From PEER (Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility
For Immediate Release: Oct 21, 2019
BLM Whistleblower Reinstated
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has restored Craig Hoover, a 20-year veteran Range Management Specialist. Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) represented him in this matter.
(The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has removed a highly-respected range management veteran who repeatedly reported illegal grazing in the Ely, Nevada, area. In a challenge filed today, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) charges that this discharge was illegal retaliation in violation of the Whistleblower Protection Act.)
A resolution has been reached by which Mr. Hoover, who was previously based in the BLM Ely, Nevada, office has been reinstated to a new position in the Elko Field Office, also in Nevada. This agreement brings to a conclusion Craig Hoover’s appeal before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the federal civil service court, and completely resolves the personnel dispute that occasioned a hearing.

We have a president who wines like a small child calling whistleblowers “leakers”. Whistleblowers who have not leaked national security secrets are not the same thing as those who leak secrets that expose the ugliness and reality of the horrible plans the government is implementing that even we might be subject to. Whistleblowers have saved taxpayers 560 billion over the last 14 years. I would think someone could show a little appreciation for the price these people have paid for doing the right thing.

A whistleblower gets punished for being an honest person. That is difficult to wrap your head around. I lost millions in a settlement because I exposed the corruption going on in my case by lawyers, my own numerous lawyers and judges verified by one of the guilty lawyers to the Overseers of the Bar. A cover up of fraud all the way to Supreme Court.

what about violations of State and Federal law committed by government officials. Who holds individuals who conspire to torture another human being accountable. My evidence is indisputable. The problem seems to be that when a Federal authority has became involved they first speak with the local officials. After being given provable false statements they refused to investigate my allegations. They are making decisions that have altered my life forever based on evidence given by one party. Am I crazy or does and investigation have to review evidence from both parties before they can make a competent determination? https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/18mtF3_4WB2u3mEe1OoSb2QpwlgvI25ulAS5BheCPq4Q/edit?usp=sharing
