority, namely the will of the people. Did anyone from the House of Representatives take a poll to find out if the people were ready for open borders, again? Besides that, these, so called “representatives of the people” will do this during a pandemic that is still running wild across the nation while adding a questionable election that is part of the swamp?
That does say a lot for the new raiders of the people’s trust. Who are these two bit players working for? And I am sure that most Americans, perhaps millions who lost their businesses and livelihoods because of the pandemic are not at all happy or interested in using more taxation to support thousands more of illegals coming into America that is South of the border. What was this new administration even thinking of when they
already knew that before the pandemic ever began, that major diseases were already running rampant in Los Angeles and other areas of Southern California. Tuberculosis, Typhus were spreading within the homeless populations while Syphilis made its way to Sonoma County. And who will be paying for all of the expensive hospitalization in the end? You got it. We will get the bill through taxation from the “holy” city, the county, the state, and the federal government.
So, while California and the West burns during the summer, isn’t it enough that people’s entire lives are being controlled by politicos who are no different than the Marxist leadership among the nations such as China who’s leadership is accountable to no one and are above the law, and none of these elites go to jail for their grave misdeeds which they place upon the people at will.
It is hard to face the music but the people of America are experiencing a snapshot of what it is to be railroaded in a journey to Nowheresville. It is so true that the U.S. and many other countries in the world are being pushed either by tyranny, false flags, fake democracies and republics which are not intended to give the working people their fair share of the pie, while their families and friends may experience devastation watching the elites in government gather the spoils of what is left of the harvest.
That was Joseph Stalin’s trick played on the Ukraine in 1933. Yes, these same sinister tactics are already being used in the U.S. on American citizens who have been here for generations.
So then, it is very clear that there is an agenda and I see that this is a rehearsal of what the New World Order has to offer the people in all countries. Therefore, the political establishment and the masters of the swamp can count me out of their plans because my family, my friends and I, have already been through enough fire for a lifetime which also included other trials that were unimaginable.
In closing I will just say this. There is a time for everything under the sun and it is my dream, just as it is for so many, that there is a time, not to hate but a time for love. And this is such a time when all of the people great or small need to genuinely embrace one another and be a testimony for all of those who may come their way.
The sudden and rapid increase in new infections coupled with a massive spike in the number of new deaths will be officially linked to COVID-19 and other mutant strains of the virus fictitiously reported.
The COVID-19 vaccines will make possible a perfect cytokine storm in those unfortunate people who receive them. A cytokine storm happens when the human immune system is thrown out of balance and is not working properly.
In a cytokine storm, the body’s immune system will attack its own organ and visceral systems — eventually causing irreparable physiological damage and death.
It’s an ingenious plan. The controlling maniacs running the earth show are brilliant architects when it comes to creating fake pandemics. I have to give credit where credit is due. Granted, these people are psychopaths, but exceptionally brilliant writers nonetheless.

Engineering deadly viruses is legal in the US
MERS-CoV is thought to originate from bats and spread directly to humans and/or camels. However, like Ebola, the precise ways the virus spreads are unknown. 1,980 cases with 699 deaths were reported in 15 countries across the world (as of June 2017) caused by MERS-CoV.

MERS-CoV is one of the viruses that have been engineered by the US and studied by the Pentagon, as well as Influenza and SARS. Enhanced Potential Pandemic Pathogens (PPPs) experiments are legal in the US. Such experiments aim to increase the transmissibility and/or virulence of pathogens.

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a U.S. Government funded database that tracks injuries and deaths caused by vaccines.
A 2011 report by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Inc. for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) stated that fewer than one percent of all vaccine adverse events are reported to the government:
Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all adverse drug events and 1-13% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Likewise, fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported. Low reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of “problem” drugs and vaccines that endanger public health. New surveillance methods for drug and vaccine adverse effects are needed. (Source.)

