The Federal Reserve Bank of New York first initiated its emergency overnight loans to Wall Street this year on Tuesday, September 17, starting off at the rate of $75 billion daily. It then increased its loans by adding, in addition to the $75 billion daily, 14-day term loans in the amount of $30 billion to be offered three times this past week. But after the demand for the first 14-day loan was more than double the $30 billion offered, the New York Fed boosted the next term loans to $60 billion and increased its overnight loans to $100 billion.
What will next week bring? When Wall Street can get super cheap loans from the Fed in the tens of billions of dollars with no questions asked by Congress, it will continue upping its demands until the Fed is once again secretly shelling out trillions of dollars while Congress willfully remains in the dark – in other words, a replay of the 2007-2010 financial crisis.
The New York Fed is only allowed to engage in these repo transactions with its 24 primary dealers. That list of 24 primary dealers includes the securities units of big U.S. banks like JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, but it also includes the U.S. based securities units of troubled foreign banks like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Societe Generale (SocGen).
Because the New York Fed is not announcing which banks are drawing down the bulk of its loans, neither Congress nor the American people know if the money is flowing to U.S. banks or foreign bank subsidiaries in the U.S. Propping up troubled foreign banks is not what most Americans want their central bank to be doing. An FYI on how much state and national organizations care about the abuse of elderly/developmentally disabled people, if nothing else as a time saver for folks who want to report such cases.
Since I have evidence of people endangered in illegal, unlicensed facilities with subhuman conditions, which the Attorney General doesn’t want, I have been keeping a running tally of agencies both inside and outside of Michigan I called with a simple request:
“These are people whose lives are in danger. I would like to report multiple crimes. To whom do I send the addresses of these group homes, home/property owner, names of the victims and the guardians who put them there?”
Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs: Left messages. No response.
Adult Protective Services: Hung up on me.
Office of the Inspector General: No response.
Federal Bureau of Investigation: No response.
Michigan Elder Justice Initiative: “Call the Attorney General.”
State Long Term Care Ombudsman: No response.
AARP: “We have our own plans to address guardianship issues. We don’t want to talk about them.”
National Center on Elder Abuse: Received email September 11 stating they were going to try and reach out to someone in Michigan. No response to follow up messages.
Justice in Aging: No reply to voicemails.
American Society on Aging: “We don’t help people with that.”
National Consumer Voice for Long Term Care: Won’t pick up their phone. No response to voicemails.
Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper: “Good luck with that.”
Michigan State Police: “This is a civil matter.”
US Attorney Michigan, Civil Rights Division: No response.
All State Reps and Senators: No response except two.
Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper: “The Senator does not appreciate your constant attacks on the Attorney General.”
Michigan Sen. Peter Lucido: I can’t help you. My advice is to contact the Macomb County Bar Association, the Michigan State Police or the FBI.”
First time I can remember I’ve tried to report a crime and no one has cared. I guess if they were kids and not the elderly and developmentally disabled and if a group of attorneys and judges were not involved who have paid off people like Dana Nessel and Gretchen Whitmer, something would have been done months ago.
But let’s be honest here, America does not give a fuck about anyone it considers disposable.
I just want it clear and on record. I have attempted to report a crime. I have been fundamentally clear that lives are in danger. For whatever reason, no one wants to hear about it.

