How Poor People Survive in the USA

Film Review
This documentary is about homeless members of middle class America whose wages are too low to cover rent. Filmmakers visit San Diego, Los Angeles, Richmond Virginia, Appalachia and Waco Texas.
In San Diego they film a parking lot in which thirty people working as Uber drivers, security guards, secretaries, cleaners, carers and computer technicians sleep in their cars overnight. A charity provides them with portapotties, a water point, and an open air kitchen facility. One of the carers who sleeps there works nine hour days seven days a week.
In Los Angeles, which filmmakers refer to as the homeless capitol of the US (with 59,000 homeless), the documentary profiles a full time volunteer who builds wooden tiny houses (which have been legally banned by the city council) for people currently living tents.
In Richmond, filmmakers follow local sheriffs carrying out an eviction at gunpoint. They also visit one of the budget motels that have sprung up in the Richmond outskirts due to the city’s high number of evictions.*
In Appalachia, they visit one of the poorest counties in the nation, where volunteers run a daily food truck to distribute food to the area’s children. They also profile a military-style field hospital that provides once-a-year medical and dental treatment for the uninsured. The field hospital, held on a local sports field, is funded by a national charity and staffed by volunteer health providers.
In Waco, the filmmakers visit a church program that recruits candidates from all over the US to pay 60 dollars to experience sleeping rough first hand.
*In Virginia, a landlord can legally evict a tenant once their rent is five days past due. More

Over the last several months, Americans have witnessed an increase in media propaganda regarding the “dangers” of “anti-vaxxers,” the “proven science of vaccines,” and the “tragedies” that ensue from the failure to vaccinate. That propaganda blitz has resulted in massive hysteria stemming from similar levels of ignorance.
Also resulting from the push by Big Pharma-funded corporate media outlets is the emotional and panicked campaign of pro-vaxxers, vaccine pushers, and adherents to the relatively recent new religion of “scientism” – the religious belief in anything labeled as science or scientific, regardless of whether or not that concept directly contradicts observable reality and experience or even regardless of whether or not it is actually scientific.
The so-called vaccine debate – which is not truly a debate since a debate requires the participation of two opposing sides – is generally nothing more than a shouting and shaming campaign against parents who have come to the conclusion that vaccines are not safe, effective, or neither.
Indeed, it is the unbridled emotion of the pro-vaccine camp that has been provoked and subsequently harnessed into a powerhouse of vitriol and social pressure that is then presented as a public health crisis. The howling of the trendy masses, glued to their televisions, sitcoms, and NPR, is then presented as an organic public outcry in the media, resulting in the conveniently timed response of politicians and lawmakers.
Of course, with the creation of the false debate, there is also the political polarization of the issue – the left must be pitted against the right – in a typical but tried and true method of divide and conquer strategy.

Five days before Christmas, while the impeachment debate distracted voters, the President signed into law the so-called Secure Act – which was a sickening bi-partisan attack on the wealth-building capability of the middle class.
Making the dirty deed even more Grinch-worthy, the attack on the assets of the middle class comes after the Trump tax overhaul in 2017 gave a windfall to the super wealthy by doubling their estate tax exclusion from $11 million per couple to $22 million. Now someone has to pay for that and both Democrats and Republicans in Congress have stealthily decided it’s going to be Millennials – who are already buried under student loan debt with a meager average net worth of $8,000.
The only people that will gain security from the Secure Act are the Wall Street wealth advisors who are already looting two-thirds of the average 401(K) over a worker’s career through fees; the insurance industry that browbeat members of Congress into signing the legislation into law and got an insurance annuity payout option included; and the lawyers who will rack up millions of new billable hours from rewriting trusts that no longer make any sense as a result of this wholesale sell-out of the middle class in America.

