As a former Marine who served from 1960 to 1964 and also during the Cuban Missile Crises, I am here today to encourage all people in America to give honor to all of those where honor is do. Through, the centuries there have been millions of Americans who went to war and lost their lives for the cause of freedom while the very word freedom, in this case, is a term that most likely fits into the understanding of what is reflected in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights that traditionally refers to the first 10 amendments of the Constitution. When followed by law enforcement and the courts correctly, this document represents American’s core values which also points to the popular phrase that was written in the Declaration of Independence, which is “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
For the record, there is not one country in the world that has these basic constitutional protections for its people which was bestowed upon us by those great founders of our first government. One of the basic reasons why the Bill of Rights was so important is that it was meant to protect the people from any and all injustices and from their own government. However, in spite of these protections, many corrupt agencies, courts and judges in the past and today have dishonored the people’s rights and those magnificent protections within the Bill of Rights and thereby dishonored those millions of persons who fought for freedom through the ages.
Today, nations such as China is a perfect example of a lost country which has no protections for its people to where minimal freedoms are delegated to only those who fulfill the mandates and requirements of the totalitarian Communist State, which is, by the way, being ruled by the present Emperor, Xi Jinping, appointed for life and was not voted in by the people through a democratic process.
While the sad plight of the Chinese people is obvious because of its government’s massive electronic web of surveillance, there are other countries to where freedom now lies in the balance, and yes, this includes America, the UK, Russia, Belgium, the entire European Union and more. The intrusion of the people’s privacy is well known, as is the massive web of surveillance and the data that is being collected and archived by various corporations and governments, which should stand as a dire warning to all people who seek basic unalienable rights and freedoms. The world has rapidly drifted into a high tech behemoth where monumental trials and tribulations are already here and will continue as great governmental injustices mount while citizens, regardless of legal statutes, will be tracked while being under suspicion with no probable cause. In terms of overall privacy protections and the surveillance factor, the US today has the worst ranking in the democratic world. This is truly heartbreaking.
This goes to say that America’s freedoms are now being lost at light speed as documented here by Privacy International with a map of the surveillance Societies around the world and showing the UK, US, Russia, China and others in black as designating “endemic surveillance.”
These facts should leave liberty loving advocates speechless when considering the blood and precious freedoms that our heroic American’s fought for while freedom is now vanishing into a black hole. It is urgent that “we the people” begin to make a move for the sake of righteousness and natural rights in order to set the captives free. Let us work now while there is light, for the darkness comes when no one can work.
Privacy, Civil Rights And Homeland Insecurity Issues