This well-produced documentary introduces us to each of the primary 9-11 whistleblowers, while simultaneously telling the story of the mysterious explosions in Buildings 1,2 and 7 – which according to The 911 Commission Report never occurred. The whistleblowers featured include:
Kevin Ryan – former employee of EHL, the Indiana subsidiary of Underwriters Laboratories (UL). The latter had certified the floor assemblies of the World Trade Center buildings as fire resistant for two hours and the steel columns for three hours. After the government’s National Institutes of Standards and Technology (NIST) failed to respond to his letter questioning how jet fuel fire could cause the columns to collapse in less than an hour, he made his evidence available to David Griffin (author of the New Pearl Harbor), Catherine Austin Fitts (who helped found the 9-11 Truth movement) and tens of thousands of others via a website he created. When he refused to take his website down, UL fired him.
Cate Jenkins – the EPA scientist who exposed the agency lies regarding the safety testing of the smoke and dust that covered lower Manhattan when the Twin Towers collapsed. The federal agency repeatedly reassured first responders and rescue and clean up workers that they didn’t need respiratory masks – when the dust actually contained hazardous levels of sulfur dioxide, PCBs, dioixins, and particulates. When her supervisors failed to respond to her concerns, she shared her evidence with the FBI, state of New York officials, media, Congress and lawyers representing the 9-11 families. Despite two efforts by the EPA to dismiss her, they were ordered to reinstate her with full back pay (2010-2018) last year. By that time, 10,000 people were ill (or dead) from the toxic effects of 9-11 dust exposure.
Barry Jennings – New York City employee who became trapped in Building 7 around 9 am after a series of explosions destroyed the stairwell and lobby. It took firemen until 1 pm to release him. His job was threatened after two journalists produced a video about his ordeal, and he subsequently died under mysterious circumstances.
Michael Springman – 20 year State Department employee who wrote a book (Visas for Al Qaeda) about a US consulate in Jeddah Saudi Arabia that was ordered to issue US visas for 12 of the 16 alleged 9-11 hijackers – despite visa applications that were incomplete erroneous and/or based on fraudulent documents. He was punished for his whistleblowing by being blacklisted from future work in the public or private sector.
William Rodriguez – janitor honored by George W Bush for his heroic efforts in assisting firemen in rescuing victims prior to the Twin Towers’ collapse. Rodriguez widely reported feeling an explosion in the sub-basement of the North Tower before the first plane hit it. He also reported multiple explosions in the elevators and elsewhere prior to the building’s collapse.
Six of the nine members of the 9-11 Commission appointed by George W Bush blew the whistle on the Commission process. Their book Without Precedent how they were systematically stymied in bring out the truth about the true events on 9-11.
a recent AMA study revealed that over the last four years the competition in the commercial insurance market has decreased. In over 50 percent of metropolitan areas, representing about 73 million persons, one insurer has half of the market. The more concentrated the market, the higher the premiums.
The promised free health care would increase the payroll taxes on all workers, even if that worker does not want that particular brand of free medical care. The next time you hear that medical care is free, just think about that “free” car you won at a game show is the wrong color, is too small, has uncomfortable seats, inadequate headroom, and overall is not what you really want.
The underlying message of free “health care” is disempowering. The message is that we are incapable of taking care of ourselves.
You finally get your dream and are selected to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune. You get to see Pat Sajak and Vanna White! You win a vacation to some country that you don’t really want to see. You cannot get the cash equivalent. You have to take 10 days off of work to take the free vacation you did not want. You discover that you have to pay the tax on the free vacation.
Or you win a free car. You have a perfectly functioning 3-year-old car. The free car was not really the car you would have selected. You accepted it because it was free. Then you see that you have to pay tax on the list price of the free car. You also discover that the collision insurance and Department of Motor Vehicles registration for the free car are significantly higher than for the car you currently own.
These are examples of why nothing is “free.” This applies to medical care as well. You may have to see the “health care provider” the government program or private insurer makes available to you. You don’t particularly want to see a nurse, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles with free health care. Oh well, you convince yourself that it’s okay because, just like that car on the game show, it was free. More
Polio Vaccination—Still Causing Polio After All These Years