Trump is not the best president we ever had. And Clinton would have been many times worse.
This phony impeachment situation is a bipartisan effort to divert the American public from the collapsing banking systems, and, more importantly….to keep us fighting amongst ourselves. If we were to stop attacking one another the planned and anticipated civil revolt might not happen. And, if the efforts to manipulate the public into rising up fail, all that military equipment that has been doled out to our former “peace officers” who now are called “law enforcement” officers, will sit idle. If the intended use for military equipment in the hands of civil authorities was anything but advanced preparation for what our own government intends to do to us, I don’t know what that reason would be.
There is absolutely NO intention of impeaching Trump. While this vote may have cleared the House, it will never clear the Senate which is controlled by Republicans. The Democrats knew this when they started the stage show and the Republicans played the wounded party. End of impeachment story. You got had America! And all those royal jackasses in D.C. were in on the joke.
Things could only have been worse if Hillary Clinton had been put in office. Maybe ask yourself why those in the House and Senate have not investigated her? Why is she not in prison? Where was the DOJ on that one?
Trump serves a purpose. Widely recognized as being a bully, amoral, childish in his temperament and possibly in the early stages of dementia, he is a useful tool for those who are seeking to overthrow our Constitution, and our representative republic. This man has no knowledge of history, of what life is like for us out here in no man’s land, of how government is supposed to work or what the limits on his office are. Worse, he doesn’t even care to know! And no one, not Republican or Democrat is about to tell him. Most likely because they are just as ignorant as he is of these things.
Demcocracy! Democracy! Who’s got your Democracy??
Screw your “democracy”…democracy is defined as mob rule. The mob in D.C. is ruling everyday against the people it was elected to represent. Personally, I believe the entire House and Senate needs to be impeached and removed from office. They do not listen to us, represent us or defend our Constitution. Why are we paying these people?? Why do we tolerate them and their chronic and ongoing corruption? What is wrong with us as a population that we accept these things and do not demand more, and better representation?
We are at a crossroads America. When the two least qualified individuals are all we had to choose from for president of these United States, we should have known the fix was in. We can do better than this.

- Democrat presidential candidates are sparring over how much to expand Medicare. Should it be Medicare for all, for people over 50 and children, or for “all who want it”? Does “all” include veterans, Native Americans, and military dependents, who now have their own government program? Does it include everybody who happens to be in the country, legally or illegally? And do the benefits include just what today’s Medicare beneficiaries get, or everything the candidate can think of—dental, eyeglasses, hearing aids, mental health treatment, addiction treatment, “sex-change” surgery, etc.? Does it even include long-term care, which the Affordable Care Act had to discard because it was unaffordable?
- Medicare for All means government-directed, corporate-managed care. The managed-care “insurance” cartel, giant hospital chains, and private-equity-owned medical practices will make sure that you get your flu shot (likely mandatory), your anti-tobacco lecture, your silver sneakers, your 15 profitable “preventative” drugs, cross-sex hormones, abortion on demand—and eventually your terminal sedation.

The impeachment farce in Congress is the same modus operandi that has been used by Wall Street to create civil dissension and establish puppet governments with tyrannical control worldwide for decades. Can we prevent such an occurrence in the United States ?
Wall Street created the CIA in 1946 using their crony Allen Dulles to hide their nefarious war-mongering, such as getting the US involved in WW I and WW II, under a guise of “national security.” Then the CIA used that cover to thwart President Eisenhower’s attempt for Peace talks with Khrushchev by sabotaging their own U-2 flight. Then they sabotaged their own invasion of Cuba in a failed attempt to commit the U.S to all-out war with Cuba [Dulles countermanded JFK’s order]. Then they labeled JFK a traitor when they discovered his secret back-channel peace talks with Moscow (along with JFK’s attack on the Federal Reserve). Mark Lane, John Groden, and Mark North claim the CIA killed JFK. Then they successfully impeached (with bogus CIA corrupted evidence and MSM hype) RMN after he closed the CIA school to teach Tibetans to invade China, and then RMN destroyed the CIA’s straw enemy by opening trade with China in addition to his Midnight Massacre of 1700 CIA agents. Then they schemed to prevent the reelection of JEC [OCTOBER SURPRISE] after he torpedoed a nuclear powered aircraft carrier and his Halloween Massacre of 700 CIA agents. “Conspiracy theorists” conclude 1000 architects and engineers, and Rebekah Roth, present a scenario that appears impossible without the CIA and US military involvement on 9/11. Then the CIA lied to create war in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, among many other coups by Wall Street, behind cutouts, as indicated by John Perkins.
Wall Street bankers have initiated and utilized the military to engage in perpetual warfare by lies and deception for their economic profit since 1915. This continuity of influence and control over government policy is now evidenced in the Ukraine and is leading the impeachment fraud against the President after his attempts to avoid nuclear hostility with a super Power. Wall Street cannot tolerate peace.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has released a Scoping Document with a 30 day public comment period on 5 of the largest wild horse herds in Wyoming:
Adobe Town, Salt Wells Creek, Great Divide Basin, White Mountain and Little Colorado.
I have been visiting, observing and photographing the wild horses in these 5 herds since 2004.
The BLM claims that these herds are “overpopulated” even though they completed a roundup of three herds, Adobe Town, Salt Wells Creek and Great Divide Basin only 2 years ago. The last roundup and removal in White Mountain and Little Colorado was in 2011. More

