Child Protective Service agencies across the United States use blatantly unconstitutional techniques to remove children from their families only to languish in foster care, often for years. 66% of children aging out of foster care either commit suicide, are incarcerated or become homeless within 12 months, with the remainder being largely unhappy maladjusted individuals who underperform the rest of Americans, across the board, for the rest of their lives. My book discusses the basic legal flaws in the Child Protective Services system in the context of numerous cases in which I have participated in state and federal courts across the United States, including my own. A survey of the State CPS systems addresses the common lack of procedural due process safeguards including any meaningful evidentiary hearing to determine whether abuse or neglect occurred resulting in children remaining in foster care for extended periods without any showing of the required evidence supporting removal from parents. The legal system for adjudicating abuse and neglect charges against parents is explained with recommendations for simple changes, actually required by our Constitution, which would dramatically reduce the number of children going into foster care, saving those children and their families the harrowing ordeal of foster care and the Juvenile Court system.
I am asking for pledges of 10, 20 and 30 dollars to pay for the costs of self publishing my 436 page book including developmental and copy editing my manuscript, cover design and production, publishing the book, and mailing approximately 750 copies to key opinion leaders to instigate change. Some “keep me going” money is also requested. Rewards are signed first editions of the book. I believe this can be an important book educating the American public about our dangerously misguided Child Protective Service system in a manner that can significantly improve the way our nations children are kept safe.

Risks and challenges
My book is substantially finished and the only thing preventing it’s publication is money. So risk of finishing is minimal, however, there may be risk with timelines being delayed by between 3-6 months depending upon editing and review process.
As the people of America enter into 2020 what is the course that will be chosen by the politicos, the common people, the corporate Lords, the lobbyists, the farmers, the teachers and the ministers? Will there be more division, government corruption, cover ups, fake news, and more . Will Silicon Valley again assume their self appointed treasonous position of censorship by the Silicon speech police who are now the guardians of the galaxy? Spare me.
It was enough in the last 3 years to have the newspapers, TV stations, federal agencies and the FISA court in a collusive union that was meant to railroad an innocent President and then continue endlessly with a fake narrative. What if this circus happened during the reign of one or more of our first four Presidents? The country and the framework such as the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights that was given to us by these founders would have been lost to future generations.
America, you are now at a fork in the road and can no longer remain divided. A divided country will not stand. Not only has division been created between we the people, but also it has infiltrated an outdated two party system. Therefore, the entire country is at stake because of many factors that are still out of control. One may ask, what factors? There are innocent people going to jail, all the while, white collar crime continues to run amok within a deep treasonous swamp that is still a going concern. Hundreds of federal agencies, which cannot even be counted, are still crawling with many snakes and are ready to strike at a minutes notice. Whether it be political opponents or hateful people, various government entities and the courts are on a mission to use arbitrary laws in a way that, in the end, restricts basic natural freedoms and individual rights and continues to place the American people in great bondage within their society. Sadly, it is frequently done though a maze of legalism which is reflective of a Marxist tyrannical state that is meant to control nearly every aspect of human life, from the minute a person is born to the very day that they die. And it is certainly not reflective of the words that were given to us by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence which stated the following.
“We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness …”
However, in spite of the sweet and beautiful words here, there is thick smoke rising and a war within that is brewing and it places absolute power above the people to the point that total submission is generally required for those who are not wearing a badge.
Are Americans being looked after by their superiors for their own safety and the benefit of others, or are “we the people” an entity that needs supervision and a bridle, to be led as a horse that will serve as transportation for the rider? The very bondage of “Homeland Insecurity” that is common among Chinese people who wish to be free, has already come to America. All one must do is look up and see the dark clouds that are passing by. The Pentagon has recently contracted with Amazon to place facial recognition(i.e., biometric screening) and mountains of other data within Amazon’s mega “cloud”, that is a database containing hundreds of millions of individual records.
So, as the Great Divide thickens the surveillance state becomes more and more a reality with every breath we take.
Just recently, roughly 300,000 Hong Kong people protested against the Red China’s attempt to extradite persons from Hong Kong to China. Where are America’s protests since there is already a noose that keeps getting pulled tighter and tighter? The passivity of the American people is beyond measure. Where are those who are left to carry the torch of freedom before it is too late?
Does anybody know what time it is? It is surely one minute to midnight.
These weapons produce both psychological and physical effects. They include highly directional devices which can transmit painful audible sound into an individual’s ear at great distances and infrasonic generators which can shoot acoustic projectiles hundreds of meters causing a blunt impact upon a target.
Infrasonic generators can cause negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, or depression, as well as biological symptoms like nausea, vomiting, organ damage, burns, or death—depending on the frequency and power level. Most of these weapons function between the frequency range of about 1 Hz to 30 kHz. These frequencies occur within the following waves: Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) 1 Hz to 30 Hz, Super Low Frequency (SLF) 30 Hz to 300 Hz, Ultra Low Frequency (ULF) 300 Hz to 3 kHz, and Very Low Frequency (VLF) 3 kHz to 30 kHz.1
Within the ELF region of the spectrum, there is a type of sound called infrasound, which occurs between 3 and 20 Hz. Infrasound is usually not heard, but it can be if the power level is sufficient. Next, audible noise begins for most people from about 20 Hz up to 20 kHz, and occurs between the upper ELF into the VLF ranges. Ultrasound begins in the VLF range at about 20 kHz, just above human hearing.
Another sound factor is power, usually described using a unit of measurement called a decibel. Decibels are used to measure the power of audible and inaudible sound, both of which produce effects. Any sound begins to become physically painful at about 120 decibels, although at lower levels it can cause discomfort. At about 130 decibels it becomes unbearable. In this chapter, words such as intensity, level, power, pressure, and decibel, are all used to describe sound power.
Resonance