. . .There had been no cases of wild poliovirus on the African continent since September 2016, but by July 2019, the WHO was cautioning that there was a high risk of ongoing type 2 vaccine virus spreading across Africa. Outbreak investigators have been documenting an uptick in circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 in both human and environmental samples since mid-2017 . . . It is exceedingly rare for the public health community to admit to any problems with vaccination. Every so often, however, circumstances force officials into making just such an acknowledgement. The current debacle seeping out into the news—which is actually a long-running tale minted anew—is that oral polio vaccines are “spawning virulent strains” of polioviruses. The alarming surge in vaccine-derived polio cases presents vaccine planners with a “quandary” or “conundrum”—because “The very tool you are using for [polio] eradication is causing the problem.”
The oral polio vaccine (OPV) is in use around the world and constitutes the “workhorse” of global polio eradication efforts due to its low cost and ease of administration. The OPV contains live but weakened polioviruses that match up to wild polioviruses. Vaccine researchers have long known that these OPV-derived viruses can themselves cause polio, particularly when they get “loose in the environment.” In settings with poor sanitation and iffy hygiene, the vaccine viruses can easily “find their way into water sources, and onto contaminated hands or foods,” where they can then launch a self-perpetuating chain of transmission. Researchers concede that an OPV virus “can very rapidly regain its strength if it starts spreading on its own,” acquiring “mutations that make it basically indistinguishable from the wild-type virus.” In other words, there is no meaningful difference between a wild and OPV-derived poliovirus “in terms of virulence and in terms of how the virus spreads.”
I am 5th child of six siblings. I am single college graduate that works in local government in North Carolina as a senior systems administrator (Windows Server environment).
I am caregiver to my Aunt Edna Mosley of Rockingham County, NC. who is single with no children. My aunt has two sisters living: Willie Mae (mom) and my aunt Margie, who helps take care of Edna.
My aunt graduated Barber Scotia College in Concord NC. She was also helpful in restoration of African American schools and an active member of the housing authority, providing housing for low income families. She was active in many other social clubs.
Our story :
My aunt Edna retired after 34 yrs of service with local city government. A year later my aunt was diagnosed with dementia and 3yrs later went on dialysis (chronic kidney disease). My aunt was always been a caregiver to someone in our family. I believe she deserved the same care back.
A few months ago my aunts arm started bleeding around her fistula. She entered into the hospital and ended up at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital who informed us that her fistula could never be used again. The family requested dialysis be continued while in hospital. That never happened. And, we were told she would need to get a catheter to continue dialysis. We then moved her hoping to get better care. My aunt Edna was dialysed using the same fistula that Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem NC said could not ever be used again..
She was discharged from the hospital with no recommendation to go back to her ongoing local dialysis center but rather, to go home to die; so far it has been 8 days.
Which leaves us looking for ways to continue her life by seeking help to find new location or way to continue dialysis that does not involve hospice .

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Right on the heels of Donald Trump’s Twitter-firing of Rex Tillerson as secretary of state Tuesday, the National Weather Service announced the rapid formation of a devastating category 5 hurricane originating from the furiously spinning revolving door located at the front of the White House.
“Hurricane Donald coalesced very quickly right above the White House as a result of the extremely violent rotation of the front revolving door, as employees are joining and leaving the Trump administration at a frenetic pace. Take shelter immediately,” a NWS spokesman said in an emergency breaking news transmission. “If White House turnover doesn’t quiet down, I fear we’re going to be seeing many more of these weather patterns on the East Coast, so we need to be prepared.”
At publishing time, excited scientists have confirmed that the planet has now entered a cooling trend, again due to powerful winds created by the White House revolving door.

The recent repetitive attacks on the vaping industry have sent continuous warning signals to my conspiratorial brain. Something’s definitely not right here, the signals keep telling me. I know in my mind that there’s something’s wrong with the overall flavor of this story. Haven’t I observed this campaign somewhere before?
There have been a flurry of attacks on an industry that manufactures products that help people quit smoking. The products under attack, according to the research I have perused, are much less dangerous than smoking real cigarettes, and they most definitely help people quit smoking conventional cigarettes. What’s the problem here?
The attacks on the vaping industry seem to be predicated on a handful of deaths that were the result of bootleg products that were vaped by certain consumers. Cigarettes have been killing people at an alarming rate for a helluva long time and no regulatory agencies were jumping up and down screaming about anything for the longest time.
The CDC, the same agency that many researchers claim promotes misinformation to healthcare consumers that vaccines are safe because of its behind the curtains connection to Big Pharma, is now making statements about the dangers of vaping? Wow, something doesn’t smell right with this entire narrative.
Could it be that Big Pharma’s six billion dollar smoking cessation market is being put in jeopardy by the vaping industry?
Whenever you see this much propaganda being distributed and discussed by the mainstream media about a product that for all intents and purposes, seems far less dangerous than other alternatives, you have to raise your eyebrows and quickly question the messenger.
I am not writing that people should go out there and start vaping or smoking. There are genuine health concerns associated with both products. But you have to understand that until more research is published and presented that definitively shows vaping products are far more dangerous and far less successful in getting people to quit smoking than other options being prescribed and promoted by the powers that be, I think we have to be cautious when assessing information coming from regulatory agencies and the mainstream media with regards to the vaping industry.
These are my thoughts about this subject. Maybe I am wrong, but it sure seems like something’s not right with the narrative in play.

