How does an individual become so detached from humanity, so lacking in compassion or empathy, so devoid of ethics or morality, that preying on other human beings without regard to the harm and suffering you are causing, become just part of your daily work? All of it done so that you could avail yourself of someone elses assets? How do you disconnect yourself so totally from the insidious activity you have involved yourself in so as to allow yourself to prey on what you now see as a simply a “thing”, a commodity?”

We have the ”War on Poverty”, the “War on Drugs”, and the wars against other sovereign nations that have posed no threat to us. There is also apparently a well-funded and facilitated “War on the Elderly”. As our politicians openly promote, or actively avoid the insidious programs designed to deprive elderly individuals of their identity, property and their rights, to enable the theft of estates. The result is thousands of elderly individuals are captured, isolated, abused and robbed every day of the week. It’s all perfectly “legal”. The elderly have been targeted as have been the disabled, as being an economic threat to the rest of the country. A newly defined “waste population” that must be eradicated because they can no longer produce and now are expecting their investment in Social Security and Medicare to begin the promised return on their investment.

While claiming that guardianship is to protect the vulnerable, that the elderly will be treated as ”protected” individuals, it clearly is nothing more than a system of monetizing and treating the elderly and disabled as chattel…owned movable property that can be sold, traded or otherwise disposed of at the whim of the guardians and the probate system. All of it done for no other reason than to steal the estates of those targeted. This can include real property, liquid assets, personal items of value, art work, family heirlooms, trusts, and any other thing you might have of value.

It is unfortunate that these professional predators see no value in human life; a trait that puts them into a class of a recognized sociopath. The entire system is populated by unethical attorneys willing to prey on the elderly for no other reason than access to the assets they may have, and predatory guardians who have been provided the protection in this system of human trafficking facilitated by the probate tribunals. All of it done without regard to the suffering they are causing to the individual or by extension to the family and friends who are forced to endure this criminal activity and are blocked by the tribunal from accessing courts of law and rescuing the victim. All of it to access the proceeds of someone elses life: to profit by targeting, capturing, isolating and robbing an elderly individual because stealing someone else’s identity and their estates is far easier than working for a living.

With MSM refusing to cover what is actually happening to the elderly, or watering down what little they do cover, they simultaneously promote the false idea that families do not want their elderly…hence, we need this class of predators to step in and take over. They also promote the fantasy that families just dispose of their elderly in these places and never return. Never once that I know of have they admitted or alluded to the activities of these predators who actively work to isolate the victim forcibly, and who terrorize family and friends in order to maintain the isolation.

What we are witnessing in this system is nothing less than the rise of a predator class of individuals who apparently are driven by greed and a total lack of morality or conscience. Totally lacking in normal human responses which would preclude them from participating in this system, they are instead able to detach themselves from the misery they are causing to another, as long as the pay off is a larger bank account composed of assets stolen from someone else. These sociopaths are prolific and totally without any sense of compassion or regard for the lives they are destroying in order to enrich themselves.

What we are witnessing and what we ourselves could become subject to, is an all out war on the elderly and the disabled. We have been reclassified as a waste population. Carefully portrayed by the government and the media as an impending threat to the economy, to the country as a whole, as a threat to their very existence.

The only value we have, if any at all, is what we may have accumulated in assets over a lifetime.

The War on the Elderly:

I couldn’t help but notice the distinct similarities in the war on the elderly, and what the Geneva Convention described as war crimes against individuals.

War Crime. Willfully depriving a person a fair and regular trial (Article 147, 1949 Geneva Convention, IV; also Article 14(1), 1966 International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights).

Article 147 of the Geneva Convention, IV also listed the following as war crimes:

  1. Unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement of a protected person;
  2. N/A
  3. Willfully depriving a protected person of the rights of fair and regular trial;
  4. Extensive destruction and appropriation of property not justified by military necessity and carried out unlawfully.

The United Nations War Crimes Commission laid out the following as proof of the offense of a denial of a fair trial (Law Reports of Trials of War Criminals, United Nations War Crime Commission, vol. 6, p. 103 (1949)):

  1. Denial of the right to know the charge against them, and this a reasonable time before the opening of trial;
  2. Denial of the right to the full aid of counsel of their own choice, and sometimes no counsel at all was allowed to defend the accused;
  3. Denial of the right to be tried by an unprejudiced judge;
  4. Denial in whole or in part of the right to give or introduce evidence;
  5. Denial of the right to know the evidence against them;
  6. Denial of the general right to a hearing adequate for a full investigation of a case.

Is this criteria listed above, not the very definition of what transpires in probate tribunals? Is this not a clear indicator that what is being done to the elderly and disabled in this country in fact, an act of war?

The above references clearly indicate that what is now considered an open “War on the Elderly” is in motion in this country, as they are preyed upon by professional actors, and should be covered as war crimes.

Just because no bombs were dropped, no shots were fired does not make it any less so. And why would they have to drop bombs or fire shots? After all, we now have Death by Hospice, and medical kidnap that very neatly and efficiently dispenses with this newly categorized waste population.

And what crime was committed by the elderly individual trapped in this system? None. Yet they are put into a system of trafficking that deprives them of not only their rights and property, but also their freedom and by extension, their very lives. They would be far better off to immediately rob a bank, turn themselves in and face the criminal justice system. At least in this system they would retain their rights to due process, retain their identity, and get three hots and a cot and a regular hot shower. They could speak for themselves, hire their own attorneys (that would be a waste of money if you ask me) but at least would not be rendered powerless against these predators.

In closing, I have to ask: How does an individual become so detached from humanity, so lacking in compassion or empathy, so devoid of ethics or morality, that preying on other human beings without regard to the harm and suffering you are causing, become just part of your daily work? All of it done so that you could avail yourself of someone elses assets? How do you disconnect yourself so totally from the insidious activity you have involved yourself in so as to allow yourself to prey on what you now see as a simply a “thing”, a commodity?

If you encounter any of these individuals who make their living preying on the elderly for profit…avoid them at all costs. These people are not like the rest of us and they see no value in human life other than what they can take by force for their own purposes. This truly is a class of predators.
