Chief District Judge Brian Morris of the US District Court of Montana ruled that Pendley has served unlawfully for 424 days, in response to a lawsuit brought by Democratic Montana Gov. Steve Bullock and the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation. Morris additionally ruled Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt cannot pick another person to run the Bureau of Land Management as its acting head because that person must be appointed by the President and Senate-confirmed.
The judge gave both sides of the case 10 days to file briefs about which of Pendley’s orders must be vacated.
“Pendley has served and continues to serve unlawfully as the Acting BLM Director,” Morris wrote in his opinion. “His ascent to Acting BLM Director did not follow any of the permissible paths set forth by the U.S. Constitution or the (Federal Vacancies Reform Act). Pendley has not been nominated by the President and has not been confirmed by the Senate to serve as BLM Director.”
He added, “Secretary Bernhardt lacked the authority to appoint Pendley as an Acting BLM Director under the FVRA. Pendley unlawfully took the temporary position beyond the 210-day maximum allowed by the FVRA. Pendley unlawfully served as Acting BLM Director after the President submitted his permanent appointment to the Senate for confirmation — another violation of the FVRA. And Pendley unlawfully serves as Acting BLM Director today, under color of the Succession Memo.”
Amy Coney Barrett, a federal judge for U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, has been nominated by President Trump for the Supreme Court. She’s 48 years old, so she would be making decisions for the Supreme Court for a long time.
An article in Raw Story stated this: “People of Praise are quite controversial within Catholicism. Founded in 1971, the group incorporates elements of fundamentalist Pentecostal Protestantism (such as speaking in tongues) and is considered a cult in mainstream Catholicism.
Its practices include requiring members to swear an oath of loyalty to the group and teaching that wives must be submissive to their husbands, and in the past, People of Praise called its female leaders “handmaidens”—which is downright chilling if one is familiar with Margaret Atwood’s 1985 novel “The Handmaid’s Tale” and the 1990 film and 2017/2018 television series it has inspired.
People of Praise embrace a highly patriarchal ideology, believing that while women can have some leadership positions, they ultimately must submit to male authority.”

One ‘lays down his life’ according to the requirements of the community, he wrote, by ‘faithfully attending men’s and women’s groups, submitting to one’s head willingly, performing four hours of service to the community every week, contributing 5-13 percent of one’s gross income to the community, and so on.’
The ‘subordinate role of women to men is a fundamental cultural premise’ for the group, he wrote.”
“Coral Anika Theill, a former member of a branch of the group in Corvallis, Oregon, told Newsweek that women are expected to be ‘absolutely obedient’ to their husbands and the men in the group.
Theill refers to the group as a “charismatic dictatorship” and a “cult.”
“There was a lot of abuse and shaming, shunning, intimidation, bullying going on,” she said. “You did not say no, or there was retaliation.”
A 2017 article in the New York Times pointed out that “Current and former members of People of Praise said that Ms. Barrett and her husband, who have seven children, both belong to the group, and that their fathers have served as leaders.”
And “The group believes in prophecy, speaking in tongues and divine healings, staples of Pentecostal churches that some Catholics have also adopted in a movement called charismatic renewal. The People of Praise was an early leader in the flowering of that movement in North America. It is ecumenical, but about 90 percent of its members are Catholic.”
And, it’s important to note in this 2017 article: “Every nominee for the federal bench is required to fill out a detailed questionnaire for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ms. Barrett did not list any religious affiliations on her questionnaire, though many nominees have in the past.”

Eastman, who had an illustrious 27-year career as a high-powered agent for ICM, was personally responsible for Robert Redford’s signing of the Voter Card in California in 1998 in support of the first state initiative in the nation to ban the slaughter of horses for human consumption. That initiative, “Prop 6” passed by more than 60% of the vote.

When Cathy Grier was 17, she had a chance encounter with John Lee Hooker that became an inspirational turning point in her life. Cathy spent 20 years in New York mostly performing under the name NYC Subway Girl as part of the Music Under New York Program. Her four decade-long career is a rich musical tapestry with numerous career highlights. In 2016, she traveled to Wisconsin for the Steel Bridge Songfest and fell in love with the Sturgeon Bay music scene so much that she moved to Wisconsin. Within the three years of arriving, Cathy won the Paramount Music Association Blues Challenge. Her latest album entitled, “I’m All Burn,” recorded with her group, The Troublemakers, is by far one of her best. It has been well received by critics and listeners, who all agree Cathy Grier surely can sing and play The Blues!