A South Carolina lawmaker is proposing the most sweeping changes in two decades to the state’s magistrate system after an investigation by The Post and Courier and ProPublica exposed how politics and flawed oversight provided fertile ground for incompetence and corruption on the bench.
The legislation filed Wednesday by Sen. Tom Davis, a Beaufort Republican, would bolster the required legal training for magistrates who aren’t lawyers, increase protections for the many criminal defendants who appear before them and add a layer of scrutiny to magistrate appointments — posts that often go to politically connected insiders.
As the news organizations reported last month, South Carolina’s roughly 320 magistrates handle hundreds of thousands of cases each year, but most have never practiced law in their life; to qualify for nomination to the lower courts, applicants need only to earn an undergraduate degree and pass basic competency exams. As a result, these little-watched judges can sentence someone to jail for months or saddle them with thousands of dollars in fines, but have less required training than the state’s barbers or masseuses. Why is it that so many people think the words conspiracy theory and antivaxxer automatically mean a person is crazy, delusional or out of touch with reality? Do people honestly believe there aren’t conspiracies taking place in corporate America? Really?
Is it possible that there might be some truth tied to the unconventional idea that drug companies aren’t working diligently to get sick people well? Is it possible they have a vested interest in creating more diseases through the administering of toxic vaccines to unsuspecting healthcare consumers that they can later profit from? Is it possible that diseases are becoming more prevalent in society because the vaccines currently being given and supposedly protecting people are in reality causing the proliferation of diseases worldwide at a faster rate than ever before? Yes, yes and yes!
I have written a lot of content about this and other related subjects in articles, books and novels. In many instances, I have been accused by commentors, reviewers and others of being crazy, outlandish, uneducated, a quack and other insulting things. And I have asked myself why this happens on many occasions. The answer; because most people believing in conventional, medical dogma and other falsities that have been spun by the medical industrial complex are uneducated about these topics. So, instead of becoming educated about said subjects, they cling to their individual states of cognitive dissonance and try to insult people that have spent their lives studying the information.
So, you’re thinking about getting vaccinated? Have you decided to roll the dice at the Big Pharma casino without studying these subjects intelligently?

BOSTON − In an emotional speech before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers (BBO), Attorney Lisa Siegel Belanger gave as good as she got. Using her allotted 15 minutes she called out the actions of BBO member Attorney Marsha Kazarosian and the law firm Burns & Levinson for their “fabrication” and exaggeration of charges against her as “retaliation” for her exposure of their “racketeering ring which has preyed on seniors,” including her father, Marvin H. Siegel. The BBO seeks to strip Belanger of her license to practice for two years.
Belanger noted in her speech that despite five years of her filing complaints to the BBO against Attorney Kazarosian, the BBO refused to conduct any investigation against the powerful political figure (and Mass. Gov. Charlie Baker’s high-profile appointee). She also noted that both Kazarosian and BBO Chair Jeffrey R. Martin were absent from the hearing, and that she was again stripped of the opportunity to question her accusers. She pointed out that Martin serves as partner in the firm Burns and Levenson, a firm also at the center of Belanger’s complaint. (Yes, Belanger took on some of the most connected lawyers in Massachusetts.)
With no relief from the courts for years (fighting against those she documented as preying upon seniors), Belanger finally went public. Her case as well as the systemic draining of millions from her now deceased father’s accounts have been chronicled in a series of articles in The Boston Broadside. Belanger noted that while no actions were taken against Kazarosian, and no charges were ever taken against her, everything changed when her family’s plight became public. READ MORE HERE

On behalf of Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC), USA, Nancy Elliott and Sara Buscher (attorney and member of HALO’s Board of Advisors) are organizing a grass roots contact with key Senators to stop passage of the Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (PCHETA). S.2080/H.R. 647. Both are in the Senate HELP Committee. We have learned that the Senate HELP committee has decided to report S.2080 out or include its language in a public health bill before the end of 2019. The Senate has a floor period from December 2 through the 13.

We propose that your organizations rally your members to contact key Senators NOW. Each senator is typically tallying the messages they receive on each side of each issue. The purpose of these emails/calls is to get a tally against the bill recorded.