How BLM “researches” their Wild Horse and Burro Usage Data
Years ago, BLM Director’s Challenge awarded $300,000 to assist field offices in on-the-ground volunteer field research about our wild horses and burros and our public lands. The research on the public lands was to be done by the public under the direction of BLM. I witnessed a member of the public who just happened to be an environmental scientist/ biologist (obviously the BLM representative didn’t know that) getting a return phone call from BLM Eagle Lake field office employee Derek Wilson, the coordinator for this “volunteer opportunity”.
This BLM representative told the potential volunteer that the assessment was to be on the Twin Peaks HMA and all usage found was to be counted as wild horse and burro usage regardless if the usage was from private livestock or other wildlife. Since this was to be done on an HMA that had 82% of its forage allocated to privately-owned domestic livestock the biologist asked how the study would differentiate between the usage of livestock and wild horses/burros. The BLM told the biologist that ALL usage observed during the study would be attributed to the wild horses and burros … ALL … and none to the livestock or any other possible user – regardless of the fact private domestic livestock was permitted about 5 times more than the permitted wild horses and burro usage. It clearly appeared from what the BLM representative explained, that the BLM were going to use the public volunteers to gather information to paint another negative picture for the horses and burros based on this fraudulent, non-scientific study.

Last week, the Trump administration announced a plan to move the Bureau of Land Management’s top officials out of Washington and into regional western offices. The scheme will only exaggerate the influence of county commissioners, to the detriment of most Americans.
Western counties are enormous. Utah’s largest county, San Juan, at nearly 8,000 square miles, is larger than Connecticut and almost as big as New Jersey. Like many counties in the rural West, San Juan is too dry and too remote for dense settlement; fewer than two people per square mile live there.

