Page 194: The Dark Side….

“People stand alone in court because they lack resources to hire an attorney, and because they can.

Informal rules limiting pro se filings.  Local courts at all levels- federal, state and local courts can establish informal rules of court.  Courts use this power to make rules to limit filings by bias pro se classes of people. Even without ad hoc rules, just observing a courtroom demonstrates the closed society bias that disadvantages the outsiders.  The bias favors, licensed attorneys– this is a closed union shop.  The need to have everyone who appears in court be represented by a bar member goes way beyond people who don’t know or understand the rules”.

As the monopoly in our judicial system has replaced the law, our right and expectation of fair treatment in any courtroom has disappeared.  No where in our state or federal constitutions does it require anyone to carry a BAR union dues card to access the law.  Not to mention that the constitution states quite clearly that the law will be applied equally to ALL people.  No one has immunity!  Regardless of any self serving rule-making by union insiders.
