Advocacy groups and Whistleblowers will gather at the upcoming 2019 Annual Whistleblower Summit and Film Festival. The gathering, which will take place in Washington, DC during July 29th-August 1st, 2019, provides a meaningful “mutual support network” for whistleblowers and advocates across the country.
The theme of this year’s Summit is True North—Persevering in the Pursuit of Justice. It will feature a variety of events, film screenings, and panel discussions to empower “truth-tellers” who create a better world for all people to thrive.
The Coalition For Change, Inc. (C4C), a 2019 Summit committee member, will host a panel to address the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) flaws. “The EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations’ failure to apply “fairly” the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint guidelines undermines the Notification and Federal Employees Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act (No FEAR Act). The USDA Coalition of Minority Employees will host a separate panel to address the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) harmful workplace culture. “Wrongful firings, reprisal, and intimidation are out of control at USDA. It has been this way administration after administration, The EEOC fails to hold government agencies within Agriculture accountable for unlawful acts against minority farmers, especially Black farmers, and USDA employees.” said Mr. Lawrence Lucas, President Emeritus of the USDA Coalition of Minority Employees.
In addition to panels hosted by the C4C and the USDA Coalition, the Government Accountability Project will host a panel on the role of the Office of Special Counsel. ATLANTA – June 19, 2019 – PRLog — April 2, 2020 is the date set by the U.N. Human Rights Committee (HRCmte) for the United States of America to report on its compliance with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). America earlier agreed to receive a list of issues from the HRCmte, presumably that the U.N. treaty body wants addressed in America’s ICCPR report. The HRCmte finalized that list at its 125th session which began on March 4, 2019 and ended on March 29, 2019.
National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP) is among the civil society organizations that provided the HRCmte information for developing its “List of issues prior to submission of the fifth periodic report of the United States of America” on implementation of the ICCPR. Today, by joint letter, NJCDLP asks President Trump, U.S. Attorney General William Barr, and State Department official Mr. Scott Busby to ensure the HRCmte’s April 2020 deadline is met. The U.S. legal system reform organization also asks to be consulted in preparation of America’s 2020 ICCPR report.
Since 2016, NJCDLP has been formally reporting on America’s legal system as part of a campaign known as Opt IN USA. Through the reports, Opt IN USA “submits that America lacks effective avenues of redress and relief for the role of its judges in objectively discernible, national patterns of persistent U.S. legal system abuse.” On October 10, 2018, the U.N. Human Rights Council (a U.N. charter body) determined the contentions are not “manifestly ill-founded”, and arguably deemed them true. With that development, according to NJCDLP, America’s practice of merely “pooh-poohing” harsh critics of its legal system must end. Writing for NJCDLP and its community mobilizing body, retired Police Chief Gordon L. Wiborg, Jr. and veteran good government activist Mr. Brian Kinter explain that the practice “increasingly seems too widespread and subjective to be a hallmark of human rights protection.”
NJCDLP seeks to “meet with all government agents involved no later than Monday – September 23, 2019.” NJCDLP pledges that its delegation will work with the Trump Administration in good faith if extended the opportunity. The organization’s outreach makes the case that “America never conspicuously embraced a legacy of inadequate judicial oversight, and can certainly start preempting it now.”

Apparently there is big money to be made trafficking the elderly and stealing estates and IKOR will show you how to do it! You just have to buy one of their franchises. “Considering how easy it is to make money within this trade, the initial investment is well worth it.” and IKOR operates globally! What a deal!”
While there are those at the federal level who are genuinely concerned about the human trafficking of the elderly and others for profit, they are quickly shut down by those whose interests are too closely tied to those precious “stakeholders”…(you know…the people who really matter). Those stakeholders provide lots of cash and other perks coveted by certain elected officials who quickly forget who put them where they are. Still, there are those I have met with whose concern is genuine but who also admit they are powerless to fight the big money interests who keep the system running as is.
How many of us have made expensive and time wasting trips to speak with federal officials about the ongoing human trafficking of the elderly, the disabled and those who might just have a big trust account someone else is eyeballing, among other assets? There are many of us who have made these trips, only to be met with platitudes, back patting and the ever popular…..”I am gravely concerned. I will look into this and get back to you”. ( Oh thank you! I thought I was going to get out of here today without anyone bs,ing me!)

