The mission of the Healthcare Advocacy and Leadership Organization is to promote, protect, and advocate for the rights of the medically vulnerable through direct patient and family interactions; through community education and awareness programs; and through promotion and development of concrete “life-affirming healthcare”* alternatives for those facing the grave consequences of healthcare rationing and unethical practices, especially those at risk of euthanasia and assisted suicide.
*”Life-affirming healthcare” is defined as medical care in which the paramount principle is the sanctity of life, which means that the life and safety of each person come first and each person receives medical care across their lifespan based on their need for care and never with an intention to hasten death, regardless of their abilities or perceived “quality of life.”

On behalf of Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC), USA, Nancy Elliott and Sara Buscher (attorney and member of HALO’s Board of Advisors) are organizing a grass roots contact with key Senators to stop passage of the Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (PCHETA). S.2080/H.R. 647. Both are in the Senate HELP Committee. We have learned that the Senate HELP committee has decided to report S.2080 out or include its language in a public health bill before the end of 2019. The Senate has a floor period from December 2 through the 13.
We sent letters to all the key Senators on Monday, December 2.
We propose that your organizations rally your members to contact key Senators NOW. Each senator is typically tallying the messages they receive on each side of each issue. The purpose of these emails/calls is to get a tally against the bill recorded.

The bill’s protective provisions in Section 5 will not stop the abuse and hastened deaths of people enrolled in hospice and palliative care. The first protection is not enforced because the federal agency authorized to do so, does not have the necessary data; the second protection (S. 2080 only) applies to the furnishing of care under the Act, but the Act funds education, research and public information, not the furnishing of care.

David walked into ER, talked, had been to GWBush Museum 2dys prior,ate, no swelling, eating full meals, snacks, outdoors, pets walk/swimming outside sunshine fresh air. 6’3″ 200. ER began both arms IV’s sticks stabs blood draws..constantly. Denied food fluids except coffee/tea! 3rd Fl Low skilled:Denied (Why, Who?)food: 2000 fluid units yet at home 1,500 no weight/fluid gain NO PLAN told nothing! We asked for ER Blood Results: Blood Draw 3rd Fl Addy(Nigerian)returns “you didn’t finish” yet return after draw. David refused Blood Lab+Eddyb held David down stuck in finger after I said NO! (3 notes DO NOT STAB HAND removed) 05 31 19 3rd fl 48 hrs+ What is kidney status? Chahal said Lung (WHY) sign of System overflows we were uninformed of Acetametophine ER 053/310] Dr Other Drs We DID NOT WANT not one American! DEATH is the goal of the corporation already and they have plenty of Islamic Muslim JIHADISTs in the USA’s medical environment… l out of 3 never get out yet their deaths for example in hospitals is very slow…more money for the foreigners vs INFIDELS USA and our loved ones…especially the Hospitals and Insurance companies…billing us dba the gov via Medicare, Medicaid and that includes Dental scams via franchise…et al..