Amid increasing calls for suspension ofthe use of mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines produced by companies such as Pfizer, especially among elderly people, the situation in Norway has escalated significantly as the Scandi nation has now registered a total of 29 deaths among people over the age of 75 who’ve had their first COVID-19 vaccination shot.
As Bloomberg reports, this adds six to the number of known fatalities in Norway, and also lowers the age group thought to be affected from 80.
Until Friday, Pfizer/BioNTech was the only vaccine available in Norway, and “all deaths are thus linked to this vaccine,” the Norwegian Medicines Agency said in a written response to Bloomberg on Saturday.
“There are 13 deaths that have been assessed, and we are aware of another 16 deaths that are currently being assessed,” the agency said.
All the reported deaths related to “elderly people with serious basic disorders,” it said.
“Most people have experienced the expected side effects of the vaccine, such as nausea and vomiting, fever, local reactions at the injection site, and worsening of their underlying condition.”
Norway’s experience has prompted the country to suggest that Covid-19 vaccines may be too risky for the very old and terminally ill… the exact group that ‘the science’ shows are actually at risk from this virus.
Pfizer and BioNTech are working with the Norwegian regulator to investigate the deaths in Norway, Pfizer said in an e-mailed statement. The agency found that “the number of incidents so far is not alarming, and in line with expectations,” Pfizer said.
However, it’s not just Norway as The Epoch Times’ Zachary Stieber reports that fifty-five people in the United States have died after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, according to reports submitted to a federal system.

LAUSANNE, Switzerland, Dec. 15, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — QAnon has spread conspiracy theories to an unprecedentedly large audience. Its thousands of online messages have popularized narratives such as the existence of a child-trafficking deep state. Recently, it inspired a series of violent attacks and was listed as a terrorist threat by the FBI. The Swiss company OrphAnalytics just published an analysis of all messages posted by Q. Its patented technology aims at identifying authors of written documents. It has found two individual signals within the corpus of Q messages. Its new study contributes to revealing the origins and the persons behind one of the most impactful conspiracy theories in recent times.
Two authors are behind QAnon messages, shows machine learning analysis from Swiss company Orphanalytics.
“Our results very strongly suggest the existence of two different authors behind Q,” says Claude Alain Roten, OrphAnalytics’ CEO and co-founder. “Moreover, these distinct signatures clearly correspond to separate periods in time and different online forums.”
A former geneticist trained at Harvard and the University of Lausanne, Roten has derived his text analysis approach from computational genomics. While conventional stylometry relies on the interpretation of words, content, or syntax, OrphAnalytics technology is entirely based on algorithmic analyses. It compares frequencies of character patterns to bring out individual signatures, regardless of the text meaning. Experts at the company have provided compelling pieces of evidence in several legal affairs in Europe and are collaborating with the School of Criminal Justice at the University of Lausanne.
OrphAnalytics analysts have skimmed through the entire corpus of Q posts known as “Q drops”. They cleaned the 4952 messages from any content deprived of individual syntax: lists, greetings, quotes from personalities, and messages shorter than 50 characters. Then, they fed the resulting elements to their software.
The analysis shows that the first period of Q messages clearly bears a distinct individual signature from the rest. These seminal messages appear on the 4chan web forum, from October 28th to December 1st, 2017. After that, another author takes over QAnon on another forum, named 8chan. The signal difference is strong enough to leave very little doubt on this author’s swap.
The second and longest period — from Dec.1 2017 to Nov. 13, 2020 — shows a single signature with a slight evolution over time. While it is not impossible that a few other persons have mixed their voices in these +4700 messages, the signal is overall very consistent and points to a single author, says Roten.
“The next step is to contribute putting a name on QAnon by comparing these signatures to those of the usual suspects,” says Roten. “To do that, we gather and cure written material from these persons to compare it with Q messages.” Recent investigations point to a handful of potential authors behind Q messages, most notably the owner of 8chan forum Jim Watkins. “Tracing back the history of QAnon is important. It could help to understand how and why a baseless and outlandish theory, initially destined to a few isolated hackers, ended up having such a broad social and political impact.”
In what would be hilariously funny under less serious circumstances, Ali Alexander, a lead organizer of “Stop the Steal,” is a felon convicted for theft.
“Alexander is a convicted felon, after pleading guilty to felony property theft in 2007 and felony credit card abuse in 2008. Alexander first appeared in conservative politics in the Tea Party era under the name ‘Ali Akbar,’ organizing a group called the National Bloggers’ Club that was tied to shady data collection operations’.” (The Daily Beast).
Ali Alexander is Ali Abdul-Razaq Ali (per the Daily Mail) and was born Ali Akbar (per Bayoubrief.com). Ali (whatever his name is) pleaded guilty to these two separate felony charges in 2007 and 2008 in Forth Worth Texas.
Ali organized the violent insurrection at our nation’s capitol on Jan. 6, and has now claimed that he had organizing assistance from Reps. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Andy Biggs (R-AZ), and Mo Brooks (R-AL) for the Jan. 6 protest. “We four schemed up putting maximum pressure on Congress while they were voting,” Alexander said in a video posted before the Jan. 6 protest.
And, although Ali claimed that the protest would be peaceful, he repeatedly raised the prospect of using violence in the weeks ahead of Jan. 6.