I prefer to wait for the next do-nothing bill to come out that will make the public think there is any genuine concern at the federal level for anything remotely connected to the trafficking of the elderly, the theft of identity and the accompanying theft of estates. After all, there is that 3.7 trillion missing from the Social Security surplus that has been used to fund wars and pet projects. That needs covering up. And there is that pesky 6o billion that the medical industry bilks Medicare out of each and every year. We can’t go after them…they donate way too much to those re-election campaigns.
The State controls these programs
Both guardianship and conservatorship are controlled at the state level. No statistics of any kind are compiled or kept at the federal level regarding the number of victims targeted or the amount of financial assets stolen under these systems. This is intentional. This allows the feds to claim plausible deniability…no one told them. Why…they couldn’t find anything to substantiate this. Even the GAO reports that are published are intentionally deficient in reporting the actual crimes being committed by professional predators including law firms, and fail to report the actual number of people trafficked through this system and the true value of the theft and transfer of wealth taking place by people who make their living doing this. They won’t even mention the professional predators, but instead select cases where a family member or someone unrelated was involved.

The case illustrates how EPA now avoids required oversight of state-issued pollution permits.

In a 7-2 ruling in Gamble v. United States, the Supreme Court affirmed the “separate sovereigns” rule, an exception to the Double Jeopardy doctrine that allows states and the federal government to prosecute a person successive times for the same act, even if the person is found not guilty in the first trial. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Neil Gorsuch dissented, warning that the Court’s majority had failed to recognize that the people—not the government—should be the ultimate sovereigns of power. The Rutherford Institute filed an amicus brief in Gamble, arguing that the “separate sovereigns” doctrine exception—which recognizes federal and state governments as separate sovereigns with distinct prosecutorial powers—violates the Fifth Amendment by enabling the government to abuse its power to prosecute, which is reflected the nation’s harsh and overly-punitive criminal justice system.
“As Justice Gorsuch recognized in his dissent, ‘A free society does not allow its government to try the same individual for the same crime until it’s happy with the result,’” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of Battlefield America: The War on the American People. “Despite the Constitution’s clear mandate against double jeopardy, the Supreme Court has given the state and federal governments the green light to continue to subject the citizenry to these prosecutorial abuses.”
The Double Jeopardy Clause of the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution provides that no person shall “be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb[.]” This prohibition embodies the fundamental principle that it is unfair and an abuse of power for the government to seek to put a person on trial for a criminal offense after that person has already been tried and acquitted (or convicted) of that same offense. However, in a series of cases dating back to the 1850’s, the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized that, because the states and the federal government are “separate sovereigns,” a person can be put on trial for an offense by the federal government even though the person was tried for the same offense in a state court.
In 2015, Terence Gamble was stopped by police while driving with a faulty headlight, and a subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a handgun. Because Gamble had previously been convicted of a felony, his possession of the gun was illegal. He was tried and convicted in state court for illegal possession of a firearm and sentenced to one year imprisonment. While his state conviction was pending, the federal government also charged Gamble with being a felon in possession of a firearm based on the same event that was the basis for his state conviction. Gamble raised the Fifth Amendment’s Double Jeopardy Clause as a defense to the federal charge, but the federal trial court ruled it was forced to reject the defense because of the U.S. Supreme Court’s “separate sovereigns” decisions. The federal court then sentenced Gamble to 46 months’ imprisonment, meaning that Gamble would be imprisoned for nearly three years more than if only the state sentence had been imposed.

Our guest tonight is Sean Higgins. Sean is well known for his whistleblowing on the Memphis VA hospital for numerous and well established abuses of patients at that facility. Among the issues Sean exposed, was the lack of proper cleaning of dialysis equipment that endangered the lives of veterans needing dialysis. In fact, of 13 dialysis units, 8 had to be replaced due to lack of proper maintenance. Sean will be discussing how he discovered the filthy dialysis units and what transpired when he reported this.
Sean’s relentless exposure of the lack of care, failure to follow proper procedures, leaving patients unattended and numerous other infractions at the facility caused his termination. Sean fought back and the Memphis VA was forced to rehire him. As a result, Sean was put into a room with a few other people, no job to do, no computer or other equipment and forced to stay there all day in retaliation for exposing the sad state of affairs at the Memphis VA. And taxpayers had to foot the bill for this retaliation.