This young and exciting up-and-coming country singer/song-writer, Brooke Moriber, got her start in show business at the age of eight on Broadway when she was cast in the part of Cosette in Les Miserables. Inspired by Linda Ronstadt and Billy Joel, Brooke’s song, “Cry Like a Girl” was reviewed by Parade Magazine as “… a high-powered country-infused track with an empowering message. Moriber makes a compelling case for sharing raw emotion with strong vocals and a spot-on delivery.” That song will be included on her first album that she is working on in Nashville.

From top-40 hits “I Will Be in Love with You” and “I’ll Come Running,” to “I Can Dream of You” and “Boatman,” the last two recorded by his brother James, Livingston Taylor has been performing and writing songs for more than 50 years. He is known for mastering a wide range of musical genres from folk, pop, gospel, jazz— to upbeat storytelling and touching ballads to full orchestra performances. Mr. Taylor is also a full professor at Berklee College of Music, where he has taught a Stage Performance course since 1989.

His history with the Black farmer cause extends back to 1994 when he began to consult with farmers and their legal counsel. Mr. Hinson will also be discussing the release of the new documentary on Black farmers.
Julian Hishaw
In 2012, six years after she graduated, Hishaw launched Family Agriculture Resource Management Services (FARMS), an organization that helps Black farmers, and all farmers from historically disadvantaged groups, in Southeastern states retain ownership of their land. Now, she spends her days visiting farmers in the Southeast who face losing their property and assets due to mounting debt.

There are many promising approaches to COVID-19 and other viral diseases, aside from Fauci’s favorite—Gilead’s remdesivir—and Bill Gates’s genetically engineered vaccines. You probably haven’t seen them in the media.
The technocracy is heavily invested in vaccines and expensive drugs like remdesivir and monoclonal antibodies developed through advanced biotechnology. While waiting for miraculous advances, patients are dying. And many more may suffer long-term chronic illness that might have been prevented by early treatment.
The exciting medical lesson that we should learn is that viral diseases are treatable.
The political lessons are that the government takeover of healthcare persists long after the 15-days-to-flatten-the-curve emergency is over, and that the medical technocracy is disastrous to both health and freedom. It is blocking the use of the methods used in countries that have had a 75 percent lower mortality rate.
Doctors have been telling their patients for decades: you have a virus, antibiotics don’t help, just “tough it out.”
With COVID-19, most doctors are telling patients to go home, isolate themselves, possibly report on their contacts, and go to the emergency room if they are otherwise sick enough to be admitted to hospital (extremely sick, these days). If asked, most doctors will refuse point blank to prescribe the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). They “know” it doesn’t work, based on the authorities’ pronouncements, even if they have zero experience themselves.
There is no home treatment that is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), the American Medical Association (AMA), or your managed care plan.
In their view, “following The Science” means denying treatment. Doctors who defy this diktat may get fired, like Dr. Simone Gold, founder of America’s Frontline Doctors, or face an investigation and possible delicensure by government agencies.
FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn states that physicians have the legal right to prescribe approved drugs for off-label uses. HCQ has been approved since 1955 and has been safely used by hundreds of millions of patients for malaria, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. It will probably never be approved specifically for COVID-19. It generally takes years and costs millions to add an official indication. Who will go through that just so they can advertise a cheap, off-patent drug for an additional use? At least 20 percent of prescriptions are off-label—but HCQ for COVID-19 is the only one that could subject a physician or pharmacy to the threat of a professional death sentence.
The pretext for government prohibitions is always to protect public safety. Former AMA president Patrice Harris, M.D., in response to resident Donald Trump’s question “What have you got to lose?” said “possibly your life.” Millions of Americans are terrified of the threatened heart effects, which are exceedingly rare—in fact, HCQ probably protects the heart.