The pharmaceutical has a “complex and mutually-dependent” relationship with physician trade groups and physicians. Although the details are not always fully or accurately documented, the funding trail can often provide revealing clues. Thus, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), one of the most notorious vaccine industry front groups, receives funding from all four manufacturers of childhood vaccines in the U.S. (Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline). The AAP also gets substantial funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)—more than $20 million since 2009—over a third of which is explicitly vaccine-related.
Two other front groups that routinely propagate misleading information about vaccine safety are the Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) and Every Child by Two (ECBT). A 2017 analysis in The BMJ showed that—far from being credible and independent sources of information—these outfits, like AAP, receive significant funding from vaccine manufacturers and the CDC, with a third of ECBT’s annual funding coming from the CDC. With industry and CDC funding in hand, these front groups can guarantee vaccine makers’ ability “to influence policy without having to stand on the front lines.”
Currently, Pediatrics [AAP’s journal] is also leading the way in browbeating vaccine questioners by drumming up faked concerns about “vaccine hesitancy” and parental noncompliance.
Enlisting medical journals
The pharmaceutical industry advertises in the medical journals that are affiliated with the AAP and other physician organizations. This advertising generates anywhere from a tenth to a third of total revenues. In fact, advertising income not infrequently outpaces revenues earned from subscriptions.
In return for their advertising lucre, the journals published by medical trade groups—such as the AAP’s journal Pediatrics, the American College of Physicians’ Annals of Internal Medicine and the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA)—willingly disseminate uncritical and substandard vaccine research. Thus, Pediatrics has published studies since the early 2000s—by authors with blatant conflicts of interest—designed to hide any relationship between thimerosal-containing vaccines and autism. Currently, Pediatrics is also leading the way in browbeating vaccine questioners by drumming up faked concerns about “vaccine hesitancy” and parental noncompliance.
Various financial incentive programs also encourage pediatricians and family doctors to follow the CDC vaccine schedule, including insurers who give bonus payments to practice groups who achieve specified vaccination targets.
Co-opting physicians
Americans can be critical of physicians who own drug company stock or receive lavish meals or other freebies from the pharmaceutical industry, but the public generally accepts that financial ties of one sort or another are pervasive. On its end, the pharmaceutical industry has considerable expertise in turning physicians into “a cog in their marketing machine.” Thus, encouraged by the AAP and other trade groups, physicians have by and large been willing participants in the U.S. vaccine program. With few exceptions, few doctors are willing to rock the boat, no matter how many vaccines are added to the schedule […]

We have let the government’s evil-doing, its abuses, power grabs, brutality, meanness, inhumanity, immorality, greed, corruption, debauchery and tyranny go on for too long.
We have seen this convergence before in Hitler’s Germany, in Stalin’s Russia, in Mussolini’s Italy, and in Mao’s China: the rise of strongmen and demagogues, the ascendency of over deep-seated principles, the warring nationalism that seeks to divide and conquer, the callous disregard for basic human rights and dignity, and the silence of people who should know better.
Yet no matter how many times the world has been down this road before, we can’t seem to avoid repeating the deadly mistakes of the past. This is not just playing out on a national and international scale. It is wreaking havoc at the most immediate level, as well, creating rifts and polarities within families and friends, neighborhoods and communities that keep the populace warring among themselves and incapable of presenting a united front in the face of the government’s goose-stepping despotism.
We are definitely in desperate need of a populace that can stand united against the government’s authoritarian tendencies.
Surely we can manage to find some common ground in the midst of the destructive, disrupting, diverting, discordant babble being beamed down at us by the powers-that-be? After all, there are certain self-evident truths—about the source of our freedoms, about the purpose of government, about how we expect to be treated by those we appoint to serve us in government offices, about what to do when the government abuses our rights and our trust, etc.—that we should be able to agree on, no matter how we might differ politically. Most of us who have been battling the abuse of the elderly or those who just simply have assets that a predator in this system has decided they want, have operated under the idea that the system just needed repairing. If we just passed a new law. If we just readjusted the statutes. If we just went to the right representative or senator and got their attention, a lot of this corruption would be done away with; we would be safe from this growing class of predators who game the system for profit. It is my opinion that we have been addressing this issue from the wrong angle.
The system is not broken or not functioning as it was intended; it is operating exactly the way it was intended. That is what we failed to realize.
There are few of us who have met with politicians and other officials who have not come away with the deep sense of disbelief with what we encountered while visiting with them. The feigned ignorance of the issues. The platitudes and pandering along with the condescension can be stifling. Always these meetings come with the promises that they will look into it and do what ever they can to help. Only they don’t. Many elected officials openly express their disdain for the fact that they were confronted with these issues. After all, plausible deniability is paramount to escaping accountability. Once they are faced with the evidence, many become quite irritated.
You are talking about the organizations and professional unions like the BAR Associations who not only contribute massive amounts of money to political re-election coffers, but who also put all of this in place to begin with. You just caused a tremor in their bank accounts. And besides, they have really important things to worry about…and obviously the kidnapping, psychological torture, estate theft and eventual medical murder in many cases, of the elderly, isn’t one of those things. On the morning of Tuesday, July 16, 2019, Connie Reguli received a phone call notifying her that there is a warrant out for her arrest.
She will be turning herself in to the Brentwood Police Department on Wednesday morning.
Connie has never been arrested before. The founder of the Family Forward Project has no criminal history, nor have there been any allegations of criminal activity. Yet, for doing her job as an attorney to have the voice of her client, a parent, be heard, she is being criminally charged.
Retaliation like this, Connie says, is the reason that families often cannot get legal help when their children are taken from them. Attorneys who fight for clients’ Constitution rights such as due process and who fight against corruption are often threatened or bullied into backing down.
This makes it difficult for parents whose children are taken by Child Protective Services, no matter how unjustly. Many attorneys are simply scared.
More often than not, the allegations against parents are baseless and end up being unsubstantiated. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services “Child Maltreatment” Report, only 17% of allegations against parents are substantiated. (See link.)
The charges against Connie Reguli are facilitation of custodial interference and accessory after the fact of custodial interference in the case of a client she represented. The client is also facing charges of custodial interference.
The client’s children were seized by the Tennessee Department of Children and Families (DCF) based on an “ex parte order.” That is, the order was brought before a judge and signed by a judge without notifying the mother or her attorney.
As the mother’s attorney, Connie Reguli asked for her client to have due process and get a court date where she could be heard after the children were seized on the basis of an ex parte order.
Ex parte orders are supposed to be reserved for times when there is an emergency situation, one in which there is risk of irreparable harm if parties have to wait for a court hearing. All too often, however, they are the normal practice in Child Protective Services cases.
In the case in question, there was never any evidence of the allegations against the mother, and the petition against her was ultimately dismissed. However, DCF took her children away from her, put them in several different foster homes, and subjected the children to almost a year of trauma before the case was dismissed and the children returned home.