As both an advocate for victims of guardianship abuse and legislative change nationwide, the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse (NASGA) commends Michigan Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist’s decision appointing Katharyn Barron as State Public Administrator as a hopeful step in the right direction in a state which has been plagued with horrific abuses of constitutional, statutory and human rights of individuals under guardianship and their families allegedly committed by County Public Administrators and Probate Court Judges for the past 30 years.
Although the November 22 announcement by Attorney General Dana Nessel curiously omitted any mention of former State Public Administrator Michael Moody, who held the position for over eight years, NASGA Community Outreach Coordinator Gretchen Rachel Hammond says the decision to replace him is long overdue.
Prior to joining NASGA, Hammond was an award-winning investigative journalist who published an August, 2019 groundbreaking five-part series detailing alleged abuses by now-former Oakland County Public Administrators in over 2,000 cases. The articles noted that Moody had been consistently unresponsive to complaints by desperate families who reached out to him stating that public administrators, acting as guardians and conservators, were isolating, abusing and stealing from the estates of seniors and developmentally disabled individuals placed under Oakland County Probate Court guardianship often after petitions filed by agencies such as Michigan’s Adult Protective Services which were not accompanied by any corroborating medical evidence. Objective
To systematically quantify the prevalence, severity, and nature of preventable patient harm across a range of medical settings globally.
Introduction
Patient harm during healthcare is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality internationally.
The World Health Organization defines patient harm as “an incident that results in harm to a patient such as impairment of structure or function of the body and/or any deleterious effect arising therefrom or associated with plans or actions taken during the provision of healthcare, rather than an underlying disease or injury, and may be physical, social or psychological (eg, disease, injury, suffering, disability and death).”
The health burden and patient experiencing healthcare-related patient harm has been reported to be comparable to chronic diseases such as multiple sclerosis and cervical cancer in developed countries, and tuberculosis and malaria in developing countries.
Harmful patient incidents are a major financial burden for healthcare systems across the globe.
It is estimated that 10-15% of healthcare expenditures are consumed by the direct sequelae of healthcare-related patient harm.
Early detection and prevention of patient harm in healthcare is an international policy priority.
In principle, zero harm would be the ideal goal. However, this goal is not feasible because some harms cannot be avoided in clinical practice.
For example, some adverse drug reactions which occur in the absence of any error in the prescription process and without the possibility of detection are less likely to be preventable.
Key sources of preventable patient harm could include the actions of healthcare professionals (errors of omission or commission), healthcare system failures, or involve a combination of errors made by individuals, system failures, and patient characteristics.
Key types of preventable harm were
- drug-related,
- diagnostic errors,
- medical procedure-related, and
- healthcare-acquired infections.
The excess length of hospital stays attributable to medical errors is estimated to be 2.4 million hospital days, which accounts for $9.3 billion excess charges in the US. More

“2.6 million people die annually in low-and middle-income countries from medical errors, and that most of those deaths are related to misdiagnosis and administration of pharmaceutical products…Medication errors alone cost an estimated $42 billion (US dollars) annually. Unsafe surgical care procedures cause complications in up to 25% of patients resulting in 1 million deaths during or immediately after surgery annually…Four out of every ten patients are harmed during primary and ambulatory health care. The most detrimental errors are related to diagnosis, prescription and the use of medicines.” — The World Health Organization
Below are summaries of two medical journal articles and one online article that conclude that medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the US. The first study, published in 2016 in the British Medical Journal, was authored by researchers from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The authors calculated that medical errors accounted for > 250,000 deaths every year in the US, which made iatrogenic (= physician, drug or vaccine-caused) deaths the third leading cause of death in the US, surpassed only by #1 heart disease (647,457) and #2 cancer (599,108) (2018 CDC data).
It is important to note that medical errors and adverse effects from prescription drugs that have caused deaths or illnesses are rarely listed by physicians on death certificates or in rankings of causes of death or illnesses. The journal articles call for better reporting by physicians.
Also be aware that the two studies – as has been the case of ALL such studies of causes of death, acute illnesses, chronic illnesses or adverse drug effects – did NOT evaluate vaccine-induced deaths or injuries, mainly because virtually every physician, in every country (where powerful, for-profit pharmaceutical/vaccine corporations control the practice of medicine, most medical school curricula and most major media outlets), consistently fails – or refuses to acknowledge – even the most obvious vaccine injuries or deaths as worthy of being reportable diseases or worthy of being listed in their differential diagnostic impressions, discharge diagnoses or death certifications.

— Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has revealed that Merck’s internal documents state the company’s big push to have their HPV vaccine Gardasil become mandatory for all children over the age of 9 is to help offset the losses the company experienced from VIOXX lawsuits.
VIOXX was Merck’s #1 product. It was a prescription painkiller that was causing heart attacks and strokes. The company was sued in court and it was revealed that Merck was aware their drug was killing people and did nothing about it. They agreed to pay $7 billion to settle the lawsuits against them.
In an interview with The Gilchrist Experience RFK Jr. reveals that internal Merck documents show the company is promoting mandatory HPV vaccines to children as a way to convince Wall St. analysts that their stock was set to boom despite the VIOXX scandal. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. stated the following:
“The Wall St. analysts were saying (Merck) was finished, because (VIOXX) was their biggest product. Merck said no, we’ve got something better. We’ve got a product that is going to be mandated so everyone in the world has to take it, every teenager; and this time we have no liability and we can’t get caught. Within Merck we now have documents from them because we are suing them; they called it “HPV, Help Pay for VIOXX.”