What if the authorities’ cherished dogmas about viral diseases in general are wrong?
In studying the response of COVID-19 to HCQ, Dr. Lee Merritt found that this treatment was not a new idea. Many scientific papers have been written in the past 40 years about the antiviral effects of many antimicrobials—antimalarials, antiparasitics such as ivermectin, and antibiotics such as azithromycin—on a number of viruses. “Like Rip Van Winkle, I suddenly awoke, after decades, to a completely new medical reality,” Dr. Merritt writes.
During the deadly “Spanish flu” pandemic in 1918-1920, patients were successfully treated with injections of quinine, a precursor to HCQ. How many people die of influenza every year because of failure to follow up on this lead?
We are also learning that the risk of COVID-19 is strongly correlated with vitamin D and zinc deficiency—although Big Tech censors may keep you from learning of this by calling it “harmful misinformation.”

Of course a comfort kit was taken to the house because we all know everyone needs the same medicine regardless of their illness, age or circumstances! It is so wrong and such a heinous crime that is under the radar – until now where we are speaking up and out.
The intent of this show is to warn people of the dangers and the reality of hospice and their term “compassionate care” is a lie in most all cases. It is stealth euthanasia. Our elderly and disabled are being culled because it’s cheaper to euthanize that treat. Who will stand up for our people as they are thrown away like yesterday’s garbage leaving families devastated? COVID-19 vaccines may have a paradoxical effect — instead of fighting the infection, they could make people more susceptible to it
Some COVID-19 vaccines use mRNA technology, which has never been licensed for use in humans and actually alters genes
The Health and Human Services’ Operation Warp Speed pledges to deliver 300 million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine by 2021.1 However, developing a safe and effective vaccine normally takes years and begins with animal studies. Given the urgency of the COVID-19 pandemic, vaccine makers are rushing into human clinical tests and circumventing lengthy animal trials.
Such fast-tracked vaccines pose unknown risks to humans, which are magnified because governments are granting COVID-19 vaccine makers immunity from liability for all vaccine injuries and deaths that occur after the vaccines are recommended (or mandated) by public health officials.2
In August, AstraZeneca announced that most countries it expects to supply with COVID-19 vaccine will grant the pharmaceutical company liability protection when people are harmed by the new vaccine.
In the U.S., vaccine makers already have something of a “free pass” when it comes to vaccine injury liability and lawsuits through the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 19863 and the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, passed in 2005 (more on those later.)4
The main concern is that the combination of COVID-19 vaccines being fast-tracked to market at “warp speed” with minimal testing, together with blanket liability protection for Pharma for injuries their products cause, is a public health nightmare waiting to happen. READ MORE
It makes you wonder why our government is wasting so much money to round up America’s wild horses & burros, when millions of dangerous feral pigs are running rampant and causing so much destruction.
A population explosion among wild boars in the US has led experts to warn that a “feral swine bomb,” if left unchecked, could wreak havoc on large swaths of the country.
Undark Magazine reported on the explosion of the pig population, which has caused an estimated $2.5bn worth of damages every year.
Feral hogs trample and tear-up crops, attack livestock, and can destroy sensitive habitats. The pigs also act as disease carriers. They can host more than 30 viral and bacterial diseases as well as scores of parasites.
There are approximately 9 million feral hogs in the US, and their numbers are multiplying quickly.
Thirty years ago, only 17 states had feral hog populations. Today, there are at least 39 states dealing with the animals’ destructive tendencies.
Dale Nolte, manager of the National Feral Swine Damage Management Program at the US Department of Agriculture, told Undark Magazine that their exponential population growth has experts concerned.
“They multiply so rapidly. To go from a thousand to two thousand, it’s not a big deal. But if you’ve got a million, it doesn’t take long to get to 4 [million], then 8 million,” he said.
In some parts of the country, like Florida, Georgia and California, the feral hog population has grown wildly out of control. Both California and Texas have encouraged the recreational hunting of the pigs, but their attempts to cull the population backfired; in response to the hunting, the pigs simply scattered throughout the state, increasing the scope of the problem.
Data suggests that in Colorado, for example, hunting pigs will actually increase their traveling distance by up to 100 miles.