While observing the amount of election interference in the November 2019 election, the Mainstream Media disinformation campaign and the overall corruption revealed in credible videos while the election counting was in progress, showcased many people who witnessed a credible and corrupt agenda that was particularly evident in the “swing states” which prevented an honest election.

It is now the people vs. their own corrupt government that can only be changed peaceably, not by power and not by might but through an ongoing process of rebuilding and finally rooting out all of the evil, including the bribes, corporate lobby money, murders and so much more because 100’s of millions of dollars and a corrupt government came upon a nation through many decades and its foundation has been rocked and its people now stand in the balance but the country is still fully capable to rise up to the occasion and is ready to be cleansed and transformed of its ongoing despicable decay.

In perhaps the most controversial post I’ve ever made on this blog, I can now confirm that official data shows that the first and second waves of alleged Covid deaths correspond with the roll out of this year’s WHO-approved flu vaccines.
Evidence from the WHO’s own records shows that the shots are known to kill 5 out of every 1,324 healthy adults, as well as causing 344 to have medically attended adverse events.
It therefore appears obvious that the manufacturers of the scamdemic played a classic bait and switch move, in order to create plausible deniability for this year’s deaths from flu vaccines and to guarantee a whole lot more fatalities from the Covid jabs, which they intend to inject us all with in 2021.
The Genocidal Switcheroo
Damning evidence from the WHO in my possession implicitly states that the current batch of UK flu shots is expected to kill 377 of every 100,000 healthy adults, between 18 and 65.
However, that mortality rate would obviously increase substantially for the elderly and sick, who were the largest UK demographic to receive it by 26/03/2020 [8.5 m of the 14 m vaccinated by that date].
In such circumstances, out of the 14 million vaccinated with the flu shot during the first 12 weeks of 2020, at least 52,780 would have been expected to suffer fatal adverse events from the vaccines administered.
That being the case, the government needed the Coronavirus Act 2020 to suspend autopsies, which obviously could have established the predominant cause of death was the flu vaccines, rather than the government lurgy that has never even been proven to exist.
Grim Mortality Prediction
If this incredibly serious allegation of bait and switch has substance, I can now predict with relative and grim certainty, that in the event 30 million healthy adults receive one of the WHO-approved flu vaccines in the UK, 113,100 would be expected to die within 22 days of the injection.
Which the government would obviously claim is merely the latest surge of lurgy deaths, as the second flu shot season draws to an end, along with the worst year in living memory, during which no vaccine deaths have been recorded, to the very best of my knowledge.
Whilst only time will tell whether that grim prediction comes true [and I sincerely hope that it doesn’t], the best way to unequivocally prove that COVID deaths are in fact vaccine mortalities is to perform autopsies on the bodies of the dead.
Fatal Coincidence
Nevertheless, we already know that the end of the first flu shot season this year was 26/03 – the day they passed the Coronavirus Act 2020. A fatal coincidence, if ever there was one.
The mortality spike that followed the initial lockdown from 23/03/2020, was, it logically follows, due to the surge of adverse events from 14 million vaccinations, over the first 12 weeks of the year.
Quite simply, the more people who took the vaccine each week, the more people died and were falsely recorded as Covid deaths, which actually began in January and not March, according to official data.
In other words, they started falsifying the cause of death as being Covid in the same month this year’s first round of flu shots began.
Which is why the suspension of autopsies prescribed by the 2020 Act was integral to the perpetuation of the scamdemic and the creation of the genocidal government policy which continues unabated.