Ever wonder why the government, that spends billions if not trillions each year on wasteful agencies and programs, then allows those agencies to become so dysfunctional, so costly they become a detriment to the public? This is an intentional plan in action with a very much desired end result. Privatization. This means, that some special, well connected “stakeholder” who will make massive amounts of money bilking the public is ready and set to go. The word stakeholder is a word used to describe those who have a vested monetary interest in profiting by any means necessary and they have bribed, bought, groomed, and pampered any elected official willing to sell you out. And bear in mind that no private interest would be remotely interested in taking over any of these services or agencies if the potential for unlimited and unregulated profits was not part of the deal.
The reason that the federal government and its agencies contract out work to private corporations; work they should be quite able to perform in and of themselves (considering this is the reason they were put in office in the first place) and the vast amount of money squandered each year, is to limit the information the public can gain access to under FOIA or other inquiries. What that private corporation will hide behind is “proprietary rights” and “trade secrets”. Unconstitutionally ceding their business, power and authority to a private corporation provides protection from prying eyes and mountains of unconstitutional and unlawful activity can be safely kept out of the public eye through privatization.
So called “deregulation” , sold to the public as necessary if the economy is to survive, is simply a means by which corporations are allowed to operate without those precious regulations, codes, laws, or other bothersome rules the rest of us are bound by. Supposedly, regulations make business too difficult for them to operate. And you saw the benefits of deregulation in 2008 when Wall Street oversaw the disappearance of millions and billions of dollars of other people’s money…money which was never recovered. The corporate world claimed that those regulations were an interference with “free trade”, and “capitalism”.
60% of all corporations PAY NO TAXES. But somehow they do receive multi-million dollar tax refunds each and every year. How does “free trade and capitalism” sound to you now? Free breaks for them and the capital flows into their accounts. All the while you, the over regulated and taxed individual fights to keep enough of your income to survive on. [2]
An outbreak of mumps in 12 fully vaccinated students attending University of Florida, Gainesville campus had county health officials scratching their heads at the end of May. According to one media report, an Alachua County Health Department spokesperson said, “These things do happen. It’s a phenomenon that’s not completely understood,” and reassured students and the public that the MMR vaccine “is a safe vaccine, it’s an effective vaccine even though we have this outbreak in a group of vaccinated individuals.1
By June 4, WTSP News reported that the number of students on campus with mumps was up to 24 and a University of Florida spokesperson confirmed that all 24 students were vaccinated. Reportedly, a Florida Department of Health spokesperson said the majority of outbreaks in the U.S. are identified on college campuses and that most mumps cases go undiagnosed due to a lack of testing and reporting.2
2019: More Than 1,000 Mumps Cases Reported in U.S.
According to the CDC, “mumps outbreaks are not reportable” but there have been 1,002 cases of mumps infections reported in 42 states and the District of Columbia between Jan. 1 and May 24, 2019 in the U.S., with an increase of 266 reported cases since Apr. 26. The CDC.gov website states that, “mumps outbreaks can still occur in U.S. communities of people who previously had one or two doses of MMR vaccine.3 The CDC also states that, “a person with two doses of MMR vaccine has about an 88 percent reduction in risk for mumps.”4
The numbers of mumps infections reported in the U.S. this year exceeds the number of measles cases reported this year, which totaled 931 cases confirmed through May 31, 2019.5 According to one page on the CDC’s website, “mumps outbreaks are not reportable.”6 However, according to another page on the CDC’s website, mumps has been a reportable disease for many years.7
For more than a decade, there have been continuing reports published in the medical literature documenting mumps outbreaks in highly vaccinated populations. Most of the individuals who got mumps had received one or two doses of MMR vaccine, especially college students and young adults.8

A good many American people began their decent into into the dreaded black hole around the same time that President, Bill Clinton left office, that allowed our corporations to expand their relocation overseas and also into Mexico. Banks were also given at the same time Clinton’s gift of deregulation which had protected America’s financial health ever since the Great Depression of the 1930’s. Finally, the banks gambled with high risk
investments spearheading the 2008 financial meltdown that transpired, while housing foreclosures ran at 3.1 million in 2008 alone to where families lost their houses.