The guardian has been made aware in writing three years in a row where his ward is located. He continues to fraudulently report her missing and her whereabouts unknown in his annual reports. He ignores requests to step down claiming his position is supported by the Judge. He was notified both by Katherine’s son and by Social Security of her whereabouts. He took specific steps to delay her social security, and took no steps to provide living and medical expenses for his ward, although it appears from reports the guardian is still paying (someone’s) medical expenses.
Having been stripped of all her rights, via the designation of “ward” of the state and suffering a “civil death”, could Katherine now be viewed as escaped human property? Apparently so! As her owner of record continues to bill her estate each year!

THIS PAST JULY 4th, James Treat, whistleblower and dignified speaker at the Inaugural Journey’s To Justice Rally held at the State Capitol March 14th, 2019- when this time- in retaliation, his large enclosed trailers with many valuables was set on fire. I am my mother’s full time primary carer, executor and trustee of her estate, power of attorney, and health advocate. I had arranged a two week respite at a local aged care facility between 14 February 2018 and 28 February 2018.
On Monday 26 February 2018 I had lunch with my mother at the facility and as we parted I told her that I would see her in 2 days to bring her home. The next day I called to check in on my mum only to be told by a staff member that my mother had left of her own volition, they were not obligated to answer any questions and if I wanted to speak to the solicitors they could help with their phone number, did I want it?
In short, I have not seen my mother since which is now nearly 18 months ago. I have no idea as to her whereabouts nor do I have a clue as to her well being. My mother has two progressive terminal illnesses namely Parkinson’s and Lewy Bodies Dementia. The last time I saw her she weighed 39 kilos, had a urinary tract infection and was delirious. These third party interlopers say that my mother has legal capacity, which they believe is sufficient legalese to trump the definition of medical capacity.
(Note: A urinary tract infection can often times cause delirium in older people, whether mistakenly or for other motives, misdiagnosed as dementia. It can also increase symptoms of dementia.)

While the 4th of July will be celebrated this week I will remember what those faithful patriots accomplished back in 1776 after the Declaration of Independence went into affect. They fought for freedom and won.