If you thought the NYPD’s Z-Backscatter vans and police mini-Z’s were intrusive, you have not seen anything yet.
Soon, nowhere will be safe from Big Brother’s prying eyes, as police prepare to use HEXWAVE to spy on people in public spaces.
Last week the Salt Lake Tribunerevealed that the Utah Attorney General and law enforcement are partnering with Liberty Defense, a 3D image scanning company that makes its money from scanning the public in real-time. (3D means capturing rich information (size, shape, depth) about the detection space. It can detect any material that has a physical form.)
Let’s start with their name- calling yourself Liberty Defense is an affront to liberty-minded Americans who do not want to be secretly spied on by Big Brother. Their tag line “Protecting Communities And Preserving Peace of Mind” is the exact opposite of what this device does.
Any device that is used to spy on the public is just that: a surveillance device. It is not a Defense of our Liberty.
As Fox Now 13 reported, police will use Liberty Defense’s, HEXWAVE to spy on people at mass gatherings like concerts, malls, stadiums, public transit stops and government buildings.
“HEXWAVE could be deployed at mass gatherings like concerts, malls, stadiums, public transit stops and government buildings” Bill Riker, Liberty Defense’s CEO, said.
We should have taken a lesson; we should have paid attention because we all know that what the government gets away with in other places will soon be brought home and visited upon us. So it is with what is referred to as “extraordinary rendition”. ( explanation provided below) Now this same methodology is used to cull and and disappear senior citizens. No crime has been committed. No evidence is produced to substantiate the capture, imprisonment, robbing, and eventual serendipitous deaths of America’s senior citizens.
The Rendering of America’s Seniors
We have a system of extraordinary rendition occurring right here at home and utilized to traffic and cull senior citizens. But in this system it isn’t the military or CIA who are taking prisoners. It is attorney’s, predatory for-profit guardians, Adult Protective Services and other “stakeholders” who have been given the green light to capture, isolate, psychologically torture, forcibly medicate, rob and eventually end the lives of seniors. And these prisoners of guardianship are held in secret locations; the floating prisons and black ops sites now replaced with “nursing homes”, “hospice” and of course hospitals where they can languish for years as insurance and medicare is exploited.
As no crime has been committed by the elder that is targeted, that would activate civil or criminal courts, the probate system was constructed to treat them as though some nonchargeable crime had occurred. In this system they have no rights, and are treated worse than a felon with even fewer options.
Every day these predators kidnap unsuspecting elders, snatching them from their homes, from hospitals and from their families, friends and others. Their crime? Usually just aging with assets that the predators have decided should belong to them. We don’t call the elderly prisoners of war, we call them wards of the state. But they are prisoners none-the-less. And even though statutes supposedly restrict isolation, forced medication, and abuse, prisoners of the guardianship system are immediately isolated. No reason needed other than the predator ordered it. Medications are forced on the elderly, and many are left in such neglect and despair that they quickly deteriorate mentally from these things and the forced isolation. Many families have no idea where their family member is being held prisoner.

Chauncey Robinson returns to talk more about the use of USC 38 .511…this is the code that prohibits actual courts of law to review the VA’s notorious mishandling of veterans cases. Fraudulent medical reports, concealing of medical records, falsifying federal data bases, destruction of federal claims files, and obstruction of justice are added to the denial of due process and the right to equal access to the courts of law.
The US Department of Veterans Affairs is one of the most notoriously mismanaged, dysfunctional federal agencies in existence, second only possibly, to the USDA. That any veteran who put on that uniform in our defense, should have to fight 25 years or more for the benefits they were promised is a national disgrace.

Many of you now know that, last Saturday, WordPress took down my blog without warning or notice. After 10 years—boom. Gone. We are in the process of restoring the blog through “other means.” Meanwhile, my home page at NoMoreFakeNews.com is still up, and you can let others know to go there to sign up for the email list to receive my articles in their inbox on a regular basis. You can also order products at that same home page.
I strongly suspect that my articles criticizing vaccines triggered the censorship move. The justification would be: well, we must protect the health of the public and your influence could be quite negative in that regard, etc.
Information, evidence, opinion are all now subject to the preferences of “those in charge,” who of course “only have the best interests of The People at heart.” Sure.
The reality is: when there is something called official science, then unofficial science must be trampled on and stamped out—the word “official” tells you that authorities are pushing lies down on people’s heads and those lies must be maintained and never doubted. Unofficial science becomes dangerous. It contains repressed truth.
I’ve learned that first-hand over the past 35 years working as a reporter. All my major investigations have been “unofficial,” and in every one of those cases, there was someone standing in the middle of the road behind barricades shooing people away and warning that there was nothing OFFICIAL to see by going farther.
THE RIGHT TO HAVE AND EXPRESS AN OPINION OR VIEW OR FINDING are under attack. Structures that would enable persons to express an opinion publicly are censoring certain voices. They don’t have to give a reason. They just do it.
They might say a writer “violated community standards.” What community, and what standards? Oh, the ones they make up and pretend exist. Those communities and standards. Or perhaps “the community” they’re talking about is some collection of goody two-shoes robotic idiots they’ve convinced to form an organization and make a so-called mission statement in line with official truth. Blank minds, blank stares, earnest faces.
The age of rational argument and debate, if it ever existed, appears to be over. Now it’s just FIND THE CONTRARY VIEW and silence it.
Of course, I’m not the first person to be censored recently. And I’ve noticed that the black-listing hasn’t worked. Those independent reporters and analysts and editorialists and activists are still talking and writing. I’ll do the same.