In retrospect, there were now two dreadful mistakes President Clinton and Congress left us with.
The first one was NAFTA which was meant to “bring jobs to America” through free and fair trade. That didn’t happen. Unemployment just got worse and in the end, who got rich off of that deal? It was the corporations and the high rollers.
While America began sinking to new lows, deficit spending by the trillions was in order by the Obama administration, while at the same time, multiculturalism was an agenda being pushed by that same administration as Congress looked the other way.
The caliber of those people being brought into America during those years had not been vetted properly by those agencies who were paid to evaluate the incoming immigrants. Those agencies at that time were mostly interested in the “placement money” and were not concerned about the safety of the American citizens or how well these immigrants would assimilate. It is obvious that during those recent years, thousands upon thousands of immigrants which were placed in various cities began to become, brick by brick, a foundation of civil unrest which historically has been used in Marxist philosophy and teachings for the purpose of bringing a country to a low point in order to topple a free and democratic society and thus replace it with an inferior form of tyrannical rule where the people either do not have a say or they are given the appearance of having a say while a charade of politicians offers a structure of formality for the people’s input which will never transpire. It’s no different than trickle down economics which never happens when there is a deceptive progressive/socialistic agenda supporting big government, more taxation, runaway corruption, kickbacks, expensive healthcare plans, pensions, and finally deficit spending.
Add sanctuary states, counties and cities such as Seattle into this mix to where people have no money, no moral compass and no desire to assimilate,
this model becomes the last and final brick in a nation that is about to fall from grace. It is high time that American’s who see the writing on the wall take America back before it is too late as “third world cities”are already becoming commonplace in America.
Preview: So how would government-funded primary care have prevented the diseases my patients have had? Heart failure? (Statin drugs probably make it worse.) Heart attacks? (When the patient has one, it is too late to prevent it.) Stroke? (Preventive aspirin is now criticized because of the bleeding it may cause.) Osteoarthritis? (We have great joint replacements but are much better at blocking access to surgery than at curing the arthritis.) Gall bladder disease, cancer, pneumonia, blood clots, thyroid disease, cataracts, arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation, herniated disks, asthma, endocarditis from drug abuse, on and on. If we put all the doctors to work pretending to keep people healthy, who would treat disease and injury?
Healing the sick is what medicine is about. The politicians who promise to “fix healthcare” can only destroy medicine—while bankrupting the country.
“Healthcare” is supposed to be the big election issue, and politicians promise to give people universal and equal “healthcare,” or prevent the bad guys from taking it away.
Everyone of course wants to be healthy, and a $3 trillion industry wants to keep the money flowing.
So, I have a confession to make as a doctor: I don’t think I have ever kept anybody healthy. If someone comes to me asking for “health maintenance,” I don’t have a shot of “health” to give, or a prescription for “health” to be filled at your neighborhood Walgreens, CVS, or Rite-Aid.
And as a patient, I can’t recall any ways in which doctors kept me healthy, although they did save my life by taking out my appendix, and they treated some illnesses and injuries. I am very grateful to them, and whatever I paid them seemed reasonable and well worth it.
To my mind, a healthy person is one who does not have to see a “healthcare provider” regularly or take medicine every day, and who can go to work, take care of family, and generally lead an active life. More
The few that control the majority like to use fraud and deception to misinform the general population.
One of the oldest tricks that’s been used repeatedly by the powers that be on the general public was the introduction of a fake crisis of some sort followed by the mass reaction of the same general public to that fake crisis which was then followed by the implementation of an already established solution to the original problem. This entire scenario is commonly known as a problem – reaction – solution strategy.
Let’s pretend that the powers that be wanted to launch a worldwide vaccination campaign on the general public. How many people do you believe would stand in line, roll up their sleeves, and stick out their arms to receive said medicine? Not too many!
Now let’s pretend that a very nasty hemorrhagic virus that is not well understood by laypersons and medical specialists alike was reported to be the next great world pandemic. Keep in mind that this hemorrhagic virus had been portrayed by the mass media and perceived by the general public as something that could bring about the deaths of many innocent people worldwide.
Finally, let’s pretend that a certain pharmaceutical company had an already patented vaccine waiting to be unveiled in a laboratory that could supposedly neutralize or prevent the spread of the nasty hemorrhagic disease.