Health Impact News was recently contacted by John Gregory, a medical reporter working for the company NewsGuard, a self-appointed Internet policing group that awards “nutrition badge” ratings for websites determining if they are “reliable” or not.
Mr. Gregory accused me right up front of publishing “false” claims, and asked me to comment on a list of articles in our network that he determined were “false.”
Curiously, one of the articles he chose to exhibit as something published that was “false” was one of our articles on the Department of Justice quarterly reports on compensated cases for vaccine injuries and deaths in the U.S. Vaccine Court, submitted every three months to the federal government Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
The article is reporting what is public information from government sources. It is not even considered controversial, and in the introduction I even write: “The fact that the annual flu shot is deadly and dangerous is not a fact even in dispute.” The flu shot is by far the most compensated vaccine for settlements in the U.S. Vaccine Court each year, according to these government reports. Circuses are struggling to fill clown positions as top prospects are often heading into politics instead, it’s emerged.
The number of circus clowns has shrunk to a dangerously low level – and politics is being blamed for snatching up all the best prospects.
‘We used to have half a dozen clowns in our circus. Now we have just one because the rest have retired or gone into politics. And young prospects aren’t even considering a career in the circus any more,’ said Richard Majesty, a worried ringmaster.
‘You just have to look at the current political figures to see where they’ve snatched talent from us. Boris Johnson, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Jeremy Corbyn all would have made excellent clowns. Even across the pond, they have Donald Trump,’ Majesty sighed.
Circuses have found they just can’t compete with the money and attention that surrounds politics. Instead, a group of circuses are considering joining forces to become their own political party.
‘Although I doubt anyone will notice anything different about us,’ said Richard.
The most remarkable aspect of this book is its blow-by-blow account of Team Trump – from his nomination in July 2016 to Steve Bannon’s firing in August 2017. Unlike prior presidential administrations, which are extremely guarded about their inner workings, Trump’s White House offered the media virtually unfettered access during his first nine months. According to Wolff this occurred for four main reasons: 1) Trump’s impulsive daily tweets 2) the constant “weaponized” leaks from warring Trump staffers* 3) Trump’s nightly rambling calls to wealthy supporters** and 4) his willingness to allow more public access to the Oval Office than any previous president.
While Wolff cite sources for his factual statements and quotes, the book has been carefully fact checked, in addition to being reviewed by two libel attorneys.***
As a psychiatrist, what I found most interesting about Fire and Fury is the insight it reveals into Trump’s psychological functioning. The current President is described by nearly everyone who has worked with him as extremely childlike, guileless, impulsive, undisciplined, incapable of following a game plan and impossible to communicate with. He trusts no one.
One of the few direct quotes in the book is from his former scheduler Katie Walsh: “It’s like trying to figure out what a child wants.”
My favorite quote, though, comes from Trump himself during a staff discussion about repealing Obamacare: “Why can’t Medicare simply cover everyone?”
Toning down Trump’s impulsiveness has been virtually impossible, though some staffers have been able to influence his behavior by winding him up.
Trump categorically refuses to read written briefings or watch PowerPoint presentations. He also refuses to listen to long verbal briefings and tends not to follow scripted statements. He always prefers to be the one talking, typically coming out with long rambling statements in which he frequently repeats himself.
Wolff’s introduction also confirms what many analysts have surmised: Trump didn’t intend to win the Presidency. His original plan was to use the media exposure to launch his own TV network. In fact, Trump refused to invest any of his own money in the campaign (although he loaned them $10 million).
*Prior to Bannon’s departure in August 2017, there was no White House chain of command and no clearly defined duties for any of its staff. Four discrete factions – Bannon, Jared Kushner/Ivana Trump (Bannon called them Jarvanka) nominal Chief of staff Reince Priebus and Counselor to the President Kellyanne Conway were at continual war with one another in controlling Team Trump. According to many sources, Trump essentially served as his own chief of staff and press secretary, in that he phone reporters, dictated quotes and personally reviewed all press releases.
**The recipients of these calls (concerning unfavorable media and Trump’s “incompetent” staff) were so alarmed by them that they often felt compelled to pass on their content to White House staff and/or reporters.
***The Trump family is notoriously litigious, and Wolff and his publisher must be able to document the book’s assertions in a libel suit.
American healthcare consumers are gambling with their lives each and every day. By taking various prescription and non prescription medications, that have deadly side effects attached to them, human Guinea pigs regularly roll the dice when they swallow, inject, and inhale suppressive pharmaceutical products that block the regular expressions of physiology in their bodies.