The ASPCA, HSUS, Return to Freedom (RTF), American Mustang Foundation (AMF) as well as ranching groups are authors of this proposal. It is known the public land ranchers want as few horses as possible on our public lands because of the competition for forage, but the ASPCA and HSUS are well known animal rights groups, supposedly supportive of wild horses.*
However, the ASPCA has been mainly involved with cats, dogs, and domestic horses with no experience in BLM wild horse corrals and pasture operations, no experience with on the ground PZP programs, no experience with on the ground adoption-purchase transactions, and no experience in operating sanctuaries.
Likewise, the HSUS is comparatively the same in no experience as the ASPCA though they have participated in two failed large herd sized PZP delivery operations… the Sand Wash herd and the Cedar Mtn. herd…and they have two sanctuaries holding various animals, not exclusively mustangs.
Return to Freedom is just one of the nation’s horse sanctuaries in Lompoc, California, is full, doesn’t have room for one California wild horse or burro, and operates in the red according to Guidestar. The American Mustang Foundation is a new organization supposedly a lobbying organization about whose activities little is known to date and shows no known experience in housing wild horses.
In spite of their lack of any or of any successful experience with the solutions proposed for the wild horses and burros, these groups want to speak with authority as to what should be done economic, humane and feasible wise after quickly removing 50,000 animals from 27 M acres of our public lands. There’s no cost analysis in this report, humane is dubious for both those left on the range and those off the range, and feasible, providing no substantive evidence of proof and with providing already failed trials, presents an invalidation of much of the usefulness of this report as a way forward.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROPOSAL
The objectives of this proposal are to develop an economically viable, humane, and feasible long-term management plan for the BLMs wild horse and burro program.
PRESENCE OF WILD HORSES AND BURROS ON OUR PUBLIC LANDS
This report appears to accept the following:
27,000 wild horses and burros are only able to be on 27 M acres of our public lands called AML or Appropriate Management Levels.
87,885 animals are currently on those public lands as of 2018. (updated from 2017)
To return to 27,000, a three or ten year plan of removals is endorsed…3 years of 20,000 and 5 years of 12,000.
The 27,000 number is an arbitrary number. The 1971 law did not specify an allowable number. No recorded evidence of 27,000 wild horses and burros allowed is recorded around 1971. The BLM says it uses “scientific principles of rangeland management” to determine the population of wild horses and burros that the habitat can sustain.
In chapter 7, Using Science to Improve the BLM Wild Horse and Burro Program, the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences debunks the idea scientific principles are used to determine populations and suggests it has more to do with values and politics.
The BLM claims it has 177 HMAs or Herd Management Areas. A closer look reveals some HMAs have no horses or burros in them, some are double counted, some have been combined, and some are not managed by the BLM. The BLM actually appears to have only 160 HMAs. (See addendum)
Dr. Gus Cothran of Texas A & M, the retained geneticist for the BLM, has said 150-200 wild horses with 50 effective breeding animals need to be in a herd for genetic variance and diversity and for viability over some time. (See BLM Handbook) Some herds have only horses or burros in them and others have both.
138 horse herds exist with only with only “38” of them having AMLs above 150 and 30 burro herds exist with only “3” of them having AMLs above 150. (See Addendum 2) So if the numbers are brought down to 27,000, 78% of the horse herds and 90% of the burro herds will be at risk for loss of fecundity, at risk for anomalies or deformities, and at risk of ultimate extirpation.
Add to the removals the use of suggested PZP on all the mares, sterilization of some of the mares and sex ratioing of 70% stallions to 30% mares. That will lower even more the number of breeding animals heightening even more the threat of the continuance of the herds. Is this acceptance of numbers on the range and the use of PZP on all of the mares, sterilization and sex ratioing “humane” knowing the risk to extirpation as a herd or extinction as a group of herds. A loss of 78% and 90% and more isn’t feasible long term management. It is devastation of the herds.
Its a global plan to disinherit future generations: Guardianship and the theft of estates.
Join us this evening as more victims of the Australian State of South Australia’s Attorney General’s Department Public Trustee and ‘sister’ Tribunal Offices speak out. And it is this system of “public guardian/trustee” that is being quietly implemented here in the states. And of course, everyone involved in this theft and abuse of the elderly, will have total immunity from liability or prosecution.