How many people in the general public do you think would demand that health officials make available this miracle vaccine? Oh so many!
Could the Ebola Virus be a worldwide problem – reaction – solution campaign in progress? Is it possible that the Ebola virus is not even real?
Will a vaccination campaign be announced and prepared for worldwide distribution in the future?
It’s important to observe and understand the game being played. It’s been used repeatedly throughout history by the few controlling the many. There’s always some big, bad monster hiding in a vault, waiting to be unlocked and unloaded on society.
It could be a hemorrhagic virus, a , an imaginary biological weapon, an imaginary nuclear weapon. Take your pick; the monster always serves the same purpose. It pushes or influences the people to move in a direction those in control desire. All of these deceptions are nothing more than smoke and mirrors and sleight of hand theatrics; it’s an incredible magic show.
A number of studies have found that the greatest fear expressed by senior citizens, a demographic that’s exponentially growing in number in this country, is not death but the eradication of their independence if they are forced to live in a nursing facility. According to a lawsuit filed on May 8, that fear became reality for a vital and healthy Detroit-area woman, Virginia “Jean” Wahab, who spent two years falsely imprisoned in a Waterford, Michigan, nursing home owned by Lourdes, Inc., and sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Peace religious order. The home demanded payment of what amounted to a ransom of $25,000 to release Wahab from the facility.
“Mom was a fearless, independent woman before Lourdes took control of her,” Wahab’s daughter and caregiver Mimi Brun said. “When I finally got her out of there, it took me a long time to wean her off all the unnecessary anti-psychotic and anti-depressive drugs they had been giving her.”
Brun is the plaintiff in the lawsuit, which claims her mother was subject to false imprisonment, negligence, breach of contract, malicious prosecution, abuse of court process, and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. Filed in the Oakland County Circuit Court, the complaint is a first for Michigan and comes on the heels of Attorney General Dana Nessel’s creation of an Elder Abuse Task Force.
Brun said that although her mother had been living alone before her ordeal began in 2016, by the time she was able to secure Wahab’s release after a protracted legal battle, “She couldn’t stand up. She was terrified of being locked in a room and of someone coming to take her back to Lourdes.”
Before Wahab passed away at the end of April, mother and daughter were finally able to spend a precious few months together after having been kept apart by a court order obtained by Lourdes that severed Brun’s visitation rights.
Short-term rehab to long-term guardianship
According to the complaint, the family’s problems began in February 2016, when Wahab was admitted to Lourdes Senior Community, a $21 million nonprofit organization housing 250 residents at four facilities, for short-term rehabilitation following a recommendation from her doctor. By April 2016, Wahab’s insurance company, Health Alliance Plan, had terminated Wahab’s Medicare benefits at Lourdes, stating that she needed no further services or medication and was “medically stable for discharge.”
The Friday, May 31st edition of The Wall Street Journal published an article on the front page, above the fold: “Vaccine Battle Bedevils Facebook.”
The article blasts Facebook for, ironically, not following up fast enough on their decision to censor information about vaccine safety. Vaccines Revealed is mentioned:
“And the top three vaccine-related accounts recommended by Instagram are ‘vaccinetruth’ ‘vaccinesuncovered’ and ‘vaccines_revealed’—all advocates for the discredited claim that vaccines are toxic.”
In a nation that has historically prided itself in its democracy, individual rights, and freedom of the press, it’s hard to understand how a major publication can decry a public media platform’s failure to silence a group that’s speaking out, within their rights, about an issue as important as this one.
What Does “Misinformation” Mean?
The Wall Street Journal, Facebook, Amazon, and others who are accusing vaccine safety advocates of spreading “misinformation” need to clarify what they mean by this term. There are a lot of opinions being shouted and names being called, but there are few actual facts being shared.
Is it “misinformation” to say that vaccines cause autism? The vaccine injury court has awarded compensation to autism injury claims1. The Department of Justice recently fired their own expert witness when he corrected an attorney who misquoted him as saying vaccines don’t cause autism–when in fact he actually stated that he has seen clear evidence that they do.