For almost 30 years, tens of thousands of Michigan’s elderly and developmentally disabled citizens have been subjected to neglect, abuse, torture, forced isolation, exploitation and embezzlement by the state’s probate judges and attorneys, professional guardianship companies and public administrators.
Declared incapacitated “wards” by a probate court judge, with little or no corroborating medical evidence, Michigan’s most vulnerable are stripped of their statutory, civil, constitutional. and human rights and handed over to a court appointed guardian.
In as little as a year, wards have been rendered completely indigent and reliant upon social services and benefits such as Medicaid. Their homes are sold off, their savings accounts, IRAs, investment accounts, cars, personal belongings, keepsakes, heirlooms and jewelry stolen.
Nessel’s Elder Abuse Task Force has accomplished nothing.
Judges already do not obey the law as written so it’s announced legislative probate reform initiatives are pointless. Reforms are pointless without consequences to those who have flagrantly violated and continue to violate Michigan law.
Nessel’s recent, unexplained firing of public administrators John Yun. Jennifer Carney, Thomas Brennan Fraser and Robert Kirk accomplished nothing since they can still take roles as court-appointed guardians and conservators.
We, the undersigned, demand that the abuse, neglect and exploitation Michigan’s elderly and developmentally disabled individuals by the state’s probate courts must stop!
We demand criminal investigations into any and all probate attorneys, public administrators, guardianship companies and judges suspected of criminal behavior and abuse of power.
We demand investigations not initiatives.
We demand the immediate resignation of the State Court Administrator.
We demand an explanation as to why no action has been taken against judges or their appointees who have donated to or accepted donations from the Nessel and Whitmer campaigns.
SAN ANTONIO – A group of adult children sued the state of Florida’s governor and attorney general in Florida Northern District Court, alleging that, under court appointed guardianship, their parents’ estate, assets, 401k funds, social security money, jewelry, cars and homes are being stolen.
After all is liquidated or redistributed, the senior citizens under these alleged unconstitutional court appointed guardianships are starved, denied medical care or prescribed high doses of toxic psychotropic medication to intentionally cause death, according to a press release.
Plaintiffs Barbara Stone, Lesa Martino and Patty Reid are collectively calling for an executive order from President Trump to the FBI and the Department of Justice to enforce the law and criminally investigate the Defendants.
“The Florida guardianship statute is being used as a pretense of legitimacy for an immoral, inhumane, barbaric color of law proceeding wherein judges are working together with attorneys and guardians to abuse vulnerable adults,” wrote the Plaintiffs in their Sept. 5 complaint.
Governor Rick DeSantis and Attorney General Ashley Moody are Defendants named in the lawsuit along with Florida Senate Chairman Bill Galvano, Florida Speaker of the House John Oliva, Office of Public and Private Guardians Director Carol Berkowitz who recently resigned along with the state’s Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis and Secretary of Elder Affairs Richard Prudom.
Gretchen Rachel Hammond, investigative reporter, fills us in on the after shock of her expose’ on Oakland county Probate Court, Michigan. Gretchen’s five part series, fully documented in tedious detail the corruption and abuses that have been on going for years! The number of lives destroyed while predators in the system were given ownership and control of vulnerable elderly an disabled individuals, allowing them to warehouse these people and help themselves to their assets is a national disgrace. All of it done within the full view of the state’s attorney general, Dana Nessel. She wasn’t the only AG to turn a blind eye, just the last in a long line.

