Join us this evening along with Elaine Mickman from Pennsylvania, who was just another woman brutalized in divorce court there.  We will be covering many aspects of guardianships and other family courts.  But now, Pennsylvania has passed a new law prohibiting and denying the right of the guardians to arbitrarily call for a DNR against the victims wishes, or, when there is no medical situation that would make that a reasonable order.

Also, it appears that Gretchen Hammond’s treatise “The Fortress”, published late last year has caught the attention of some notable people in DC. So much so that the president is planning to visit Michigan in the near future.  Is there a connection? We think there is based on our communications so far.

Also:  Check out the new NASGA posts:  https://stopguardianabuse.org/

There are two surveys there.  One for guardianship and the other for COVID-19.   All personal information will be kept private.  Please fill them out if you or a family member or friend, have endured either guardianship and/or the virus.