Ten years after the last SA Statutory Authorities Review Committee review of the Public Trustee Office when an earlier Member of Parliament and Committee Member raised: ‘In addition clients and the families tell stories of delays, belligerence, financial mismanagement and being excluded from the lives of their loved ones who have come under the “protection” of the Public Trustee.’ Parliament raised complaints of SA Public Trustee ‘poor administration of people’s finances and possible abuse of public office and authority’. Experiences confirm little to nothing of significance has changed in 10 years other than the latest so claimed inquiry was a sham that chose to protect its Public Trustee cash cow and facilitate public deception.

These organizations completely capitulated to the signatories representing the interests of the powerful livestock grazing industry: National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, American Farm Bureau Federation, Society for Range Management, Public Lands Council, National Horse and Burro Rangeland Management Coalition (organizers of the secretive 2017 “Slaughter Summit” in Utah that was co-hosted by the Utah State University and the state of Utah), Eureka County Nevada Commissioner Office (headed by J.J. Goicoechea, a past President of, and a current Executive Committee Member, of the Nevada Cattlemen’s Association), Beaver County Utah Commissioner Office, and the Utah Governor Office (Gov. Gary Herbert, who delivered the welcome at the 2017 “Slaughter Summit”).
These organizations representing livestock grazing interests have been rabidly pushing for the slaughter of America’s wild horses & burros for years.

Jens Spahn, the German Health Minister, has recently introduced legislation that would require parents to vaccinate their children – or face government fines and exclusion from schools. The fines could be as much as 2,500 euros, or about $2,800 USD.
These moves come in the midst of a measles outbreak during which the death toll has skyrocketed from zero to… well, zero. And while the potential side effects are more extensive than the effects of the virus itself, public health officials here and abroad are making aggressive moves to invade our privacy, strip away our freedoms, and force vaccination upon us.

Retaliation, intimidation and unwarranted surveillance best describe what Chauncey Robinson has endured for 28 years. Claiming they lost his records and medical files, when in fact they shredded them, the Veterans Administration has continued to stall out and deny his claims. “Veterans are disenfranchised, disowned, neglected and abused; they’re treated like peasants by their own government,” the Desert Storm veteran said. “We love our country but does our country love us?”