So let’s get this straight – based on the recommendation of doctors Fauci and Birx the US shut down the entire economy based on 9,000 American deaths due entirely to the China coronavirus?
We were first to report that the Director General of the WHO on March 3, 2020 created panic with his highly flawed statement that the coronavirus had a 3.4% mortality rate and he compared this to the seasonal flue estimates of less than 1% mortality.
The WHO leader’s coronavirus death rate number of 3.4% was false and we proved this in our post at the time.
The Gateway Pundit reported, that the coronavirus fatality rate reported by the liberal mainstream media was completely inaccurate and the actual rate more typical to a seasonal flu – the media was lying again.
Doctors Fauci and Birx next pushed ridiculous and highly exaggerated mortality rates related to the coronavirus:
** Dr. Tony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx used the Imperial College Model to persuade President Trump to lock down the ENTIRE US ECONOMY.
** The fraudulent model predicted 2.2 million American deaths from the coronavirus pandemic
** The authors of the Imperial College Model shared their findings with the White House Coronavirus task force in early March
** Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx then met with President Trump privately and urged him to shut down the US economy and destroy the record Trump economy based on this model
But the Imperial College model Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx pushed was garbage and they recommended the destruction of the US economy using this completely flawed model.
Today we now have empirical evidence that the WHO, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx were all wrong. They were charlatans. They lied to the American people.
More than two dozen studies of Covid-19 show us the way to TURN BACK the Second Wave.
Vitamin D versus Covid-19
These 27 studies show that having normal blood levels of vitamin D reduces Covid-19 risks:
* vitamin D reduces risk of infection [7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 23, 27]
* vitamin D reduces risk of having a severe case [1, 3, 4, 5, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26]
* vitamin D reduces risk of hospitalization, ICU care, or mechanical ventilation [2, 10, 14, 15, 21, 22, 24, 26]
* vitamin D reduces risk of dying from Covid-19 [4, 6, 7, 9, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, 25]
And all you need to get those benefits is a normal blood level of vitamin D:
30 to 100 ng/ml, which is the same as 75 to 250 nmol/liter.
Note, however, that one study [27] found that vitamin D levels in the range of 50 to 60 ng/ml had the lowest risk of infection from Covid-19, about half the risk of the blood level 20 ng/ml. But the other studies show that 30 ng/ml (or higher) is enough.
The type of vitamin D measured by lab tests in the blood is called “25(OH)D”.
“Vitamin D deficiency is defined as a 25(OH)D below 20 ng/ml (50 nmol/liter), and vitamin D insufficiency as a 25(OH)D of 21–29 ng/ml (525–725 nmol/liter).” [86]
What is causing the Second Wave? Vitamin D blood levels are seasonal; they rise and fall from one season to another. In summer, vitamin D levels are higher because people are out in the sunshine. When sunshine (specifically UV-B) strikes the skin, the body makes vitamin D. But as people spend more time indoors, in autumn and winter, vitamin D blood levels fall. Trump Administration Releases COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution Strategy
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) today released two documents outlining the Trump Administration’s detailed strategy to deliver safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine doses to the American people as quickly and reliably as possible.
The documents, developed by HHS in coordination with DoD and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), provide a strategic distribution overview along with an interim playbook for state, tribal, territorial, and local public health programs and their partners on how to plan and operationalize a vaccination response to COVID-19 within their respective jurisdictions.
“As part of Operation Warp Speed, we have been laying the groundwork for months to distribute and administer a safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine as soon as it meets FDA’s gold standard,” said HHS Secretary Alex Azar. “This in-depth, round-the-clock planning work with our state and local partners and trusted community organizations, especially through CDC, will ensure that Americans can receive a safe and effective vaccine in record time.”
The strategic overview lays out four tasks necessary for the COVID-19 vaccine program:
Engage with state, tribal, territorial, and local partners, other stakeholders, and the public to communicate public health information around the vaccine and promote vaccine confidence and uptake.
Distribute vaccines immediately upon granting of Emergency Use Authorization/ Biologics License Application, using a transparently developed, phased allocation methodology and CDC has made vaccine recommendations.
Ensure safe administration of the vaccine and availability of administration supplies.
Monitor necessary data from the vaccination program through an information technology (IT) system capable of supporting and tracking distribution, administration, and other necessary data.
On August 14, CDC executed an existing contract option with McKesson Corporation to support vaccine distribution. The company also distributed the H1N1 vaccine during the H1N1 pandemic in 2009-2010. The current contract with McKesson, awarded as part of a competitive bidding process in 2016, includes an option for the distribution of vaccines in the event of a pandemic. READ MORE