So, the good: removal of victims from unlicensed group homes.
The sneaky: small refund as long as you agree to saying. “No worries. Small oops. Could have happened to anyone.”
The bad: destruction of evidence and hiding assets. If Dana Nessel was really investigating these crimes, one would imagine that such activity would be a naughty no-no.

Back in May, retired USAF lieutenant colonel Karen Kwiatkowski said the CIA’s “Chemical Gina has her hands in this one, and we are being told that Assange is being ‘treated’ with 3-quinuclidinyl benzilate, known as BZ.”
On September 14, Kwiatkowski wrote Julian Assange “is being held on behalf of the United States and he is being chemically and physically interrogated in Belmarsh (the British Gitmo) in order to reveal his private cryptographic keys, and the names and cryptographic information relating to others within the Wikileaks information network.”
He has been reduced to the mental capacity of a drug-addled rubberhead, and some of these effects will be found to be permanent.Physically he is reported to be underweight (under 100 pounds) with food and water being used as bargaining chips in his continued interrogation.Ironically, even the prisoners at Gitmo, as part of the tender care by the USG, were force-fed when they tried to starve themselves to death.Julian’s government caretakers are using food and water to break him completely.
The CIA and its media call this practice “enhanced interrogation,” an Orwellian term for torture. In the mid-1970s, the Church Committee and the Rockefeller Commission determined the CIA’s MKUltra was developed for the explicit purpose of breaking down individuals, destroying them psychologically and physically, and reformatting their minds. In the 1950s, the agency was searching for a way to brainwash subjects and turn them into amnesiac assassins.
These are just a few of the messages that numerous family rights groups brought to Washington DC last week in a concert, rally, and many meetings with legislators and legislative aides. They are many groups, representing millions of Americans, but the basic message is the same – our children matter, and they need their families.

Patricia’s mother, captured and isolated from her family, soon succumbed to the psychological torture inflicted upon her. In a classic case of trauma based bonding, she rejected all ties to her daughter and her family. Instead, she identified with her captors. In what was a clear case of the Stockholm Syndrome, and the effects on the family as this unfolded were staggering.
“This horrific ordeal has left me and my family completely heart-broken. My mother was taken care of and had her daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren living closely around her every day. She lived comfortably, was healthy and had her independence for many years. Once this whole scenario unfolded,she died all alone in a nursing home.”

Guardian abuse came about from a broken system. States often provide guardians for when the elderly and incapacitated need outside care. County or state courts appoint them to take care of their wards either personally or financially.
But the system failed thousands of people by allowing dishonest people and corrupt politicians to handle guardianship. Public guardians cut off wards from communication with their families, charge massive fees, and in some cases, cause the death of their wards.
A System Motivated By Greed
Not all guardians commit these atrocities. However, more and more victims report guardian abuse every day.
“It’s nothing personal, it’s all about the money,” says Charlie Pascal, whose mother-in-law was a victim. “That’s what I tell all the victims. You have to get past it.”
The National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse (NASGA) writes that guardianship laws threaten “the health and wealth to our elderly and disabled citizens.” Director Elaine Renoire said that while people are working to pass laws, “legislation is slow moving, so we’re still at it.”
Guardianships For No Reason
The system supposedly helps those that need it. But what happens when those that don’t get caught?
When Mary Whitten and her sister, Cos Skaife, dealt with their uncle’s guardianship in the State of Pennsylvania, they had no idea how much was involved. The two collected horror stories of wards over-medicated and isolated from their families by unscrupulous guardians.
“Baby shots” used to be a boring subject, and taken for granted. As the number of vaccines grew from seven in the 1980s to 16 requiring 70 doses now, most parents obediently brought their children to the doctor when shots were “due.” The compliance rate was more than 90 percent. Parents who objected for one reason or another just got an exemption from school-attendance mandates and kept quiet. Every state had a medical exemption, most had a religious exemption, and many had easily obtained philosophical or personal-belief exemptions. More

Unlike prior presidential administrations, which are extremely guarded about their inner workings, Trump’s White House offered the media virtually unfettered access during his first nine months.