Chauncey Robinson, who served in the Army in 1992, is one of many veterans who have been scrambling to have their claims files reviewed after the problems surfaced in the New York office. He has been trying to track down his file for years after his claims were lost. Robinson – receiving disability compensation since 1995 for post-traumatic stress disorder – said he is not receiving money he is owed for service-related hypertension because the VA cannot find his personnel and medical files. He said transferring the VA administrators was insufficient punishment.
In general, it is not a good idea to panic about anything. The panic itself often causes more harm than the original threat.
Crisis situations, real or contrived, lead to new intrusive laws that the public would never accept otherwise. We supposedly cherish freedom, but if we believe that the world will end if we don’t act NOW, then we may clamor for the government to save us. Cynical politicians bent on increasing their power never let a crisis go to waste.
Something like the Green New Deal—the end of our comfortable, prosperous lifestyle—takes a truly apocalyptic threat. But to eliminate our freedom to decline a medical treatment, the threat that “millions will die” of measles is evidently enough. Or if not millions (most older people had measles and recovered fully), a few especially vulnerable children, who can’t be vaccinated themselves, might catch measles and die.
There are several hundred cases of measles nationwide, more than in 2014, and bills are being pushed through state legislatures to eliminate all but very narrow exemptions to the 60 shots now mandated for school attendance.
In New York City, people are receiving summonses based on Mayor Bill de Blasio’s emergency order. Everybody, adult or child, who lives in four ZIP code areas must get an MMR shot or prove immunity, or face the prospect of a $1,000 fine ($2,000 if you don’t appear as ordered). Your religious exemption is overridden. The threat of 6 months in prison and the prospect of forcible vaccination were removed before a hearing on a lawsuit brought by five mothers. The judge dismissed the case.
Health Commissioner Oxiris Barbot said that the purpose of the fines is not to punish but to encourage more people to proclaim the message that vaccines are safe and effective. Get it? If you say something to avoid a fine, that makes it true. More
As a practitioner of chiropractic, I have often found myself in the uncomfortable position of having to defend the professional objective I am licensed to practice. Unfortunately, alternative health care disciplines like chiropractic are relentlessly attacked by mainstream media companies, the petrochemical industry, organized medicine and others. Any healing art that even hints at the idea that health can be attained, regained, or improved from the inside out, without the use of synthetic products and dangerous surgeries, is a sure target for ridicule by the scientific community.
It is quite ironic that what is often embraced by society as science is really quackery. One of the most frustrating things I have had to witness year after year, are the blatant lies being published and distributed concerning cancer, autoimmune disorders and many other diseases that the drug companies profit from. In most instances, natural health practitioners are unable to point out to healthcare consumers, on a large platform, the illogical nature of mainstream, medical objectives. There is just way too much money at work in the various campaigns that promote such nonsense as real science. Unfortunately, the “globalpowers that be” closely control the mainstream media productions that are continuously broadcast and greatly influence the masses about what is perceived to be science and quackery.
Several years ago, Angelina Jolie, decided to have elective breast surgery (a double mastectomy to prevent breast cancer in her immediate future). Angelina’s decision was touted by many in the media as something that was positive. She was applauded on television by men and women for being proactive in the fight against breast cancer.
Since Jolie’s announcement about her procedure, others have also decided to have this type of surgery, and have written about how their decisions have changed their lives for the better on Internet blogs. It seems that the self-mutilation of women is now considered a good thing by mainstream medicine. Once again, idiot medicine is being promoted to the masses as the best thing science has to offer. May is Mental Health Month and it should inspire us to think about family, community relationships, and our growing disconnectedness. It is not an invitation for Congress and other troublemakers to lose their collective minds.
Instead of looking for reasons to tear us apart, our congresspersons should be focusing on proposals trying to move us in a positive direction. Who cares what side of the aisle originated the ideas? Communities and their legislators must find solutions for hypodermic needles and human feces on the streets, the homeless, and drug addiction to name a few. There are 130 people a day dying from opiate overdoses with no easy answer as to the root cause. The Department of Health and Human Services formed a Pain Management Best Practices Inter-Agency Task Force including physicians and other professionals involved in caring for patients with pain and addiction issues. The task force concluded what most physicians already know: patient care must be individualized.
Save for a few rotten apples, physicians are doing their best to care for patients with complex problems. Mental Health Month offers physicians the opportunity to reaffirm that we are not automatons and patients are individuals, not data points. Congresspersons should take this month to stop squabbling and jockeying for power and explore legislation that allows physicians and patients freedom to choose their own path to a healthy life.

While folks of all colors and lifestyles are quietly living and working together and building relationships, the professional malcontents are looking for offense around every corner. Take the sports teams shunning Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Kate Smith for having performed some songs with racially offensive lyrics in the 1930s. One of the songs, thought to be satirical, was also sung by black actor and well-known civil rights activist, Paul Robeson. Apparently, no one looked into Smith’s motives or other aspects of her life before shrouding her statue in black. How ironic that the very teams that excluded black players are “virtue signaling” at someone else’s expense.
Will the memorials to the progressive icons Eleanor and Franklin Roosevelt suffer the same fate? Historians note that Mrs. Roosevelt called black folks “darkies” and “pickaninnies.” Yet she was instrumental in having black opera singer Marian Anderson perform in an integrated setting and flew in an aircraft piloted by a Tuskegee Airman, among other things.