A whistleblower complaint filed this week with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General alleges that high rates of hysterectomies — sometimes without what the complaint called “proper informed consent” — have been performed on women detained in a privately owned immigration jail in Georgia.
The complaint, filed by the human rights group Project South, quoted a detainee from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Irwin County Detention Center saying that five women who had the procedure between October and December 2019 had told her that they “reacted confused when explaining why they had one done.” Multiple women claimed that they did not have access to proper interpreters and that medical staff often did not speak Spanish.
The accounts in Project South’s complaint — which included that of the whistleblower Dawn Wooten, a licensed practical nurse at the facility — were consistent with accounts given in separate interviews conducted by The Intercept with three other current detainees at the facility, eight advocates for detainees at the prison, and a former Irwin employee, all of whom requested anonymity for fear of reprisals against themselves and their clients.

“Everybody he sees has a hysterectomy — just about everybody,” Wooten, who is being represented as a whistleblower by Project South and the Government Accountability Project, explained in the complaint. “I’ve had several inmates tell me that they’ve been to see the doctor, and they’ve had hysterectomies, and they don’t know why they went or why they’re going.”
Like many other ICE detention centers, Irwin, which is operated by the private prison firm LaSalle Corrections, has come under fire for medical mistreatment. Wooten’s whistleblower complaint, which The Intercept reported on Monday, focused on precautions at Irwin related to the coronavirus pandemic. The accounts of the high rates of hysterectomies, which were first reported by the legal website Law and Crime, were also included in the Project South complaint to the Office of the Inspector General.

My name is John Reizer, and I am an anti-vaxxer and have been one for a while. I have previously enrolled in several twelve-step programs over the years designed to rehabilitate people that suffer from the same labeled condition.
The programs just didn’t work for me. I always fell off the wagon and relapsed into the same state. I didn’t become an anti-vaxxer by accident. I spent countless hours reading research and studying the harmful effects vaccines cause in fellow human beings. Long ago, when I was a child, I used to believe in officialdom. I was like a lot of other people in society who were officially dumb. I believed the lies and misinformation of drug corporations that were transmitted over mainstream media products that are bought and controlled by the same entities.
I am proud to be an anti-vaxxer because vaccines irreparably harm and kill millions upon millions of people every year. If you know the truth about something that is hurting fellow human beings and you don’t tell the world what you know, what kind of a person are you?
Anti-vaxxerterminology is a creation of the pharmaceutical industry that has been used to identify and discredit any persons or groups that are in opposition to the current vaccine paradigm.
Anti-vaxxers are people who refuse to vaccinate themselves or their children because they believe the medications (poisons) are more dangerous than the benefits they allegedly offer.
If you are not an anti-vaxxer, it means you are a pro-vaxxer or have a neutral stance on the subject. If you are neutral, you’ll more than likely follow the rest of the herd and receive vaccines.
People who are pro-vaxxers are followers of the churches of medicine and officialdom. They are officially dumb and like to stand up on soapboxes and point fingers at others who are not officially dumb and who have performed their due diligence and researched the facts.
I will let you in on some other secrets: I am anti-murder, anti-torture, anti-pedophilia, anti-human trafficking, and anti-war.
Anti-vaxxers are not crazy, paranoid conspiracy theorists. Anti-vaxxers are caring, loving human beings who are tired of watching the members of society become permanently injured or killed from dangerous medicines that are thousands of times more dangerous than the contagious diseases they allegedly offer protection against.
Why do so many of us in the know allow people who are officially dumb to publicly shame us about something that we know damn well is hurting many citizens in society?

Fine along with a complaint relating to actions and the obstruction of justice by DOJ personnel who were responsible for “blocking” information that was needed by a federal prisoner for their legal defense. The same letter that had been written which was quite lengthy was also sent to Senators Charles Schumer, Edward Kennedy, Harry Reid, Joseph Biden, Ted Stevens, Patrick Leahey, Dianne Feinstein, Arlene Specter, Representatives, Conyers, and finally Nancy Pelosi.
NONE OF THESE PEOPLE RESPONDED TO THE SAME LETTER OF COMPLAINT THAT WAS SENT TO THE DOJ.
Here is an ongoing example of a “deep state” scenario that Rodney Stich had documented in many of his books who also became a victim in Federal court with his own documentary evidence that was “blocked” in order to destroy his innocence but then is tied to government favoritism and various agencies along with massive cover ups and crimes.
