To all of you who dutifully supplied all that information to the Department of Motor Vehicles so that you might obtain that special gold star on your driver license…. I don’t even know what to say to you. I want to ask you why you did not stand up and refuse this infringement of your right to travel freely, without being tagged and marked in a tracking system meant to be used against you if it should become convenient to do so.

I know….you haven’t done anything wrong and you have nothing to hide so you don’t mind if they spy on you, track you, impede your right to travel freely, and whatever else they can come up with to let you know, YOU ARE THE ENEMY THE GOVERNMENT FEARS MOST.

Dear Government: Please let me save you some time and put your paranoid collective minds to rest. Tap into that massive data collection center you built down there in Utah. There is a plethora of information on file there about me (along with everyone else), which details every possible bit and piece of information about me, whether relevant or not, useful or not, true or not, in volumes so massive that it boggles the mind. You have collected:

  • every email I have written or received,
  • every phone call I made or received,
  • every comment or interaction I have had anywhere at any time for any reason,
  • and stored all of it in a massive and useless mountain of information that has no other purpose than to assuage your fear and,
  • to be used possibly in the future against me.

For instance: In case you decide you need to construct a fictitious case against me for having the audacity to question your motives and intentions when you violate our Constitution meant to protect us from you should you lose your collective minds at some point which, obviously, you are in the process of doing.

But therein lies the biggest problem. You have amassed such a massive amount of pointless data bits about each of us, that the idea of this being used to identify possible terrorists or terrorist activity is exposed as the fraud that it is. You aren’t tracking terrorists or their activity….you are tracking us.

I can actually understand your desire to control absolutely the very people you were charged with representing. After all, you have done much to betray us, to abuse your offices, and profited quite handsomely while doing so.

The REAL ID Act was passed in 2013, after a major battle between the public and the federal government over the creation of this unconstitutional monstrosity that is supposed to be focused on ferreting out terrorists and keeping the country safe. After three previously failed attempts, REAL ID was literally passed in the middle of the night while the country slept. While many of the provisions of the Act are directed towards documenting illegal aliens, and those seeking asylum, inserted into it was the direct attack on the American people. As with the Patriot Act, and the subsequent Security Enhancement Act of 2003, REAL ID’s real aim was the tracking and cataloging of the American people. Total surveillance. It isn’t foreign terrorists, or homegrown terrorists our government fears….it is “we the people” in general. Each of the three Acts listed here were nothing more than thinly veiled attacks on our Constitution, our freedom and our right to be left alone by government. Terrorism and terrorists are mentioned only when there is a direct attack on our Constitutional protections or eliminating the limitations placed on government in that document.

In order for the American people to submit and comply, we had to suffer the unthinkable: an attack right there at home, in one of the largest, highly profiled cities in the country. What better place than New York City? And so, even with the most advanced state of the art systems in place, even with the expenditure of trillions of dollars in military and intelligence defense systems, somehow high-jackers commandeered four planes armed only with box cutters and we got the events of 9/11. If this event had not been allowed to happen, passing these Acts would have been virtually impossible. Without 9/11 these Acts would have been seen for what they are: The end of freedom for America.

Please bear in mind that the PATRIOT Act was written and ready to go prior to 9/11, and landed in both houses of congress within two days of the attacks.

While claiming this will help secure the country from terrorists, several million people entered the country illegally across the southern border. Another 1.5 million come into the US each year on HB1 work visas; a practice which has had a deleterious effect on employment for Americans. The states are required to accept tens of thousands of refugees to be resettled as a result of the never ending wars against countries who have not attacked us, but which we destroyed in order to overtake their assets.

The Federal Government Suffers From Dementia

After more than 50 years of employment, all of it tracked by Social Security; after at least that many years of drivers licenses and income tax filings, investment in Social Security, suddenly the government cannot be sure who I am unless I get a special ID. This involves me having to produce various pieces of information documenting who I am. And the number and kinds of documents required can be absolutely ridiculous.

We the people,…you know….those of us who were born, lived and worked here all our lives, and paid for every bill run up by those of you in the federal and state governments, have been effectively declared enemies of those same governments. REAL ID, which is a clear indicator that particularly the federal government is terrified of us, is to become fully effective by October 1, 2020. This is the new digital version of “papers, please”. This ID cannot possibly stop any terrorist, any terrorist activity nor in any way provide anyone with any level of safety. It will however, be used to track our every movement even in our own states.