Is it “misinformation” to say that vaccine reactions can cause death and permanent disability? There are verified deaths recorded every year due to vaccines, as well as injury caused by encephalopathy, seizures, and neurological damage caused by vaccines. “5G is going to be at a much higher frequency range, which means the antennas are going to be much smaller—small enough to fit inside a smartphone—but like in PAVE PAWS they are going to work together in a phased array, and like in PAVE PAWS they are going to concentrate their energy in narrow, steerable high power beams. The arrays are going to track each other, so that wherever you are, a beam from your smartphone is going to be aimed directly at the base station (cell tower), and a beam from the base station is going to be aimed directly at you. If you walk between someone’s phone and the base station, both beams will go right through your body. The beam from the tower will hit you even if you are standing near someone who is on a smartphone. And if you are in a crowd, multiple beams will overlap and be unavoidable.”
The single most important fact about 5G that nobody is talking about is called “phased array.” It will totally change the way cell towers and cell phones are constructed and will transform the blanket of radiation which has enveloped our world for two decades into a million powerful beams whizzing by us at all times. Blake Levitt, author of Electromagnetic Fields: A Consumer’s Guide to the Issues and How to Protect Ourselves (Harcourt Brace, 1995), brought this to my attention. A mutual friend, with whom I was speaking during the campaign to defeat S.B. 649 in California, passed on a message from Blake: “5G antennas will be phased arrays; Arthur will know what that means.” And I did.
Phased arrays were one of the first things I learned about in the very beginning of my long, involuntary journey from medical student to campaigner against wireless technology. After I was injured by X-rays in 1980, I began to read everything I could get my hands on that had to do with electromagnetic radiation and its effects on life. And one of the first books I read was Paul Brodeur’s The Zapping of America (W.W. Norton, 1977).
Early warnings
Brodeur was a staff writer for the New Yorker who had purchased property on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, only to discover that 30 miles inland, across the bay from his future home, the Air Force was planning to construct the world’s most powerful radar station. It was going to scan the Atlantic Ocean as a key early warning element protecting us against the threat of sea-launched ballistic missiles from the Soviet Union. Although it emitted an average power of only 145,000 watts, similar to some FM radio stations, it did not broadcast that energy from only a single antenna and it did not spread that energy out uniformly in all directions. Instead, it had 3,600 antennas arranged in two “phased arrays” of 1,800 antennas each. The antennas in each array worked together as a unit to focus all their energy into a narrow, steerable beam. Each beam had an effective power of four billion watts, and the peak radiation level exceeded 0.3 milliwatt per square centimeter—the FCC’s safety limit today—at a distance of ten miles in front of the radar station. The facility was called PAVE PAWS (Precision Acquisition of Vehicle Entry Phased Array Warning System).
The Defense Department acknowledged in a 1975 report, quoted by Brodeur, that such systems “energize thousands of operational elements, are electronically steered at high search rates, and operate at a frequency range having a maximum whole body energy transfer to man and for which little bioeffects data exists.”
Shortly after I read this, I discovered firsthand what some of the bioeffects were. Attempting to finish my M.D. almost cost me my life. I collapsed one day with all the symptoms of a heart attack, whereupon I resigned from school and moved up to Mendocino to recover. There I was in the path of the other PAVE PAWS, the one that scanned the Pacific Ocean. This PAVE PAWS was due east of Mendocino, in California’s Central Valley at Beale Air Force Base. And for nine months, every evening at precisely 7:00 p.m., no matter where I was or what I was doing, my chest would tighten and I would be unable to catch my breath for the next two hours. At precisely 9:00 p.m., my body would relax and I could breathe. I lived in Mendocino from 1982 through 1984, and although I eventually recovered my health, I was always aware of an uncomfortable pressure in my chest whenever I was on the coast. I also lived in Mendocino from 1999 to 2004, and felt that same discomfort whenever I was there, and always felt it suddenly vanish when I drove out of range of PAVE PAWS, and suddenly return at the same point on my journey home.
Samsung AI Center’s Moscow research team have combined with Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology to publish a new document that shows how terrifying new software can be used to create 3-dimensional talking heads. The images are created via still images. The software’s creations are nothing short of stunning and scary. It can take a regular, common image of anyone and produce what appears to be a video communication from that person. Of course, the implications of such technology are unsettling. This means rival governments will be capable of serving up a completely fake video of politicians. It also means countries such as the United States could leverage such technology for its own purposes.