Apparently, everyone in government and those in the IRS I would presume, are suffering from a mass attack of severe memory loss due possibly to an advanced form of tyrannical dementia. In the past, you taxed all my earnings, tracked all my employment, knew every school I attended, every address I lived at, every doctor I saw and every time I checked a book out of the library. You recorded my marriage, the birth of my children, my divorce and every traffic ticket I got. I was required to produce proof insurance just to renew my drivers license, which by the way, you have done for more than 50 years. But suddenly, you cannot be sure who I am unless I provide a truckload of documents containing the same information you have on file about me already.

Now, effective October 1, 2020, I cannot board a plane or enter a federal building without this special ID because you cannot be sure who I really am without it. What??? If you weren’t sure who I was all these years, how were you able to tax my earnings, and track every event in my life? Any name changes I might have had over all these years was duly noted and recorded by the IRS and Social Security along with the Department of Motor Vehicles among many other agencies.

And, while few were watching, TSA is being installed in train and bus stations so that those modes of transportation will also be off limits to those of us who do not carry this special ID card.

Got a scan enabled license plate on your car? Yes you do! Now what could possibly be the purpose of that?

Now, with all states having issued scanable license plates, how long do you think it will be until you cannot leave your state without going through a checkpoint, showing your special REAL ID and the scanning and recording of your license plate?

And then there is this:

Persistent Surveillance Systems (PSS) flies a small Cessna aircraft 10,000 feet overhead. The surveillance planes are loaded up with specialized 192 megapixel cameras that could watch 25 square miles of territory, and it provided something no ordinary helicopter or police plane could: a Tivo-style time machine that could watch and record movements of every person and vehicle below.

Remember that big transcontinental corridor they were planning on running up through the center of

the US? It would come out of Mexico, run north through the midwest and up into Canada, Only it wasn’t just one corridor…there were to be three of them. One running up both the east and west coasts along with the central corridor. Sensors would be installed all along the corridors to track you as you accessed this massive highway and traveled over it. Many exits that now exist to smaller towns and cities were to be closed off. You could only enter these special corridors at specific checkpoints, and exit the same way. And quietly in 2015, Congress quietly moves NAFTA superhighway corridors forward in FAST Act

Q: But how exactly would you be tracked as you traversed these corridors?

A: The bar code embedded in your new super duper license plate. Easily scanned by the sensors as you passed by. AND: by presenting your special REAL ID upon request.

Now they need neither the corridors nor the sensors. They can track from the air without you ever knowing they were there or that you had been caught in this web of paranoid surveillance that is expanding rapidly.

And while you assembled this total surveillance state apparatus, while you threatened us with attacks from “terorists”, you simultaneously sat there while millions of illegal aliens crossed the southern border. You resettled refugees from the countries you attacked, blew up and plundered…people you have steadily told us hate us, want to kill us….and that we should be fearful of….into our states, our communities and neighborhoods. You have brought an estimated 1.5 million people into the country each year on work visa’s; people who took jobs away from US workers.

It is precisely because you have not done anything wrong that you should have objected. But you didn’t…did you?

And all the while this system is being put into place right before your eyes, you are threatened with possible terrorist attacks, “mass” shootings that seem to occur spontaneously and conveniently each time the government moves to take more of your freedoms from you under the false banner of keeping you safe. But….who is going to keep us safe from the government?

None of this has anything to do with keeping you safe…it has everything to do with keeping the government safe from YOU. Remember: When they speak about national security they are not speaking about keeping you secure, but more about keeping themselves secure and safe from you just in case you decide you have had enough of government tyranny.

*** Be required for all U.S. workers regardless of place of birth, and make it illegal for anyone to hold a job in the United States who doesn’t obtain the ID card;

*** Require all employers to purchase an “ID scanner” to verify the ID cards with the federal government. Every time any citizen applies for a job, the government would know — and you can bet it’s only a matter of time until “ID scans” will be required to make even routine purchases, as well.

Of course, the most dangerous part of the bill is the bio metric tracking technology which would allow federal bureaucrats to track our every move.

But another — and perhaps even more dangerous — deal-breaker is the institution of a new National ID card.

Under the National ID scheme, the Department of Homeland Security would create a massive new photo database to include names, ages, and Social Security numbers of every single American.

The database would be tied to a bio metric National ID card to include information like fingerprints and facial and retinal scans.

The state legislature overwhelmingly endorsed the bill with a unanimous House vote and a 64-1 vote in the Senate. Minnesota becomes the 23rd state to reject the Real ID Act of 2005, raising the question of why Congress has not repealed the law.
